You might as well stick a fork in the U.S. healthcare system because it is finished.  Even before Obamacare, Americans paid far more for healthcare than anyone else in the world.  Now thanks to Obamacare we will be faced with much higher health insurance premiums, much higher taxes, much longer waits to see doctors and more government bureaucrats involved in our lives than ever before.  As I have written about previously, the U.S. healthcare industry is a horrible mess, and now Obamacare is going to take the entire system directly into the toilet.  All over America today, families are going broke because of outrageous health insurance costs and suffocating medical debt, doctors are going broke and leaving the profession because they can’t make a living, and sick people are dying because they cannot get the care that they need.  So what solution does Obama give us?  A nearly 3,000 page monstrosity that will destroy what is left of our crumbling healthcare system and that will unleash 16,000 new IRS agents to hunt down the millions of Americans that do not currently have health insurance.  For those that love Big Brother socialist totalitarianism, Obamacare is a dream come true.  For the rest of us it is a total nightmare. All Over America Government Control Freaks Are Forcing Preppers Back On To The Grid

In recent years there have been huge numbers of Americans that have sought to go “off the grid” and live a more independent lifestyle.  It has been estimated that there are now approximately 3 million “preppers” in the United States, and many of them just want to be left alone so that they can take care of themselves and their families on their own land.  But that is not the way America works anymore.  In many areas of the country, government control freaks have essentially declared war on preppers and are attempting to force them back on to the grid.  In some states, “nuisance abatement teams” are conducting armed raids on off the grid properties.  Property owners are being cited for “code violations” and are being told that they are “bothering the neighbors”.  In some cases, trees and gardens are being forcibly removed.  In other cases, entire structures are being relocated or torn down.  And in the most extreme cases, property owners are actually being forced off of their properties completely by these control freaks.  You see, the truth is that in America you don’t really own your property.  You are essentially renting it, and you can only do with it what the government allows you to do.  And the government does not like people disconnecting from the grid and living an independent lifestyle.  So these battles over property rights are probably going to get even more intense in the years ahead. 1.6 Trillion Dollars More Debt: Fiscal Conservatives Have Been Raped By The Republican Party

What the Republican Party has done to fiscal conservatives over the past year and a half has been a betrayal so vast that it is difficult to find words to describe it.  Back in 2010, the Tea Party was riding high and a flood of new Republicans was sent to the U.S. House of Representatives in one of the greatest landslides in U.S. political history.  On election night 2010, more House seats changed hands than in another other election since 1948.  It was the greatest defeat for any sitting president in a midterm election since 1938.  After the election, the Democrats were left with fewer House seats than at any other time since 1946.  Needless to say, it was an absolutely historic election.  The Tea Party completely dominated American politics that night, and they sent the Republican Party a clear message that they wanted government debt to be brought under control.  So what has changed since then?  Not much.  The U.S. government is still running trillion dollar deficits every single year.  I have previously spent a lot of time blaming Barack Obama and the Democrats for this, but the truth is that they could not have spent a single penny without the approval of the U.S. House of Representatives.  So the Republican Party is complicit in this crime against the American people.  If there was ever a mandate to take a stand against runaway government debt, it was after the 2010 election, and the Republican Party has failed miserably.  So what are fiscal conservatives supposed to do now? The UN Wants Complete Control Over The Internet And That Would Mean Unprecedented Censorship, Taxes And Surveillance

One of the fastest ways to ruin the Internet would be to put the United Nations in charge of it.  Unfortunately, that is exactly what the United Nations wants.  The United Nations is now pushing very hard for complete control over the Internet. A proposal that has the support of China, Russia, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Iran would give control of the Internet to the UN’s International Telecommunication Union.  This is perhaps the greatest threat to the free and open Internet that we have seen yet.  At a UN conference in Dubai this upcoming December, representatives from 193 nations will debate this proposal.  The United States and many European nations are firmly against this proposal, but it is unclear whether they have the votes to stop it.  Unlike the Security Council, there are no vetoes when it comes to ITU proceedings.  So the United States may not be able to stop governance of the Internet from being handed over to the United Nations.  The United States could opt out of any new treaty, but that would result in a “balkanized” Internet.  If the UN gains control over the Internet, you can expect a whole new era of censorship, taxes, and surveillance.  It would be absolutely catastrophic for the free flow of commerce and information around the globe.  Unfortunately, many repressive regimes are very dissatisfied with how the Internet is currently working and they desperately want to be able to use the power of the UN to tax, regulate and censor the Internet.  Needless to say, that would be a disaster.  International control over the Internet would be a complete and total nightmare and it must be resisted. After The Government Microchips Our Soldiers, How Long Will It Be Before They Want To Put A Microchip In YOU

Ron Paul Could Still Win Enough Delegates To Deny Mitt Romney The Republican Nomination

Despite what you may have heard from the mainstream media, Mitt Romney does not have the Republican nomination locked up.  In fact, he is rapidly losing delegates that almost everyone assumed that he already had in the bag.  To understand why this is happening, you have to understand the delegate selection process.  Each state has different rules for selecting delegates to the Republican national convention, and in many states the “voting” done by the public does not determine the allocation of delegates to particular candidates at all.  And the truth is that delegates are the only thing that really matters in this race.  In state after state, the Ron Paul campaign is focusing on the delegate selection process with laser-like precision, and it is paying off big time.  At this point, there is still a legitimate chance that Ron Paul will be able to win enough delegates to deny Mitt Romney the nomination on the first ballot at the Republican national convention in Tampa.  If Romney does not have the 1,144 delegates that he needs on the first ballot, then it becomes a brokered convention and anything becomes possible at that point.
