The Supreme Court Just Gave Away Half Of The State Of Oklahoma

The stunning Supreme Court decision regarding Donald Trump’s tax records is making headlines all over the globe, and this is causing a far more important Supreme Court decision to fly under the radar.  In a 5-4 decision written by Neil Gorsuch and joined by four of the other liberal justices, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that about half of the state of Oklahoma belongs to Native American tribes even though the state of Oklahoma has “maintained unquestioned jurisdiction” over that land for more than 100 years.  In other words, there are now approximately 1.8 million former Oklahoma residents that suddenly live on land that no longer belongs to Oklahoma.  And now that the Supreme Court has handed down this ruling, there will be countless other Native American tribes that will be going to court with claims of sovereignty which will need to be resolved. The Conservative Effort To Reshape The Supreme Court Has Completely And Utterly Failed

It is time to admit the truth.  Throughout my entire lifetime, Republican presidential candidates have promised us that if we help get them elected they will move the Supreme Court in a more conservative direction.  But it hasn’t happened.  A Republican has been in the White House for 31 of the last 51 years, and yet the left has enjoyed a virtually uninterrupted string of historic Supreme Court victories throughout that entire stretch.  And even though a majority of the justices on the Supreme Court right now have been appointed by Republicans, the left continues to win one major victory after another. Police Officers All Over America Are Quitting Their Jobs Because Of The George Floyd Protests

Even during the best of times, being a police officer in one of America’s major cities is extremely stressful, and these are definitely not the best of times.  In 2020, the entire profession has become the target for a vast nationwide outpouring of anger and hatred.  It doesn’t matter if you are a good officer or a bad officer, because everyone is being lumped together.  Every single person that puts on a police uniform understands that they are putting their lives on the line every single day, but now that is even more true than ever.  All over the U.S., police officers are being attacked, abused and targeted for violence, and I can’t even imagine what it is like to never be able to let your guard down because someone could assault you at any moment.  And even if you never get physically attacked, most officers must still endure the mental torment of knowing that vast numbers of people want them dead simply because they have chosen to serve in the police.  For Winchester, Tennessee police officer Dustin Elliott, that was one of the main factors that caused him to quit his job… (Read More...)

By now, you have probably heard that the Minneapolis City Council plans to completely disband the Minneapolis Police Department, and other major cities are considering significant cuts to the funding that their police departments receive.  Needless to say, such moves will only make our streets even more unsafe, but a lot of people out there are so upset about police brutality that they are ready to support such drastic measures.  In the aftermath of 9/11, police departments all over the country were heavily militarized, and thousands of troops returning from our wars overseas were hired as officers.  This shift in policing culture caused enormous problems, and complaints about police brutality soared.  But instead of reforming law enforcement, many have now decided that the best approach would be to get rid of the police altogether. Cry For This Country, Because The Streets Of America Have Become A War Zone

It has truly been disheartening to watch how rapidly our major cities have descended into complete and utter chaos.  At a moment when our nation should be coming together like never before, we have open warfare in the streets.  The violence has shocked the entire world, and even more violence is expected this weekend.  But anyone that is causing violence is actually dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I wish that many of the “leaders” that are encouraging these protests would make that point a lot more loudly.  The truth is that the vast majority of Americans are sick and tired of police brutality.  Personally, I have written countless articles about police brutality over the years, and I never want to see another police officer kneel on someone’s neck ever again.  But I also never want to see these sorts of riots ever again either.  Unfortunately, many people believe that this is just the beginning of the civil unrest in this country. The DOJ Has Launched An Investigation As More Evidence Emerges That Someone Is Orchestrating The Violent Riots

The Department of Justice has announced that it is attempting to determine if there is a “coordinated command and control” behind the violent riots that have erupted all over the United States.  In recent days, officials all over the country have used words such as “organized” and “organizers” to describe the orchestration that they have been witnessing in their respective cities.  And all over the U.S., law enforcement officials have reported finding huge piles of rocks and bricks pre-staged at protest locations in advance, and scouts have often been used to direct rioters to locations where police are not present.  In addition, something that we have been hearing over and over again is that many of the people that are involved in the violence are not known by any of the locals.  At this point, the evidence appears to be so overwhelming that some sort of national coordination is taking place that the Department of Justice has decided to launch a formal investigation… (Read More...)

Fear Of The Coronavirus Has Absolutely Destroyed America’s Future

Very few people are talking about it, and even fewer are bothering to object, but by borrowing and spending so much money our politicians are essentially feeding America’s financial future into a wood chipper.  It took from the founding of our country all the way to 1981 before the U.S. national debt reached one trillion dollars.  Incredibly, we just added more than a trillion dollars to our national debt in less than a month.  On April 5th, we were 23.9 trillion dollars in debt, and by May 4th we were 25 trillion dollars in debt.  Fear of the coronavirus has caused nearly all of our politicians to suddenly become socialists, and we are being told that trillions more in spending may be coming.  This is complete and utter lunacy, and we are leaving future generations of Americans with a mountain of debt that would absolutely crush them.  But of course our society may not even last too much longer at the rate we are going.  For years I have been loudly warning that our absurd national debt is an existential threat to America’s future, but at this point both major political parties have completely abandoned any sense of fiscal responsibility.  Now our national debt is rapidly speeding toward the 26 trillion dollar mark, and the House of Representatives just passed a bill that would borrow and spend an additional 3 trillion dollars that we do not currently have… (Read More...)

Why Does The Mainstream Media Seem So Desperate To Keep The Coronavirus Lockdowns Going?

Something doesn’t smell right.  The number of newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. each day has been declining, as has the number of deaths.  This is great news, and we should be hoping that the falling numbers are a sign that the pandemic is beginning to subside.  But the mainstream media has been relentlessly pumping out stories that warn of “disaster” if the lockdowns are lifted “too soon”.  According to the mainstream media, by “ignoring science” we are inviting a “second wave” which will be even deadlier than the first one.  And it is certainly true that as we end the lockdowns more people will get exposed to COVID-19, but right now I do not know of a single hospital in the entire country that is currently being overwhelmed by this pandemic.  As long as our hospitals can handle it, there is no reason to continue the lockdowns.
