Those That Bless Israel Will Be Blessed And Those That Curse Israel Will Be Cursed – So Now America Is Greatly Cursed

apocalypseThere are consequences for our actions, and on a national level we are going to experience tremendous consequences for the very foolish decisions of our national leaders. When Barack Obama decided to betray Israel at the United Nations, he made the most fateful decision of his entire presidency. Because the Scriptures tell us that those that curse Israel will be cursed, and so America is now under a great curse due to what Barack Obama has done.

All throughout the Scriptures there are equations. What I mean by that is there are many passages that tell us that if we do things God’s way we will get one result, and if we do things another way we will get another result. One of my favorite examples of this is Matthew 5:19. I have been on both sides of that particular equation, and being on God’s side of the equation is much better by far.

As far as Israel is concerned, all throughout the Bible we see the principle that those that bless Israel are blessed and those that curse Israel are cursed. The very first place where we find this is in Genesis chapter 12 where God makes his famous promise to Abraham. The following is what Genesis 12:1-3 says in the Modern English Version

Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country, your family, and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. I will make of you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless them who bless you and curse him who curses you, and in you all families of the earth will be blessed.”

In the Book of Numbers, we see almost the exact same wording being used. In this case, Balaam had been summoned to cast a curse on Israel, but God had him deliver a blessing instead. This is what Numbers 24:9 says…

He crouches, he lies down as a lion, and as a lion, who will stir him up? “Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you.”

So how does one curse Israel? There are lots of ways to do that, but one thing that God really doesn’t like is when someone tries to divide up His land. In Joel chapter 3 we find a prophecy about the last days, and one of the things that God says He will really be upset about is the fact that the nations have “divided up My land”…

In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations, and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. I will enter into judgment with them there regarding My people and My heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up My land.

This warning has been around for well over 2000 years, but our leaders are completely ignoring God’s warning that He will judge them for dividing up His land. On Friday, UN Security Council Resolution 2344 declared that all Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem and the West Bank are illegal, and it gave the Palestinians legal ownership of those territories.

Is this the dividing of the land that Joel chapter 3 warns about? If not, it is pretty close. Many are still anticipating that there may be another UN Security Council resolution that would formally establish a Palestinian state, and if that happens that would definitely fulfill Joel 3.

In Zechariah chapter 12, we are told that the city of Jerusalem will be particularly troublesome in the last days. The following is what Zechariah 12:3 says in the Modern English Version

And it will be on that day that I will set Jerusalem as a weighty stone to all the peoples. All who carry it will surely gash themselves, and all the nations of the land will be gathered against it.

And of all the issues that separate the Israelis and the Palestinians, the status of Jerusalem is perhaps the most controversial. You see, the truth is that the Palestinians will never accept any solution that does not give them East Jerusalem as their capital, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged that the city of Jerusalem will remain undivided forever.

By attempting to divide God’s holy city, Barack Obama and the United Nations are setting themselves against God, and the consequences are likely to be quite dramatic.

Sadly, relatively few Christian leaders are speaking out about this. There has been only a limited uproar against this betrayal of Israel, and this is something that I simply do not understand.

Fortunately, there are a few that are speaking out. One of them is Franklin Graham, and I really like what he had to say about this crisis on his Facebook page

Israel is America’s closest ally in the Middle East and the only true democracy in that region of the world. I’m disappointed that the current administration in Washington seems to have such contempt for this nation and its elected leaders. For the U.S. not to stand with Israel is shameful.

Without a doubt, what we have done to Israel is shameful. And now that we are on the wrong side of the equation, we will most definitely be cursed.

Nothing extremely dramatic has happened so far, but there have been some rumblings. For example, it is being reported that there have been nearly 700 earthquakes in California and Nevada over the past week…

A reporter for KWTV News tweeted that there have been at least 28 reported earthquakes since the early morning hours in California and Nevada.

A map put out by the Southern California Earthquake Data Center shows that in the last week that have been almost 700 light-to-moderate tremors in the area.

And on the east coast, a horrible winter blizzard is set to dump nearly two feet of snow on some areas of New England…

A powerful winter storm will unleash heavy, wet snow and howling winds across portions of New England from late Thursday through midday Friday, with blizzard conditions possible in some areas.

Much of New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine should see a foot of snow, with nearly two feet expected in some spots, the National Weather Service said. “This looks to be a high-impact storm with power outages and significant drifting issues likely,” the weather service warned.

But if God continues to respond to U.S. moves toward diving the land of Israel as He has in the past, we could potentially see something much more dramatic happen in the days ahead. In a previous article, I detailed ten of the most striking examples of how God has hit America with disaster when our government has cursed Israel…

#1 The last time the U.S. government refused to veto an anti-Israel resolution at the UN Security Council was in 1979. On March 22nd, 1979 the Carter administration chose not to veto UN Resolution 446. Four days after that on March 26th, the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty was signed in Washington. As a result of that treaty, Israel gave up a tremendous amount of territory. Two days later, on March 28th, the worst nuclear power plant disaster in U.S. history made headlines all over the globe. The following comes from Wikipedia

The Three Mile Island accident was a partial nuclear meltdown that occurred on March 28, 1979, in reactor number 2 of Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station (TMI-2) in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was the most significant accident in U.S. commercial nuclear power plant history.[2] The incident was rated a five on the seven-point International Nuclear Event Scale: Accident With Wider Consequences.[3][4]

#2 On October 30th, 1991 President George H. W. Bush opened the Madrid Peace Conference which brought Israelis and Palestinians together to negotiate for the very first time. In his opening speech, Bush told Israel that “territorial compromise is essential for peace”. At the exact same time, “the Perfect Storm” was brewing in the north Atlantic. This legendary storm traveled 1000 miles the wrong direction and sent 35 foot waves slamming directly into President Bush’s home in Kennebunkport, Maine.

#3 On August 23rd, 1992 the Madrid Peace Conference moved to Washington D.C., and the very next day Hurricane Andrew made landfall in Florida causing 30 billion dollars in damage. It was the worst natural disaster up to that time in U.S. history.

#4 On January 16th, 1994 President Clinton met with President Assad of Syria to discuss the possibility of Israel giving up the Golan Heights. Within 24 hours, the devastating Northridge earthquake hit southern California. It was the second worst natural disaster up to that time in U.S. history.

#5 On January 21st, 1998 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the White House but received a very cold reception. In fact, President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright actually refused to have lunch with him. That exact same day the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, sending the Clinton presidency into a tailspin from which it would never recover.

#6 On September 28th, 1998 Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was working on finalizing a plan which would have had Israel give up approximately 13 percent of Judea and Samaria. On that precise day, Hurricane George slammed into the Gulf Coast with wind gusts of up to 175 miles an hour.

#7 On May 3rd, 1999 Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was supposed to hold a press conference to declare the creation of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital. On that precise day, the most powerful tornadoes ever recorded in the U.S. ripped through Oklahoma and Kansas. At one point one of the tornadoes actually had a recorded wind speed of 316 miles an hour.

#8 On April 30th, 2003, “the Road Map to Peace” that had been developed by the so-called “Quartet” was presented to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon by U.S. Ambassador Daniel Kurtzer. Over the next seven days, the U.S. was hit by a staggering 412 tornadoes. It was the largest tornado cluster ever recorded up to that time.

#9 In 2005, President George W. Bush (the son of George H. W. Bush) convinced Israel that it was necessary to remove all of the Jewish settlers out of Gaza and turn it over entirely to the Palestinians. According to the New York Times, the very last of the settlers were evacuated on August 23, 2005. On that precise day, a storm that would be given the name “Katrina” started forming over the Bahamas. The city of New Orleans still has not fully recovered from the damage that storm caused, and it ranked as the costliest natural disaster in all of U.S. history up to that time.

#10 On May 19th, 2011 Barack Obama told Israel that there must be a return to the pre-1967 borders. Three days later on May 22nd a half-mile wide EF-5 multiple-vortex tornado ripped through Joplin, Missouri. According to Wikipedia, it was “the costliest single tornado in U.S. history.”

Barack Obama is scheduled to leave the White House on January 20th, and many are hoping that the new Trump administration will rapidly repair the damage that has been done to our relationship with Israel. One of the things that is already being discussed is cutting off U.S. funding for the United Nations

Congress is already setting the stage to cut off U.S. funding to the United Nations in the wake of a contested vote last week in which the Obama administration permitted an anti-Israel resolution to win overwhelming approval, according to congressional leaders, who told the Washington Free Beacon that the current administration is already plotting to take further action against the Jewish state before vacating office.

Other punitive actions by Congress could include expelling Palestinian diplomats from U.S. soil and scaling back ties with foreign nations that voted in favor of the controversial measure, according to multiple sources who spoke to the Free Beacon about the situation both on and off the record.

Hopefully members of Congress will take very swift and decisive action once they return to Washington in early January. Because at this moment we are definitely under a curse, and we need to do whatever we can to change direction.

And let us pray that the Obama administration will not betray Israel again by supporting a UN Security Council resolution that would officially establish a Palestinian state before January 20th. If that happens, all hell is going to break loose in America.

Those gullible goyim will be LTAO at the last trumpet sound, when all you savvy people are still walkin’ around on this God forsaken ball of dirt, third out from the Sun and waiting to see what comes next.

Bless Israel and we will be blessed. Never mind gay “marriage”, 60 million abortions, pornogrphy, crime and incarseration capital of the world, hundreds of trillions of $s of debt. ect, ect. God trashes all his other laws and covenants for the sake of these people who reject Him. What Bible are you reading?

    • jj. kale.

      ya ,really

Exactly, all these Jew worshipers are in such deep darkness. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that God will bless you for blessing Israel. On the contrary, by supporting Israel in all their endless crimes against God and humanity we will be cursed,as we already are, by God.

      • jj. kale.

wrong. we are to bless his people and land. if you read Gods word he says who blesses Israel will be blessed, who are we to question the potter when we are the clay? with all the sin this world is going through it will truly bring back Christ and soon. this world is finished. the new Jerusalem is the only and last answer for this fallen planet.

Where does it say that? Certainly not in Genesis 12:3 which clearly talks about Abraham only. The blessing that comes through his seed is Jesus. That’s why it says ” all peoples on earth will be blessed through you”

          • jj. kale.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they that love thee shall prosper. Psalm 122. May those who bless you be blessed
and those who curse you be curse. Numbers 24:9 The Father states that he changes not. So through Gen. to Rev. we are to bless his people and our reward is a blessing from the Father.

True! Living he way the King says to live and being willing to do things the way He says, and only the way He says, is all that can allow this world to live in peace with one another. Trying to find a man or men to follow will only result in war!

Those days are over bud. The Jews and the Gentiles are equal in Gods eyes according to the Bible….and NO there wont be a 7 year trib and a Pre Trib rapture and No there is no future 70th week. The bible tells us all…everyone…including jews….to Love their neighbor as themselves and to love the lord their God with all their heart. That is the sum of all Gods commandments. The Jews USED to be Gods people……now both Believing Jews and Gentiles are Gods people – and don’t try to pull the replacement theology garbage on me…because that’s not what I said and its not what I believe. We the gentiles have been grafted in and the non believing Jew has been cut off…unless the Believe that Jesus was the messiah and then they are grafted in again…end of story.

Read Genesis 12:3. Now, you have no excuse for not knowing.

Genesis 12:3: I will bless those who bless you (Abraham), and whoever curses you (Abraham) I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

This clear talks about Abraham only. The blessing that comes through his seed is Jesus. That’s why it says ” all peoples on earth will be blessed through you”

      • JB

Missing the point. Doesn’t have anything to do with what we/ they DO. Has everything to do with God and HIs integrity – a promise He has made.

He has made no such promise, it’s your twisted interpretation of it. The promise was made only to Abraham and his seed – Jesus.

          • watchmannonthewall

“Now the LORD said to Abram, ‘Go forth from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to the Land which I will show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great [note the Jews, Muslims, and Christians all trace their spiritual heritage back to Abram]; and so you shall be a blessing; and I will bless those who bless you and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” (Gen. 12:1-3)

In Genesis 26:3 God told Isaac he would establish the covenant He made with Abraham with him, which includes blessing those who bless him and cursing those who curse him.

Since the children are in the loins of the father, this automatically includes their descendants. We learn this principle from the writer of hebrews who informs us that Levi paid tithes to Melchizedek because when Abraham paid him tithes Levi was still in Abraham’s loins.

Isaac passed this covenant on to Jacob while thinking he was giving it to Esau: “May peoples serve you, and nations bow down to you; be master of your brothers, and may your mother’s sons bow down to you. Cursed be those who curse you and blessed be those who bless you.” (Gen 27:29)

It is very clear this statement was aimed towards one man and his descendants, and it applies to people (including said descendnts) and the way they treat Abraham’s, Isaac’s and Jacob’s descendants, especially those of like faith.

Jacob, of course, became the father of the natural line of Israelites and the 12 tribes. When Isaac realized he had, by deciet, blessed Jacob, he still affirmed the blessing and the curse. (Gen. 27:33)

Paul said in Galatians 3:7, “Therefore, be sure [convinced] that it is those who are of faith who are the sons [seed] of Abraham”, and in 3:29, “And if you belong to Messiah, then are you Abraham’s offspring [seed] and heirs according to the propmise.”

The reference to Jesus being the seed (one seed) of Abraham is specificly related to the blessing given to Abraham at the end of Genesis 12:3 (above), “And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.” (See Galatians 3:14-16)

However, in Truth, this passage also applies to those who are of like faith as they too will be/should be a blessing to all the families of the earth if they walk as Messiah walked!!

        • SpyHunter

Promise was fulfilled and the Jews were cut off and the Gentiles grafted in along with the Believing Jews…..Re-Read your bible…….70th week has been completed at the stoning of Stephen – No future 70th week/7 year trib or pre trib rapture….all that theology is a fairytale.

          • watchmannonthewall

            Interesting!

Daniel said, “Seventy weeks have been decreed upon your people and the holy city, to,
            1. Finish the transgression,
            2. Make and end to sin,
            3. make atonement for iniquity,
            4. Bring in everlasting righteousness,
            5. Seal up the vision,
            6. Seal up the prophesy, and
            7. Anoint the most holy place.
            (Daniel 9:24)

Daniel was about 15-16 when taken to Babyon in 606BC. The city of Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 AD, 676 years later. We understand 70 weeks of years is 490 years so even if we say Daniel received the vision and died in the same year at 100, 521BC, we are a full 100 years off the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD ((521+70) -490).

I’m really interested in your math and understanding as to how the time period he had to have been given the vision, and it probably wasn’t given the last year of his life and he probably didn’t live to 100, and its fulfillment meets the 490 year criteria.

Perhaps you can also explain how,
            1. The transgression was ended, seems this is still ongoing to me,
            2. Make and end to sin. Seems this is also,
            3. Make atonement for iniquity, The sacrifice of Jesus might be what Daniel was speaking of here so I’ll give you this one,
            4. Bring in everlasting righteousness, NO way is this in existence today!
            5. Seal up the vision, I think “seal” likely means “fulfill”. Since a couple above don’t seem to have been fulfilled, this hasn’t happened yet.
            6. Seal up the prophesy, Ditto #5 for this one.
            7. Anoint the most holy place. Where is this place and what does it mean?

I have lots of questions about this passage of scripture, which many seem to think has been fulfilled but I haven’t found anyone who can explain to make any sense of it! There seem to be a lot of parrots out there, but no answers! Your thoughts?

          • SpyHunter

This is a bit much to go through here in a comment section…..but I will get back to you when I have a moment to do so. The answers will take several comment responses to get out. But none the less….when I have time….I will start detailing out the answers for you.

          • watchmannonthewall

Thank you. I have heard and seen in this blog of people who write from this position but never had anyone lay out the details of support for it. I look forward to hearing from you. I do expect it would take some time so that is not an issue for me.

          • SpyHunter

I have everything I need to debunk the future 70th week teaching….just not much time to put it together in a condensed way to get it out in a few comments. I used to be a future 70th week believer and it was only once I was willing to listen to the Holy Spirit did I start to see the truth…it took about 5 years, and a lot of pain staking research, before I was convinced that the furturists had it incorrect. It’s too bad that Disqus doesn’t have a Private Mesaage feature….it would make long discussions with people much easier :)

          • watchmannonthewall

BTW- I also am convinced the futurists have the meaning of the teaching wrong. At this point, I don’t think God has revealed the true meaning of the passage of scripture. Too many people have too many different interpretations. This is not normally the way prophesy is fullfilled, that there is at least one different interpretaion for each person looking at a passage and trying to understand what it says.

I will keep an open mind about the, probable, future fulfilment but I do think it may well be something that we will not understand until after it has come to pass, just like many prophesies in the OT concerning Jesus and events of His life couldn’t be understood until events of the NT were recorded.

I can’t simply dismiss the inconsistencies many have in their interpretation of its past fulfillment to the scriptural record that many seem inclined to overlook. I have shared in other posts that interpretation of Daniel 9:27 is perhaps the most disputed verse as to its meaning in all of scripture, scholars having argued about what it says, even in the original language(s), for centuries.

Once the prophesy is fulfilled, I think we will all look back at it and pretty much agree this “one” circumstance was its fulfillment.

“The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this Law. ” (Deut.29:29) Thank you for your explanations. I have copied them and will study them more thoroughly. I realize you have much more info that you haven’t shared. I’m sure you were blessed by your study.

          • SpyHunter

Lets start with this – Rather long post but I have more detail and scripture in the next post:
            70 Weeks are completed
This seven year tribulation theory actually originates from a mis-understanding, or deliberate re-writing of the prophecy in Daniel chapter 9. Many take this prophecy out of context to explain a seven year,(Pre-Trib) or three and a half year, (Mid-Trib) time of great tribulation for the Christian believer. However, you will find by studying this prophecy that it does not speak of a time of tribulation at all. In fact, it speaks of a time that all believers both Old and New Testament alike hold very dear to their hearts. It is the prophecy that describes the coming of Jesus as the Messiah in 27AD, as well as what transpired from the very year He stepped into the river Jordan to be baptized by John, to the exact year He died on the cross 3½ years after His baptism. We then see the prophecy coming to the time when the Gospel was finally proclaimed to the Gentile 3½ years after the cross. This of course ends up equaling a grand total of seven years after Jesus steps forward as Messiah in 27A.D. Which by the way is prophecied in Daniel chapter nine, and the EXACT YEAR of Christ’s arrival as Messiah is also mentioned in that same chapter. Biblical, Prophetic, and Historical PROOF shows this false doctrine and the secret “rapture” go hand in hand. So, WHY is everyone still belieivng all those lying preachers and teachers out there when their very own Bible prove them wrong?
Amos 8:11, “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:”
As we all know, “faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” -Romans 10:17. If the people refuse to open their Bibles and VERIFY what their pastors are preaching to them, they would NOT fall for such lies! The Bible is an invaluable tool. Especially in our day, for we have been chosen by God Almighty to live in the LAST DAYS!

          • SpyHunter

            Post #2:
The 70 weeks of Daniel have been completed long ago: 457BC Decree to rebuild Jerusalem Ezra 7: 1-27 then in 27 AD we have Jesus Baptism Dan 9:25 this marks the end of the 69th week and beginning of the 70th week – Then in 31AD Jesus is Crucified Dan 9:26,27 (This is the middle of the 70th week) – 34AD Stephen stoned Acts 7:59 (This is the end of the 70th week).
DANIEL 9:24 “Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times. 26 And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for himself; and the people of the Prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, and till the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.” (NKJV) The “He” in vs 27 is not the antichrist – It is Jesus Christ! This is where all the confusion begins. The “Prince who is to come” is not the antichrist – It was Titus the Roman Prince who destroyed the city and the temple and the destruction came “Like a flood” because the Romans attacked the city with such brutal force.
Dan 9:26&27 Tells us that the Messiah was cut off – He was Crucified – and that his sacrifice on the cross brought an End to sacrifice and offering. The covenant spoken of here is Gods covenant with the many (Not an Antichrist peace treaty with the Jews) – Hebrews 9:28 states that “Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many,” which is a perfect match to Daniel 9:24-27. Jesus’ sacrificial offering covered all of the sins that are listed in Daniel 9:24, and His sacrifice made to save many.
As the veil of the temple was torn the spirit of God left the building – The Temple was left Desolate – Gods spirit will never reside again in a building and no sacrifices and burnt offering will ever please God again – Matthew 23:37-38 “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.”.
The temple now resides in believers 1Cor 6:19 “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?”.
Like I said – Dispensational teachers have twisted the prophesies of Daniel and destroy the truth by saying that the Antichrist is the one making the covenant with the many – Dispensationalist such as JN Darby have tortured scripture to achieve their lie.

          • watchmannonthewall

Thank you for your response. I apologize for taking so long to respond back.

I think the best place to start is with the minisrty of Jesus. Many say it was 3.5 years. I have never been able to verify that from scripture but this is what we do know: He most likely was baptized by John and entered the wilderness at about the 10.5 month time of the year.

How do we know this? We have to start with His being revealed unto Israel in Jerusalem. This occurred at Passover where He first did many miracles and many believed on Him. (Jn 2:13-23) Tracing back to John 1:29 we find He most likely came out of the wilderness on the first day of the year, meaning He was baptized 40 days earlier.

His ministry began during a Passover and He died during a Passover. This means His ministry was essentially in whole years. John mentions 3 Passovers: The first, in John 2:13, the second in John 6:4 and the third, when He was crucified, John 13. This covers 2 years! All the other gospel writers only mention one Passover, His crucifixtion.

The second question I have regards a position many people hold and you also stated, which is that Jesus did way with the sacrifices and offerings.

The Apostle Paul was still offering the offerings of the Nazarite vow, covered in Numbers 6:13-15, about 60 AD a good 30 years after Jesus died and resurrected. If Jesus did away with these, shouldn’t Paul have known about it since he claimed to have received his gospel straight from Jesus?

James, the brother of Jesus, is the one who requested Paul to offer this offering not only himself, but for four other men also so, “all will know there is nothing to the things which they have been told about you [that you teach AGAINT the Law of Moses], but that you also walk orderly, keeping the LAW.” (Acts 21:23-24) Notice “walking orderly” means one keeps the Law. If one keeps the Law, one offers sacrifices and offerings since they are part of the Law!

In Jeremiah 33:17-18 God says “the Levitical priests shall NEVER lack a man before Me to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to prepare sacrifices continually.” Never to my understanding means eternity. This is not what is currently taught in today’s Christian circles, yet God is the one speaking! Did He make a mistake or is the doctrine of men pretty much messed up?

If the Levitical priests don’t offer sacrifices before God in the future , and they DO according to Ezekiel 40-48 when Messiah reigns, then God’s promise to Phinehas of a perpetual (forever) priesthood, is meaningless, isn’t it? (Num 25:12-13) Remember that a lot of priests also believed on Jesus according to Acts 6:7. A lot of Jews believed on HIm. He wasn’t totally rejected by them.

I think the big issue I see here is that of having a focus primarily on one section of scripture rather than taking it all and putting the various portions that speak of the same themes together to develop doctrine.

The sacrifices issue is a big one as the nations dividing the land of Israel is likely to lead to the construction and dedication of an altar on Temple Mount. Once this happens, if it gets shut down by the nations and the Christians who believe Jesus did away with the offerings and sacrifices, they will find themselves fighting against God in the Great Tribulation. Jesus said this one sign is the start of that event! It will be very apparent, to those who love the Truth, this did NOT occur in 70 AD!
            Shalom!

          • SpyHunter

I appreciate your response. There are a great many details to this discussion and it’s simply not realistic to get it all out in comments. I summarized everything to get it into two comments :) The Reality is…..I could write a book on this subject. The bottom line is from my seat, and I do not mean this to be demeaning, your theology is skewed by what you have been taught and, while I can see clearly that you have studied, it looks to me that you have some details that need to be ironed out. I was very very much a futurist 10 years ago and had never given any consideration to it being anything but that. Your understanding of what Christ did on the cross is important…..he was the final sacrifice and there cannot be another sacrifice – Christ was sacrificed once for all mankind…..Jews and Gentiles alike. This is why the curtain was torn and the spirit of God vacated the temple. We all have the same opportunity to either accept Christ or deny him. Jesus said “Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.” John 14:21. What he was saying here is that we are to keep the 10 commandments because in doing so we show our active love of God the Father. Faith Love and Obedience are necessary but we as mere humans cannot achieve that on our own…..this is why he said “What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.” 2 Cor 6:16. The alter and the sacrifices were abolished upon the death and resurrection of Christ. Now we must be living sacrifices “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:1-2. This very much falls in line with our bodies being the temple of God and our sacrifice is our obedience to Gods eternal law – The law of love.
There is no benefit to having a rebuilt temple in Israel….it would only serve as more proof that Jews do not accept Christ. To boil this down a bit….the futurists believe there will be a singular Antichrist Persona…..this is false “but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.” John 4:3. Here we are told that the “SPIRIT” of antichrist is coming and is now already in the world….The Spirit of antichrist was already in the world when Jesus spoke these words…..he did not say that an Antichrist Being was coming into the world….then or in the future…..futurists add that little bit of make believe because of their gross misinterpretation of Daniel. The antichrist spirit was alive then and it is alive today and will remain until Christ returns at the 2nd coming. In my reading…there will be no future Antichrist man sitting in a rebuilt temple in Israel…..rather the Spirit of Antichrist will live in the hearts of men…..the very temple that belongs to God….Gods temple…..your body…..will have sitting on the throne of your heart….the Spirit of antichrist not the Holy Spirit…..unless you have accepted Christ. You are the temple of God :) The Jews don’t get a pass…..they will need to make the same choice you and I do before the 2nd coming or they too will perish.
Again Thank You for the response and I wish you very well in your studies!

I agree with most everything you said. We would no doubt get along in this life and in the next. The only thing I would ask you to consider is that if Jesus did away with the sacrifices, what will there be in His millennial reign that will remind people of the sin God and He hate so much? Would it not be a representation of death, a subtitutionary one by an animal for a human, that would be a constant reminder of why we are to walk in righteousness and NOT sin against Him/ His commandments?
A properly dedicated altar, one dedicated as He commanded int he OT, is a sign of His ownership of the land on which it touches.
When the Jews set up that altar, I certainly hope you will not be one who opposes it as THAT IS the Abomination that Makes Desolate.
The people of God having so little knowledge of His ways and opposing them is what causes Him to give them over to the anti-christ. (Daniel 8:12)
The host or saints are given into HIS, the anti-christ’s, hand due to their transgression, their sin, and the same passage mentions the shutting down of the altar and he is the one who does this. Those who support him in his decision are the deceived ones, the ones who agree with and follow the anti-christ as he prohibits God’s people to offer sacrifices (Hebrew- “to draw near”) to Him!

You are totally being blinded by the enemy to the truth of the matter. Despite Israel being secular and rejecting their Messiah, God still has a plan for Israel in these last days according to His word. Read Romans 11:26. Satan knows the plan that God has for Israel and that’s why he incites so much anti-semitic attitudes and behavior throughtout the world. That’s why he (satan) used Hitler for the Holocaust to kill 6 million jews because he (satan) wants to make God’s out to be a lie because of God’s promise for Israel in Romans 11:26. I hope you repent of your ignorance before you meet the King of the jews.

I dont believe, and never will, one word you said!

          • Amina Darden

It’s not about believing what I say, believe what God says in His word (the bible).

        • SpyHunter

No actually YOU and all the Israel/Jewish people worshiping nuts are the ones who are in the dark and lost. The Jews are no different than any other human being on the planet and they have no “special” place in Gods plan….at least not anymore so than anyone else.
“I hope you repent of your ignorance before you meet the King of the jews.”
You use fear as a weapon in a futile attempt to justify your beliefs. You and others like you have No Clue what you are preaching…..you just keep listening to your apostate church leaders and they will lead you right over the cliff. Don’t bother to actually research anything and find out the real truth…..just listen to another man tell you what to believe. I weep for your ignorance.

          • Paul Patriot

Wow, please research a bit more before spouting off heretical diatribes of accusations.

Ironic thing is, the VAST majority of those apostate church leaders don’t mention one single word about the Jews, and Gods covenant (promise, agreement) to them.

          • watchmannonthewall

It’s because they think have replaced them. No need to mention them if they don’t exist. They are entitles to all of the blessings, and no matter what they do, none of the curses. That is why they walk around saying, “I’m blessed” all day, everyday! They have no idea what is coming!

          • SpyHunter

Paul – I have done much research and the majority of the churches today are apostate. The Jews and Israel are not a factor anymore as we proceed into the future. The 70 weeks of Daniel clearly show that the 70 weeks are completed. Your apostate church speaks deceptions from a false translation and interpretation of the original texts. If you are not willing to begin to search for the truth and you are happy with your position….that’s your deal. I am simply here explaining the false doctrin of the futurist, pre-trib rapturists, 7 year trib followers. If you want to believe that nonsense go right ahead. It cannot be supported with scripture and an honest reading of the original language.

It is not Israel in the physical, but Israel in the spiritual that this applies to.

      • jack nichols

apparently you missed this one…Genesis 12:3New King James Version (NKJV)
        3
I will bless those who bless you,
        And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

        • Joseph Vanchieri

Thank you so much for your understanding of Israel and Jews. Of course not all Israeli are Jews but it is a Jewish State. They are called ” God’s chosen people”. Don’t dispare anti-Semites. God loves you too. Hechose the Jews to spread the word of God. They have suffered dearly for doing so but they are a faithful people.

    • JB

You’re missing the whole point. The only reason God hasn’t judged us nationally is not because of what we have done (we are long overdue) – but because of HIS integrity – a promise He made to Abraham: “those who bless you, I will bless – curse you, I will curse.” Now that we’re stabbing Israel in the back, we should be deeply concerned about judgment that is a long time in coming.

    • watchmannonthewall

I agree with you as you speak “tongue in cheek”: God will never trash His Laws and covenant for the sake of people who reject Him (or for those who don’t, I might add). It really is “My way or the highway!”
Most don’t realize the “highway” is the highway to the Lake of Fire, since they seem to get off scot free in this life. Sadly, they will not figure it out until Judgment Day.

Not surprised here at what our imposter-in-chief has done. I am sure of his desires all along to bring chaos to America. His plan comes from his communist upbringing and belief in another god–allah. All his policies have destroyed a little more of what is ours, land, money, home and freedom. Now he has done what he knows will bring a spanking upon us. Why, you may ask–to bring more chaos to America, to trip us up in hopes we finally fall–NEVER! There are still more of ‘us’ than him that will rob, kill and destroy us. Let us never forget this in our prayers that we be spared the coming chaos so that we may be of help to those that are following Christ and God’s laws.

  • DJohn1

The problem I have with it is that it is not over until it is over.
These Democrats doing this will reap what they sew. Their curse on Israel will be the ruin of their poltical party.
The Republicans on the other hand will support Israel any way they can do so legally.
That means the curse is not upon us yet. But it will be if Donald Trump and party do not reverse everything that Obama has done.
People do not believe in curses and blessings any more.
This comes from their “scientific, humanistic” education that we as a people have allowed to be anti-religious in nature.
Unlike the British, who have a parliament type organization in which one can be cast out of office at a moment’s notice, we are stuck with the people we elect for a good number of years.
The curse will effect the people responsible for doing it.

  • J.j. Cintia

Yeah, that Bible thing really isn’t you is it? Stick to subjects you understand sport. The covenant with God ran out when they turned away and were conquered by Babylon. It was before the Flood. Read a book and then comment on it.

    • disqus_RWg4DfG9cY

God gave Israel to the Jewish people “forever”… and much more land than what they gained in the Balfour agreement, by far. You read a book and then comment on it. Honestly, I don’t know why I comment on these things to people who have no understanding. Sheesh!

    • Paul Patriot

God’s Word does indicate He holds the hearts of rulers in His hands – and can direct it anyway He chooses. But how many Christians pray to the Lord for this?

That would be good to research I don’t think many do these days.

  • Terry

You should do your homework. The Jews in Israel today have no relation to the Israel of the Bible.

The use of the word “Jew” has cause a tremendous
amount of confusion among Christian. Consider this information which was taken
almost word for word from Eli James’ longer essay entitled “Jesus Was Not a
    Jew.”

“The first thing that every Christian has to realize is that the word ‘Jew’
is a translation from two different words that are contained in the Bible: The
Hebrew word ‘Yehudi’ and the Greek word ‘Ioudaios.’ Neither one of these
words designates a modern Jew, who is neither a relative nor a co-religionist
of the Hebrew Judahites (Yehudi). The word ‘Jew’ is only a recently used
word, having been first employed in the 1750’s in England, as the “J” sound was
just being introduced into England from France in those days. It was
first seen written down in Sheridan’s play, “The Rivals,” in the year
    1775.”

“Most people assume that today’s Jews are the direct descendants of the
ancient Israelites; but this is not true at all. Rabbi Moshe M. Maggal, President,
National Jewish Information Service, in a letter dated 21 August 1961, wrote,
“Strictly speaking it is incorrect to call an Ancient Israelite a ‘Jew’ or to
call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or a Hebrew.” The Jews are not the
Judahites of Scripture. Nor are the Jews derived from any of the other 11
tribes. Nor was Jesus a Jew. He was a Judahite of the House of
Judah. The similarity between the words ‘Jew’ and ‘Judah’ has led Christians to
believe that the Jewish people are descended from True Judah. But this is not
    true. Consider the following.”

“The Sephardic Jews who were the dominant Jews in existence at the time of
Christ were Edomites from Idumea. In the days of King John Hyrcanus, the last
Judahite king of Israel, the land of Edom was then to the south of Judah, and
it was known as Idumea. That territory was what was left of old
Canaan-land, where the Kenites, Canaanites, and Edomites had lived since the
days of Noah’s Flood. Idumeans were allowed to become citizens of Judea via a
treaty signed by King John Hyrcanus with the nation of Idumea, circa 125
BC. But this treaty did not make these Idumeans into Judahites. It
only made them citizens of Judea. They were Judeans, but not Judahites. Under
King Herod, who was an Edomite, the Edomites became dominant in the Pharisaic
priesthood and the Sadducees. This clear distinction between the Judahite
people of Judea and the Edomites of Idumea is essential to a correct
    understanding of scripture.”

“Also, in 740 AD, the Japhetic/Mongoloid/Hittite nation of the Khazars in
Eastern Europe adopted Judaism as a state religion. In time these Khazar Jews
spread through Europe. It is admitted by Jewish scholars that these
non-Shemitic, Khazar Jews make up at least 90% of the Jewish people today.
Thus, 90% of modern Jews have practically zero Shemitic blood in them. H.G.
Wells said in his Outline of History that“It is highly probable that the
bulk of the Jews’ ancestors never lived in Palestine at all….” So most Jews
today have no ethnic or territorial relationship to old Israel.”

So neither the 90% of the Khazar Jews, nor the other 10% of the Sephardic Jews,
have any Shemitic blood. The Jewish claim to being Semites is
false. This genetic situation makes the charge of “anti-Semitism” against
the Jews’ enemies a sham as well. Since the Jews are not Shemites, but Edomites
and Khazars, then one who opposes Edomites and Khazars cannot be accused of
    “anti-Semitism.”

As a born again Christian this doctrine from Gen 12:3 about people who do not or do support Israel will be cursed or blessed is a LIE!!!!!!! Otherwise every Muslim nation would be gone. Under Grace God DOES NOT curse anyone!!! God does NOT judge nations like he did in the OT. If any Christian believes otherwise, give me proof that a country was cursed in the last 2,000 years.

We are NOT judged while we are on this earth (Heb 9:27, John 3:17). We will reap what we sow, but that is NOT judgement!

Christians who believe in Judgement on this earth do not understand what a loving and patient God we serve.
