The Good Side Of Thanksgiving And The Bad Side Of Thanksgiving

thanksgiving-dinner-photo-by-marcus-quiqmireI have to admit – of all the holidays on our calendar, Thanksgiving is one of my favorites. It is a time to gather with family and friends, and it is a time to give thanks for all the good things that have happened to us this year. And the remarkable acts of generosity that happen during this time of the year remind all of us that there are still people out there that are trying to do the right thing and to be lights in their communities. But of course all is not well in America this Thanksgiving. As I write about so often on The Economic Collapse Blog, poverty is growing, close to 50 million Americans are struggling with hunger, and the number of people sleeping in homeless shelters in New York City just hit an all-time record high. Sadly, even with such great need all around us, Americans continue to be some of the most wasteful people on the entire planet. In fact, one newly released report says that Americans will throw away 200 million pounds of turkey this Thanksgiving alone… (Read More...)

A Spirit Of Violence Rises In America Following The Unveiling Of The ‘Harbinger Of Baal’ In New York

baal-arch-photo-by-jeanie-laboyIs it just a coincidence that we have seen violence erupt all over America since the unveiling of the arch that served as a gateway to the Temple of Baal in New York City on September 19th? First there were the terror attacks in New York, New Jersey and Minnesota, then there were the unprecedented riots in Charlotte, and over the weekend there was a horrific mass shooting near Seattle. All of these events took place within a week after the Arch of Triumph was put up in New York. Baal was an ancient deity that was often associated with violence and bloodshed, and those that erected this arch have no idea what they are messing with. (Read More...)

Why Won’t Obama Call It Terrorism?

obama-delivers-a-statement-public-domainEverybody knows that what just happened in New York City was an act of Islamic terror, so why won’t Barack Obama use those words? 28-year-old Afghan immigrant Ahmad Khan Rahami only had one motivation when he planted those improvised explosive devices. He wanted to use violence to promote the cause of Islam. All over the planet radical Islam is on the rise, and we have seen more than 1000 Islamic terror attacks worldwide so far this year. But an extreme form of political correctness is causing many of our leaders to deny what is happening right in front of their eyes. In fact, Barack Obama refused to use the word terrorism when talking about the attack in New York… (Read More...)

Confirmed: The Arch Of Triumph Is Going Up In New York City On September 19th

The Arch Of Triumph - Palmyra, Syria - Photo by Bernard GagnonDo you remember all of the buzz about the arch from the Temple of Baal that was supposed to go up in Times Square back in April? Well, that project was ultimately canceled, but now it has been resurrected in a new form. In April a reproduction of a different arch, the Arch of Triumph, was erected in Trafalgar Square in London, and now another reproduction of that famous arch will be going up in New York City on September 19th. This particular arch is not the same one that once stood directly in front of the Temple of Baal in Syria. Rather, the Arch of Triumph was constructed at a later date by the Romans, and it served to link the main street of the Colonnade with the Temple. So there is still definitely a connection with the Temple of Baal, but it is not as direct as had originally been envisioned. (Read More...)

Stories Of Despair From The Forgotten People That The U.S. Economy Has Left Behind

Forgotten - Public DomainThere is so much economic despair in our country today, but if you have a good job and if you live in a good neighborhood you might not ever encounter it.  There really are “two Americas” in 2016, and they are getting farther and farther apart with each passing year.  On the one hand, you have lots of people smiling in New York City these days because of the stock market boom, and property values have soared to ridiculous levels in San Francisco because of the tech bubble.  But in between the two coasts there are vast stretches of forgotten people that the U.S. economy has left behind.  In this article I am going to share some of their stories with you. Victory! The Arch From The Temple Of Baal Planned For New York City Has Been CANCELED

Palmyra - Public DomainThe Temple of Baal is NOT coming to Times Square in New York City next month.  This is great news, and it represents an incredible victory for Christians in the United States.  As you will see below, the New York Times, Snopes and a whole host of other mainstream news sources reported last month that everything was on track for reproductions of the giant 48-foot-tall arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria to be put up simultaneously in Times Square in New York City and Trafalgar Square in London during the month of April.  But now that will not be happening.  The only arch that will be going up will be in Trafalgar Square, and it won’t be the one from the Temple of Baal.  Instead, the Institute for Digital Archaeology has changed plans and will be putting up a reproduction of the Arch of Triumph which the Romans originally built in Palmyra and that has nothing to do with Baal.  So why has there been such a dramatic change in plans? Happy Beltane? Temple Of Baal In New York Is Going Up Just Before Baal’s Biggest Day Of The Year

Beltane - Photo by Stefan SchaferIs it just a coincidence that reproductions of the 48-foot-tall arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria are going to be put up in Times Square in New York City and in Trafalgar Square in London exactly 13 days before Baal’s biggest day of the year?  In the occult world, 13 is the number of rebellion, and these arches are going to be put on display precisely 13 days prior to the major occult holiday of Beltane on May 1st.  In a previous article, I explained that the chief god of ancient Babylon named Marduk eventually came to be known as “Baal” or “Bel” which both mean “Lord”.  As worship of this ancient deity spread all over the globe, sometimes this language was retained, and this is definitely true when it comes to “Bel-tane” or “Baal-tein”.  Beltane can be translated as “Baal fire”, and even many Wiccans acknowledge that this festival has origins which can be traced all the way back to the Baal worship of the ancient Middle East.  For example, the following comes directly from the website of a Wiccan named Lady Bridget(Read More...)

April 19: Temple Of Baal In New York Is Going Up Same Day The Blood Sacrifice To The Beast Begins

Blood Sacrifice To The Beast - Public DomainI am about to share with you some absolutely astounding information.  It turns out that the exact day when reproductions of the arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal are going to be erected in Times Square in New York City and in Trafalgar Square in London is also the exact day when a very important occult festival related to the worship of Baal begins.  April 19th is the first day of a 13 day period of time known as “the Blood Sacrifice to the Beast” that culminates on the high occult holy day of Beltane on May 1st.  In some parts of the world, Beltane is much better known as “May Day”, and it has been described as the “Illuminati’s second most sacred holiday”.  As you will see below, we have indeed witnessed a disturbing series of “blood sacrifices” during the second half of April in recent years, and many people wonder if there is a connection. Will A Gateway Be Opened When The Arch From The Temple Of Baal Is Reconstructed In Times Square?

Science Fiction Gateway Or PortalIn April, part of the Temple of Baal that stood in Palmyra, Syria will be reconstructed in Times Square in New York City and in Trafalgar Square in London.  The specific portion that is being erected in both cases is the 48-foot-tall arch that stood at the entrance to the temple.  The Institute of Digital Archaeology is the organization behind this effort, and the display of these two arches is intended to be the highlight of UNESCO’s World Heritage Week late next month.  After seeing my initial story, one of my readers observed that an arch is really just a gateway or a portal.  In other words, it can serve as both an entrance and an exit.  So could it be possible that we will be unknowingly setting up a gate or a portal of some sort in Times Square?
