In New York, Pope Francis Embraced Chrislam And Laid A Foundation For A One World Religion

Pope Francis - Public DomainRemarks made by Pope Francis at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan have sparked a firestorm of criticism from those that do not believe that Christians and Muslims worship the same God.  Many have taken the Pope’s remarks as a major step in the direction of a one world religion, and the truth is that the Pope has made other such statements in the past.  In recent years, the theory that Christianity and Islam are just two distinct paths to God among many others has rapidly gained traction all over the planet.  Some religious leaders have even gone so far as to try to merge Islamic and Christian practices, and the term “Chrislam” is now often used to describe this ecumenical movement.  If all this sounds incredibly strange to you, just keep reading, because this is just the tip of the iceberg.

What Pope Francis had to say at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan has received very little coverage by the mainstream media, but it was exceedingly significant.  The following is how he began his address

I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters: Firstly, my greetings as they celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I would have wished my greeting to be warmer. My sentiments of closeness, my sentiments of closeness in the face of tragedy. The tragedy that they suffered in Mecca.

In this moment, I give assurances of my prayers. I unite myself with you all. A prayer to almighty god, all merciful.

He did not choose those words by accident.  In Islam, Allah is known as “the all-merciful one”.  If you doubt this, just do a Google search.

And this is not the first time Pope Francis has used such language.  For instance, the following comes from remarks that he made during his very first ecumenical meeting as Pope…

I then greet and cordially thank you all, dear friends belonging to other religious traditions; first of all the Muslims, who worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer, and all of you. I really appreciate your presence: in it I see a tangible sign of the will to grow in mutual esteem and cooperation for the common good of humanity.

The Catholic Church is aware of the importance of promoting friendship and respect between men and women of different religious traditions – I wish to repeat this: promoting friendship and respect between men and women of different religious traditions – it also attests the valuable work that the Pontifical Council for interreligious dialogue performs.

Pope Francis clearly believes that Christians and Muslims worship the exact same God.  And so that helps to explain why he authorized “Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time ever back in 2014.

Catholicism and Islam are the two largest religions on the entire planet, and so any one world religion would need to incorporate both of those belief systems.  Sadly, this Pope seems to be quite eager to lay the groundwork for such a one world religion.

Pope Francis made another statement at St. Patrick’s Cathedral that has shocked believers all over the planet.  Apparently this Pope seems to think that the cross was a “failure”

The cross shows us a different way of measuring success. Ours is to plant the seeds. God sees to the fruits of our labors. And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and not produce fruit, we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.

After he made that statement, he didn’t continue to go on and explain that the cross was ultimately a great victory.  He just ended his thought and moved on to other topics.

Needless to say, many are extremely upset by this.  The following comes from Leo Zagami of Infowars.com

These words have of course outraged most true Christians around the world who cannot imagine Christianity without the value of the cross, which symbolizes the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus for mankind. It’s impossible for a Christian of any denomination to imagine the very essence of their faith being discussed in this way, let alone by the Pope. The fact that blood was shed on the cross by Jesus for the ultimate self-sacrifice that could help rid mankind of all sins is one of those essentials of the Faith that should never be questioned.

The mainstream media persists with their undying affection for Pope Francis, never commenting on this outrageous statement.

But even though the Pope is saying things like this, his legend just seems to grow by the day.  Even in the United States, throngs of faithful devotees are treating him like he is some sort of supernatural being

Everywhere he goes, Pope Francis attracts worshipful crowds of people, straining and reaching to touch any part of him as if something spiritual and holy could be imparted to them by doing so. People weep, they cry, they hold up their sick children and beg him to touch them in the hopes they will be healed.

And this is even true of members of Congress.  Just check out the disgraceful behavior that some of them have displayed

Representative Bob Brady, a devout Catholic and Democrat from Pennsylvania immediately made his way to the podium after Pope Francis finished speaking and grabbed the glass that was still filled with water. He then drank the water, gave some of the water to his wife Debra, and saved the rest for his grandchildren. Representative Brady took photos as well, and had his staff send them out to the press. He also shared some of the water with members of his staff and assistant, also a devout Catholic. As for the saved water, he plans to sprinkle it on his grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

I don’t know about you, but major alarm bells start going off for me when I read stuff like this.

We are witnessing the initial stages of the rise of a one world religion, and much of the planet is ultimately going to embrace it.

So what do you think about these recent comments by the Pope?

Please feel free to add to the discussion by posting a comment below…

Absolutely shocking, Michael. I just called my mother and told her to read this article.

  • Ms Ryan

OH FFS… you sound like nutcases. He offered prayers for the dead in Mecca.

    • knight

Christians do not offer prayers of those tthat belong to Satan

  • Ms Ryan

This is the week I stopped calling myself a republican. You all sound like the hateful bigots the left accuses you of being. Everything you have posted is taken out of context. You are as stupid and repulsive as Salon or HuffPo. And the blind hateful anti Catholic bigots believe every word.

    • JackerRaabit

“Everything you have posted is taken out of context.”

Like the abortion video-clips were taken out of ‘context’?

Saying “You are as stupid and repulsive as Salon or HuffPo.” makes it hard to give credence to: “This is the week I stopped calling myself a republican.”

“And the blind hateful anti Catholic bigots believe every word.”
Hate the RCC? Of course I do: a drawback of being sane. But is that hatred “blind”? Of course not – that the RCC is little more than a (highly-corrupt) cult was clear even before Luther.

You have nothing to say, really. Just vomiting verbiage.
As Michael Jackson would have said: “You’re ignorant!”

    • outofthefryingpanintothefire

“The Vatican called for the establishment of ‘a supranational authority’ with worldwide scope and ‘universal jurisdiction’ to guide economic policies and decisions.”

“Such an authority should start with the United Nations as its reference point but later become independent and be endowed with the power to see to it that developed countries were not allowed to wield excessive power over the weaker countries”.

  • JackerRaabit

Why are you acting all shocked?

Have you not ever bothered to read up on how the Catholic Church ‘differs’ from Protestantism?

This pope is just a bit more up-front: e.g. did you miss the bit where he said that reading the bible by yourself is ‘dangerous’? A classic RCC position.

Catholicism has some of the FORMS of the bible, but violates the most important truths: e.g. there is only ONE Mediator, there is only ONE Holy Father, there is only ONE Vicar (capital letter) of the Lord.

The RCC is one of the most hard-core pro-socialist organizations on the face of the planet.

Trivially, a few points: anyone who asks anyone EXCEPT Jesus to forgive you your sins, will be damned. Do you not understand that?

Praying to Mary, the saints, etc? That is called OCCULT. Or necromancy, if you prefer: same difference. Do you not understand that, either?

Oh. Lets not forget that in RCC, you are saved by grace, BUT your own works KEEP you saved: this is a practical refutation of the Cross, and of the Gospel itself… Do the consequences of even that elude your comprehension?

The list of the RCC’s violations of the bible is -=HUGE=-.

    =

A good Catholic may ‘sound’ like a Christian, but even a rudimentary poking will show you that they ARE NOT Christians.

A good Catholic is not more related to a biblical Christian than is a Muslim, a Buddhist, or an animist.

The Pope is, for all intents and purposes, the cultic leader of the largest cult on the planet. Is it any wonder at all that Hell empowers him? Same as with Obama who is also, blatantly, being empowered by Hell?

Last question: how many Catholics are in the Senate? The House? And you wonder WHY it is such an utterly corrupt place?

    • InsaneSanity

There’s nothing to say here except that you are a brainwashed idiot, and that’s a shame. There is so much wrong in your post, factually, historically and theologically, that one is left to shake off the sand from ones sandals and move along.

      • JackerRaabit

“There’s nothing to say here except that you are a brainwashed idiot, and
that’s a shame. There is so much wrong in your post, factually,
historically and theologically, that one is left to shake off the sand
from ones sandals and move along.”

        Actually, no.

The Catholic ‘Church’ was demolished, theologically, a very long time ago. Luther et al started that locomotive, and it made mince-meat of the pseudo-theology of the RCC.

The only place where your ‘arguments’ have any existence, is in the musty halls where inbred academic ‘philosophers’ play circle-jerk. There, you can ‘prove’ up is down, black is white, Catholicism is Christian.

Anywhere where sane, rational, people are gathered, there your nonsense can only exist as what it all IS: which is to say, nonsense.

        • insaneSanity

You write a bunch of words and say nothing. Know Nothingism is alive and well and you are a perfect example of it.

Your claim that Luther did anything except lead others into false, man-made beliefs is laughable. Tell me, what has Protestantism really contributed to Christianity or to the world at large? I see nothing but more splintering and dissension since Luther, who ultimately removed books from Scripture and became a mad man.

Learn some history my friend. Get an education and stop parroting the meme given to you by your pastor. See, Gina above had to lie and bear false witness to make her feel comfortable in your club. That happens a lot with you guys.

    • Gina

I am an ex catholic of 38 years. I have been saved for 5… RCC does not make a bible available to read. we are taught that we cannot understand it and need it interpreted for us. I never owned a bible until 5 years ago, and I tell you there is ALOT missing. Best example. the commandment thou shall not worship idols is omitted. Never was taught that one. they split covet wife and covet goods. as 9 and 10… nice huh!

      • JackerRaabit

You are fortunate to have escaped: the RCC is a very well made prison of the mind.

Hope it all goes well with you into the future.

        Cheers.

      • Jim Davis

You are a liar or an idiot or both. I was raised in the RCC and there were certainly Bibles available all of time.

      • Peter

Your nuts, the RCC church does not make a bible avail. My church sells them to anyone who wants a bible. Also the Catholic bible is based on the Douay-Rheims. This bible is a direct translation of the Latin Vulgate, the 1st Bible ever. The bible they use is unchanged and original, unlike the the King James. You don’t believe me, look up the book of the tobit its not even there. Books removed verses were changed.

      • djc

Every Sunday THREE readings are from the bible, (One OT and 2 NT) PLUS a Psalm which has an antiphon which is recited by the congregation.

The Nicene Creed and Gloria are recited or chanted by the congregation. The Kyrie is recited or sung by the congregation—-which goes back to the begininng of the church.

The level of ignorance and know-nothingness here is just astounding to me. I absolutely thought people like that were a figment of history.

    • Jim Davis

The main difference between the Roman Catholic Church and evangelical no-name yahoo churches is that the former has funded great works of art, hospitals, schools and universities all over the world. The latter not so much!

      • Gay Veteran

oh my, that’s going to leave a mark

      • knight

Through history especially under the Inquisition they stole, killed.

The Creation Ustaše stole heaps for the Catholic Church. Nuns and Priest also ran concentration camps.

The Catholic Church is divided with good and bad. A house divided never stands and will be destroyed when Christ returns as many other Churches that bow to evil.

The true church is within ones own spirit in knowing and following Christ

    • Janet Hall

Oh every word is soo true! I have always felt RCC was a cult. I just wonder why more evangelism/missionary efforts have not been directed toward these lost souls! And they outnumber true born again believers 10 to 1.

    • knight

Better to refer Jesus as Christ, as Muslims also have a prophet Jeus named Isa.
If you use Christ, we know who he is.

The vision of Constantine Chi-Rho used first two letters of Christ in Greek. XP to form the Chi-Rho cross used on Labarum. “With this sign you will conquer” He did and made Roman Empire Christian.

Catholics put a twist to his conversion that his conversion was then. To me Constantine became a Christian in his vision and having all his troop Mark their shields with the Chi-Rho

Now what cross should we use, the one of his Crucification or the one presented to Constantine. I like to think the Chi-Rho as to me it represents the Resurrection

To me we have been using the wrong cross and need to come back to the Chi-Rho.

I just wish in numbers it would have the power it did then., but to show we are of Christ in knowing what he did for us

  • Andy Sloan

    As
to the “Failure of the Cross”, what Pope Francis meant has been
gratuitously misrepresented. He states that “humanly speaking” Christ’s
life ended in the failure of the cross.

That is to say, it was a seeming failure, as by His death it seemed He had failed in His mission. For even as the Jews stated:

    Matthew 27:42

“He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the king of
Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.”

    and St Paul;

    1 Corinthians 1:18

“For the word of the cross, to them indeed that perish, is foolishness.”

Pope Francis was clearly trying to state that God doesn’t measure our
works by the measures of the world. This can be adjudged by the full
    context of his speech;

“And it diminishes the wonder of our first encounter with Christ. We
can get caught up in measuring the value of our apostolic works by the
standards of efficiency, good management and outward success,
    which govern the business world.

Not that these things are unimportant, of course. But
we have been entrusted with a great responsibility, and this is why
God’s people rightly expect accountability from us but the true worth of
    our apostolate
is measured by the value it has in God’s eyes, to see and evaluate
things from God’s perspective, calls for constant conversion in the
first days and years of our vocation and, need I say, it demands great
    humility.

The cross shows us a different way of measuring
success. Ours is to plant the seeds. God sees to the fruits of our
labors. And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and not
    produce fruit, we need
to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly
speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross”

    • Kevin Tomberlin

Only problem is Jesus rose again on the third day, so Francis needs to read his bible a little more, Christ layed his life down willingly, no man could have taken his life unless he was willing to lay it down to redeem his creation.

      • iris

        Amen!

  • DJohn1

What this Pope Francis says today will have little significance in the world tomorrow. It is his actions in the world of tomorrow that will either make or break him as the current Pope of all Roman Catholics.

These same blood thirsty people killing Christians in their area of the world have brought upon themselves the curse of God. I also would be concerned if I were one of them.
Whether God was involved at Mecca or not I do not really know.
Just like I do not know what will happen to the North Korean leadership murdering villagers including children because they were Christian.
In the past, the results have been very bad for the people that did bad things.
In the good book, it says to forgive. It does not say that God will forgive unrepented sinners. It says we as Christians must forgive them. If they remain unrepented, I do not know what will happen to them. I cannot say I am sorry if God does judge them.
    That would be dishonest.
Many people are now homeless. Many Christians from that area of the world must flee for their lives. Many innocents are involved.
That is what people all over the world that are truly Christians must remember. These people have lost their material possessions in this world. Which could happen to just about anyone else.
Those blessed are those that have only lost material things not lives of those they have loved.
Possessions can be replaced. Lives cannot.
True Christians in those situations pray. And that can make the entire difference. God will answer prayers from those who are truly his. Pray to Jesus.
If this Pope is truly Christian, then he will call on his Church to bring them to safety and to homes of people that can help them.
And that is what he will truly be judged for.

    • iris

Yes, and it’s not the pope’s church, it’s Jesus’ Church. God is the Head of it, not a man who claims to represent Him..

    • Gay Veteran

“…Many people are now homeless. Many Christians from that area of the world must flee for their lives. Many innocents are involved.
That is what people all over the world that are truly Christians must remember. These people have lost their material possessions in this world. Which could happen to just about anyone else….”

and WHY is it happening??? because the neo-cons who control DC want to overthrow the Assad regime in Syria and have backed the barbarian terrorists who slaughter Christians

  • K

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him” (Acts 10: 34, 35). As such I hear God alone.

  • ifeogo

The sensationalising article did not show the Chrislam embrace and foundation laying.
All the Pope said are normal Roman Catholic Apologetics and Dialogue language. The Pope is not a part of American Dream.
Americans should remember that their dream is freedom of worship, opinion and conscience.
Intolerance in not part of American dream and Christians are failing to tolerate and are losing being tolerated.
The wisdom to repair this damage is scarce and uncoordinated among Christians in America who have also abandoned the true faith which God would like to stand with.

    • Gina

would you care to explain to me why the second commandment in the king james bible is not in the catholic bible. THOU SHALL NOT WORSHIP IDOLS. Oh and CALL NO MAN FATHER, THE ONLY FATHER IS YOUR FATHER IN HEAVEN. ? I was a catholic for 38 years and I am furious and righteously angry for being lied to by Rome, my parish priest. whom I called father, and the slaughtering of the protestants because they wanted to make the bible in english. Is that a collar on your neck in that picture. sham on you for putting the name father in front of your name and allowing others to call you that. you are anti christ and a deceiver too sir. Repent and come to know Jesus Christ.

      • InsaneSanity

Oh stop being such a drama queen. Seriously. You rant a rave so much that you really come across as someone who makes up stories just for attention.

Here’s a short lesson for you. If Jesus meant “call no man father” literally, then Paul (yes, that Paul) was quite busy breaking this directive in a lot of his letters as he refers to himself as “father” to those he was writing. Jesus was using Jewish idiom as a language device to send a certain message. Please, learn something and stop acting like a blind cult follower.

  • http://www.DSDOConnor.com Daniel O’Connor

What anti-Catholic nonsense. Pope Francis is doing more to heed Christ’s call to proclaim the Gospel than any other living human.

    • greyprepper

      Roflmao!!!

    • Joan Camara

Tell me your being sarcastic, or you are sooo blind!

    • Gina

Jesus did not die on the cross to give a religion system His heavenly title and to steal all His glory. He commanded us to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him. Not pretend we are Him and get paid alot of $ to do so. To deny self is to surrender all. that includes your finances and make Him Lord of your life. This is not what the church of rome is doing or ever did.. I am sorry…

      • knight

“The Donation of Constantine” is held in the Vatican exalts Papacy. Created well after Constantine’s death

    • John Noyb

Are you kidding me!!!!!! You can’t be serious – you’ve drank the kool-aide Daniel.

    • knight

Biggest failure of the Pope was to allow for the invasion of Muslims, by not speaking up.

  • djc

I keep telling myself that this 3rd grade anti-Catholicism that occasionally pops up on Michael’s blogs is just a fringe element not to be taken seriously so I just tune it out.

However, its getting harder and harder to do that.

Does Michael, who I believe is extremely knowledgable on whats happening to our nation, really believe the pope wants to merge Christianity and Islam into one religion? The mass today is the same as yesterday and 2,000 years ago. It hasn’t changed. The language its prayed in may have changed from Aramaic to Greek to Latin to the vernacular but the prayers have not changed. The pope has absolutely no authority to change the deposit of faith that has been handed down from the apostles to our time. None.

There is no movement to change any prayers to dilute the faith and if there was there would be an outcry that couldn’t be contained.

Let all of us, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Atheist work together to better our nation and not go off on dead-end roads that divert our strength.

    • VigilanteCaregiver

I’m cool with that. Let’s continue with joint welfare and humanitarian programs – we all get along when working together for those who have a hard time providing for themselves!

    • Insanesanity

You are absolutely correct – the 3rd grade bigotry here is showing that the Know Nothing’s have never left the country.

The hypocrisy that they all fail to recognize, not surprisingly, is that while they rail against Catholics following “just a man”, they scurry back to their own churches, sit in the pews and follow “pastor Bob” and all of his Scriptural interpretations. Talk about fooling yourselves!

    • Lisa

I thought the pope was infallible?

      • djc

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Only in matters of faith and morals which has only been invoked twice. The Pope goes to confession weekly to confess his sins.

        • Lisa

          So he’s not actually infallible?

  • nilro

Roman Catholicism is based on paganism. It Claims to follow the teachings of Jesus, but outside of using his name their rituals are pagan.

    • Joan Camara

It’s too easy to see, for the ones that have their eyes open and can see. Anyone who worships this “man”, is a total idiot. Not smart at all. Very right you are.

    • Janet Hall

      I agree with you 100%

    • knight

Do not go to Shoebat dot com

Full on Catholic only one sided and does not like anything said about Catholics. Mary, Saints are it

One has to question so much in history and so many cover ups

  • outofthefryingpanintothefire

Michael, what I saw this week on TV chilled me to the bone, and the fact that the mainstream media finds this Pope to be a “representative of God on earth” is even more frightening.
Why is the religiously hostile mainstream media praising this Pope?
Why do Marxists, socialists, atheists, Progressives and other Leftists, LOVE this man?
A Democratic political pundit, praised this Pope for being on board with the Democratic Party’s values.
Francis talked about globalization, that it can be a good thing,
Francis spoke before the United Nations to kick off the UN’s Agenda 2030 plan for the world.
Francis is against private gun ownership, promotes collectivism, wants Europe’s and America’s borders to remain wide open, he’s against the death penalty and for a 1 world government.
Meanwhile while the press was deifying and praising Francis, Obama released a high level terrorist from the Guantanamo Bay prison.
Franics is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Oh really? Why do you say that?

          • afchief

            Yep, another welfare queen!!!

      • Joan Camara

Sorry I agree with David. It’s the pope who will be the antichrist, very soon, so it’s the pope who is the dumba**. This pope is so far gone, I can’t even begin to tell you all the things he has done to show he is not religious at all, and is just going through the motions as a so called “pope”. If you can’t see he’s a total fake, then their’s something wrong with your mind.

        • svs

No, he’s not the Antichrist, he is his false prophet.

          • ramrodd

he has the spirit of an anti christ..

Better tell the Muslims they wait for the Mahdi. Due last year now they say this year.

The invasion of refugees and the escalation of terror is preparing the way for World Domination by the Antichrist.

So much to happen in Bible Prophecy, but is close.

          • Joan Camara

All we need is the 7 year peace agreement, to bring on the 7 year tribulation. So many don’t know what their going to be in for, in that period, the ones who hate God. But it’s all written down by His words in our bible’s

I do not know how our governments walk us right into the return of the Antichrist, when most had some form of Christian upbringing. The only thing they are all Judas’s

          • Joan Camara

I know, right? Well, our Lord did say, that the very ELECT, would be…turned away. That’s pretty tough love there! We really got to work hard on staying close to Him. I don’t want to be left out! But anyway, how can anyone know the truth, and the love, and the ….everything that God can give….and turn away from that?? I suppose your right. There was Judas back then, and then, there are those today. So unbelievable! I guess, when so much time goes by, and he doesn’t return, satan just gets free reign of their hearts. Oh, how it hurts to know that. I know sometimes, I get weary, cause I read sooo much news, and it fits in with what God said would happen, but sometimes there’s no news for days, or weeks, and I get depressed. But when some news happens, it’s like a puzzle and the pieces come day by day, and that is just soo exciting that I just want to tell everbody! But yeah, I see the news walking us right into tribulation. But its gonna happen, whether we want it to or not, but we just have to be strong for it. It’s coming, and so his He!

I’m not big on conspiracy theories but, that would not at all surprise me. I’m just glad that whoever is controlling this government(s) that God ultimately has all things in control. I just need to prepare my heart for the growing persecution that will surely come. But I wll not fear man as the bible tells me not to fear them, but God (Mathew 10:28). My hope is in the Lord, not in wordly solutions or men with a royalty complex.

  • VigilanteCaregiver

    Well reasoned, Mike.

Calling the Atonement a failure… that speaks volumes as to what this pope believes. The Atonement was the greatest gift to all of mankind: finally merging mercy and justice; allowing man to reconcile with his Creator and gain eternal salvation with The Father.

And Muslims don’t follow the same God as those who believe in Jesus Christ – they’ve admitted that often.

The part of Rep. Brady doing that with the pope water… we really need to practice the impeachment arts far more often.

  • Jim Davis

There isn’t going to be a Chrislam. That is absurd. The Pope can reach out to Muslims, but they certainly aren’t going to compromise with him. The Sunnis won’t even compromise with the Shia.

BTW what happened to the September apocalypse. The super moons have come and gone. It’s now Sept. 28 and still no rapture.

    • Joan Camara

Haven’t you heard of what the bible teaches, about false prophets? Here’s just one, and their are many more verses, that say that their are going to be so called “prophets” in the end days who will tell you that the Lord is going to do this or that, and some will even proclaim to be Christ themselves, as I”m sure you’ve seen in the past examples of this already. “When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously” (Deuteronomy 18:18:22) May I tell you know, that the Lord won’t be coming physically ON the earth when he comes back. But the antichrist, who will be a man who proclaims himself God, WILL be on this earth. Keep that in mind please!

      • G21

        Wrong.
Zechariah14:4 says that in that day, the Lord will stand upon the Mount of Olives and the mountain will split in two when his feet touch it.

      • knight

One is seeing many false prophets, as Ministers allow Islam to be taught alongside.
Then you have Churches allowing Gay marriage and so on.
Time to get out of those Churches and look for better. Catholic Church shows itself for what it is. Churches never do deals with the devil.

  • lindajoyadams

Belief in the Divinity of Christ is unique to the Christian faith. Thus Christianity will never merge with other faiths even though many other teachings are similar and we can cooperate and coexist in peace if we choose to do so and over the centuries many areas have until some entity decided to stir things up .and many followed in to wars, awe cannot force belief but there is one TRUTH and all must strive to find what we Christians know is Christ. Satan wants to interject into the process that has been going on to Christ and deter us to ALL BE ALIKE AND BELIEVE THE SAME which is the anti-Christ spirit for through Christ we were all created unique and will not always do everything the same way or believe exactly alike about things. HE said believe in HIM. and love one another, Thanks for this article as I finally figured out what was Missing these last few days. as we heard beautiful music and many teachings that were biblical of caring and sharing. THE BLOOD OF CHRIST SHED FOR ALL. to SAVE US ALL by our personal faith in HIM.. was missing even in the church services where one did not have the diversity one had at the UN or in Congress. We Christians can only be ‘politically correct’ to a certain extent before we begin to lose our Christian witness. We are not called to be TOLERANT as we heard either. That implies agreement. We are called to be respectful of others whom we disagree with , but not silent. If no more than to say I agree with this part but not that. one should have known the mother who raised me. One never doubted her Christian faith when others tried to impose their brand of faith on her. She would calmly say, I disagree and have my own faith. If they wanted to know more the she would share more. if not they would part ways respectful of each other. Linda Joy Adams

I feel sorry for all the ones, that treat this man as a “god”, screaming and crying, and just to have one touch from him. (Or to drink out of his glass, wow how stupid is that?) All so many idiots. The pope is going to be the “false prophet” one day, I’m sure. And this is one that will be part of Satan’s family (Satan, the Antichrist, and the False Prophet, as he always copies everything the Lord does, Father , Son, and Holy Ghost…to fool people). Sad to know that so many follow this “man”. The ignorance of people just amazes me, and makes me so sad because the lot of them, are just lost souls, and will follow this “false prophet” to the Lake of Fire. I do wish and pray that these people wake up and see the pope for what he really is.

  • Christene Bartels

    I’m sorry, I’ve poured over scripture and I seem to have missed the part where Jesus told his followers to go forth and rail against and disparage those who don’t fall in line with their convoluted version of the faith. I did find this, however;

    Matthew 25:31-46New International Version (NIV)

    The Sheep and the Goats

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fireprepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

    And this……..

    Revelation 20:11-15New Living Translation (NLT)

    The Final Judgment

11 And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide. 12 I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave[a] gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds. 14 Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. 15 And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

    And finally, this……..

    New American Standard Bible
“But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing,’ shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.

I find it incredibly sad, actually pathetic, that those who call themselves “Christian” would waste their short time on earth and their precious gift of faith railing against the Catholic Church and disparaging and slandering the Pope.

Here is a little food for thought. The Pharisees accused Jesus of performing his miracles and healings by the power of the devil. Do you know what you call taking what is the work of the Holy Spirit and claiming it is the work of Satan? Blaspheming the Holy Spirit. I hope you are all 110% sure you are correct in your bold claims because there is a good chance your words could bite you in your spiritual a$$ in the world to come.

      Hi Christene,
I would agree that we are told to walk in love. The most important of of the commandments are to love God and love others. Everything we are to do is to have the foundation of love.

With that said, a person should be able to also assess the foundations of beliefs and express their concerns. The most LOVING thing a person can do is share truth with another even if it’s not a popular message.

1 John 4:1-8 clearly tells us that there are many false spirits and teachers in the world and we are commanded to test every spirit to ensure it matches with scripture. John warns us there are many false prophets in the world and we are to be watchful.

In Galatians 1, Paul says to the church at Galatia that he marvels at how quickly their beliefs become perverted with false doctrine. He goes on to tell them in verse 8 that if anyone preaches ANYTHING contrary to scripture they are to be accursed. This is very serious condemnation on false teachers.

These are just a couple of verses on the subject. There are a lot of warnings throughout scripture that warns us to be vigilant in our beliefs and stick to scripture. Do not believe the wolves in sheep’s clothing. And they are out there! And, let me add that they can be in any denomination. There is a lot of false teaching/preaching going on today!

But again, as Christians we are to speak this in love. I agree with you that if someone is shouting it, it will not be well received. Jesus instructed his disciples to go out and share the Gospel with people. If they were rejected, they were to shake the dust of that city off their sandals and move on. We are to use the same philosophy. If someone doesn’t want to hear biblical truth, we move on. God will do the judging on Judgment Day, not us.

I hope you have a blessed day, Christene.
      Kelli

      • Christene Bartels

Thank you! Peace to you, too, Kelli and blessings in your faith journey!

      • InsaneSanity

Just remember, those same Scripture quotes can be used against anyone. Evangelicals have had their share of “wolves in sheep’s clothing”.

        • KB

          Of course! I agree.
          Quote from my original reply.
“And, let me add that they can be in any denomination. There is a lot of false teaching/preaching going on today!”

      • Gina

Love does not only come in the form of greeting cards and smiles. No greater love than to tell your perishing friends the truth. That is love. rescuing your friends from hell with any means possible is great Love!

        • KB

          I agree, Gina.
I like to use an analogy. If I saw a person preparing to drink poison, I would do my best to warn them. It could obviously kill them. I feel the same way about false teaching. I want to warn them about the danger. It’s all about love for them. It’s from a sincere place in my heart…. not a judgmental place.

          But if the watchman sees
the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not
warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.
          ~Ezekiel 33:6

But there were also false prophets among the
people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will
secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought
them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. By
covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long
time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.
          ~2 Peter 2:1-3

Have a wonderful evening. Grace to you and peace be multiplied.

    • Jim Davis

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

This describes almost no evangelicals. Most are too busy on the internet declaring the end of the world and telling everyone else that they are going to hell. They have no time for charity.

      • Christene Bartels

Yeah, it’s tough to tend to those in need with your hands full of stones to cast.

      • iris

I beg your pardon. I’ll bet any born again Christian commenting here has given at least 10x what you have to the poor, the sick, ministries to the incarcerated, the list goes on. And God blesses us for it, sometimes, financially, but always, with the thrill of loving others in Christ’s name. Talk about condemnation and false witness!

      • InsaneSanity

Jim, don’t you know that what Jesus describes are “evil, works of men” and is not what will save you? It’s “faith alone”! That’s why evangelicals have no time for charity! They only have time to judge and tell you how wrong you are! To constantly predict the end of the world! To be so assured that they are absolutely saved despite their non-Christian attitudes and own sinful behaviors.

Of course everything I’ve described above is anti-scriptural and anti-Christian Tradition. They just have no clue.

        • knight

Please use Christ or Jesus Christ, as Muslims have a prophet Jesus named Isa.
Muslims will use it against us.

  • HumbleAmerican

The Zakat is coming to a Church near you. Muslims pay the Zakat, 2.5% tithe or tax during Ramadan. This is not voluntary, a Muslim must pay in order to be part of the re:legion. This will be implemented in the Christian church so tithes will no longer be voluntary, but must be paid. This is also tied into why the Pope is pushing for open borders, a majority of hispanics are catholic, increased revenue. Follow the money trailer, and pass the tithe plate.

    • InsaneSanity

Oh, come on. ALL churches collect money to sustain and survive. And the last time I checked, there are plenty of Protestant and evengelical preachers making a pretty good buck in their huge churches and fancy suits. Don’t be so bigoted that you are blind.

  • folgers22

Actually, Islam teaches that Jews and Christians are followers
of a tradition that leads to Islam. Christians are called “followers of the book” in Islam. Muslims believe Christ was a prophet, but not THE prophet-that’s Muhammad. Christ is still a holy figure in Islam, just a supporting character. You can’t meld the two-that would invalidate the essence of Islam (to them). Of course, a reading of Islam and what they preach shows that it is a hateful faith of murder and intolerance. All you have to know is what the penalty for renouncing Islam is-Death.

The Dope, as I now enjoy calling him, has no chance of uniting Islam and Catholicism. Just try telling Muslims their faith is wrong.
They’ll kill you. Just try telling them that their faith is Cathol-Islam and they’ll kill you. They’ll kill anyone who follows it. They’ll also kill anyone who preaches it. And they’ll be justified in turning to a mullah who will tell them that’s a bunch of hokum, and they’ll get a Fatwah authorizing them to kill anyone who preaches that heresy. Those people typically read only one book in their lives-The Koran. Don’t expect them to accept any substitute. Many of them memorize it, too. Any deviation will be stomped out. The Catholics have a big surprise coming if they think they can make some kind of Islam-Lite.

Real Catholics who aren’t a bunch of star-struck Johnny-Come-Latelies and mass-hole Dope groupies will also see through this. Nobody who truly believes in their faith will accept a watered-down pseudo-faith. The wannabes, followers, and mass-mind field-oriented followers, on the other hand, will go wherever the crowd leads them. But they’ve always done that.

My read on the Dope from the start was we had Jan Pavel, the
Good Pope. We had the Nazi Pope. Now we have the Red Dope. He’s probably going to appeal to a lot of suckers, since he’s preaching communism, but self-directed critical thinkers will see through this and decide accordingly.

BTW-with the economic crisis approaching, expect religion to
come back in a big way. The most extreme, fire-and-brimstone, hard-core groups will probably come out the winners, since folks typically want something that explains their suffering and offers a Spartan solution. Soft mealy-mouthed pseudo-Christian Walmart churches probably won’t be as successful because people in tough times want more than a pat on the back. Look to the Depression and Father Coughlin’s success at starting a hard-core pro-fascist
populist movement nationwide via the radio. This time around, the internet will unite people like he did with the radio in the 1930s.

Is the pope the anti christ? The catholics dont believe in salvation right? Do they follow the bible or use other stuff?

    • InsaneSanity

Seriously, are you a six year old? Hell, Protestants have been calling the Pope the anti Christ since the 1500’s, so make up your minds for goodness sake. Which Pope over the last 500 years is the anti Christ?? Sort of like this blog calling every date over the last few weeks some day of infamy, yet nothing…..

BTW, Catholics believe in the salvation through grace. The same Catholics that formed, codified and protected that bible you rarely read.

      • ramrodd

there has been no Pope that said things similar to this one…a Jesuit..

It doesn’t change that fact that you and your ilk, for 500 years have been calling every Pope the anti-Christ. So tell me, which one is it? • iris

Yes. Only God can forgive sin. It’s all about this mercy and grace and a changed heart and life which is available to us, by Him offering His very self for us, who He is, what He has done, is doing, and will do. Those who believe and receive and walk in Him, live in the obedience of real faith, not our own works of man made religion. It’s His work in us, and He promises to finish what He started in us who believe Him, Philippians 1:6. Christians still sin, but we confess it to Him, knowing that He forgave it 2000 years ago, and ask for help, knowing that He will be faithful to continue transforming us. Big difference between us trying to get to God or become God, and simply receiving and leaning on Him. 1st John, “We love Him because He first loved us”, and James 2:13, “mercy rejoices over judgement”.

  • piccadillybabe

Since most wars are fought over religious beliefs, maybe this is one way we can finally find tolerance, acceptance and compassion for mankind. It’s high time we see similarities instead of differences and unite to save our planet if not for us, for future generations. Not trying to play the devils advocate but we really should give peace/love a chance. A prayer is a prayer no matter what denomination or higher power. It is all good. The lord loves us no matter which church we attend and we should try to follow his lead and embrace his teachings, acceptance of all.

    • Gina

CHrist came to earth with a sword! the sword of truth! He is not just smiling and nodding.l correct false doctrine and teachers. expose them, correct doctrine. You must be willing to leave your family, your children your family, all of it to be a follower of Christ. You sacrifice everyone in your world and things to focus on Him. You dont toss roses and cotton candy. The gospel is no compromising matter! If you arm causes you to sin. CUT IT OFF! You get the point I am sure…

      • iris

You’re right, Gina. Psalm 73, “who do I have in heaven but You?, and beside You, I want nothing on earth”. All real love and good things are found in Him, all else, including the best human relationships, without Him, will disappoint, at best. To really love our friends and family and anyone for that matter, we have to be willing to share the Truth, Jesus. People need truth. We may not want it, but we need it.

  • Irish Mike

This is the first I have seen or heard of this and it has changed my mind about this new pope. He seemed to be doing a lot of right things since becoming pope like telling Catholics to pray direct to God and not via Mary or any saint and this made me feel comfortable about him as this is what Jesus Himself taught but to read this greatly perturbs me especially his views on the cross – the central plank of our faith – and, as a born again Christian, I find this very offensive.
Let us pray for God to come on him in power and show him the right route to Heaven is only through Jesus who said, ‘I am the Way, the Truth & the Life, NO ONE

This god and that god. You know, mankind has invented thousands of gods since written history. And disposed just about all of them over time.

What happened to the ancient Egyptian gods, you know, the ones they are so certain of their reality and godlyness that they spent untold blood and treasures to build pyramids to worship them? Well the pyramids are still around but the Egyptian gods have all been washed away to the sea from the Nile.

Ditto for the ancient Greek gods. These were supposed to be the anchor of western civilization. Today, hardly mentioned.

God is just a concept invented by man. Created and defined anyway desired, to serve any purpose, deliver any meaning, justify anything. Based on any ‘holy’ books or natural events of ignorance. As such, gods have served man well, like money.

Why even I have created a few gods. I spent 20 years of my career helped building the Internet. Today, millions worship the cyberspace god.

  • James

    This is a deal?

  • Farah

Michael i live in london and i am a muslim. I have never written a post but this one touched me a great deal as we believe that judaism christianty and islam are all from the one god. As i also believe as you said some in the vatican know this but are hiding the truth because it is all about power. God sent the messengers moses, jesus and mihamed at different eras in order to guide mankind. You see it is diffrrent branches of the same tree. We are all brothers and sisters from adam and eve and need to stop the hate and those who want to divide us. If you don’t believe study the books all the messengers came with and you will see yourself it is the same universal truth.

    • Lisa

Jesus is not a messenger He is the Son of God who came to save sinners by dying for our sins and if we believe in Him we are saved.
So, no islam is not compatible with Christianity and we are not all brothers and sisters. I can see islam and catholicism being brothers and sisters since both are false gospels and I can even see judaism sharing in that since they deny Christ too. No need to study your book-I’ve got the only one that matters!

      • InsaneSanity

Lisa you sound like a Pharisee. Way to represent Christianity. You will win no souls with such a self-righteous, self centered attitude you just displayed.

        • Lisa

How do I sound like a Pharisee?

          • InsaneSanity

God wants to save ALL people, at least that what Paul told the Thessalonians. You are not working toward that goal, God’s goal, when you write someone off as you did above, like you are some special person and they are not. We are all God’s creation and children.

The Pharisees mocked others about how they prayed versus themselves, assuming they were some how special. If you know the story, then you know how wrong they were. You sounded like them in your reply.

          • Lisa

I love your posts, JackerRabbit. From my understanding, your RCC assessment is accurate.

When I saw that Francis said the cross was a failure, I was saddened. How many people are misled by these unbiblical and heretical teachings? So sad!

You and I know the Cross was no failure! He bruised the head of Satan.

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” ~John 16:33

Pope: “I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters:”
If the pope knew or read the bible he would know that Muslims are not brothers or sisters to Christians. The bible exhorts us to reach out to them with the gospel but that’s where it ends.
I bet the pope hasn’t got any Muslim friends that come to the Vatican on regular basis.

Pope: ” first of all the Muslims, who worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer,”
WHAT? Does this guy even own a bible? Calling the God of the Muslims the same God Christians worship the same is crazy. He just made a heretical statement. This guy, the pope, is not a Christian anymore then my dogs are.
People, read your bibles and look for yourself.

Pope: “we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus Christ and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross.”
What bible is this guy reading? The Cross was a victory over sin and death. Any Catholic that after hearing their pope make these comments stayed a Catholic you’re as doomed as the pope is. Remember, Jesus sends no one to hell, you send yourself.

Agreed!!! IF he meant that the “failure of the Cross” was only a failure in the eyes of the world, since of course, it was really just the opposite, I could reconcile that mentally with him trying to reach out to Muslims, BUT, given the other statements, it appears the people of the world; self seeking, naive, herd mentality-oriented creatures, (when we don’t rely on God’s Holy Spirit for discernment, strength and obedience), are indeed being primed to accept the antiChrist, false prophet and their system.

If anyone tells you that in order to buy or sell, you have to take a mark of some kind on, in or under the skin of your elbow-fingertips (referred to as the hand in John’s day) or the frontal area of your face or head, beware. They can call it what they want to all they want to, scorn and even kill those who won’t take it, but the Bible says if you take it in order to buy and sell, that action qualifies as buying into the above mentioned belief system and results in the loss of the soul and separation from God forever. Their system may get sold as Humanism, Communism, Communitarianism, Socialism, the World Peace and Love Movement, you name it, if it looks like a duck, if people lose their lives for saying no to it…Remember, the devil’s not going to be wearing horns, the demons appear as angels of light if possible. Why do you think this huge push is going on right now to make it look like all or most Christians are hateful, intolerant, arrogant, ignorant, hypocrites? We’re the ones who don’t want to see anyone die in their sins by refusing Jesus’ free gift of salvation and reconciliation. But then, the devil has always been a liar. Hitler spoke about telling a big enough lie often enough, and people would start believing it.

There is but one God. Various religions have their own ideas about what that God is all about. Many religions end up at odds with each other and prove themselves to be incompatible with each other and act very un-godlike. Christianity and Islam are examples of extreme incompatibility. In fact Islam is extreme in itself and extremely incompatible with all other religions. The Pope should be denouncing the Muslim extremism that has butchered tens of thousands of Christians and other groups that they do no approve of. As a Roman Catholic I am deeply disappointed in this Pope who has been more of a political activist dedicated to a Marxist One World political structure, than being a religious zealot preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ unadulterated by Marxist, Progressive interpretations. More and more I hold him suspect and fear he is to the Catholic Church what Obama is to America, a traitor.

God bless you, Richard, & thanks. God is faithful.

        Thank you.

You’re welcome in Him. There are others here who have been deeply disappointed with false teaching. It’s painful to deal with it at first, but He has a way of strengthening our faith in Him more than ever, because of it, once we realize.

The true Christian follows Christ, and true Christian knows the truth as one questions teachings of churches

  • Common Sense Died

In Catholicism, when there is a clash between the Bible and their doctrine, church doctrine prevails. Those who worship the Pope (and Mary) are committing idolatry. Satan has definitely blinded a lot of people. However, more than ever, lifelong Catholics are beginning to read and study their Bibles and leave the religion in droves as they see they were taught doctrine, not truth. They are finding a relationship with Christ to be the answer, putting God’s precious Word in the place it belongs…#1. Hallelujah and many more find their way to salvation in Christ by faith alone. Evangelicals need to keep doing their part of inviting Catholics to Bible studies where God can pierce their hearts and where the real change and worship begins.

    • iris

      Well said!

    • InsaneSanity

Ah, common sense did die……….with you. It’s hard to take anyone seriously when the first words out their mouth is either pure ignorance or a lie. Your whole diatribe is false. Are you bearing false witness?? Brush up on some history and Catholic teaching sparky, then come back and try again.

  • Grim Reaper

Catholicism like Islam is pure evil. That is what both these religions have in common, as well as a huge subversion of the Truth in order to fit their aspirations and goals. Both teachings are inspired by not God but the Master of all liars Satan who seeks to deceive and confound those that have no knowledge of God’s Plan. To be sure Jesus died on the cross for our sins, and it is only through him, and surrendering our life to God’s will not our own..
That we will come to salvation. There is no salvation in the false teachings of Mohammad, or in that of Catholicism
Those teachings will only lead one astray. God wants us to come to him as contrite sinners so that we may follow his will, and walk in his way. To do anything less or else will lead one to doom.

The antichrist is also the only other son of perdition spoken of in the Bible. The first, Judas Iscariot, the betrayer; the antichrist must appear as though he is a follower of Jesus, he is not a secular world leader, but the Pope. The Pope wears the name of Jesus when necessary and as a part of every Mass, an abominable practice that is Pagan and does nothing at all, a ritual that is supposed to bring Jesus down from Heaven to enter into the unleavened bread to make His body ready to be eaten and also fill someone with potential salvation. He also comes down and fills the wine with Hos blood and therefore, if it were real blood, the drinker would be twice the Pagan by drinking real blood and eating Christ’s body. We know though that the Lord tells us not to drink blood nor even eat meat that has too much blood in it. The antichrist is the Pope and the False Prophet is the USA. The USA was, for a couple hundred years, the light of the World in Protestant Christian teaching, the True Christian Biblical teaching. The False Protestants are joining with Rome in the false ecumenical movement of creating the one world order and order where Rome says it is the mother of the churches, we are not the sister. Exactly, they proclaim that they are-Mystery, Babylon, the Mother of Harlots and Abominations of the Earth. The Roman Catholic Church is the False Church. If you haven’t realized it, Jesus Christ is coming for His Bride and not the Harlot, so if you are with Catholicism, Jesus says to you in Revelation 18:4-“Come out of her, my people.” Do it today. Maranatha!

You dispensationalists are way too funny. It’s good that you are but a very small cult within Christianity. I guess God allows for some craziness here and there. Because if you guys actually have any semblance of truth, then God is doing a terrible job in spreading it! Didn’t you ever think about that? 2000 years and His Word has only reached a small sect formed in the last 100 years!! Really? The apostles work and preaching were all for naught??

Please people, use some common sense and logic!

In addition to the quotes mentioned in the article, there is mounting evidence that Pope Francis:
    * is a Jesuit, the core being a socialist – promoted wealth distribution.
    * has a planetary, globalization, one-world ideology (he used the word ‘globalization’ several times, UNSCRIPTED)
    * is pushing for TPP – despises capitalism
    * says that a ‘personal relationship with Christ is dangerous and harmful – salvation is only through ‘the Church’
    * says that athiests that do ‘good’ are redeemed
    * and Vatican are promoting the URI – United Religions Initiative
    * is promoting the Internationalizing of Jerusalem and split of Israel, to not recognize Israel as a state, but rather Palestine (the Sanhedrin want to take him to their court)
    * believes that Rome is the ‘new Jerusalem’ – he believes in replacement theology – to continue the campaign to revive the Roman Empire.
    — this is weird… but there is evidence in papal documents and interviews from Tom Horn and Chris Putnam —
    * has a Science degree in Astro Biology – he is ready to receive and baptize ‘intelligent life forms’ (oh, yes) – and the Opus Dei are re-writing doctrine to this effect. A close friend of Pope Francis is Fr. Guiseppe Tanzella-Nitti, professor at Vatican University, “Very soon we will not have to deny our Christian faith… but there is information coming from another world, and once it is confirmed it is going to require a re-reading of the Gospel as we know it”. Another friend of Pope Francis, leading astronomer for the Vatican, Brother Guy Consolmagno says “Very soon the nations will look to aliens for their salvation”.

Another statement in his homily that is totally unbiblical is:
    * God has called us to conversion DAILY (see 1 Peter 3:18, Heb. 9:28 and 10:10) – The Word of God says Christ died ‘one and for all’. And Jesus said “It is finished”.

    * In his opening address to the U.N. General Assembly, he is quoted as invoking a power of and by himself saying “In my own name …”
See John 5:43 Amplified Bible (AMP)
43 I have come in My Father’s name and with His power, and you do not receive Me [because your minds are closed]; but if another comes in his own name and with no authority or power except his own, you will receive him and give your approval to an imposter.

I believe we are truly looking at a False Prophet.

  • InsaneSanity

Geez. Ok a challenge for you. Show me where Scripture has the teaching of “Scrpiture alone”. By your own logic, it must. Show me!

The Pope was born with sin, like all of us. To treat him like God is wrong. Only one person and that is Christ can make that claim.
