What Donald Trump Just Did Is Going To Have Social Conservatives In A State Of Complete Shock

donald-trump-thumbs-up-trump-presidential-transition-teamThis is NOT what most social conservatives were expecting. Like millions of other Americans, I greatly celebrated when Donald Trump pulled off a miracle on election night. But within a week of his stunning election victory, many social conservatives already feel like they are being stabbed in the back. On Sunday, 60 Minutes aired a post-election interview with Trump in which he explained that his stance on gay marriage is that it is “settled” and that he has no plans to try to overturn the Supreme Court decision legalizing it. According to CNN, this answer “could leave conservatives worried”…

For the first time since winning the election, Donald Trump has weighed in on two of the most controversial social issues the Supreme Court has taken on ever: gay marriage, and abortion.

His answers could leave conservatives worried.

Trump indicated he’s “fine” with the high court’s opinion legalizing same-sex marriage and called it “settled,” but committed to appointing justices who want to change the 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling affirming abortion rights.

CNN’s article didn’t fully capture the flavor of what Trump actually said. A Mediaite article contained more extended quotes…

“It’s irrelevant because it was already settled. It’s law. It was settled in the Supreme Court,” Trump said bluntly on 60 Minutes.

“I mean, it’s done…” he continued. “These cases have gone to the Supreme Court. They’ve been settled, and I’m fine with that.”

You can see Trump making these comments for yourself right here. It is simply not accurate for Trump to say that gay marriage is “settled” while Roe v. Wade is not. In the legal world, nothing is ever really “settled”.

Just like Roe v. Wade, Trump could publicly commit to appointing Supreme Court justices that would overturn the legalization of gay marriage.

And without a doubt, the people that elected him were counting on him to do something about it.

But the truth is that he doesn’t want to do something about it.

Donald Trump is “fine” with gay marriage, and so that political battle is now officially over.

For social conservatives, gay marriage is one of the Big Three. Abortion and Israel are the other two “red line issues”, and since the election Donald Trump has also had some extremely disturbing remarks about Israel.

In fact, Trump just told the Wall Street Journal that a peace agreement that would permanently divide the land of Israel into two states would be “the ultimate deal” and that he is very interested in trying to make that happen “for humanity’s sake”.

Could it be possible that social conservatives have been betrayed again?

Could it be possible that Donald Trump was just another politician that was willing to say anything to get elected?

So far Trump has not appointed any prominent evangelical Christians to any important posts, but it is being reported that Trump is considering “an openly gay man to represent the US at the United Nations”…

President-elect Donald Trump is considering a woman to run the Republican Party and an openly gay man to represent the US at the United Nations, moves that would inject diversity into a Trump team.

The incoming president is considering Richard Grenell as United States ambassador to the United Nations. If picked and ultimately confirmed by the Senate, he would be the first openly gay person to fill a Cabinet-level foreign policy post. Grenell previously served as US spokesman at the U.N. under former President George W. Bush’s administration.

And let us not forget that Trump has already publicly sided with the transgender community in the bathroom wars

Trump, who has spent his life in liberal New York City, referred to LGBT Republicans at the Republican National Convention and said during his campaign that transgender people should use whatever bathroom they feel comfortable using.

So did Trump just use social conservatives to get elected just like George W. Bush did?

Now that the election is over, Trump is even calling the Clintons “good people”

Clinton “did some bad things,” he said, but added that ultimately the Clintons are “good people.”

“I don’t want to hurt them, I don’t want to hurt them,” he said. “They’re, they’re good people. I don’t want to hurt them. And I will give you a very, very good and definitive answer the next time we do 60 Minutes together.”

Is he serious?

That is like calling the Nazis “good people”. Hillary Clinton is the most corrupt politician that the United States has ever seen, and no politician in America has done more to promote abortion than she has.

Perhaps he has a different definition of “good” than the rest of us do.

Of course a whole lot of social conservatives will get really upset when they read this article and at least a few will post comments staunchly defending Donald Trump and his positions on these issues.

I don’t care who it is – when our politicians come out in favor of gay marriage, men using women’s restrooms or permanently dividing the land of Israel, they deserve to be rebuked.

Let’s see if all of Donald Trump’s new evangelical friends are willing to challenge him on these things.

My guess is that they will not be.

This is yet another sign that “social conservatives” and evangelical Christians have fallen into great apostasy. These days people just believe whatever they want to believe, and they are doing whatever is right in their own eyes.

On Monday, we learned that one of the most popular Christian bloggers in the entire country has come out as a lesbian.

Doyle Melton’s brand new book is an Oprah Book Club selection, and she separated from her husband not too long ago. And of course it turns out that there was a very good reason for separating from her husband. She has decided that she is no longer a heterosexual at all, and she has just announced that she is now dating female soccer star Abby Wambach

A Christian mommy blogger has announced she is dating retired soccer star Abby Wambach.

Glennon Doyle Melton posted a smiling picture of herself and Wambach on Sunday, with the caption: ‘Oh my God, she is so good to me. She loves me for all the things I’ve always wanted to be loved for. She’s just my favorite. My person.’

Both are newly single.

But of course Donald Trump is “fine” with that, and so is much of the evangelical Christian world.

In my new book, I warned about the great apostasy that is coming, and the election of Donald Trump is not going to change that. In fact, there is no possible way that America will ever be “great again” until we turn from our evil ways.

If we continue to murder millions of babies in our abortion mills, judgment will come to America.

If two-thirds of all Christian men continue to look at pornography on a regular basis, judgment will come to America.

If we continue to greatly celebrate things that God says are an abomination, judgment will come to America.

If divorce rates in the church continue to be about the same as they are in the world, judgment will come to America.

If we continue to have 20 million new cases of sexually-transmitted disease in the United States every year, judgment will come to America.

The name of God is blasphemed in almost all of our movies and television shows, and yet Christians still sit there and watch them every night. America is among the world leaders in adultery, drug addiction, alcoholism, registered sex offenders and teen pregnancy, and we produce more pornography than the rest of the planet combined.

America is not great right now, and it never will be again unless we get our hearts right with God.

And at this moment, there are very serious doubts about whether Donald Trump is going to take us in the right direction as a nation.

Like many, I was pleased that Mr. Trump won the election. Now it turns out he’s not all he was cracked up to be. Typical politician, even though he wasn’t one before. He will probably not keep his word on issues other than what Michael has mentioned here. Let’s hope he doesn’t turn out to be as evil as Mrs. Clinton. Ugh.

    • Joan Camara

Right…at least we don’t have to get 50,000 more muslims, like hillary vowed she would bring in…the lesser of two evils is the only choice we had…trump.

      • He was not the lesser of any evils, he was the top evil in all categories. We had the chance to select ANY of the other Republican options, and we went with the Internet Trolliest of them all. The one who did the most schoolyard taunting, the one who made the most childish statements, the one who told the tallest tales, the one who couldn’t make sense unless he was reading other people’s words of the teleprompter, and even then he read like a remedial 12 year-old.

This country ALWAYS elects a Republican after eight years of a Democrat (just like we always elect a Dem after eight years of GOP). There was no way we weren’t going to get a Republican President in 2016, no way. But we got the sleaziest conman out of the entire Right. A reality TV star who molests girls and women and claims all men do the same. He was NOT the only choice we had, he was the WORST choice we had, and we will be responsible as a nation for the terrors he unleashes upon our citizens.

  • Sun Yaoting

When Trump has 25,000 liberal protesters in just one city, hinting he’s going to overturn gay marriage would cause another 50,000 to come out.
Imagine how mad the liberals would be then.

    • C-Ann-C

I think you just hit on that, Sun Yaoting….I think the reason he said that was that he’d have the gays going all out against him, thus preventing an outbreak by maybe what you figured…”another 50,000″ or maybe more. Look, he’s appealing to or trying to appeal to everyone, including the gays, which I am not in favor or when the Supreme Court overturned our Marriage Act, and which I am a Christian and do not believe men should be marrying men or women marrying women either; but as long as they keep them out of my life and not subjecting me to their ways, I’ll accept it (not graciously) but accepting it. I have a cousin and a sister-in-law who “claim” to be gay….although I don’t feel they really are that much into it….I think it’s on a “platonic” relationship more than a sexual one. Anyway, I don’t talk to them about their sins, nor do they ask me my stance on their decisions….they are family so I just accept them as family, not gays. They don’t purport to try to lead me their way, they know my views, since I married a man, not a woman. I pray they come to see their ways as wrong in the eyes of our Lord, but I can’t force them to regress; they are adults and they just have to see their faults in the future, maybe. I think that Donald Trump is sort of on that same plane as I am….let them be who they are, pray they turn around sometime and “see the light of truth”, in the meantime, let them go, and if they don’t turn away from their “wicked ways”, then let God sort them out. This is not the top priority of his agenda; President-elect Trump wants to center on jobs, economy, Obamacare, and illegal immigration against the illegal criminals running amok in our cities and streets and that takes the priority over anything. He’ll keep on the Roe V Wade issue and get Planned Parenthood defunded which takes Congress to get a bill passed for him to sign. Be patient people, this takes time to do as he has to face Congress and the Senate of many whom are unsure of his presidency and they have to weigh in on him as he approaches his inauguration and afterwards. I really did like the fact that he stated he will NOT take a salary, except for a required monetary amount of $1 a month! No other President has ever done that! He can have the remaining monthly salary sent to our homeless veterans, to other programs to help our vets, or another charity of his choice, but that proves to me, he’s willing to give up this wealthy living and get to working for Americans, by Americans, and with Americans….America First!

      • Daddyotis

        Well said, C-Ann-C.

      • Joan Camara

If you were a christian, you would try to help homosexuals see the sin of their ways, nicely, not demanding. Showing them what God says about it.
NOT accepting it, because if christians accepted THAT, then they would be accepting evil, satan, and things such as murder, rape, all other things. We have to draw the line on accepting sin…somewhere.

        • asperger eunuch

Gay is one of the curses of the hour so trying to win them to God is like casting your pearls before swine.

        • The Bible’s stance on against gays is the number one reason why less-than-100% straight people abandon G-d. Following them shortly thereafter are their loved ones.

If there were a book or a religion that told me I was bad, or was an abomination, you can bet I’d tell that book to go shove itself up its writer’s hiney. And that is what happens when we “nicely” try to help them see their sinning ways.

          • Joan Camara

Telling that religion or book to go shove itself, is what satan would do. He hates every religion too…and especially the bible.

          • I’m not on intimate terms with what Satan would supposedly say, so if you are for some reason on intimate levels with him, then I’m all ears.

I earned a four year degree in Christianity and Comparative Religions, and have read the Bible (both G-d’s Word, as well as the New Testament which was written by charlatans piggybacking off the Power of G-d’s Word) over 400 times. I learned Aramaic before it was cool (nod to Mel Gibson).

If we are to believe that G-d is Love, then we must reject the pro-hate statements of G-d’s hate-filled followers. Either G-d is love and His followers should PREACH THAT, or G-d is hatred, and His followers should continue preaching that.

My belief is not like yours perhaps, as my belief is that G-d is love.

          • Paul Patriot

No offense, but, your education may be the problem….you have a plethora of education and facts in your head, but, do you have the Spirit of God?

The apostle Peter did not have multiple degrees from university, but what he did have was the indwelling Holy Spirit.. you know the same Spirit that “convicts the world of sin”

          • Paul Patriot

There you go again….blaspheming the Holy Spirit by calling those (whom the Spirit inspired to write) who penned the NT charlatans!!!

This reveals very much. Firstly, you do not possess the Holy Spirit of the living God. Secondly, your education was from a liberal, apostate university, that is incapable of teaching Truth, if .they led you to believe that the God of the Bible is ONLY Love and nothing else, and also if they contributed to your world view that the NT was written by Charlatans.

You are in FAR worse trouble than you think, you have been deceived.

Calling the writer ( Holy Spirit of God) of the New Testament and those God chose to pen the sacred text, charlatans, is BLASPHEMY against the Living, Creator God, and you are on dangerous ground. You never know when you will die physically, it could be tonight. Please repent of your disobedience, rebellion and deception before it is too late.

I find it curious why you will not spell pout GOD, rather you use G-d???

          • I’m not blaspheming anyone; there needs to be some modicum of holiness involved for anyone to be blasphemed. I am speaking only of the loads of pretty platitudes that the loads of charlatans tacked onto G-d’s Word, Genesis to Malachi.

G-d’s name is too holy to be uttered in vain, and to use it as though He is your equal is blasphemous, or so HE says anyway, but you prefer to tell G-d you disbelieve Him and would rather go with hipster messiah than with the One and Only True G-d.

Those who follow false idols like the one in the New Testament… don’t make it to Heaven, or, so says G-d whom you proudly boast a refusal to believe in. You won’t be missed.

          • Paul Patriot

Your comments and the concluding comment that your belief is that God is love, is partially correct, but, also dangerously far away.

This is the classic example of post modern, apostate , political correct correctness that is spreading like a deadly cancer, and which leads to persecution to all who proclaim ALL the characteristics of the God of Bibles which include love and mercy, however, the Bible also clearly reveals from Genesis to Revelation, the righteousness, Holiness, and hatred for sin that God possesses, AND the fact that God is a judge.

            Liberal, progressive, powderpuff, politically correct,
” christians ” don’t want to offend any one or harm their delicate self esteem by sharing the uncomfortable scriptures, and in fact justify it by saying all the negative, hateful scriptures were written by charlatans…..including much of what Jesus said, which was a whole lot of bad news about hell and judgement.

Yet, these same so called “christians ” who call real Spirit filled believers “haters” for sharing the full counsel of the Living God, are conveniently silent about the “religion of peace” that has a whole lot of blatant hate towards ALL who refuse to submit to its ideallogy, threatening refusal, by beheading, torture, etc.

So, you see, you are actually guilty of idolotry, (according to the God of the Bible), because yoiyoiu have made a “god” in your own image…a god who is ONLY love, and one who takes sin very lightly, and just luvs everyone, even if they don’t repent, and will overlook sin, and just allow everyone into heaven no matter what path they take.

          • If you keep drawing conclusions based upon faulty premises, you’ll keep drawing faulty conclusions. Case in point, your entire rant, word for word, above.

Read the Old Testament, you know, the one that G-d Himself approved of, that Testament, not the other one. Perhaps then you’ll stop sounding so uninformed, scaredy-cat poster who’s only been posting for as long as I’ve been posting.

          • Paul Patriot

Lol! What a bunch of nonsense! You must think the readers here are a bunch of idiots.

Your hatred of the God of the Bible is crystal clear.
You don’t like what God is telling you and convicting you of, your need of a Savior, that you slander and blaspheme Gods word.

No, the Bibles stance on gays is not “the number one reason” people reject God, it is much more far reaching than not liking that God condemns homosexuality….it is much more encompassing.

The Bible does in fact tell you are bad, and in desperate need of a Savior, in fact it tells you that you are already condemned to hell, ( he who has the Son has life, he who has not the Son, has not life, for the wrath of God abides on him”)and the ONLY way to get saved from hell is to repent and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ, the ” only name under heaven in which we can be saved”

So, by your own admission, you are a blasphemer at heart, by telling the author of the Bible to shove his book up his hiney…..

How nice? please take seriously what you are doing!

            Praying for yoiur repentance!

          • ” What a bunch of nonsense! You must think the readers here are a bunch of idiots.”

No, not all of you, just maybe you if you believe the claptrap you claim to believe.

The Bible doesn’t tell me I’m bad, it doesn’t mention anything that I am. (Oh, dear, Paul PatrIdiot, did your reading comprehension fail you to the degree that you thought I was gay? Oh, my, you should really go back to colors and shapes since words confound you so!) In fact, what the Bible DOES condemn is believing in false prophets, i.e. the entirety of the False Testament, which you foolishly quoted and sinfully believe its mendacities over G-d’s own Word. Read G-d‘s Word on getting to Heaven, NOT the False Testament’s word.

And yes, it IS the Bible’s followers who are responsible for hating away would-be followers of G-d’s Word. I’ll say this truth again: if some religion told its followers to HATE ME, I would see to it that book go shove itself up its writer’s hiney. It is no way to reap or keep followers.

Please re-read the Bible before you accidentally quote the False Testament again.

          • Paul Patriot

Lets take that reading comprehension class together, ok? Because as always, you seem to have a hard time understanding and have an uncanny gift for twisting the understanding of comments towards you.

Never once did it ever cross my mind that you are gay. My point was that the whole “gay thing” is not the “number one reason” people reject God. People reject God becasue his Word tells them things they do not like to hear…like commanding to repent, that fornication and adultery are sins, AND that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.

You must be reading a different Bible than me, becasue ALL through the OT and NT the Bible reveals humans depravity, sin nature and the inability to redeem (save) our selves, and thus the need for a Savior.

What does the Bible say we need to be saved from?? The wrath of an Angry God.

Is the God of the Bible merciful, loving? Of course. But that is not his ONLY characteristics. He is also a Holy, Righteous judge that will judge the worlds sin, and who gave us one way to be saved.

This is the “number one” reason people reject the God of the Bible.

            “The Bible doesn’t tell me I.m bad…”

            Oh yes it does!!!!

Dont take my word for it, AND THUS ACCUSE CHRISTIANS OF BEING HATERS, Be a Berean and check this out for your self, but, please make sure you use the correct Bible as the Bibles that paint Jesus Christ as a loving (only) blonde haired, blue eyed surfer dude who just “LUVS” everyone exactly the way they are ( and doers not command them to repent) is NOT the Jesus of the Word of God, but a false christ that deceives people into thinking that there are more ways to God than just the ONE WAY, and that the God of the Bible will not punish unrepentant sin.

“And yes, it IS the Bibles followers who are responsible for hating away would- be followers of G-d’s Word”

Again, your still not understanding. You deem followers haters because they repeat and share the Words of the living God….and those words are words you dont want to hear, thus, you conclude that Christians are being hateful, becasue they share with you what the Creator God has to say about sin, the need to repent and be saved.

“…If some religion told its followers to HATE ME…….”

Jesus NEVER….let me say that again so you able to understand it.. NEVER, told his followers to hate people. Christians are to love all, love them so much that they tell them the TRUTH of the reality of sin and judgement and the absolute necessity to repent and to follow the “only Name under heaven in which man may be saved”

You are mistakenly confusing Biblical Christianity with the “religion of peace”….which is actually not a religion, but rather an ideology, but this religion of peace (islam) DOES IN FACT teach its followers to HATE all infidels, Jews, Christians, Homosexuals, etc. and ALL who will not submit to the teachings of the (false) prophet and the hadith.

I find it ironic that people will get their blood pressure up over the teachings of Jesus, and try to remove it from our schools, culture, society, etc. Yet, not one single negative is made towards the REAL teachings and agenda of islam, and we welcome the “religion of peace” an ideology that once its followers gain the upper house, they always try to implement sharia, and at that time, the LGBT community will see what true intolerance is, and will look back at a Christian trying to share the Gospel of salvation with them, not so “hateful” after all.

” Please re-read the Bible before you accidentally quote the false Testament again”

Your concluding remark lewds me to believe that you may be a Jew, that hates the “false testament” AKA, the New Testament which reveals Yeshua Messiah.

          • “People reject God becasue his Word tells them things they do not like to
hear[…]like Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.”

G-d never once claimed one singular word about any Jesus, and in fact He was quite adamant about OT believing in any false messiahs, many of whom will come and pretend to be the Son of G-d, but there will be only one, and when that REAL Messiah comes, it will herald the end of times.

Look around you. See that Starbucks? See that Home Depot? See that Piggly Wiggly? Yeah, those aren’t figments of your clearly delusional imagination; those are things that would cease to exist had the One and Only True Messiah come and taken all of G-d’s believers up to Heaven. When THAT happens, and not one millisecond before, you can talk about Messiahs. Because the False Testament only talks about one false messiah. And no, I’m not Jewish; I am only well-studied in the Word of G-d.

I agree on most of your post: Seems that Trump is trying to unify, not divide, which is why he’s being so kind to the Clintons. He is apparently intelligent enough to understand that, even with the current Republican majority, he needs the cooperation of the Democrats in order to produce lasting reforms. The campaign is over, and it’s time to stop fighting. Also, I might mention that whoever joins the SCOTUS will not be the puppet of the President nor the Senate, and there is no guarantee that there will or won’t be a repeal of Roe or Obergefell.

Progressives have Liberals trained-conditioned or otherwise indoctrinated to approve wholeheartedly to support Eugenics, Racism, Sexism, and etc.

If people paid closer attention to the policy’s catalysts rather than the promotional public relations, maybe just maybe, people would see the inherent danger of Big Government known as Progressive Government.

The Progressive Utopia in history according to Thomas Friedman and etc were 1492-1800 and again between 1870-around 1960s albeit Thomas Friedman extends it between 1492-2000 referring to these periods as previous eras of globalization as Globalization 1.0 and 2.0.

      • Liberals are four-square against Eugenics, Racism, and Sexism, much to the chagrin of the Right.

        • oma

Yes, we all know conservatives are a bunch of racists & woman haters!

        • Seen2013

Eugenics is human control of human evolution promoted by Charles Darwin’s cousin who advocates as a superior alternative to natural selection through human selection. In response to the 1960s rulings that delivered the body blow to US policies established in 1906 and expanded through much of the country in 1907 wrote the think-tank article Eugenics: Re-Imaging to Reproductive Health and point by point argued in the successful ruling of Roe V Wade that as Ginsburg stated as a result of that the 1960s rulings it was believed Roe V Wade would fail. This argument is then made to assert failure in Population and Sustainability referencing the UN 94 Summit Agreement in Cairo signed by over 100 nations and even enables China to tout its 1 child policies prevented 300 million CO2 emitters.

Racism is the belief of intellectual-genetic superiority of one race over another. The idea of race was established by Darwin’s piece that branched off from the Theory of Evolution of family groups such as Sauropods in terms of human ‘races’. According to Darwin’s piece in terms of human evolution, each human race held specific but separate or otherwise diversity genetic strengths and weaknesses.

Sexism is intellectual-genetic superiority of a gender over another.

As highlighted, the Progressive Utopia was 1870-around 1960.
Before that 1492-1780. So on and so on. These are some parts of human history of extreme misery and exploitation of power of authority such as Absolute Monarchy

I am not interested in how policies are promoted; I am interested in those policies catalysts.

          • None of which purports that “Progressives have Liberals trained-conditioned or otherwise
indoctrinated to approve wholeheartedly to support Eugenics, Racism,
            Sexism, and etc.”

Those are the near-exclusive domain of the Right-leaning.

          • Seen2013

Look at the policy catalysts rather than the public relations.

For example, the catalyst to both wealth effect and wealth redistribution is public-private partnerships.

  • MEP325

Why the hysteria over Israel? Many Christians seem to worship Israel and Jews more than God. Do Jews have automatic favor with God because they’re Jews? According to Christian doctrine, don’t Jews have to embrace Christ like everyone else? Never understood this biased support and special treatment for Israel. I’m sure there are Palestinian Christians that see things a bit differently than the cheering participants in John Hagee’s Sunday morning congregations.

    • IsraelAnswers

MEP325, you say you never understood.

Was this because you did the research and it didn’t make sense or because you refuse to accept the response?

A quick internet search would give you most of the key answers to your questions.

Nonetheless, imagine if the Islamic world wanted to come into your home and brutally rape and murder you and your family. Christians would all offer you biased support and special treatment too. My guess is you wouldn’t call it ‘biased’ and ‘special’ when we argued that you had a right to live peacefully and not be plundered, raped, and murdered by angry Muslims but please correct me if I’m wrong.

And if the UN ganged up on you to make your life hard while Islamic nations wanted to destroy you (the same Islamic nations in the UN whose systemic injustices go relatively unnoticed), we’d have your back then too.

And if there was a guy throwing you into work camps and exterminating every last trace of your family line in ovens, well guess what we’d do for you?

Of course, we also stand with Christians under the oppression of Hamas in Gaza. I’m guessing Palestinian Christians don’t enjoy being ruled by terrorists and would much prefer the freedom and plethora of benefits that living in Israel would bring them over living in just another Islamic hellhole. That’s just me though – maybe they actually love said hellhole!

But it’s not a false dichotomy, you know? We can stand with both Arab Christians and unrepentant Jews – we don’t have to pick only one. Islam also makes no differentiation – its happy to oppress and persecute both equally.

If that doesn’t convince, we’ll Jesus is a Jew and he likes Israel and the Jews so I’m with him. Perhaps you ought to be telling Jesus about your problems with the Jews?

Since you wanted some reasons though, here’s a couple (I won’t bother referencing the bible because the whole thing is pretty much about how God loves Israel and the Jews, even in spite of their unfaithfulness):

When all israel is saved, it will be life from the dead. About which other people does God say that?

Who needs to call upon Jesus for him to return?

Yup, the Jews (specifically, their leadership as I read it)

Which nation will be directly targeted and occupied by the antichrist?

      Hmmm, lemme think ….oh, Israel.

What city will become a stumbling block for all nations at the end of the age?

And that’s a key one – the reason why so many people have a problem with Israel and the Jews is because God himself is orchestrating it – as you said, they haven’t accepted Jesus as their true and worthy king. Pressure tends to make people rethink their positions though. But make no mistake, God is allowing the pressure and it comes from Islam, from the UN, from Christians, and evenfrom people on Internet forums. It might even be the reason why you are here criticising them? Think about that for a minute!

Read the bible and you will find its pretty Israel-centric – like all of it. The whole thing is about the Jews and Israel. There’s this cool part where Gentiles get invited into this thing God has going on with Israel. The new covenant with the bread and the wine Jesus made – he made it with Israel – Isaiah said so.

Sure, not all Jews are really sons of Abraham but there’s always a remnant.

So standing with the Jews as the Islamic world looks to repeat what the Nazis did but finish the job this time is hardly worshipping them. It’s standing with people who are about to get whipped but in the whipping, they will receive Jesus.

And it’s because they rejected Jesus that salvation has come to us non-Jewish Christ-followers.

And Jesus, the king of the Jews who also happens to be Jewish, will become the king of Israel.

Most of this is in Romans and the rest is in the other books of the bible.

      Did I miss anything?

      • watchmannonthewall

I think you covered it pretty well!

      • Joan Camara

Yup, how many times Israel is mentioned in our bibles…over 1,000 times! See my answer above.
Israel is to God, what God is to Israel. We are told to “pray for Jerusalem”, and if anyone doesn’t understand our love for Israel, then they have not the love of God in them.

    • ” Do Jews have automatic favor with God because they’re Jews?”

According to G-d and the Bible, yes.

“According to Christian doctrine, don’t Jews have to embrace Christ like everyone else?”

According to Christian doctrine, yes, but remember that the New Testament is (according to G-d and according to the Old Testament) not related to G-d’s doctrine nor His religion. G-d and the Old Testament state that the One True Messiah will come and signal the End. Neither Jesus nor any of the other random people calling themselves “The Prophesied One” brought about the end of the world.

Jews are G-d’s chosen people for a reason. If you wish to see the Kingdom of G-d, as defined by G-d Himself, look into converting to Judaism.

      • Simon

The One True Messiah is G-d – the Tanakh repeatedly states that G-d is Israel’s salvation.

  • John Noyb

Better be praying he’s not a “Trojan Horse”!!! Only time will tell.

I agonized for months over this election. I had decided that I would have to be disenfranchised, as I could never vote for any Dem and Trump made the spiritual “hairs” on my neck stand up.. I was listening to Rush the day before the election and he said something to the effect that Hillary had her finger prints all over everything wrong with this country.. and Trump, never having held elected office, was innocent of them all.. in the end, I voted the most effective anti Hillary vote I could.. for Trump. Immediately, I felt a little like I imagine Peter must have felt when Jesus caught his eye that night after his third denial..I knew I should not have participated in this election of two bad choices.. I have asked the Lord’s forgiveness for my failure to listen and obey.. I knew I was wrong as soon as I had voted.. I hope he will turn out to be the best Pres. we have ever had.. but I really wish I had listened and not been stained by agreeing to his being elected.. even for the reason of denying such a despicable politician as Hillary the job.

    • im4truth4all

You did the right thing. A Christian has to vote to limit evil when there is no other choice. Hillary was a much greater evil than Trump. You should have a clear conscience.

      • watchmannonthewall

Precisely why I voted as I did. In the past I’ve voted write-in or third party but not this time. Too much at stake. Certainly Hillary couldn’t have been a better chouce.
If I turn out wrong, Jesus did say the servant who sins in ignorance shall be beaten with few stripes but the one who sins willfully will be beaten with many. God obviously gave us the privilage of voting to hold back evil. I know quite a few who decided not to exercise that privilage this year. I disageed with their position and still do.

So here we go again and again and again. Before Obama got elected people were cheering him then a lot of people started accusing him of being the antichrist. NOW we have trump elected and he’s not even in the white house yet and we already have people unhappy with him. I know that the end times has to be making money for some people. Selling books and survival gear. As far as gays go, I think it’s worse to quote satanic and wiccan scriptures on supposed Christian sites while selling false prophecy books that don’t amount to a hill of beans and isn’t edifying in anyway. I could go back a couple of years ago and read that same fear mongering bs and the truth is it’s all about the money and not about the gospel with this website. Fear the Lord, don’t fear the world. Guess who is allowing everything to happen? Guess who has known since the beginning of the foundation of the world that these things would happen? Who has allowed it for a reason?? It’s all in Gods hands, so are you going to live in fear and read books that have nothing to do with your salvation or the Bible? Do you worship God and obey his word or do you ignore God’s voice and obey darkness and conspiracy theories that are also darkness?

  • DJohn1

Seems like a situation where heads you lose, tails I win.
Neither candidate is what they appear to be. It is a no win situation.
Or has the devil called in his due?
That miracle you refer to. Was that God or the Devil at work.
Donald could be the person God has chosen to straighten things out.
What I see happening here is there is a lot of pressure being brought to bear to make Donald change before he is given the Presidency.
You have the possibility as you mentioned that the Electorial College will not follow through and elect him even though they are supposed to with the votes given.
SO I see a man trying to please the people that control whether or not he gets the job even though he has been elected to the position technically and Hillary Clinton phoned him and conceded the election.
I see another Devil’s representative in someone financing a revolt in the Democrat Party ranks and not accepting the results of an election. Someone with a lot of money is pulling strings.
    Has that ever happened before?
I see Donald bringing together the power structured group in his cabinet choices. Donald is playing them like a violin.
He wants the powers that be to accept him as the official President-Elect.
There is a lot going on here. I haven’t seen him give a real smile in a while have you? What Donald is facing is it is very critical for him to walk a tight rope and the man pulling the strings right now is probably Vice President-elect Pence.
If I am right this is his only chance to get elected.
The Republican Party has shown many signs that they are not really with Donald Trump. I question their moral integrity. But that is simply personal opinion based on facts spelled out here in previous articles.
The only hope mankind has is Jesus coming back soon. When he does, I request that He bring his army of angels with him so that this group of politicians do not crucify him again. And they will given the opportunity.
Is this an evil world? Apparently so. But it wasn’t Jesus in charge.
According to scripture the Devil has been over this world for some time now and is possibly responsible for the crucifying of Christ.
Those spared will be few and far between if this world is as bad as portrayed.
Right now Donald Trump is like the mongoose in a pit of snakes.
Only time will tell if he succeeds in his goals.

A classic case of projecting your wants and needs on another person.Trump is who he has always been, better than Hillary. Most of us know better than to place faith in a man. That is reserved for God alone. Let the man get in office, before you react so severely.

    • corporate news lies

Trump is not even that religious, so he can’t be expected to please evangelicals.
      He’s a businessman!

  • Simon

    Wake up people!

We knew Trump was a Democrat supporter his whole life and that he funded the Clintons for years. We also know now that he knows how to play to win (in case we didn’t already).

No genuine Conservative wanted Trump to win – we just didn’t want Hillary to win more and with good reasoning.

We can’t expect Trump to do miracles but we can be vocal and keep him accountable.

A Trump win was always only about holding the line rather than a full on advance of cultural Marxism under Hillary.

Maybe he will bend our way more than we hoped but only if our hopes weren’t unreasonable and baseless ie that Trump was the return of the Founding Fathers or, even worse, the return of Jesus.

He never was going to be either so be grateful for any good he does and speak loudly against any good he doesn’t do.

    • Joan Camara

Funded the clintons for years?? Evidence please?

      • Simon

        Clinton Foundation, $100,000, 2009

Research it at any good conservative analytical website (though even google recognises this)

If you think I was hyperbolic, then sure, I’ll wear that. He’s funds the Clintons for ‘year’.

Either way, lets say I was totally wrong and he never did. The entire point of my post, with which I assume you mostly agree, is that Trump has never claimed to be a Conservative and we are in denial if we thought he would suddenly become one.

What we can sincerely hope is that he will hold the line against cultural Marxism with some actual conservative policies. The more, the merrier!

  • Scott

First of all, Trump has said correctly regarding the transgender bathroom issue that the states should decide that. Also, any conservative justices Trump appoints who would overturn Roe vs Wade would also overturn gay marriage so it’s not necessary for him to push the issue on his own, the justices will handle that. As for Trumps “good people” comment on 60 minutes, clearly that was edited to make it sound like he was talking about the Clintons when he was actually talking about someone else. If you listen to his comments he clearly kept the door open to prosecuting them. Of course Obama will likely pardon them anyway.

    • JW

What was his reply about ISIS?
Why would he want to tell the enemy what he is going to do? Same for the Clintons and many other issues, he CANNOT do anything until he is in office! As a businessman he knows better than give away the full game plan before the correct time. If he carrys on about prosecuting the Clintons then that gives Obama a reason to pardon them for all crimes, as has been done before. Once Obama is out of office Trump can then continue what he has promised.

Transgenders already use the bathroom asociated with how they look. I’m not supporting it but a lot of them are “passing.” That means they are indistinguishable from the real thing.
Also a male who’s fixed soon after birth could involuntarily look indistinguishable from a female.

    The following is for Catholics.

From the diary is Sister Faustina:
Speak to the world about My mercy … It is a sign for the end times. After it will come the Day of Justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fountain of My mercy. (Diary 848)

Tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day of My justice, is near. (Diary 965).

I am prolonging the time of mercy for the sake of sinners. But woe to them if they do not recognize this time of My visitation. (Diary 1160)

Before the Day of Justice, I am sending the Day of Mercy. (Diary 1588)

He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice. (Diary 1146).

In addition to these words of Our Lord Sr. Faustina gives us the Words of the Mother of Mercy, the Blessed Virgin,

You have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. Oh how terrible is that day! Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still the time for granting mercy. (Diary 635).

I suspect very strongly a rush to judgment espoused in this column. I’m quite sure Mr. Trump doesn’t plan to spend the next four years railing against gay marriage or attempting to push anti-abortion legislation through Congress thus spending political capital which is in short supply.
Realistically he has a window of about 18-20 months to accomplish anything, then the rest of his time will be consumed with re-election efforts and strategy planning.
He’s correct about one thing though, gay marriage is a settled issue unless a future Supreme Court overturns it and I doubt that will happen.
Donald Trump and Mike Pence were elected primarily to address the concerens of the forgotten middle class and average working Americans who haven’t had a fair shake from the system in thirty years. They spoke directly to every American who feels shut out by the failed bureaucracy in Washington. Average Americans have been sold out and short changed by both Republicans and Democrats and there’s a sizeable number in both parties who stand ready to give them the middle digit for the job they’ve done or more to point , what they’ve done to America !
If President- elect Trump addresses these issues front and center his term will be deemed successful regardless of his stance on these hot button social issues.

  • Matthew Blank

I just got done reading this article and I would have to say I agree with everything said about Trump. I didn’t feel comfortable with him since day one. He’s not who he claims to be – wake up people!! His god is his money and he is a con artist. Being a billionaire was not enough for him, and so he thought if he could lie his way into the oval office, he would, to get that position of power. Don’t be fooled by this man, he’s a deceiver and he is already changing his mind on very important issues. This article was spot on. Once the dust settles, you people will see him for who he is. You can’t blame me, I didn’t vote for him or Hillary. Thank you Michael for being brave enough to write this very important article. God bless!

    • watchmannonthewall

Did you get the impression Michael wished he could revote and would vote for Hillary?

      • Joan Camara

        What’s wrong with you??

        • watchmannonthewall

I didn’t. He seems disappointed in the track, yes, the track Trump is taking to address issues but no way did Michael indicate he would vote differently if he could do so.

I, however, am not disappointed in Trump’s seeming strategy. Fighting abortion and the LBGT community is not what his office is about, and it is a battle he would lose to the inflamatory media queens, and neither is the presidency about supporting it (Obama).

The presidency is about setting the foreign policy direction of the nation, representing it as the head of state, and appointing judges to rule on the laws Congress passes in accordance with the Constitution.

Unfortunately, Congress has given its authority to the judiciary and the liberal judiciary believes it holds Congresses authority but Trump has publically stated he wishes to return many decisions back to the states. This would devolve Washington, a great idea!

I support returning authority to the states as those leaders within the states are more accountable to those who govern there than those in Washington, who prostitute themselves with the lobbyists.

  • krinks

Gov’t shouldn’t be in the marriage business anyway. If you’ve read your Bible you’d see a marriage in a sacred oath before God between a man and a woman for life. Nowhere do you see them having to get the state’s permission or caring what the state thinks about it.

Are we to assume that the President of the United States actually has the power to rule as he sees fit? Apparently Donald Trump thought so during his presidential campaign. The campaign is over and The Donald has won. It looks like someone from the ruling class had a serious talk with Mr. Trump before he did the interview with 60 Minutes. It is my opinion that the President of the United States is only a puppet for the ruling class. President Trump will do as he is told — or else.

Donald Trump said that he wants to make America great again. Was America great when European settlers killed nearly all of North America’s indegenous people and put the few remaining survivors in concentration camps? Maybe the greatness was achieved when millions a black slaves were working the fields. Perhaps it was in 1945 when America killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of Japanese civilians with atomic bombs. How about during the Vietnam Nam war or during the time of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? Tump needs to be more specific as to which point in American history he wishes to return.

    • Jodie Lynn Gaeta

No, those are black marks in American history: with the possible exception of nuclear attacks and firebombing of Japanese cities. It was war after all, and Japan was the aggressor, and a very brutal one at that. But America was great when she spilt the blood of her young men to save the free world from tyranny in that same conflict. And when she spent billions of dollars to help rebuild a devastated post-war Europe and post-war Japan. America was the first to develop the airplane and to put a man on the moon. Even today, immigrants come in droves, legally and illegally, to enjoy the economic opportunites and freedoms of this great nation. America has blundered terribly in the Middle East and central Asia during the past 15 years.. And certainly there are injustices here that are totally unacceptable. But this nation has repented of much of the evil that has characterized its history. Our strong national conscience and generosity are part of what makes America great.

      • Scot Wm

Regarding Jodie’s comment: “Our strong national conscience and generosity are part of what makes America great.” I hope these two positive attributes can overcome the extreme negativity that is present today. Looking in the rear view mirror might not be preferable to looking ahead. I think a better slogan would be, “Make America Great.”

      • watchmannonthewall

I agree with you to the point of about 25 years ago. We were a great nation! I doubt God would classify us as one today.
It seems when the Berlin Wall came down and the 1st pres Bush started making statements about a NWO that the government was taken over by tyrants who began to wage war on citizens within the nation who wanted to maintain a limit to their power, let alone using drones on people outside of it and their continual wars. The continual wars is a biblical sign of His discipline on us.

Just relax… It was his first interview and he’s making an attempt to “unite” our nation. He had to tone down his words as to not cause even more chaos then what is already taking place. Like he told the 60 minutes interviewer about ISIS, it’s better not to reveal any information about his plans. That certainly applies to all other subjects as well…he’s NOT even in Office yet! God gave him the victory of winning our election, so God’s hands are on this situation. Let’s not get buck-wild before the man even gets inaugurated.

He’s a brilliant businessman who made himself a very successful company by making great decisions. I believe, no matter how it appears to be, he will do the same for our nation. He also said, about gay marriage, that it was a decision for our states…like many other things such as education for example. He also mentioned about moving our ambassador’s office to Jerusalem, which would make that the Capitol of Israel. Netanyahu is thrilled to be working with Trump! We need to stay on our knees and pray that God will bless Trump with the wisdom and grace he blessed King Solomon & King David with. Take a deep breath, relax and trust that God has heard our cries and is blessing us with His mercy. Trump will have to use some R.I.N.O’s too, so don’t freak out about that as well :/

  • If anyone is surprised that famed pathological liar, Donald Trump, has lied to them, then that person is quite stupid.

From his own book, Art of the Deal: The final key to the way I promote is bravado. I play to people’s fantasies. People may not always think big themselves, but they can still get very excited by those who do. That’s why a little hyperbole never hurts. People want to believe something is the biggest and the greatest and the most spectacular.

I call it truthful hyperbole. It’s an innocent form of exaggeration — and a very effective form of promotion.

The quote in question is a variation of a propaganda technique known as “the big lie,” which Adolf Hitler described in his own memoir Mein Kampf. This man just can’t stop following Adolf’s every move.

The whole thing about calling OTHER people “Lyin’, Crooked, or Little” is very telling, as that man is burdened with the biggest case of projection ever seen in the last half century. He hasn’t made ONE accusation against anyone that he’s not more guilty of himself.

And breaking news: he’s keeping key provisions of ObamaCare too. He’s probably just doing that so Obama will pardon him while he still can…

  • “[T]here is no possible way that America will ever be “great again” until we turn from our evil ways.”

Lyin’, Corrupt Donald stole “Make America Great Again from Octavia Butler. It sounds great, has a sound byte that appeals to ***everyone*** (come on, who wouldn’t want to see America made great “again”?) and we all subconsciously translate “great” to whatever the bleep we want it to be. He said it purely for the votes from gullible people. Now that he got idiots’ votes he’s going to do any G.D. thing he wants.

The LGBTQ crowd gave Crooked Donald around 15% of its collective votes. In their minds, their Great America is one where they aren’t persecuted and beaten to death by intolerant Christians. A country where they can work in an office cubicle next to anyone else, without being stared at or called a freak.

Women who voted for Serial Sex-abuser Donald ironically thought of making America great “again” by preventing so-called “ra pists” from entering our country. (Forget of course that the vast, vast majority of crimes are committed between criminal and victim of the same color/ethnicity).

Men voted for Panderin’ Donald because they believe the garbage about uppity women getting too many rights; they want to see women kicked back to their supposed place, but under the direction of the president, not by their own doing because they know in their hearts it is cruel, if not evil, to treat women the way Sexist Donald promises.

He’s a professional conman who makes money the same way he makes victims. And then he just *poof* files for divorce or bankruptcy whenever he wants out of something.

A sickening man, to be sure. Beyond nasty.

And Hillary is exactly the same but pretending she isn’t. He’s honest about it at least.

We get it – neither was the preferred option.

But Trump might accidentally make some conservative policy whereas Hillary would steamroll us headlong into democratic communism. Either way ends in communism.

Trumps way is slower and anyone who likes freedom would take that any day.

      • guest

Hillary is worse. The Clintons were in charge during the masacre in Waco, Texas, the false-flag Oklahoma City bombing, over 100 asasinations including whistleblowers who threatened her presidential campaign.

Hillary laughed because she got that child rapist off easy & she had the 12 year old victim see a psychiatrist.

Carrie ignores the higher percentage of Muslim males who rape that Hillary would’ve brought in & the fact that Hillary hates the second amendment & conservative values.

        • No, Carrie doesn’t ignore things that don’t happen. The majority of would-be refugees are orphaned children; the second largest group of refugees are widowed women. Neither demographic is known for raping.

And it’s quite misandrist of you to call men as a whole, rapists.

          • Paul Patriot

            Wow!!! Welcome back Carrie √Verified

Do you have reliable truthful source to back up your assertion that : ” The majority of would-be refugees are orphaned children; the second largest group of refugees are widowed women”. ???

          • Of course I do: The entirety of every Internet search illustrates this.

If you want to say you have some evidence to the contrary, I’d be happy to correct you. And don’t use cray-cray sites like Alex Jones as your “proof”, please.*

(*Sorry for the insult about potentially using Alex Jones as evidence, but hey, you’ve said some pretty daft things here before.)

      • Crooked Donald’s way is not slower, he’s doing the steamrolling that no one thought was possible, short of Satan taking control.

    Hi MEP325,

You are right, I was a little bit snarky. I apologise – that isn’t a good tone to have constructive dialogue.

I used that tone because I got the sense that you were being a little bit Socratic, which it seems you were, especially since you clearly know the difference between Amillenial and Premillenial interpretations of scripture.

So what you meant to say earlier was that you actually do understand why Christians support Israel, just that you disagree with it, being of an Amillenial and presumably Preterist persuasion.

Logical, I would assume that your post was designed to provoke the commenters here to respond, since you already know why people like me support Israel – and you got the response you wanted. Why else would you pretend to not understand why Premilleniailists act the way they do?

If you really wanted constructive dialogue and the exchange of ideas, you could have just said so, starting with the fact that you understand Premillenialsim but disagree with it. Instead, you threw in some snarky comments about John Hagee (someone I don’t follow so it doesn’t offend me but it was still snarky).

But instead you lied and I called your bluff.

I called your bluff because my first impression was that you were either an atheist who was trying the well worn trick of exposing Christians as hypocritical (ie the reference to Palestine) or that you were bluffing.

We can disagree on the interpretation but if Premillenialsists are wrong, there’s really no consequence – we just got it wrong and Jesus will return.

If Amillenialsits are wrong, then the antichrist will arise, lead many astray, and carpet the world in terror. And if that happens, plenty of Amillenialists won’t know crap about what is going on because they interpreted it all allegorically and symbolically.

If you think we worship Israel and the Jews, go ahead. I’ve never met any Premillenialsit (or anyone in fact) who elevates Israel and the Jews above their personal relationship with Jesus but if you have, then you go right ahead and tell them to repent.

Like I said, I don’t know Hagee from a bucket of sand but you seem to have a bone to pick with him so I suggest you email him personally and lay out the issues.

Actually, I have read it and it’s my understanding because of Christ, Christians from every tribe, tongue and nation are now “Israel”, the “apple of His eye.”

    • Paul Patriot

The church has never been and never will be Israel.

The demonic deception called Replacement theology
Is one aspect of this confusion. Christians have been “grafted” into, but will not be Israel.

If you think that, then there are a plethora of other problems to deal with regarding this fallacy.

God made a covenant promise with Israel, and God, being faithful to his promises, has benn and will fulfill that covenant in the very near future.

The alignment and convergence is taking place now. God has not forgotten the “apple of his eye”

Amilleniallism is not replacement theoloy, it’s remnant theology. Amillennialism was the main view held by the church up until the 1830s when John Nelson Darby invented the pre-tribulation, pre-millennial rapture doctrine. Cyrus Scofield then invented the study Bible to support the new pre-millennial doctrine, which has largely taken root throughout seminaries all across America. Compared to amillennialism, pre-millennialism is a relatively new view.

Do a quick search and you will find plenty of books and resources that use scripture and biblical passages to support amillennialism.

And yes, God has made a covenant with the church, the true Israel. Being born Jewish or being born in Israel does not mean you automatically have salvation.

You can be Jewish and be on a fast track to hell. All people have to embrace Christ for salvation. Will the nation Israel play a part in the last days of the last days before the Second Coming? It’s quite possible.

    • From where do you derive this “understanding”? Nothing Biblical, surely.

The Christian sect calling themselves Mormons have certain “understandings” too, but they are not Biblical in nature, by any stretch of the most wild imaginations.

      • MEP325

Where I “derived this understanding” is by learning about different interpretations of the text, specifically the book of Revelation. Pre-millennial view teaches Revelation in a more literal sense, like when Israel is mentioned, it’s referring to the country.

The amillennial view, which is the view that historically the church has held to, teaches Revelation in a symbolic and metaphorical sense. So, from the amillennial perspective, when Israel is mentioned in Revelation, it means the saints, the church, Christians in every nation around the world.

More examples: Pre-millennial view teaches Battle of Armageddon is when Israel is surrounded by Gog and Magog (Russia, China, other enemy nations) and Christ returns to destroy them and rescues the Jews.

Amillennial view teaches the Battle of Armageddon is when Gog and Magog (Satan and his followers) muster together and target Christians for extermination. This happens on a world-wide scale and that is when Christ returns, to rescue His people and destroy His enemies.

George Soros funds over 30 news organizations so that means tons of news sites, TV channels, and newspapers are pumping out pro-Hillary, anti-Trump news.

Why would the man destroying the world desperately want Hillary for president and not Trump?
Likely because Trump has delayed some of his plans.

Thank you for your kind reply. God bless you and stay encouraged!

  • Gregory Alan of Johnson

Since Trump is becoming CEO of a muni-corp that’s unlawfully masquerading as secular gov’t, you were expecting something different? Think Killary would’ve been better?

  • Paul Patriot

Carrie is incapable of comprehending any negative characteristics that hitlery possesses, due to her hatred for the lesser of 2 evils, the candidate who respects the constitution, sees the danger of Islamic invasion via open borders, believes that tax payer money should no fund one of the most racist organizations(planned parenthood), and fund murder of more babies all in the name of “freedom of choice”….no, her lord hitlery is anti constitution, pro globalist, pro death and anti Christian

  • 105mmHowitzer

Trump wouldn’t have been allowed to win were he not a political insider. His campaign was posited upon the premise that he was going to bring radical change to America – something the vast majority of Americans desperately want.

However, it has never been a secret that Trump is a very flawed man. Notwithstanding his financial successes, he is an inveterate adulterer who is on his third marriage and he openly supports abominable homosexual and transgender causes. That alone should make any Bible believing Christian question Trump’s motivations and his ultimate goals as president.

We must never fall into the trap of believing that any politician will correct the evils in this country unless they first demonstrate a living example of true Christian faith by the way they live and conduct themselves and a commitment to uphold biblical values. And we must also not be so gullible as to believe that Trump truly bucked the established system; given both his moral proclivities and willingness to ignore rampant evil.

FDR said it best: “Nothing in politics or economics happens by chance. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.

I miss a big issue in the judgement-list of this article: “Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from
the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may
rob the fatherless!” (KJV Isaiah 10,1f) In the prophets you can easily find more verses like this: For instance Ps 94. Well I’ve heard in Germany that this is a usual case in the USA.
