Our economy is literally coming apart at the seams, but the Biden administration just wants to keep shoveling billions upon billions of our tax dollars into a war on the other side of the world that is already hopelessly lost.  Despite what Joe Biden and his enablers in the corporate media are telling you, Ukraine is not going to win.  What the Russians did to the Azov Battalion in Mariupol is now going to happen on a much larger scale to the core of the Ukrainian military in the Donbas.  Instead of using thousands upon thousands of Ukrainian men as cannon fodder in a proxy war with Russia, our leaders should be pushing for a peace agreement that everyone can live with.  But that isn’t going to happen, because the warmongers in Washington are absolutely obsessed with finding a way to defeat Russia.  Of course if the warmongers just keep escalating matters we could eventually find ourselves in a nuclear conflict with Russia, and that is a fight that nobody would win. On top of everything else that is going wrong, shall we add a diesel fuel shortage and a nationwide electricity shortage to the equation?  I never imagined that I would be writing about such things in the middle of 2022, but here we are.  I will discuss the potential electricity shortage in a moment, but first I want people to understand how serious a widespread diesel shortage would be.  Without diesel, our trains and trucks don’t run, and if they don’t run America’s supply chains completely and utterly collapse.  So even a moderate shortage would be absolutely paralyzing for the U.S. economy.  Unfortunately, supplies are rapidly dwindling and we are being warned that a “global diesel shortage that will shock people” could begin as soon as next month… (Read More...)

Roe v. Wade was never the biggest obstacle that pro-life forces were facing.  Of course if Roe is overturned it will be one of the best things to happen in this nation in decades.  And Roe must be overturned before any U.S. states can actually take the step of outlawing abortion.  So I am not downplaying the significance of Roe v. Wade.  However, as you will see below, we have a far bigger problem than Roe v. Wade in front of us, and it is a problem that cannot be fixed by a court of law. (Read More...)

In a civilized society, violence, intimidation and rioting are not used as political tools.  Unfortunately, the United States is no longer a civilized society, and violence, intimidation and rioting are now regularly being used as political weapons.  On Monday, I posted an article warning that there would soon be chaos in the streets, and many others have issued similar warnings.  Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for the violence to start.  As you will see below, on Tuesday there was an extremely disturbing clash between pro-abortion protesters and police in the Pershing Square area of Los Angeles.  Sadly, this is just the beginning.  I expect more rioting during the weeks leading up to the official unveiling of the Supreme Court decision in the Dobbs case, but the real violence will come once it has been confirmed that the Court has actually chosen to overturn Roe v. All of a sudden, abortion is the biggest political issue in America once again.  During the weeks and months ahead, we are going to have an unprecedented national debate about abortion, and the whole world will be watching.  Ultimately, overturning Roe v. Wade is not going to change that much.  It is what comes afterwards that really matters.  Will at least some U.S. states decide to completely ban abortion, or will we witness an absolutely colossal backlash against the Supreme Court’s decision that will result in America embracing abortion more than ever before?  Unfortunately, I am deeply concerned that it may be the latter. Whenever there is some sort of a major crisis, our politicians normally attempt to solve it by spending money.  But in this case, that isn’t going to work.  Our leaders can try to throw billions or even trillions of dollars at the global food crisis, and they may even convince themselves that they are making a difference.  However, the truth is that they simply cannot create food out of thin air.  As I discussed last week, we are facing a worldwide nightmare of epic proportions.  Fertilizer prices have spiked to absurd levels, extremely bizarre weather patterns are playing havoc with crop production all over the planet, and the war in Ukraine has caused a growing supply crunch that will not be resolved any time soon.  There simply is no “magic wand” that our politicians can wave that will make this problem go away.
