Facebook Is Hiring “News Credibility Specialists” That Will Pass Judgment On Which Sites Are “Credible” And Which Sites Are Not

The war on “fake news” is about to go to an entirely new level. According to media reports, Facebook has been seeking to hire “news credibility specialists” that will be tasked with “evaluating” which news publishers are “credible” and which are not. If the goal was just to simply filter out the handful of websites that purposely publish fake news stories, that would be fine. But as we have seen so many times in recent years, these types of programs inevitably discriminate against conservative viewpoints. Facebook is highly liberal, and they will be hiring from a California talent pool that is also highly liberal. And liberals invariably consider liberal viewpoints to be more “credible” than conservative viewpoints. Facebook built an empire by giving everyone a voice, and it is simply not fair for them to try to exclude conservative viewpoints now just because they do not like them. (Read More...)

And The Worst City In America For 2018 Is…

Before I reveal which city was chosen as the worst city in America this year, let me give you some hints. At one time nearly two million people lived there, but now the population has declined to about 700,000. It was once one of the greatest manufacturing cities in the entire world, and it once boasted the highest per capita income in the whole country. 50 years ago, thriving middle class neighborhoods peppered the city, but today it has become a rotting, decaying nightmare and a poster child for urban decay. Tens of thousands of structures stand empty, and that is after the city has already torn down thousands of abandoned buildings. (Read More...)

Governments And Social Media Companies Are Collaborating To Censor Anyone That Would Dare To Question Mainstream Media Narratives

The era of free and unfettered speech on the Internet is rapidly ending.  All over the world, national governments are working very closely with social media companies to take control of “Internet news”.  Up until recently, the Internet really was a wonderful marketplace of ideas, and ordinary people like you and I were empowered to share information with one another like never before in human history.  But now the elite have seen the power that this can have, and they are cracking down hard.  The term “fake news” has come to mean any source that would dare to question the official narratives that are being fed to us from the mainstream media, and in reality the push to censor “fake news” is really just an all-out effort to eliminate independent thought.  Before the Internet, it was much easier for the elite to control the flow of information, and now they are taking unprecedented measures to control the flow of information in the digital age. This Guy Really Needs To Move Out Of His Parents’ Basement…

This is a photo of a collection of Dungeons and Dragons miniatures that a user known as “Sasaki” posted on Reddit.  On the one hand, it is an extremely impressive collection that must have taken hundreds upon hundreds of hours to complete, but on the other hand it also represents a colossal waste of time.  This particular individual spent approximately four thousand dollars on this collection, and there is nothing wrong with having a hobby as long as it still leaves time for more important things.  Sadly, so many of our young people today are focused on similar pursuits instead of taking on adult responsibilities.  At this point 38.4 percent of all Millennials live with their parents or other relatives, and that is a level never seen before in all of U.S. history. Let’s Honor The Hero That Took 3 Bullets When He Stopped The School Shooting In Indiana By Tackling The Shooter

There are heroes all around us, and Jason Seaman is one of those heroes.  Seaman has been a science teacher at Noblesville West Middle School for the past four years, and he probably never imagined that one day he would be face to face with a shooter at his own school.  But that is precisely what happened, and when the moment came he did not hesitate.  He sacrificed his own body to save his students, and that is the kind of courage that we desperately need in this day and age.  In the process of tackling the shooter, Seaman was hit by three bullets, and according to the latest media reports he had surgery to repair the damage on Friday(Read More...)

2nd Grade Student’s Homework Assignment About How Much She Hates Her Mom’s Cell Phone Goes Viral On Social Media

A teacher down in Louisiana recently had her 2nd grade students write about an invention that they wish had never been created, and what one little girl wrote about her mother’s cell phone is going viral all over social media. In fact, the post has already been shared over a quarter of a million times on Facebook. Teacher Jen Beason didn’t reveal the identity of the little girl, but she originally shared what she had written on Facebook to encourage parents to get off of their cell phones and to start spending more time with their children. As parents, we don’t always realize how much our children really do want to spend time with us. This is what the little girl wrote… (Read More...)

Drought Conditions In The Southwest Are So Bad That They Are Already Being Compared To The Dust Bowl Of The 1930s

The worst drought to hit the Southwest in decades continues to grow even worse, and many are already comparing this current crisis to the Dust Bowl days of the 1930s.  Agricultural production is way down, major rivers are running dry, and horses are dropping dead from a lack of water.  The epicenter of this drought is where the states of Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico all come together, but it is also devastating areas of north Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas as well.  Portions of seven states are already at the highest level of drought on the scale that scientists use, and summer won’t even start for about another two months.  If we don’t start seeing some significant rainfall, it won’t be too long before massive dust storms start devastating the entire region.  The mainstream media is finally beginning to wake up and start reporting on this crisis, and some reporters are choosing to make a direct comparison between this drought and the Dust Bowl conditions during the Great Depression(Read More...)

Did Texas School Shooter Dimitrios Pagourtzis Have Links To Antifa Or Was He Just Copying Columbine?

Not again.  Yet another mass school shooting in America is making headlines all over the world, and this is another case in which the warning signs were there well ahead of time.  Dimitrios Pagourtzis had been wearing a trenchcoat to school all year, he had posted violent and disturbing messages on social media, and he seems to have been obsessed with the Columbine school shooting.  Unfortunately, nobody ever intervened, and the entire world now knows the name Dimitrios Pagourtzis.
