Will The Death Of The Dollar Lead To The Birth Of A New World Economic Order?

There is no getting around it.  The U.S. dollar is dying.  U.S. government debt continues to grow at a very frightening pace and the Federal Reserve is now buying up most of the new debt that is being issued.  At this point there is simply not enough money in the rest of the world to continue to feed the U.S. government’s endless thirst for more debt so the Federal Reserve has had to directly intervene in order to keep the Ponzi scheme going.  Other nations are rapidly losing faith in the U.S. dollar as they realize that there is simply no way that the U.S. government will be able to service this soaring debt for much longer.  Even now we are watching the U.S. dollar rapidly fall against a vast array of hard assets.  Virtually all major agricultural commodities have exploded in price over the past year, the price of gold is over $1400 an ounce again and last week U.S. crude oil prices topped $100 a barrel for the first time since 2008.  Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve continues to print dollars as if there is no tomorrow and the U.S. government continues to spend dollars as if the party is never going to end.  Yes, we are most definitely witnessing the death of the dollar. Is Barack Obama About To Order The U.S. Military To Invade Libya?

As insane as it might sound, the United States may soon be getting involved in another war in the Middle East.  According to White House spokesman Jay Carney, “no options” have been taken off the table when it comes to the situation in Libya.  By saying that “all options” are being considered, that is basically a way for the Obama administration to threaten Gadhafi without actually coming right out and threatening him.  In recent days, news reports have been appearing all over the mainstream media hyping the possibility that we may have to take military action in Libya.  This would not be happening if the White House did not want it to happen.  The truth is that Barack Obama is apparently seriously considering U.S. military action in Libya.  At first that would probably consist of air strikes and missile attacks, but if the Obama administration decides that it is going to take ground forces to get the job done then we could eventually see the U.S. military actually invade Libya.  But the truth is that any military intervention in Libya would be a really, really bad idea.  Is it really wise to stick our young men and women into the middle of an incredibly bloody civil war?  Do we want to spill even more American blood in order to protect “U.S. interests”?  Do we really want to spend young American lives to keep the price of oil low?  The truth is that the world hates us enough already.  How much more will they hate us if we decide to start bombing Libya into oblivion? Globalist Shill Barack Obama Asks Business Leaders For Job Creation Ideas Even As He Ships More Of Our Jobs Overseas As Part Of The New One World Economy

The other day, Barack Obama summoned a group of business and labor leaders to the White House and “challenged” them to come up with some great ideas for creating more jobs inside the United States.  Meanwhile, Barack Obama is pushing hard for Congress to approve the new free trade agreement with South Korea.  This is yet another bad “free trade agreement” in a long string of bad “free trade agreements” that are absolutely gutting the U.S. economy.  The truth is that the United States has become a nation which is constantly consuming more while at the same time producing less and less.  The gap between the wealth that this nation produces and the wealth that this nation consumes is becoming absolutely astronomical.  But instead of fighting for changes that would keep American jobs in America, Barack Obama has allied himself with the multinational corporations that are making huge profits by outsourcing and offshoring our middle class jobs as part of the new one world economy.  Our politicians can give speeches until they are blue in the face about how “wonderful” globalism is, but the truth is that it is taking millions of our jobs away and it is ripping the U.S. middle class to shreds. Recession Over Or Just Beginning? 21 “Oh Crap!” Statistics About The U.S. Economy

Is the recession over or is the economic downturn just beginning?  Barack Obama and the Federal Reserve have been busy proclaiming that the U.S. economy is back on track, but the sad truth is that our economic problems look like they are about to get a whole lot worse.  Without oil, our entire economy would shut down cold.  Thanks to the chaos in the Middle East, oil is absolutely exploding in price.  In fact, the price of oil in the United States went up more than seven dollars today.  The global price of food has risen to record levels over the past 12 months and it is projected to continue to rapidly increase throughout all of 2011.  This is going to hit struggling families all over the globe very hard.  Meanwhile, thousands of manufacturing facilities and millions of good jobs continue to flee the United States.  The gap between the wealth that we consume as a nation and the wealth that we produce as a nation continues to grow.  We have attempted to fill this gap with asset sales and with massive amounts of debt, but that is a game that cannot last forever.  When we come to the end of every single month, we are poorer as a nation and we are deeper in debt as a nation.  From “sea to shining sea” we have become a nation that is flooded with red ink. Government Shutdown 2011? 5 Reasons Why It Wouldn’t Really Matter Either Way

Is the U.S. government going to shutdown on March 4th, 2011?  Possibly.  The current temporary funding extension expires on that day.  Speaker of the House John Boehner has pledged that the Republicans in the House will not pass another temporary funding extension that does not include “deep” cuts.  Barack Obama has pledged that he will veto the 61 billion dollars of budget cuts that the House of Representatives has just passed.  So now Boehner and Obama are playing a really bizarre game of chicken, and if neither of them blinks the U.S. government will shut down on March 4th.  So what will that mean?  Well, in a “government shutdown”, the entire government does not actually shut down.  Rather, only “essential personnel” are kept on during a shutdown and only “essential services” are provided.  Barack Obama would keep showing up at the White House and the U.S. military would continue to do their thing.  But it would cause a temporary disruption to a lot of government activities that people normally rely on. Isn’t It About Time That The United States Got The Heck Out Of The Middle East?

In Afghanistan right now, a one-legged Afghan Red Cross worker named Said Musa is sitting in a prison cell awaiting his sentence.  Musa, a father of six children, was arrested by the Afghan government as he attempted to seek asylum at the German embassy last year.  He was sentenced to death by an Afghan court that was established by the new Afghan government that the United States worked so hard to set up.  He has been horribly mistreated for months.  An Afghan judge has told him that he will be killed within a matter of days.  So what was his crime?  He was a Muslim that has become a Christian.  Under Sharia law, that is punishable by death.  Is this is the “freedom” that we have sacrificed so many American lives to bring to Afghanistan?  This Christian father of six will be hung by the Afghan “democracy” that the United States has been “nurturing” and that U.S. soldiers have been working so hard to defend. Debt, Debt, Debt – 15 Facts About U.S. Government Finances That Are Almost Too Crazy To Believe

If your family started spending nearly twice as much as it brought in every single year, how long do you think it would be before your family was completely and totally broke?  Well, that is essentially what the federal government is doing.  The U.S. government is so deep in debt at this point that it is hard to even try to describe it.  Where do you even begin?  Trying to put the vastness of U.S. government debt into words is kind of like trying to describe a great work of art by Michelangelo to a blind person.  This year the U.S. government is going to go 1.645 trillion more dollars into debt.  How can one possibly accurately convey just how large that amount of money really is?  If you went out today and started spending one dollar every single second, it would take you over 31,000 years to spend one trillion dollars.  Who can even comprehend such an amount?  The U.S. government has mismanaged our finances so badly that it is hard to believe.  We have sold our children and our grandchildren into perpetual debt slavery and not that many people really seem very upset about it.  It is as if most of the nation is in a massive state of denial. Is China Hoarding Gold In Anticipation Of A Global Financial Implosion? 10 Facts About Gold Fever In China That May Surprise You

China officially has gold fever.  Chinese demand for gold in 2011 is being called “explosive” and “voracious”.  China imported five times as much gold in 2010 as it did in 2009, and this year gold sales in China are projected to easily set another new all-time record.  China produces more gold than any other nation on the planet and last year the Chinese consumed more than twice as much gold as Americans did.  Yes, the Chinese are officially in love with gold.  But why is that?  Is it because they are concerned about inflation?  Is it because the Chinese are losing faith in paper currencies?  Are the Chinese looking to diversify?  Has gold become a “trendy” status symbol in China?  Or is something else going on here?
