Why Hillary Clinton Needs To Go To Prison In 2018

In the United States, nobody is supposed to be above the law, and that includes our elected officials.  If top politicians are permitted to break the law over and over again and get away with it, that sends an absolutely terrible message to everyone else in our society, and it threatens the legitimacy of our entire system of justice.  Hillary Clinton has been caught red-handed mishandling classified documents, it appears that she greatly betrayed our nation during the Uranium One deal, evidence has emerged that she has committed gross violations of campaign finance law, and the very deep corruption at the Clinton Foundation is well known.  Hillary Clinton needs to be prosecuted and sent to prison, and as a member of Congress I will do whatever I can to help make that happen.

Let’s start by discussing Hillary’s mishandling of classified documents.  According to Fox News, there were classified documents among the 2,800 work-related emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop that the State Department released on Friday, and this is fresh evidence that Hillary Clinton broke the law…

The State Department on Friday released a batch of work-related emails from the account of top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were discovered by the FBI on a laptop belonging to Abedin’s estranged husband, Anthony Weiner, near the end of the 2016 presidential campaign.

At least four of the documents released Friday are marked “classified.”

As we have seen in so many other cases of this nature, it does not matter if Hillary Clinton intended to mishandle classified documents or not.

All that matters is that she did so, and we have very clear evidence that she did.  As Bernard B. Kerik has pointed out, anyone else in the federal government that did what Clinton did would definitely be prosecuted…

The possession, transmission, and failing to secure these documents are all federal crimes that do not require intent. Why hasn’t someone been prosecuted? Any member of the , or would’ve been prosecuted in a second for a violation that substantial.

And we have also learned that emails from the State Department during the Trump administration also somehow ended up on Anthony Weiner’s laptop.

How in the world did that happen?

We need answers, and someone needs to be held accountable for that.

As bad as the email scandal is, the Uranium One scandal may be even more troublesome for Hillary Clinton.

If you are not familiar with Uranium One, the following is a pretty good summary from the Christian Science Monitor

President Trump calls it the “real Russia story”: allegations that as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton approved the sale of 20 percent of US uranium supplies to Rosatom, the Russian state nuclear company.

The sale was greased by $145 million in contributions to the Clinton Foundation from Canadian executives who benefited from the sale, according to these allegations.

Prosecutors at the Justice Department are now reportedly considering the appointment of a special prosecutor to look into the transaction.

I very much hope that a special prosecutor is appointed to look into Uranium One, because this appears to be an enormous can of worms.

Hillary Clinton also appears to have violated campaign finance law.  It turns out that her campaign helped fund the now infamous “anti-Trump dossier”, but she tried to keep that a secret from the FEC.  The following comes from Fox News

The revelation that Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee helped fund a salacious anti-Trump dossier last year is raising new legal questions for the Clinton team — with a watchdog group filing a formal complaint alleging they hid the payments from public view.

The Campaign Legal Center filed the complaint Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission, accusing the DNC and Clinton’s campaign committee of breaking campaign finance law by failing to accurately disclose the money spent on the Trump-Russia dossier.

This is another instance where it is exceedingly clear that Hillary Clinton should be prosecuted.

So why aren’t members of Congress speaking up?

In just a few months, Republican primaries will be held all over the nation for the upcoming 2018 mid-term elections.

If a candidate for Congress will not publicly commit to do whatever they can to put Hillary Clinton in prison, do not vote for that individual.

Hillary Clinton is one of the most corrupt politicians that the United States has ever seen, and she needs to be brought to justice.

Personally, I would love to see a special prosecutor appointed to look into corruption at the Clinton Foundation.  If you doubt that the Clinton Foundation is corrupt, just consider the words of Ted Rall

More than half of the people who managed to score a personal one on one meeting with Hillary Clinton while she was Secretary of State donated money to the Clinton Foundation, either as an individual or through a company where they worked. “Combined, the 85 donors contributed as much as $156 million. At least 40 donated more than $100,000 each, and 20 gave more than $1 million,” the Associated Press reported.

Does that make Clinton corrupt?

Yes. It does.

The Clintons never intended for their “foundation” to help those in need.  Instead, it was used by the Clintons to live an outrageously luxurious lifestyle.  According to Ted Rall, only a very small fraction of the millions of dollars that the Clintons raised ever made it to the needy…

The Clintons extract millions of dollars in travel expenditures, including luxurious airplane accommodations and hotel suites, from their purported do-gooder outfit. They exploit the foundation as a patronage mill, arranging for it to hire their loyalists at extravagant six-figure salaries. Charity Navigator, the Yelp of non-profits, doesn’t bother to issue a rating for the Clinton foundation due to the pathetically low portion of money ($9 million out of $140 million in 2013) that makes its way to someone who needs it.

“It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” says Bill Allison of the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group.

And of course everything that I have just discussed above is just the tip of the iceberg.

There is a very long string of crimes that Bill and Hillary Clinton have been involved in that goes all the way back to Arkansas in the 1980s.

If America is going to continue to be governed by the rule of law, the Clintons must be brought to justice.

As a member of Congress I will do whatever I can to help get the Clintons locked up, and I am calling on every other Republican to make the same pledge.

Michael Snyder is a pro-Trump candidate for Congress in Idaho’s First Congressional District, and you can learn how you can get involved in the campaign on his official website. His new book entitled “Living A Life That Really Matters” is available in paperback and for the Kindle on Amazon.com.

Sir, the Clintons are demonic. You would only be jeopardizing your life and the lives of your immediate family members by going after them. It’s not worth it. They may not get justice in this life, but they surely will in the next. As a Christian, do you believe that?

  • Aspen

Considering that Trump has made regular donations to the Clinton Foundation and also to Hillary’s senate campaigns I doubt she’ll ever see a jail cell.

Michael, you’re preaching to the choir. Any moves to investigate/prosecute Hillary or any other of these nefarious characters will be called a witch hunt and an authoritarian attempt to destroy political opposition. And 50% of the electorate will believe it. You’ll see rioting in the streets, and it will lead to civil war. I was very gladdened by Trump’s executive order of Dec. 21 and his calling of a state of national emergency, until I thought for a second: What if he actually tries to IMPLEMENT these things? The left with all their apparatus is not going to stand idly by while their powerful ones are prosecuted. If you think the reaction to Trump’s election was over-the-top, you haven’t seen anything yet. Any move to follow through on the exec order will throw the nation into total turmoil. And yet…it may be necessary. God help us.

This site becomes very political. Money talks….

  • I haven’t read one accusation in this “article” that hasn’t been thoroughly debunked already, or at least shown to be wayyyy over-hyped. NOT ONE.

To anyone who still somehow believes the claptrap against Hillary Clinton, please Google the accusation of your choice along with her name and “debunked”. But have your psychiatric nurse nearby to dose you for the evening, otherwise you’ll never get to sleep.

And if the author’s rage-boner against former Secretary of State Clinton weren’t his only claim to fame, I’d love to know if or why he thinks each accusation against her is just fine and dandy when Incompetent Donald’s near-identical “accidents” are under the spotlight. HIS family foundation is the one that charity navigators have found to be [illegally] supporting an entire family, NOT the Clinton Foundation which routinely is shown to have helped at a rate higher than most other charities (and certainly a great deal more than the blatant lie stated by Ted Rall). Our /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ-grabber-in chief also mishandles classifies information — both by Twitter AND by fielding calls in the dining room of his Mar-a-Lago i front of dozens of other random diners… WHO BY THE WAY are participating in some straight up PAY-FOR-PLAY by forking hundreds of thousands of dollars straight to Mar-a-Lago to access our orange-not-so-glorious leader. And that of course violates our nation’s emoluments clause, which Crooked, Money-grubbin’ Donald refused to commit to, you know, much like allowing the American people to see his tax returns as he PROMISED he would share only if he became president… and then said that he never said it even though every news station but for his personal propaganda platform, FoxNews, played the clip(s) over and over to KellyAnne Conway and to the dearly departed Sean Spicer.

The smart money for future elections is on all of the candidates who renounce the presidency of Donald, not the few remaining fools who still try to pretend that Donald’s ship hasn’t sunk.

Justice Oliver W. Holmes once remarked that justice has to have the appearance of justice. Not an exact quote but I think you get the idea.
When the Special Prosecutor’s office has active members of the opposition party and the FBI appears to be compromised then the Republican accusation of a witch hunt is valid.
When the Special Prosecutor goes after the President or his staff and ignores equally valid accusations against members of the Democrat Party then the entire thing becomes prejudice. Then the entire thing needs to be shut down and all accusations against people dismissed based on justice being applied to one while justice is not applied to another.
Otherwise you have the appearance of a lynching not justice.
I was always taught to put things in plain ordinary English when writing a contract. Do not attempt to be a lawyer. They have a monopoly. Even in plain English, sometimes a lawyer or a prosecutor will twist things, withhold evidence unfairly from the defense, and basically act in an unethical manner.
That is where the Bar Association should step in. But do they? The appearance is they do not. And innocent people land in jail. And crooked prosecuting attorneys are free.
Right now our justice system has wrongly convicted a whole lot of men of rape based on eye-witness accounts. Only to have it over turned by DNA evidence that proved they did not do it. Meanwhile a whole bunch of men are in jail for something they did not do.
The three tier government structure is designed to give checks and balances. And originally it did just that. But 95% or better of the congress are lawyers. And some have no motive to be fair to anyone. So we have a justice system that is corrupted.
Our entire system of justice needs to change. That means having the other two tiers of government stepping in and throwing these attorneys and judges out of business when corruption is proven.
It hasn’t happened and I doubt if it ever will as long as justice depends on how wealthy one is.
Mr. Trump and crew may or may not be guilty. Going against the ethics of the American Bar Association throws the entire thing into the area of a mistrial.
Is Hillary guilty of something? A whole lot of people think so.
The only way to clear that up is to put her on trial and get a verdict from a jury.
IF and when that happens(highly unlikely considering her political connections) then that jury has to be privy to classified materials. Because anyone in the position of Secretary of State is likely to be in special circumstances. Such as deliberately feeding disinformation to a foreign power to keep this country secure. I am not privy to this information nor is any other average citizen.
What the opposition parties need to understand is second guessing a President is very dangerous to the security of this country. So quit attacking the executive branch and start protecting this country.
That goes to judges that do not know the whole story and are second guessing the executive branch on a regular basis.
I find that action to be very bad. It could end up backfiring on those doing it with charges of treason if it continues. And the President of this country can and will prosecute a whole bunch of them for doing so including those hidden in our bureaus and places like the EPA, the IRS, and possibly the FBI.
It is against the law to leak information and some of these people have been doing so on a regular basis.
I suggest they drop the entire special prosecutor approach. The potential can of worms opened up by this approach will backfire big time.

I think that both Donald and Hillary should spend some time behind bars. In Donald’s case, he willfully and deliberately violated the Cuban Trade Embargo in 1998.

My gosh, Al Capone went to jail on tax evasion. Many have gone to jail for a long time for inadvertently walked away from government work with classified documents. The Clintons have volumes of crimes and corruption that are known by everyone and yet still haven’t been indicted, tried, sentenced and jailed at this time. Her criminal hands are involving a massive number of other criminals in the name of politics and greed.

Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton refused to render assistance to disabled Americans with a well founded fear of persecution, while she re-positioned her public opinion
that marriage is a human right. That’s why she lost the 2016 election.

Why Hillary Won’t Go To Prison in 2018. She’s a friend of the Trump family.

  • Hillary Clinton is not going to jail.

  • Brian David Andersen

Problem – which Hillary should go prison – the short one, the good looking one or the real one?

    • Elijah

All three of them. And I do not agree with putting them in prison. They should be shot by a firing squad, on television for all to see what happens to scum politicians as an example. I’ll donate the bullets and save my fellow taxpayers the cost of putting them in prison for life! I mean really? Haven’t they cost us enough already in misery?

HIGH NOON The increasing size of the gallows has meant several revisions in blue prints and a change of venue. The number of treasonous government officials continues to grow, which now means the White House lawn has become the most favored venue. The fence allows a formidable, but beautiful, boundary between spectators and the grassy knoll, while providing a see-through barrier for photos and viewing. Television cameras, broadcast professionals, and reporters will have plenty of room to set up where the Annual Easter Egg Hunt has traditionally been held on the grass. And, the surrounding street can be cordoned off for large stadium bleachers to accommodate a crowd of ten thousand. Internationally, 2 billion are expected to watch the live broadcast around the world. Celebratory parades held in thousands of cities will commence following the grizzly spectacle, and meanwhile off camera, the pine coffins will be scuttled away for immediate burial at sea in an unknown location. Tickets for the hanging must be sold to limit masses, since Trump’s inauguration held crowds of between 5,000 and 500,000, (?) arguably. Even more spectators are expected at this event, as Trump’s hanging is said to be exponentially more popular than his inauguration.

Coincidentally, the execution lands on the same day America’s Republican Party is to be dissolved forever by the historic “First Constitutional Dissolution Edict,” just issued by the Supreme Court of the United States. The mandate was declared at the conclusion of the trials of Donald Trump, his three oldest children, and Jared Kushner; Trump’s impeachment; and four high stakes Grand Juries. The capital punishment of all criminals in the “Trump Espionage and Russian Conspiracy Carnage” marks the first day of “Peaceful Recovery” for all nations of the world. The day of world celebration comes one day after Putin’s death by firing squad in Red Square near the Kremlin. North Korea will hold concurrent celebrations honoring the world’s military forces who held firm in proclaiming they would reject Trump’s Declaration of War, just minutes before expected world annihilation. In addition, the Doomsday Clock hands will be moved to 11:45 at the “Ceremony of World Peace,” at the Washington Monument in DC, where Hillary Clinton will finally be inaugurated President. There, Robert Mueller will be honored for his part in discovering the diabolical methods Russians used to change votes in the 2016 Presidential Election, revealing the true winner! What a day this will be!
