Everyone needs to start paying attention to this crisis, because America’s rapidly growing bird flu pandemic is going to deeply affect all of us at the grocery store.  This pandemic began on February 8th when a confirmed case of HPAI was confirmed in a domestic flock, and on March 9th I published an article that discussed the fact that nearly 2.8 million birds (mostly chickens and turkeys) had already died.  If the pandemic had fizzled out after that first month, it wouldn’t have ultimately been a major deal.  But instead, this pandemic has escalated dramatically here in the second month.  If cases continue to spread like wildfire, we will soon be facing a nightmare of absolutely epic proportions. The Russians are employing the exact same tactics that we witnessed in Syria and during the two Chechen wars, but the mainstream media doesn’t seem to understand this.  Up to this point, the mainstream media has used the fact that many major Ukrainian cities have not yet fallen as evidence that the war is not going too well for Russia.  But the truth is that the Russians did not intend to recklessly send their forces into dense urban areas immediately.  That is something that western military leaders do way too often, and it is a way to get thousands of troops needlessly gunned down.  Instead, the Russians are encircling the largest Ukrainian cities.  A perimeter is established which cuts off all food and supplies, and then the circle is slowly but surely squeezed tighter as the “cauldron” is relentlessly pummeled by Russian firepower. Even though war has erupted in Ukraine, most Americans still do not believe that a nuclear war with Russia is a serious threat.  The Cold War doctrine of “mutually assured destruction” has been pounded into our heads so many times that most people simply assume that it would be unthinkable for either side to attempt a nuclear strike.  That may have been true in the 1980s, but things have changed dramatically since that time.  The Russians have developed some extremely impressive weapons and anti-missile systems since the end of the Cold War, but most Americans don’t even know that they exist. This is an article that I have been wanting to write for a while, because China is going to be such a central player in the global drama that is going to play out over the next few years.  Since Joe Biden entered the White House, the deterioration of Chinese relations with the United States has accelerated.  Meanwhile, Chinese relations with Russia have tightened, and that should deeply alarm all of us.  Because now that war has started, many are deeply concerned that the U.S. could eventually find itself in a direct conflict with a Russian-Chinese alliance. The new global economic crisis that we have entered into is starting to hit home with hard working American families in a major way.  I have been hearing from so many people that are absolutely horrified by how rapidly the price of gasoline is rising.  Especially for those that have to drive a lot, this is going to cause a tremendous amount of pain.  Food prices continue to surge as well, and this is particularly true when it comes to meat.  Unless you are a vegan or a vegetarian, you are probably accustomed to eating quite a bit of meat on a regular basis.  Unfortunately, now we are being told that Americans are going to have to cut back due to global supply problems.  In fact, a Yahoo Finance article that I came across earlier today actually referred to beef as a “luxury meat”… (Read More...)

Has nuclear war been on your mind lately?  If so, you are definitely not alone.  According to Google, searches for “nuclear war” spiked to the highest level in the entire history of their search engine after the Russians invaded Ukraine.  Many believe that this invasion marked the beginning of World War 3, and I find it quite interesting that this came exactly two days after 2/22/22.  Until this happened, nuclear war wasn’t something that most people in the western world thought much about, but now everything has changed.  All of a sudden millions upon millions of people are deeply alarmed about the possibility of a nuclear conflict.  And the other day I was quite stunned to learn that one research company in Canada is actually projecting that there is a “10% chance of a civilization-ending global nuclear war over the next 12 months”… (Read More...)

We are watching a slow-motion horror show unfold right in front of our eyes, and nobody seems to have a way to stop it.  The vast majority of the global population did not want World War III to happen, but it has started anyway.  For years I have been warning that such a conflict would erupt if we did not change course, and now here we are.  I am very angry at Vladimir Putin for launching a full-blown invasion of Ukraine, because he didn’t need to do that.  And I am also very angry at the Biden administration, European leaders and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for endless provoking the Russians and for refusing to negotiate an agreement which could have settled all of this peacefully.  I blame both sides for the war, because in my opinion it could have been avoided so easily.  But now that World War III has begun, there will be no going back. The economic sanctions that have been imposed on Russia by western powers are really going to hurt.  But they aren’t just going to hurt the Russians.  The measures that are now being implemented are going to be quite a shock for the entire global economic system, and all of us will be affected.  Energy prices will be going much higher, food prices will be going much higher, and the sanctions are going to cause chaos in the financial world for months to come.  Of course things were already starting to get really crazy even before the war began, but now our problems are really going to start to accelerate.
