September 23, 2015: Why Are So Many Warning That This Date Is An Extremely Significant Deadline?

September 23, 2015 - Public DomainOver the past year or so, there has been an unprecedented amount of buzz on the Internet about the month of September 2015.  And of all the days during that month, no date has gotten more attention than the date of September 23rd.  So precisely what will happen on September 23, 2015?  Well, we do know that it is Yom Kippur – the most solemn of all the festival days that we find in the Scriptures.  September 23rd is also the last day of the summer, and as I have discussed previously, it is when Pope Francis will be arriving at the White House to meet with Barack Obama.  Other than that, I do not know of any specific major event that either will or will not happen on that day, but I do believe that September 23rd is going to be extremely significant.

In this article I am going to share with you some of the thoughts that I recently shared in a conversation that I had with author John Shorey.  I believe that we have just come out of a period of time during which America was shown exactly why judgment is coming.  For example, I am convinced that it was no accident that the undercover Planned Parenthood videos came out this summer.  Since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973, more than 56 million babies have been purposely destroyed in this nation.  Now these undercover videos have shown the entire world that Planned Parenthood is harvesting organs from these babies and selling them off to the highest bidder where they are used in some of the most bizarre scientific experiments imaginable, and the federal government is spending hundreds of millions of dollars a year to fund this activity.

So how has the American public responded to these videos?

There has been virtually no uproar whatsoever.  Yes, a small minority of Americans that have not had their consciences totally seared has gotten very upset over this, but most Americans don’t seem to care about what Planned Parenthood is doing.  I think that this is a tremendous indictment of where we are as a nation.

Over the past few months there have been other incidents that have also revealed our wickedness for all the world to see.  The Supreme Court decision that legalized gay marriage in all 50 states was a perfect bookend for the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973, and the Ashley Madison hack revealed the secret sins of millions of men in this country.

Now, we are in the “Days of Awe”.  Since the days of Moses, the period of time that stretches from Rosh Hashanah to Yom Kippur has been known as a period of repentance.  This is something that happens every year, but I believe that it has extra significance this year.  I believe that America has been very clearly shown why judgment is coming, and now we are being given one last period of time to repent just before judgment strikes.

On September 23rd, this period of repentance comes to an end.  So will something unusual happen on that date or shortly thereafter?

For years, the date of “September 23” has been popping up in television shows and movies.  I provided quite a few examples of this in my previous article entitled “The Mystery Of September 23: Why Does 9/23 Keep Popping Up All Over the Place?”  Could it be possible that the elite either have something planned for that date or know of something that will occur on that date?

In addition to the cryptic warnings that I covered in my previous article, there are other indications that 9/23 is extremely significant, and I shared them with John Shorey during our recent conversation.

First of all, Mena Lee Grebin says that an angel of the Lord visited her earlier this year and instructed her to store up a year of food and supplies by the end of the summer.  Well, it turns out that summer ends on September 23rd this year.  The following comes from

Starting in January 2015 the Lord told Mena multiple times these things would happen this year, 2015. He told her she had to prepare her ministry and tell the people everything they need to get done, they need to do it by the end of this summer.

In February he told her to stock up on food and supplies. He gave her a large amount to purchase because it was not just for her family of five, but also for her ministry.

In the second week of April an angel visited her. He was about seven feet tall. He had no wings and was wearing a long white robe. He stood about fifteen feet in front of her. He looked at her and said, “The countdown has begun.”

He had a wooden board in his hand. He flipped the board over and on the other side was a digital clock. The numbers on the clock were counting down and moving so fast she could not make them out, but she knew it was counting down to zero.

She said, “You are talking about the judgment coming. You are talking about the catastrophe.”

The angel said, “Yes, but you have not completed the task that you were told to do. What did the Lord tell you to do?”

Mena answered, “He told me to stock up on food and supplies.”

He said, “You have to complete the task because time is running out.”

After that last visit from the angel, Mena Lee Grebin and her husband rushed out and finished stocking up on food and supplies.  But she is not the only one that has been shown that September 23rd is extremely significant.

Not too long ago, Dr. Patricia Green was told that the day when Barack Obama meets with Pope Francis is a very, very important deadline.  And as I mentioned above, the date when they meet is September 23rd.  The following is an excerpt from what she was recently told…

“September 23rd is the day Obama makes a pact with the devil. It was not by chance that the Pope and Obama are meeting on the Day of Atonement. They will make a pact that will seal the fate of the United States of America. My vengeance will be poured out from this point forward. There is no turning back.”

A third woman was also shown that September 23rd is extremely significant.  Her name is Sister Barbara, and she has been pointing to this day since the early months of 2012

In early 2012, Sister Barbara was told to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord for the next 1350 days. When she received that word she did not know what it meant or exactly when it ended. She asked her husband, who is an accountant, to do the math for her. When he did, he found it ends on September 23, 2015. Since they are not Jewish they did not know about the Day of Atonement.

For almost four years she has obeyed the Lord by proclaiming words of warning to the United States. She concludes each of her videos with this statement: “I am proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord until September 23, 2015, Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement.” After September 23 2015 she will no longer be proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord.

Also, Paul Keith Davis has been telling everyone this: “The Lord showed me everything is going to look different after the Day of Atonement 2015.

Please note that none of them are saying that something specific will happen on September 23.  It is entirely possible that nothing may happen.  September 23, 2015 could turn out to be a deadline, or it may turn out to be a gateway into a period of time when judgment will take place.

For those that do not believe in God, I know that all of this must sound very strange.  The idea that God goes by a completely different calendar than we do and that He still speaks to people today is not easy for many to accept.

Most of you know that I used to practice law.  I was trained to be skeptical and to only come to conclusions that were warranted by the evidence.

As I have followed the evidence, I have discovered that our world is far more “strange” than the mainstream media would have us believe.  The farther down the rabbit hole that I go, the more I discover just how flawed the naturalistic worldview that our public schools are pounding into the heads of our children really is.

There are many things in this world that defy a “rational explanation” according to conventional thinking.  When you start digging into these things, you quickly find out that we have all been lied to over and over.

The truth is out there and is waiting to be discovered.  Unfortunately, most people end up believing whatever it is that they want to believe, and so they never find it.

I have no feeling about a certain date. But the feeling of very soon, is a constant feeling now.

    • KirstyJason Menard

I feel the same way. I don’t know when, but I feel something big is coming, soon. I feel it when I am out around a lot of people. I feel anxiety in the air. Urgency. I can feel the tension everywhere I go. We as a people are at a crucial point in our lives. There is a lot happening in such a short period of time, that can make or break, and I strongly believe as do a lot of others that it will break us. We are a society that has sadly gotten rid of god. No god in schools, public places. It’s gotten worse and worse. We have turned our backs. Everything that is happening, all of the earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, volcanoes, droughts, they are all leading up to something bigger. Bigger than any of us. Now is the time to embrace god, as well as our brothers and sisters that need help finding him again. We have to be strong. Especially for our families and friends.

      • Its the Force…I have done independent research and reached the same conclusions as the Christians have…who are the only ones sounding Alarm now…Its Amazing, how only they got it ..not the Hindus, Buddhists, Pagans, Hopis…

The FORCE is awakening on Earth…All the evils that we have seen so far is only 10% of this force..Imagine what it will do to earth when it uses its entire force while making its JUMP. The cut off date is Sep 23 but really it begins when u feel it in YOUR FACE is December 18, 2015

there will be prayer in school so long as there are algebra tests.

      • mcquestion5000

There is plenty of god in schools and public places, it just can’t be endorsed by any government.

You “feel” something big is happening soon and the guy on the street corner “feels” like Ragnarok is coming.

Earthquakes, fires and tsunamis happen because we have been the worst possible stewards of the earth. There is no evidence of any judgement of any god… ever.

If no government supported praying in schools bothers you worse than war and death, you have a problem.

So true, the way I am feeling ?

    • VigilanteCaregiver

I think we all have that feeling…

      • K

Not all. I see three groups. 1. Many here are in this group. They see what is going on, and they know what is foretold. This is the group, that see the connection. 2.The largest group. They see nothing, they know nothing. And yet they have a feeling of unease. But strangely, they have no desire to try to figure out, why they feel uneasy. 3. This is the saddest group. They see much of what is going on. They know what is foretold. Yet they see no connection. This is the group, there are none so blind, as they who will not see. Have others seen these groups?

    • klingon

I had a feeling, but then realized I had to use the bathroom. Does that count?

  • Sam

I know nothing of those people you mention in this article and I have always been very skeptical of other people “seeing angels” or receiving special “divine” messages. I think this skepticism is Biblical since the Lord warned that there would be many deceivers who would come into the world. That said, my own house is as much in order as I can make it because I have felt “pressed” by the Spirit for quite some time. I can not say why I know something is coming.. I simply do. I can not say what it is.. nor when it will occur; but I believe it is soon. I urge everyone to follow the leading of that still small voice within you. If it is God, He will never tell you to do something that violates even one word or precept of the Bible.. God does not give us the spirit of fear, but of a sound mind. Once again though, I thank you for bringing these things to the attention of those with ears to hear. I would say, may God be with us; but there is no need for of course, He is.. He said He would never leave us nor forsake us. We are His. And He cares for His own.

    • Everyone that is saying that 9/23 is Yom Kippur is following the Hillel II calendar, which is not the Biblical Calendar. The Biblical Calendar starts with the month of Aviv, and each next month starts with the new moon. The seventh month started on 9/15 when the new moon was sighted in Israel, which puts Yom Kippur beginning on the evening of 9/24 and ending the evening of 9/25.

So while the date of 9/23 may be important in some esoteric way, it is not YHVH’s moedim of Yom Kippur. Further, it is not those saved by the Blood of Yeshua that need fear YHVH’s Judgement and wrath – it is those in rebellion that need fear Him.

What believers need to expect is persecution from the wicked; and that may well begin in earnest on 9/23, which apparently is the day they have chosen for their evil purposes.

So put on the armor and be prepared.

      • Unicornlover2838

Nope its the 23 its the Jewish calendar.

    • Ashley

I’m more than just skeptical of these woman seeing angels and being visited by God. I don’t believe there is a date that any man can point to in which God will move in any direction. With that said, I do feel a sense of urgency and unrest in the Christian community. We know something big and terrible is coming and coming very soon. What is coming or when it’s coming is knowledge only God knows.

      • folgers22

I agree. Every time a “respected” religious “leader” pops up with a book to sell and claiming there’s a specific date to be prepared for, I get a little distrustful for that reason. Sometimes, I think that “Feeling” is partly desire. Many folks want the end times to come and obsessively look for proof they’re here. Why not? It’s not like we get any better from year to year.

        The Four
        Blood Moons Explained

The Book of Genesis says God uses the sun,
moon, and stars for signs and seasons. Examples can be found throughout the

        Think of how
a star led the wise men to Jesus or how the sun stood still as Joshua led
Israel to victory over its enemies.

        According to
Pastor John Hagee, God is getting ready to speak this way once again.

a sense in the world that things are changing and God is trying to communicate
with us in a supernatural way,” Hagee told CBN News.

believe that in these next two years, we’re going to see something dramatic
happen in the Middle East involving Israel that will change the course of
history in the Middle East and impact the whole world,” he predicted.

        Four Blood

        In his
latest book, Four Blood Moons: Something Is About to Change, Hagee lays out
what he calls celestial signals. He describes how a series of blood moons in
2014 and 2015 will have great significance for Israel.

single blood moons happen fairly regularly, four appearing so closely together
is extremely rare. There have only been a series of blood moons a handful of
times over the past 500 years.

        So what
exactly is a blood moon and what is the biblical significance?

blood moon is when the Earth comes between the sun and the moon,” Hagee
explained. “And the sun is shining through the atmosphere of the Earth and
casts up on the moon a red shadow. And so the moon appears to be red.”

        Such moons
        appear several times in scripture.

        In the book
of Joel, God says there will be “wonders in the heavens and in the earth,
blood, and fire…the sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before
the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.”

        In Acts, the
Apostle Peter repeats that verse from Joel. And the book of Revelation says
that during the Great Tribulation, “the moon will become like blood.”

        Blood moons
are set to appear in April 2014, on Passover, and then again in October 2014
during the Feast of Tabernacles, or Sukkot.

        The timing
is the same for 2015 — a total of four blood moons, all appearing on Jewish
        feast days.

sun and the moon and the Earth are controlled by God almighty,” Hagee
said. “He is the one that is getting them in a direct alignment on a
certain day at a certain time — but each time, it’s a Passover or Sukkot.

        In the past,
the rare appearance of four blood moons on these feast days has coincided with
major events for Israel and the Jewish people.

        In 1492,
Spain expelled the Jews. Columbus also discovered America, which became a safe
        haven for the Jewish people.

each of these blood moons, you have something that begins in tragedy and ends
        in triumph,” Hagee explained.

instance, in 1948, Israel was reborn as a nation.

2,000 years, God supernaturally brought them from 66 nations and a nation was
born in a day,” Hagee noted. “That again was a supernatural something
that happened following the tragedy of the Holocaust.”

        In 1967,
Israel won the Six-Day War and recaptured Jerusalem.

the first time in 2,000 years, Jerusalem and the State of Israel were together
        again,” Hagee said.

        Two blood
moons have already appeared in 2014 and they coincided with major events in the
        Middle East and the world:

A war between Israel and Hamas in the
        summer of 2014

The rise of ISIS and the emergence of a new
        caliphate in Syria and Iraq

        Terrorism increasing around the world

And anti-Semitism on the march in Europe

        Then, there
are continued attempts by the world to strike a deal with Iran, which promise
        to only increase in 2015.

only reason that Iran will not acquire a nuclear bomb will be that Israel
chooses a military solution to that crisis,” Hagee told CBN News.

believe that if that happens, it will start a series of events that will change
the course of world history,” he said. “If Israel does not, then it
will still change the course of world history.”

        Hagee has
been warning of the Iranian nuclear threat through his work with Christians
United for Israel, which he founded in 2006. It is now the largest pro-Israel
organization in America, with some 1.3 million members.

        He holds
nights to honor Israel across the country and at San Antonio’s Cornerstone
Church, where he serves as senior pastor. The first event, in 1981, drew bomb
        threats and vandalism from anti-Semites.

        Yet Hagee
        continues his mission.

there was ever a time for the Christians of America to stiffen their spine and
stand up and speak up, it’s now,” Hagee admonished. “To see evil and
not call it evil is evil. Not to speak is to speak. We cannot be silent and
receive God’s approval at a time like this.”

        He said it’s
still unclear what the coming blood moons will bring, but he is certain of one

all is said and done, the flag of Israel will be flying over the walls of the
city of Jerusalem when Messiah comes, and it’s going to be forever,” he
said. “And every nation that rises up in judgment against Israel God will
        punish and punish severely.”

  • VigilanteCaregiver

The idea is to plan ahead before dates like this arrive. And normally, troubles don’t come by appointment.

  • VigilanteCaregiver

I can only speak of my faith, but when someone has an angelic visitation or such, we normally don’t speak about it with people outside the faith. When Church leadership has them; it’s in regard to the entire Church AND the entire world, so they let us know what’s up. When it’s an individual; the visitation only applies to the individual. For a father and husband; the message applies to him and his immediate family. It comes down to what authority and responsibility that person has.

There is evidence-based litmus tests for it. When angelic visitations come, it’s backed by an overwhelming spirit of the Holy Ghost. It’s a powerful feeling; the Holy Ghost testifying that you are witnessing a messenger of the Lord, Our God. All angel’s have a standard physical appearance of all will be male, a simple white tunic, no shoes: the biggest giveaway is a physical trait of pure white hair. Instances recorded of the devil and his own appearing as angels cannot mimic this trait. Also, you can ask the angel to shake your hand (I’m not kidding). In our faith there’s two kinds of angels: resurrected beings and spirits (such as your ancestors who have done all ordinances, covenants, and if repentant) awaiting resurrection at the Second Coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ at Jerusalem. You can ask to shake their hand: a resurrected being will willingly shake your hand and you can still feel them with your imperfect body. A spirit being from the Lord will decline politely. A demon will try to shake, but you will feel nothing.

Do I think they saw actual angelic beings? There’s not enough info provided in the links to tell.

    • As for the how to know an angel and dead relatives. Not sure where you get your information, some teacher? The Bible NEVER says people become angels or that that angels always appear a certain way. To Abraham the angels appear as regular men, no white hair or anything. Shaking hands is nowhere. Demons fell like nothing when shaking. Chapter and verse?

It was just this last two shemitah’s where the collapse happened on the very last day of the Shemitah. The previous shemitah’s, the collapses happened weeks later. I think those details failed to come though, and so that could be the case again.

      • Rebecca

I felt like the amount of hype around this Shemitah was used to distract everyone. People are starting to treat God like some kind of magic genie who will behave as WE expect him to. I hope all the hype doesn’t turn people away from the Lord… :(

        • folgers22

Nice point. “Awww, I was promised the end of the world! What a Jerk.”

          • That is not what she meant. She meant if you build something up that is not true, rather that be political, economical or spiritual, and it never happens then it erodes the credibility.

      • folgers22

Please look up the term Apophenia for an explanation of why we perceive patterns where they aren’t necessarily present. If you pick any random # of years and go through history, you’ll find all sorts of awful things that occurred that seem to support that pattern… and you’ll find years where nothing really explosive happened.
I don’t believe anything is going to happen tomorrow and it’s too convenient to add anything that happens in the next few months up to shemitah and not the random play of events.

ROFLOL, and how many weeks are allowed?

  • Richard

“Unfortunately, most people end up believing whatever it is that they want to believe…”

    Doesn’t that describe YOU, Michael?

  • loadnup

Mods, I posted a lengthy response to this article, checked something else, came back not fifteen minutes later and the response was deleted. Can you tell me why? Thank you.

  • Mike

Will you still call them Prophets if they are wrong? A prophet of God is 100% accurate all the time. If the tribulation period doesn’t start on Sept 23, 2015 like Mena Lee Grebin says, will you rightfully call her a false prophet?

    • iris

And even if a person is 100% right, but leads away from God with false teaching, they are still a false prophet. Satan et al can disguise as angels of light. That’s why we have to test everything against Scripture. It is prudent to take some measures, but to be best prepared, stand in the faith of His great grace, love and mercy given by Christ, stay in the Word, be about the Father’s business, rest in His finished work of Calvary and rejoice in the relationship you have with God. There are no odds with God and He is more than able to take care of His own. The Christian’s future is eternally secure, regardless of what man can do. The things we can’t control, the things we can’t understand yet, are insignificant compared to the amazing honor and duty we have to share the gospel in word and deed.

“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.”
The same is quite true today.

Yes moses came down from the mountain with the 10 commandments that specifically stated tho shalt not kill. Of course this only applies when it is convenient to god because he then decided to kill everyone on the face of the planet cause he was ticked off.

Interesting how a group of people who actually heard god, were literally given food by god, light by god, etc turned to other false gods and idols the second moses back was turned.

Same thing with adam and eve who spoke to god, etc. Then decided to turn against him to.

Proof positive that the bible is just stories. Plain and simple.

    • Rebecca

God said thou shalt not commit murder. Not what you just said.

      • father

Are you a moron or just a lawyer. Murder and killing are the same darn thing.

        • Preacher62

Murder and killing are not the same thing. Some killing is justified, murder is the taking of a life without justification.

          • father

So when god ordered the jews to kill every man, woman and child so they could occupy the land that was justified killing? Maybe to you and your backwards way of thinking.

And christians also think babies who die go to heaven. Yet there is nowhere in the bible to prove that theory either.

          • Preacher62

Yes that killing was justified in that the people of that land were evil and idolatrous and a danger to the God-fearing peoples. The Israelites did not do as God commanded however and that disobedience eventually led to their destruction and being cut off from God. Babies are without sin, therefore guaranteed a spot in Heaven.

          • Gay Veteran

“Yes that killing was justified in that the people of that land were evil and idolatrous and a danger to the God-fearing peoples…..”

truly amazing what you bible thumpers can justify, the Israelites choose to STEAL the land (a story as old as time, no “god” required; see U.S. history)

          • Preacher62

The Israelites did what God told them to do but did not complete the job and so were destroyed eventually. This was based upon God’s kingdom being at the time an earthly kingdom. Upon the arrival of Jesus, God’s kingdom became a spiritual kingdom and the settlers were called to build that spiritual kingdom by going and making disciples of Jesus Christ. They chose instead to build their own earthly kingdom and committed great atrocities in order to accomplish this. They/we continue to do very similar things today by attacking other countries for the sake of oil or a dollar. There are only two solutions when the righteous are surrounded by evil; you can either eradicate the evil by killing or you can convert the evil ones to good. God has given his children the task of converting as many as possible and he will eradicate the rest come judgment day. There is room for you in God’s kingdom if you so choose.

Ironic they did not try and kill the israelites.

If all humans are BORN with sin according to the Bible than your statement about babies is wrong.

According to your bible there is NO guaranteed spot to heaven.

Mostly because it is all a made up fable and total bull.

          • Preacher62

The danger was not from threat of death. The danger was from the threat of corruption and a turning away from God, which is exactly what happened to them. I KNOW in whom I believe and he is more real to me than you are. All I know of you is some random letters on a screen. What I know if God is that he created and sustains me every day of my life. There is a guaranteed spot for all who hold out faithful till the end, might wanna read it again.

          • ft

“The danger was from the threat of corruption and a turning away from God” BUT that happened even after they killed the people they stole the land from. PLUS god knew it would.

I thought only people were capable of mind games. Apparently god is the master of them.

          • Preacher62

They did not kill all of them and it came back to destroy them. Disobedience always brings terrible results.

btw, you do realize that “all of them” include babies and children?

which is why claiming that god ordered that is pure BS or proof that the Bible is truly evil

          • jess

Good point since people have said babies are without accountability. So why did god order them to be murdered? I guess if we follow gods line of thinking then abortion is OK since he allowed for the murder of babies and children.

          • Gay Veteran

whoa, whoa, WHOA, how dare you bring logic to this discussion!

          • ijustgottasay

Oh, okay, so by your “logic” abortion is proved NOT okay whenever God allows babies to survive abortion. Not all abortions are successful.

          • Preacher62

God is free to do whatever he wishes with his creation. If they were innocent they will be in Heaven, if they were evil then they will spend eternity in Hell. The mistake that you and most of humanity makes is believing that this life is something to be desired. This life is but a vapor and then it is on to the next one which lasts for all eternity. One is glorious beyond imagination, the other is horrific. Choose this day whom you will serve.

          • Gay Veteran

I meant in comparison to what God has in store for those who love him. Yes I should be more clear but my feeble attempts to explain things to you just make your game more fun, eh?

          • ijustgottasay

Our lives here are all temporary. God knows there is an afterlife and that we will all die anyway. He had mercy on the children and babies by sparing them an eternity in hell. Those children and babies would have undoubtedly grown up to be just as corrupt and wicked as their parents and grandparents. I too believe that babies and children who were killed in the flood were also covered by the grace of God and made it to Heaven. Sure, their lives were cut short on earth, but it is our afterlife tha matters.

          • iris

Those nations were already killing their own babies, one of the reasons God decided their evil had come to fruition and that those nations were in need of judgement. The Hebrews at that time were not sacrificing their children to idols. If you will, God’s judgement on those nations was a way of insuring that they did not accrue more judgement on themselves by continuing to murder their own innocent children. To me, it is proof that God is truly good and merciful. And God punished Israel when, after not destroying completely those murderous nations, they adopted their practice of infanticide. Very merciful of Him, imo, to those innocent babies yet to be born, as well.

          • Gay Veteran

“…God’s judgement on those nations was a way of insuring that they did not accrue more judgement on themselves by continuing to murder their own innocent children. To me, it is proof that God is truly good and merciful….”

          • Nice scientific proof to back your statement. You can not believe, but you can’t say with scientific proof that it is bull and fable.

          • The Bible says that all men, grown men are without excuse. The Bible clearly makes room for those who never reach the age of accountability.

          • DANA

God only commanded the killing of these pagan tribes because they were wicked, evil and corrupt. They would sacrifice their own babies to their pagan gods, usually burning them alive. Remember God is omnipresent, which means he knows all things that have ever happened or ever will. After over a hundred years of warnings, just like in Noah’s time, God decided to finally commence judgment. As far as who is or isn’t innocent, God decides that! Remember, Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao Sa Tong and many other evil people were also babies once. This is uncomfortable for many Christians in the West, but God is both grace (love) and law (judgment). Because we have forgotten this, we have confusion and the problems that come with it. I sense that God may be close to commencing judgment again soon, maybe even for the last time. Do any of us really see another way out of this mess.

          • Gay Veteran

So god knew noah’s daughters would get him drunk and rape him, but incest was OK with him?

          • iris

Noah had 3 sons, no daughters. All three were married. 8 people were on the Ark.

          • father2

Yup that was Lot and his daughters. Sorry there is so much rape, incest, etc in the bible it can get confusing at times.

Noah was the one who got raped by his son Ham.

          • iris

Doesn’t say raped, says, “looked on his father’s nakedness”, but you’re right, probably. But, doesn’t the honesty of the Bible, telling the good, the bad, and the ugly, attest to its veracity in describing the human condition? The Bible tells it like it is.

          • Gay Veteran

            find that ark yet?

          • dont make sense

how come yr the only person who never votes on comments but yet u leave the most comments?

          • Gay Veteran

guess you could consider my comment to be a “vote”

          • You are thinking of Lot. His daughters did that. And God never said it was OK. Actually one of the terrible evil nations came from those unions. Just because the Bible records an event, doesn’t mean it says its OK.

          • ijustgottasay

Incest was okay in the beginning, as our DNA was not so corrupted like it is now. Over time, it has gotten more and more corrupted. In the beginning, our bodies were near perfect, so the likelihood of a baby being born with any sort of defect was very minute. God did eventually put a stop to incestual relationships, because by then, our bodies had gotten more and more corrupt.

Also, please read the Bible if you want to argue about it. It was not Noah’s daughters who got him drunk and raped him. You are confused.

          • chrisboyd

Let me guess. Liberty College, Masters in Biology.

          • chrisboyd

They were burning their babies so as punishment. god burned their babies. OK.

          • Yes it does. The bible says a man is accountable for his choices, if you will an age of accountability. Well, there is a natural difference between an adult and a child, as nature defines it. An age where you go from truly being accountable. Children have no reached that point, so are not held accountable. Once they reach that point, an adult, they are.

    • Preacher62

The Bible says, “thou shalt do no murder”, which is unjustified killing. God would be justified in wiping out all of humanity given that all of humanity is his creation to do with as he sees fit. The Bible is true and to be used as examples for us to follow, such as your example that a group of people turned their backs on God as soon as Moses turned his back. Their act of rebellion led to many heartaches and a denial of entry into God’s promised land. 3 million people left Egypt on their way to the promised land and only two men of that original 3 million were allowed to enter. The rest wandered in the wilderness until they died. Just like today, there are untold millions being promised freedom from their slavery to sin and a future home in God’s promised land. However most will either choose not to follow Jesus or will rebel against him somewhere along the way and just like the “storybook” they will be denied entry. Plain and simple.

      • father

Bull. What a scam and a brainwashed answer.

        • Preacher62

Yes, thank you, my brain has been washed from all that sought my destruction. God Bless

      • father2

Why don’t you answer the question father asked about how people who actually literally communicated with god and saw him doing these things could turn their backs on him and worship other idols?

        • Preacher62

The same way Satan who was an Angel and lived in Heaven and communicated with God could turn his back on God. Its called rebellion. Refusing to accept that there is someone or something greater than yourself. People don’t want a God to serve, they want a God which will serve them. That’s where idols and false messiahs come into play.

          • father2

How can an angel created by god have free will? Last I checked there was no tree of knowledge up in heaven.

If you can’t see past your fairy tale then what hope is there for anyone to change?

          • Preacher62

Same way a man created by God can have free will. We are made in his image and part of his image is free will. Heaven is for those who choose to be there, never for those who are forced to be there. Those who want no part of God here, he will certainly not force them to endure his presence for all eternity. A third of the angels made their choice; not to obey God and their destination is that same as all who do likewise.

          • father2

So you are saying if you die and go to heaven you still have a choice as to whether or not you want to be there? Hail Mary if that aint the be all and end all I don’t know what is.

          • Preacher62

No, I said that those who do not want God now will not want him then and he will not force them to go there. Man’s eternal destiny is chosen by each individual person based upon whether they choose to worship God as God or worship themselves as God. Satan wanted to be God and so was cast out along with all the other Angels who joined him in his rebellion. There are a lot of people who say they want to go to Heaven but their lives tell a different story.

          • I dunno

So all the still born babies get a free pass into heaven because they never get a chance to choose what they want? What’s the rule for them?

          • You must have reached the ability to choose. They have not reached that age of accountability, so yes they are not bound to the rule of choosing.

          • Preacher62

I dunno. God makes the rules, ask him.

          • ijustgottasay

They are covered by grace, but I think you gravely miscalculate the splendidness of Heaven and that people aren’t going to want to not be there.

          • Do people who were born in places of the world not touched by Christianity have the choice to go to heaven?

          • Preacher62

Not my decision to make. That will be between them and God

          • Preacher62

Jesus gave those who lived before the flood just such an opportunity when he went into Hades and preached prior to his resurrection. I would assume that he will give those you speak of the same opportunity, however I do not presume to dictate what God may or may not do. Man is God’s creation and he will do with us as he sees fit.

          • ijustgottasay

It is impossible to not be touched by Christianity. We are not the only ones who spread the Gospel. The Holy Spirit reveals Himself to those who are in diverse places, BUT, the Bible says Jesus will not come back until it is preached in the whole world anyway.

          • ijustgottasay

The choice is made when you accept or reject Jesus. If you choose to reject Him, you go to hell.

          • iris

Yes, indeed. Did you ever read the Great Divorce, by C.S. Lewis? I wasn’t a Christian when I read it, but it had a profound effect on me, in that I realized that God is a perfect, gracious gentleman, and created mankind with free will. Now that I’m a believer, I see no contradiction with God being sovereign; omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and yet giving man free will.

          • You can’t prove its a fairy tale any more than we can prove its not. You are coming to a conclusion without any proof, not very scientific. I admit I come to the conclusion that God is real without scientific proof; its called faith.

          • mcquestion5000

As the Mighty Hitchens once said, “We have to have free will, the boss insists upon it.” ;)

          • ijustgottasay

Same way God created us and gave us free will. You think Adam and Eve’s free will came from the tree of knowledge? Eve used her free will to EAT from the tree of knowledge. You don’t even make sense. You make fun of others for their beliefs, but can’t even make a logical argument.

      • mcquestion5000

So, god doesn’t have to obey his own rules. Life is so sacred to him that he allows babies to die in horrible ways from horrible deaths. He could kill us all and you wouldn’t bat an eye because you are on bended knee.

A true sheep for the flock.

        • Preacher62

If God wishes me dead, it is his right as the creator. “Though he slay me, yet will I trust him”. I am just one of the sheep on HIS pasture. And again, ALL of creation is HIS to do with as he pleases.

          • mcquestion5000

Said the slave to the master. It’s okay if you enjoy your chains and bending the knee to the celestial version of Kim Jong Un, but the rest of us don’t.

    • That’s not proof positive. I think you need to take a law class.

    • ijustgottasay

You have proved nothing except what the Bible says about mankind…we are wicked from youth and it grieved God so, so that is why He destroyed mankind in the flood. Oh, and by the way, the flood took place hundreds of years before Moses came down off Mount Sanai with the Ten Commandments. The flood took place in Genesis and the exodus took place in…Exodus. Also, the Bible says repeatedly that faith does not come by seeing. Yes, Adam and Eve knew God, but just like today, the devil deceived them into sinning. God told Adam and Eve that if they ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they would die. The devil told them that they would not die, but would be like gods if they are from it. So, in their wickedness, they ate from the tree. You also bring up the Hebrews and how they had more proof than anyone of God’s existence, but they fell away from God and worshipped idols. This still comes down to them being wicked. We do not come to faith by seeing miracles performed.

  • Rebecca

Michael, your articles have been a great blessing to me. Thank you for spreading the truth.

  • folgers22

Just out of curiosity, is there any possibility that all this 9/23 hullabaloo is related to the fact tomorrow is the Autumnal Equinox, a date long associated with pagan superstition?
With the ancient beliefs in the Equinox being important, is it any wonder folks are keyed into it and fear something will happen?

I find it hard to believe something will happen tomorrow just because some people think it will. Lots of folks believed something would happen on 12/12/2012 and 5/5/2000 and nothing happened.

At this point, please allow me introduce Apophenia.
Apophenia is the perception of connections or patterns in random data. Apophenia is a survival trait from prehistory when we needed to be able to spot predators and prey in the woods before they spotted us. Apophenia also explains why we seem to see patterns or clues or suspicious coincidences in random events. It’s why we can spot shapes in clouds or a face on Mars or Jesus in a random waterstain on a bridge abuttment. Apophenia can lead you to assume you’re onto a “sure thing” gambling, only to lose, and it can lead you to think Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon matches up to The Wizard of Oz. Coincidence is not proof of a secret connection.

Based on this, is there any chance folks are mistakenly assuming something will happen tomorrow with no actual evidence to support it beyond their own feelings of doom?

If the shemitah is real, why haven’t we noticed it in the last couple thousand years? Why would an Old Testament Jewish tradition apply to we Americans, most of whom are not Jewish and most of whom only follow the New Testament? Why wouldn’t it apply either solely to the Jews or to everyone equally? I should be able to go back 7 years world-wide and find obvious proof of this phenomenon at work, but it doesn’t play out that way.

I dare you to go online, find a timeline, and pick any random # of years and just go back X many years at a time and look at what events occurred. Some years, you get a war or scandal, other years you get nothing. It is highly unlikely this year is any different from any other year. Shemitah is a great sales gimmick, but it doesn’t hold up if you go outside the few examples offered by its proponents.

I argued with some of you there would be nothing world-shattering that came out of the Jade Helm operation and I’ll argue with you that nothing world-shattering will happen tomorrow, either. I might be wrong. I’ve been wrong in the past. And if I am, I’ll be the first one on my knees, but just cuz’ people have a “feeling” something will happen doesn’t necessarily mean it will. It’s easy to predict things if you aren’t specific.

Tomorrow, when nothing happens, will you come here and admit you were wrong? I got a big pot of crow. I’ll eat it if I’m wrong, but I doubt I’ll be wrong.

  • Michael (and I posted this at your other site, too), about the only thing that I’m weary about concerning Mena Lee Grebin’s account of being visited by an angel of the Lord is whether or not she tested the spirits, according to 1 John 4:1.

    1 John 4:1-3
…(1)Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. (2)Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: (3)And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world…

I can testify that, in lucid-dreams, I have encountered both demonic spirits and one angel of the Lord by following the admonition of 1 John 4:1. The angel, upon being asked if Jesus Christ came in the flesh, gave an immediate, affirming “yes” response. Demonic spirits, on the other hand, have either hesitated, attempted to give an ambiguous answer, or simply gave a standoff-ish “…yeah” in response.

  • RandleMcMurphy

John Shorey doesn’t believe in the pre-trib rapture. He sells his stuff on Jim Bakker’s show.

    Nuff said.

  • Preacher62

For the approx one hundred fifty three thousand that will perish worldwide tomorrow, it is an extremely important deadline. It is the last opportunity they will ever have to repent and follow Jesus Christ if they have yet to do so. I don’t believe in people seeing angels and I don’t believe in a rapture. What I do believe in, is that every one of us is appointed a day to die and after that comes the judgment. That appointment with death could come by a sinus infection or it could come by the ending of the world as we know it. Either way your last opportunity to repent will have passed. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and God will give you whatever you need.

    • WVBORN56

A “preacher” who does not believe in our blessed hope the harpazo/rapture? You better reread your Bible brother! The church was not appointed to suffer the coming wrath of God. Those living in the tribulation have to maintain their faith until the end or lose their salvation. That is not the case for those living in the church age who are sealed by the Holy Spirit!

      • Preacher62

Everyone who ever lived had to maintain their faith until the end and will have to continue to do so. Far more devout Christians than I have had to suffer persecution. Jesus was murdered, his disciples were murdered, every day Christians are murdered and will continue to be. And you think that you somehow deserve a pass? You better re-read you Bible brother. “Anyone who seeks to live a Godly life in Christ Jesus WILL suffer persecution”.
2 Timothy 3:12 The persecution is what will separate the wheat from the tares. God Bless

        • WVBORN56

All believers face persecution! No believer will face God’ wrath. Big difference. You seem to be advocating a works salvation?

          • Preacher62

Faith without works is no longer faith. Even the demons believe and tremble. Read the parables of Jesus: every one says that judgment day will be based on what we have done. Jesus either changes one’s works, or one does not know Jesus.

          • WVBORN56

My faith is in the finished work of Jesus and him alone! All my righteousness are filthy rags. It’s Jesus plus nothing, the narrow way is faith alone. My works are for rewards not for salvation! Ephesians 2: 8-9. The Bema seat judgment is for believers to recieve
our rewards. It is not to beat up the bride! Thank Jesus his precious blood makes me completely acceptable to God. Jesus will present me to his father as part of the spotless church! My raptured body wil be able to stand before a holy God because of Jesus atoning blood and finished work. Amen! Even so come Lord Jesus!

          • Preacher62

To receive a reward in Heaven would somehow mean that Heaven is lacking something. If Heaven is perfect then there could be nothing one would receive that could be considered a reward. Heaven is the reward, eternal life is the crown and those who live in willful disobedience to God will attain neither.

But remember, just like the angels even in heaven you are still free to choose between obedience and rebellion.

          • Preacher62

          • confusciou

So if you can still choose in heaven then for god sakes that place is gonna be just like earth. What the heck is the point?

          • Preacher62

There will be no choosing in Heaven because the choice has already been made and our old human natures have been destroyed.

          • confusciou

If there is no choosing in heaven, how did the angels make a choice?

          • Preacher62

The Angels that remain have already made their choice. The people that make it will have already made their choice. The ones that do not make it will have already made their choice. You and I are making our choice by the life we live.

    • HumbleAmerican

Do you know something to come up with the 153,000 perishing tomorrow?

      • Preacher62

That’s the daily estimate. No I know nothing just googled daily death rate worldwide.

    • Gay Veteran

and how many of those 153,000 NEVER heard of Jesus?

      • Preacher62

Very few if any. Everyone knows good from evil, it is inborn and the world we live in as well as our very existence is proof that there is a creator. Those who love good, love God because God is good. Those who continue in evil will face judgment.

        • Gay Veteran

many of them may worship god but I have a feeling it is not your god.

so what is going to happen to them?

          • Preacher62

If I were the judge, I would be able to answer that. However since I am not the judge I guess we will have to wait til judgment day and let God take care of the situation. He created them/us and it is his right to do with us as he sees fit. God Bless

          • Gay Veteran

hmmmm, I seem to recall that a lot of fundamentalists say that if you have not personally accepted Jesus then you are going to h ell

          • Preacher62

One can accept Jesus all they want, but if they do not repent and turn from their sins is will be for nought. I do believe that Jesus is the only way for me, however that does not mean that God will not make another way for someone else if he so chooses. Think Enoch and Elijah for example.

    • Preacher62

I am very simple and very thankful that God had pity on this creature.

Something might happen to increase the price of oil. Don’t forget to drive to the gas station and wait in line to fill up your tank. Those lines were miles long on 9/11. FEAR FEAR FEAR, now let’s make some money and increase the cost of everything. And while we’re at it, create a new organization to fund, because TSA is great and increased our revenue.

    • nochipforme

Russia and China have already announced the “changing of the guard” regarding the the benchmark pricing and the trade of oil from the US Dollar. Yep, it’s coming

      • HumbleAmerican

I think there will be another security administration formed, I hope that I’m wrong for what it will be created for. I can see security and body scanners at all education facilities, so you can guess why I hope I’m wrong. If you can see the big picture, this would accomplish several things. A few:
        1. People would think it’s because of judgement due to planned Parenthood.
        2. People would rush back to re-legion.
        3. Possibly bring the one world re-legion closer.

If you have an open mind, you can think of the other possibilities. I also think this would bring out Elizabeth Warren to run for president.

  • AzDi

Michael, I sure agree with you totally. I am not sure of the day or time, but I “feel” it. The evil in the World today is so strong and in the media everywhere. The evil in our country is the same. It “feels” so bad today. That is the only way I can say it.

As far as what you stated about the world is far more strange and the worldview being so relevant in our schools, is correct. I always blamed it on the liberals taking over the education system back in the 60’s & 70’s. But, look everywhere today… the government, the supreme court issues, the politicians, it is so depressing!

I also feel Americans are not paying attention or listening to what is happening the the world today. I send a lot of information out to my friends (including your sites), and never hear a thing from them. Americans are not paying attention.

Thank you again for bringing so much information to us and speaking the truth. Best to you and your family!!

    • Gay Veteran

“… I always blamed it on the liberals taking over the education system back in the 60’s & 70’s….”

I always thought religious indoctrination was the sole responsibility of parents

      • AzDi

Religion IS taught in Church’s and yes at home if the family believes in God and his guidance in our lives.

Did I say religion was taught in schools? NO it never was, so I have no idea what you are talking about.

However, the liberal agenda which has destroyed the history of America and basically has pretty much denied any higher power… what does that mean? The liberal agenda wants to change history now because, my goodness, some of our ancestors made wrong decisions. Goodness…. they were not perfect were they?

        • I dunno

Adam and Eve destroyed America and the world. They started the bad behavior.

        • Gay Veteran

maybe you should be clearer in what you write.

The problem is folks have felt that way forever. EVERY generation feels like they’re in the worst era ever. The music is the worst, the kids are more disrespectful, the economy is awful, the politicians are crooks. Folks have griped about the same stuff since there were folks to gripe about it.
“That Mozart kid’s playing his ear-splitting ignorant headache music again.”
“Yeah, there outta be a law…”

  • Kim

Ok if some “angel” visited me and spoke to me I would be creeped out. I dont trust these so called angels. Look, we all know we are living in the last days and we already know that a great ministry is underway. This just doesn’t sound right.

  • Mike

You leave the Star Wars guy’s comments on the Force but you remove a comment that asks if you will call Mena a false prophet if she is wrong about Obama starting off the tribulation.

  • robert

I am much older I think than the majority of the folks who comment. I am certainly much older than our esteemed blogger Michael. I have been a Christian for many decades and for decades I have seen and heard people hanging their souls on some sign or wonder or event heralding the return of Messiah. I have seen many designated anti-christ candidates (usually a democrat) and I have seen one war after another (forced to go to one of them). Over and over the pulpits are pounded that this or that is going to happen and very soon. And yet here we still are. The scriptures call us to repentance continually. No angel is going to show up and repeat what the Bible already says: repent, be ready etc. No one will figure out what a sovereign Creator will do when said Creator is not telling you other than what the scriptures say. You are not going to influence God to act. What He has decided will occur. If He has hidden His plans, you are not going to find it apart what is revealed in scripture in a limited way actually. Throttle back folks.

    • lucis

And imagine after all those decades of seeing the ridiculousness of preachers, christians and the like. You still believe and refuse to accept that maybe the bible is just a book and not reality.

      • Well there is no scientific proof that it is real or fake.

        • Daniel

There’s no “proof” you’re not an alien from the Andromeda galaxy with 12 tentacles and 8 orifices. Shall we blog about that and speculate endlessly and wring hands? One shouldn’t entertain absurd claims without extraordinary proof. It’s impossible to prove a negative. Prove to me you’re not an alien in disguise. You can’t.

          • Liberty Activist

You miss Kirby’s point. One can not claim that something, anything does not exist. When one does make such a claim it is only opinion, not a scientific statement. One can only say I do not believe it exists and be in line with scientific fact.

Hey Michael! If it doesn’t have genitalia then it doesn’t matter, right?

    • Some Christians are OK with the wars, because it ONLY KILLS MUZZIES, the bad guys in Bible Prophecy.

  • outofthefryingpanintothefire

I always find it odd that certain scientists, atheists, skeptics and members of the public find Biblical prophecy laughable and absurd, but these same people believe in panspermia, the theory that intelligent life on earth is the result of meteors, comets, or planets crashing into one another, allowing organic molecules to seed Earth with “life.”
However even more preposterous, is the idea that extraterrestrials (space aliens) deliberately seeded Earth with the building blocks of life or that they engineered our DNA to in order to build human beings.
Any “explanation” is credible except the one where God created man.

    • They claim science, but many of their beliefs are NOT based on science.

    • folgers22

Most people don’t believe that; however, science is open to new ideas and any theory, even a crackpot one, can be considered and discarded as the evidence fails to support it. Any explanation is possible until we apply the facts as we know them. Since there is no way for science to prove an omniscient omnipotent being created us in 7 days 5k years ago, we get aliens, too.

  • roadapathy

This article is completely insane. Stop with all the mythology and pick up a science book. If there us a god, or gods, you won’t be on the naughty list ifbyou get educated and stop believing fairy tales.

    • You tout science, but you call something a fairy tale, a positive claim, with no scientific proof.

      • roadapathy

That is a logical fallacy. There is no evidence for or against mythological gods. You can pick up a science book yourself or attend school but I am not your professor.

        • Not a logical fallacy at all. Dawkins and Hawking believe in aliens, multiple universes and other dimensions without a shred of science to prove it. But I do not claim they do not exist, because they might exist, but just aren’t proven yet. And when others have claimed aliens, multiple universes and other dimensions do not exist; they are told prove they do not exist. Double Standard.

        • What you are missing though, is that you claiming God does NOT exist IS a positive claim. Now if you said God can not be proven, then you would not need to prove anything. But when you say God does NOT exist, then you are making a claim that there is proof God doesn’t exist, a positive claim which you must prove. You can NOT prove he doesn’t exist. You can ONLY say “God can not be proven to exist. So to say God does not exist without proof is the logical fallacy.

          • roadapathy

Youre kidding, right? You’re misquoting me and adding words that I never wrote and glossing over what I did write. I said it is a logical fallacy, and I’ll add that it is the Burden of Proof, that one can provide evidence for or against the existence of the mythological gods. For example, the spaghetti monster or Odin. However, social psychologists have evidence that humans make these fairytales up.

          • NO, you made the claim there is no God, that is a positive claim. You can not claim SCIENTIFICALLY that there are no higher beings. Just like I can NOT claim there are no parallel universes scientifically. If I say there are no parallel universes, then I must prove they do not exist.

Again, you can say “I do not believe there are gods, but you can not claim there are no Gods. That can no be proven or disproven. I can not say there are no parallel universes, but I can say “I believe there are no parallel universes.

Not being able to prove a god or a flying spaghetti monster exists does NOT prove they do not, so you can not claim they do NOT.

Science has not proven or disproven either, so factually we can not say they do or do not exist, at least not scientifically.

          • And BS, social scientists have NOT proven that belief in gods are made up. At least not with science.

          • Oh, and I never misquoted or added words to you, like you haven’t done that to me.

        • Again, saying God or gods do not exist is not a scientifically accurate statement. And after all you are all about science, right?

          • roadapathy

What part of logical fallacy do you not understand? There is no “science” statement that God, or gods, do or do not exist. That’s like saying “science has evidence for the tooth fairy.” The is no evidence for events some iron age goat herder made up. There is, however, science that provides evidence that humans are prone to error concerning myths and urban legends.

          • Its not a logical fallacy. You do not know factually if gods or the tooth fairy exist or not. To say you know they do not is not a scientific statement. You don’t know if the goat herders made up God or a tooth fairy. It is your OPINION that neither exist.

        • We agree then there is no evidence for or AGAINST gods. So you can not claim that they do not exist. That is called opinion.

How come people sees signs and warnings and never act upon it?People sees signs and say end or something is coming but never tried to prevent it from happening. Didn’t god showed mercy to country that repent upon their sin? So how come I see so many people use this as opportunity to gather followers and money? Follow the man of action who try to live the life of Christ rather than man who talks about Christ. Better follow the man who is doing both. For All we know it can be the day of Doom or day that will change the world for better.

“The truth is out there and is waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately, most people end up believing whatever it is that they want to believe, and so they never find it.”

EXACTLY! The author is the best example of this. I notice he hedges his bets, though, about when “something” is going to happen (ie-final judgment). He doesn’t say something WILL happen on the 23rd, so that whenever it doesn’t he doesn’t look quite as silly, like other doomsday predictors. The problem is that whatever it is one ends up believing is probably not going to be the “truth” unless what they believe has been derived from empirical evidence and unbiased data. Knowledge obtained from ancient books (the bible, the Koran) is not only meaningless, but dangerous.

I am a born-again man of God.I believe in, and know the God of creation that has revealed Himself through the ancient scriptures. I do not claim association with the “Jesus” of the modern day (sub)versions of the Bible or the “churches” (falsely so called).

What a load of misinformation and non-sensical, vague B.S.

Who the hell cares what Paul Keith Davis or Mena Lee Grebin or Sister Barbara says? What are their credentials? Just because you were trained in law doesn’t mean you can’t experience cognitive dissonance. Ben Carson is a neruosurgeon and he still doesn’t realize that homosexuality occurs in all animals in nature and is NOT a lifestyle choice. Well trained people can still say and do stupid things.

Why hasn’t God brought his wrath to earth in retribution for the other countries that have legalized gay marriage long ago, Canada, for instance? This woman’s husband “did the math?”

    “Did the math?”

Please, present the math for peer review.

You can’t even say what’s going to happen, exactly! Talk about hedging your bets (Because you know you need more hits on your website.). REAL SCIENCE allows one to make predictions, like using science to predict an actual eclipse!

This armageddon talk is total, rectally-based information, pulled from same. It’s dangerous to those susceptible to this kind of misinformation and it hurts the world at large.

If god is going to come back and hurl some wrath around, how about he roast a few CEOs upping AIDS drug prices by a few thousand percent or a few politicians that lie us into endless wars for profit or child raping priests?

Planned Parenthood? Bah. They help more people in a day than you will ever do in your entire lifetime, providing breast cancer screenings and the like.

Gay marriage? Bah. That’s what makes god mad? Not baseless wars or the crushing of the poor by the rich?

You and your god’s priorities are SERIOUSLY screwed up and NOT to be emulated.

Sam, thanks for the great message. I appreciate your truth and I agree. Also, I do think many people do not realize that the calendar of God is different from the Roman calendar, and the dates that are of vital importance are revealed on the biblical calendar.

  • I watched the PP videos with horror, but the TRUE horror turned out to be the vociferous support of such monstrous practices by those in power, and the limp-wristed impotent opposition of those who supposedly support life. There was a time when the supposed human experimentation of the Nazis justified world war, but now we are being dictated over by people who would do all that and far worse. The true horror is the reaction of our leaders, our activists, our fellow human beings who fight FOR these things.
