In Iraq, ISIS Is Winning And The United States Is Losing

ISIS Takes RamadiDuring the Iraq war more than 4,000 U.S. soldiers died, countless others were severely injured, and the total cost to U.S. taxpayers was more than 2 trillion dollars.  But now whatever the U.S. military accomplished during that war is being completely undone by ISIS.  On Monday, we learned that ISIS had fully taken control of the strategically important city of Ramadi.  Despite nine months of airstrikes by the U.S. military, ISIS continues to move forward and take new territory.  Just a few years ago, American soldiers fought some incredibly bloody battles on the streets of Ramadi, but now that city is in the hands of the most ruthless terror organization on the entire planet.  And since it is only about 70 miles from Baghdad, Ramadi is going to make a fine staging area for an all-out assault on the capital.  No matter how you cut it, the cold, hard reality of the matter is that the United States is losing in Iraq and ISIS is winning.  So what will the U.S. do if ISIS actually takes control of the entire country?

Ramadi is traditionally known as the ‘Gateway of Baghdad’, but in recent days it has experienced utter carnage.  According to the Daily Mail, “mutilated bodies” now lie everywhere along the streets of that once proud city…

ISIS militants have held a twisted victory parade after taking the key city of Ramadi in an orgy of violence and beheadings – and the extremists could march on the Iraqi capital Baghdad within the next month.

Mutilated bodies scatter the streets of the ‘Gateway of Baghdad’, where Islamic State slaughtered around 500 and forced nearly 25,000 to flee their homes over the last few days.

Now ISIS has released images of militants celebrating, children wielding automatic weapons and a fleet of pick-up trucks carrying its jubilant fighters through the blood-stained streets of Ramadi.

U.S. military officials insist that it really isn’t that big of a deal that Ramadi has fallen, but they made similar pronouncements back during the days of the Vietnam War.  Just consider the following passage from a recent Wall Street Journal article

In the closing years of the Vietnam War it was often noted sardonically that the “victories” against the Viet Cong were moving steadily closer to Saigon. The same could be said of Baghdad and the victories claimed against Islamic State, or ISIS, in Iraq in the past year. The ISIS takeover of Ramadi in the Anbar province over the weekend exposed the hollowness of the reported progress against ISIS. The U.S.-led bombing campaign in support of Iraqi forces isn’t working.

And guess what?  As the “Iraqi Security forces” folded, they left behind large amounts of military equipment and large numbers of armored vehicles for ISIS to capture.  In the end, this will make ISIS even more formidable.  The following comes from Fox News

Although there were a large number of Iraqi security forces occupying Ramadi, most troops fled after ISIS fighters began their assault on the city center Sunday, leaving behind Humvees and armored vehicles supplied by the U.S. military, a separate senior U.S. military official told Fox News.

“The Iraqi security forces were pushed out by a much smaller [ISIS] force,” the official said.

This is a theme that we have seen time after time.  ISIS is taking over both Iraq and Syria largely using captured American weapons.  Vehicles, equipment and weapons that our tax dollars paid for are being used to establish and expand a terrorist state in the heart of the Middle East, and Barack Obama seems almost ambivalent to the whole thing.

Even those that are on Obama’s side can’t quite understand what Obama is doing.  For example, just consider the words of Piers Morgan

But Obama’s had plenty of time to devise a successful strategy for dealing with the emerging threat of ISIS, and so far he has spectacularly failed.

As they beheaded Americans, he made somber speeches, then played golf minutes literally seven minutes later.

As they burned Jordanian pilots in cages, Obama assured us with almost casual confidence that he was on top of things.

As they threw gays to their death off rooftops and slaughtered Christians on beaches, still the leader of the free world exuded calm.

The clear message? ‘Don’t worry, I’ve got this all under control..’

Only he hasn’t.

For years and years, we heard about what a “threat” al-Qaeda was.  But the truth is that al-Qaeda never was much of a threat at all.  Most of the time their leaders seemed to be hiding out in caves or bunkers, and they never actually controlled any real territory.

But now we have a very real Islamic caliphate which has become so powerful that it can successfully fight a multi-front war against the Syrian government, the Kurds and the Iraqi government.  Since it was first established, the amount of territory that it has captured is larger than the British Isles, and smaller terror groups all over the planet are rapidly swearing allegiance to it.

Unlike al-Qaeda, ISIS appears to be the real deal, and nobody in the western world can seem to muster up the will to do anything about it.  The following is how this new Islamic State was described in a recent article in the Telegraph

It is one of the strangest states ever created. The Islamic State wants to force all humanity to believe in its vision of a religious and social utopia existing in the first days of Islam. Women are to be treated as chattels, forbidden to leave the house unless they are accompanied by a male relative. People deemed to be pagans, like the Yazidis, can be bought and sold as slaves. Punishments such as beheadings, amputations and flogging become the norm. All those not pledging allegiance to the caliphate declared by its leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, on 29 June last year are considered enemies.

Almost every day now, there are global headlines about the latest ISIS atrocities.  You can find a couple of particularly disturbing examples right here and right here.

There is no negotiating with these guys, and they will not stop until the entire Middle East is under their control.

I want to share with you two maps.  This first map is the territory that ISIS controls today…

ISIS Territorial Control

This second map is what ISIS claims belongs to them…

So what should be done about ISIS?

Please feel free to add to the discussion by posting a comment below…

ISIS does not exist in a vacuum. They obviously are supported financially and logistically somehow. What country is supporting ISIS and supplying them with weapons and materiel?

    • The Lulz Warrior

      1# Turkey.
      2# Saudi Arabia
      3# Quatar

      • CRAT

Sounds about right. We have a major military facility in Qatar, and we also sell some of our most advanced weapons systems, tanks, aircraft, etc. to Saudi Arabia, which probably ranks second to ISIS in beheadings. A most repressive regime. Also one of the biggest financial backers of terrorist groups in the ME, groups which we supposedly oppose and fight! The US is also undermining Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah, who are fighting ISIS.

        • CRAT

This is the same Saudi Arabia that was implicated in financing 9/11, where over 3000 Americans died (so we instead invaded Afghanistan). The same Saudi Arabia that impeded the investigation of the Khobar tower bombing, killing many Americans(we instead blamed Iran). That is what we get when we allow corporatism in the US-must keep the death merchants and banks profitable, for they give large donations to our Congressmen! Sorry about all that, I do get angry when I see what our govt. has become and has been allowed to do by voters! THERE is your main problem.

        • The Lulz Warrior

My theory is that both Iran and Saudi Arabia have had nuclear arsenals for a while now and that the Bush Jr administration never had an Iran war and abandonned the ABM treaty, because western europe and the east coast was or would then soon come within Iranian missile range.

Back in 1988, Saudi Arabia bought intermediate-range nuclear-capable missiles from the PRC and that was only the officially known deal.

      • hellbentgerbils

4# western bankers and the men behind the curtain.

      • Jim Davis

        Don’t forget Israel!

  • Robert

The US has stood by and allowed other people groups to be slaughtered. Rwanda? Jews in the 30s. Armenians. Chinese before we entered the war. So why should we spill American blood and resources on this fight? Let Arabs figure this out or the Persians. We have been sucked dry by these crazies and their religion. Let the Saudis purchase some mercenaries. Israel can go to war with these nuts if they want to but they are sitting by watching Arabs killing Arabs and Moslems killing Moslems. Not our fight. Who cares? Oh, but we have to rescue Christians. We have no respect for Christians in this country so why would we abroad? World collapsing into deeper darkness. No more American blood for these whackos. Oh, if an American volunteers to go there as a journalist or whatever and winds up getting their head chopped off, too bad. Stay home. There is plenty of people in need here. Keep your adventures and money locally.

  • The Lulz Warrior

No doubts that even if ISIS seized all of Iraq and Syria, there would still be claims that the US actually won this war too.
BTW, ISIS use female militias in the homefront to apply its laws and it does allow moslem females to contribute to the war effort. It ain´t just just children, mosques and cooking.
Children gets military training early, women learn to be surgeons and other contributions to the war effort.
So they are not stupid, at least moderately pragmatic, otherwise they wouldn´t have won against the Iraqi gov in the first place.
Shouldn´t the Iraqi gov have won, BTW? They had the US army equipement and their enemies much less of it when this started, civilian uprising and militias won the first major victories.

    • Avner

Not only would there be claims that we “won” that war, but that Bush was a good guy and he knew what he was talking about. Don’t believe me?

Read Breitbart, Gateway Pundit, and Fox news. They are already spinning Bush again.

    • folgers22

All the training and equipment in the world mean nothing if you aren’t motivated.

If you saw how Iraqi troops, you wouldn’t ask that question. They are absolutely awful soldiers.
      They’re lazy.
      They’re ignorant.
      They’re corrupt.
      They’re unmotivated.
They’re only in it for the money.
They’re more loyal to tribe/ethnic group/religious sect than Iraq as a nation.
Iraqi soldiers would rather sell their vehicles and weapons than fight.
Iraqi soldiers would rather bully their own people than fight.
Iraqi soldiers would rather malinger or desert than fight.
Iraqi soldiers would rather warn the enemy ahead of time what they’re mission is than fight.
The only exceptions are the Kurds and the Shiites who know they’re fighting a war against Sunnis for survival. Kurds are hardcore fighters and have decades of experience as fighters. Shiite eastern and southern Iraqis know they’re fighting for survival. Sunni western Iraqis have little reason to fight ISIS when they sort of benefit from a ISIS victory.

  • DJohn1

We are obviously missing some very vital information about the people and the region.
Imagine if you will a Baptist organization here covertly opposing an invasion of foreigners with an entirely different culture. One in which their(the invading force) basic morality is questionable at best from the view point of a Baptist.
Then you might have some idea of what is happening overseas.
I am basically an isolationist in my thinking. But then I might be 2 trillion dollars richer, have a whole lot of my troops still alive, and be in a position that is not vulnerable.
What we are seeing here is a reaction. And that is why I think that ISIS or any other organization might find support amongst the people in that area.
Unless we change the way we deal with this problem, we really have no hope of winning against people that think they are doing the right thing.
That entire mentality will eventually defeat us.
What has to happen to win this one is we have to come up with something that totally disreputes the ISIS in the eyes of other people of a similar cultural background. It has to be something that removes all support from the individuals of that group.
Some of the really bright people in PR work might come up with something that will work. Someone with a good background in the local culture with a degree in national psychology might do the job.
I think we went in there blind. The damage is all ready done and it might be unrepairable at this point.
To reverse it might not be worth while. Containing it to this region might be the best we can do.

    • Mike

      You gotta be kidding.

      • DJohn1

Do you have any idea how dumbed down the U.S. Government people are?

  • K

Michael, ISIS is winning, because we are not really at war with them. We allowed them to take and arm themselves from three Iraqi arsenals. Then we accidently air dropped them weapons and ammo, on three different occasions, that we know of. If you were at war with the U.S. would you have parades? Large numbers of vehicles and fighters in a line, in open terrain. Would you do this, if you were truly fighting a Country, known for drone strikes? On the many times ISIS has been out in the open. Have you seen a single maximum effect airstrike?. No always just one or two aircraft, carry limited ordinance. Now contrast that with the Highway of Death in Iraq. That is what an air war, looks like.

    • folgers22

Correct-i-mundo! Cigar to K. It ought to be obvious by now the entire war with ISIS is just a distraction. It’s like Barry is playing Command & Conquer and doesn’t want to sweep the board too early in the game. I know our military is tired from 15 years of combat operations, but I don’t think we’re so sapped we couldn’t do what we did to Iraq in 2003 or 1991 to ISIS. I don’t think it would take 100 hours to put ISIS on the ropes, but letting them have some fun helps us create headaches for Iran. Stopping them, on the other hand, will make Barry or Hillary or whomever look like a hero, too.

  • Avner

“Even those that are on Obama’s side can’t quite understand what Obama is doing. ”

At least publicly.. This leader is clearly being directed by his masters to support and fund these groups. In fact I’d say he supports them on a personal level.

You’re clearly seeing a “civil war” even within our own government, a very unstable and inconsistent foreign policy. A government that views you and me as greater threats than the “Aloha Snackbars” that at the street level actually believe their own bs. Remember at Bundy Ranch who was called “domestic terrorists” and then when you see things you know, like some of the other attacks who refused to call it “Islamic terrorism.”

We are really in a huge mess, in so many ways, and so many black swans. But hey.. we’ll have one side chant no justice no peace, try to ram the gay agenda on everyone, and the other can worship the police, whine for more wars, etc, while the politicians, bankers, and corporations laugh all the way to the bank while taking our rights, money and seizing all the power for themselves.

  • Jesus must increase

Is America better off after all of our “foreign adventures”? Are things more or less stable since our meddling in the Middle East? Why does the lion’s share of responsibility fall upon the shoulders of American men to bear that burden to act as the world’s policemen? Does it earn us any respect?

NOPE. The last war in which we should have meddled was WW2. Why? Because we had no choice once Pearl Harbor was bombed and out fleet destroyed. Everything else is meddling.

Smedley Butler said that war is a racket, and boy was he not only a patriot and a fine military leader, but a “straight shooter” as well. Even Ike knew this to be true when he finally nationally admitted his concerns about the military-industrial complex.

War makes the globalists and the war merchants rich. It doesn’t help Americans anymore. We wasted time, talent, and treasure on creating a vast war machine and sold armaments to the world. Meanwhile we lost our industries by shooting ourselves in the foot by retooling Japan and Germany with the Marshall Plan. We did this to ourselves, and the globalists laughed and laughed, because they were the very ones who poured money into influence peddling, created think tanks to “tell politicians” which bills to vote for, and screwed the American citizens in the process.

Their goal was to ruin the wealth of the American serviceman, and then American citizens, by making labor cheaper and acceptable from any other nation but America…including Communist ones where political prisoners were forced into servitude.

It used to be that it was noble to serve America in the military, but now when you do, you end up merely protecting the opium fields of Afghanistan…which in turn ends up creating a vast drug problem in the streets of America!

    • kfilly

We have to keep giving the Middle East American democracy to keep our phony Petrodollar scam going. The only way to give them democracy is with the boot of the American military stepping on their throats. We get the oil from the Middle East in exchange for fiat money (junk paper). Everyone in the world needs that junk paper in order to buy oil. It allows the socialist bankers that own our government to control the entire world. We are involved in the Middle East so that we can control their oil.

  • Tom2013

ISIS is kickin butt. They are beating the American armed and trained Iraqi Army. ISIS is attracting large numbers of adherents and keeps getting stronger. They are very very well trained.

    • folgers22

Some of them are, since our own people trained them. They’re generally yahoos. Watching one middle eastern group trounce another is like watching 4 year olds fight. They all suck. Beating the Iraqi army isn’t hard, since they have all the motivation and training of a bunch of 4 year olds. Their troops are just as likely to sell their weapons and vehicles as they are to join the insurgents as they are to run away. Totally unreliable.

    • Joan Camara

Sounds like your putting them up on a pedastal, and have respect for them. Enjoy your satanic evil violent friends. Their part of the antichrist system soon to take control of the whole world. And that’s a fact, not a compliment, whereas your comment sounds like their your idols. I suppose your all knowing of the islam koran too? If not, you better start reading, or you will be killed when you come across one of those satanic people.. Worship us or be beheaded…lovely people. So keep compliment of how wonderful they are.

      • Tom2013

How you got that from my comment is beyond me.

        • Joan Camara

Everything you said about them was VERY positive, and very good. You can’t see that in your comment?? It certainly made me sick.

        • BC1335

Ignore Joan and her “read the Koran” comments. The Old Testament has its share of blood. Perhaps Joan should read the Book of Joshue. I have read some of the Koran, and at the Battle of Badr Mohammad said that after the burdens of war had been laid down, some would be ransomed and some freed. No mention of cutting off all the heads of the losers.

  • hellbentgerbils

stop the vermin string pullers behind the financial curtain from funding these wing nuts

  • S.M.

Have you seen the movie “Body of Lies”? They are trained and well supported. They do NOT represent Islam and what they are building is not a caliphate rather a fake empire. No right-minded Muslim should ever pledge allegiance to these barbaric evil-doers.

    • GetReal4U2

      They do NOT represent Islam…
actually…Isis IS doing exactly what the Koran says to do…the Muslim “religion” certainly is NOT a “religion of peace…

      • Joan Camara

Nope, it’s satan moving faster to kill (behead) as many people as possible, because he know’s his time is short. Islam is the only religion that does this, how can Islam NOT be part of the antichrist system in the future??

    • folgers22

No, they’re pretty much doing exactly what Islam teaches. Watch Vice Channel’s videos from inside ISIS where they actually travel with their moral police and see what life is like behind the sandy curtain.

  • It doesn’t work like that at all Michael. First and foremost ISIS is a creation of Washington, Ankara and the Gulf States, with support from Jordan, Israel, France and the UK. Its purpose in the region is to dismember Syria and Iraq, (controlled by Alawites and Sh’ia) creating a balance of terror that is intended to circumscribe the expansion of Iranian Sh’ia influence.

Iraq is a Sh’ia state, where the vast majority of people hate ISIS as well as other Sunni Jihadis. The exception is Anbar province, where there is a Sunni majority. It is a huge desert area. While it is Iraq’s biggest province by far, it is sparsely populated with less than 2 million people, nearly half of whom live in Ramadi.

Since the fall of Saddam Hussein the tribal people of Anbar have been torn between siding with Sunni extremists, (sponsored by the usual suspects above) or living under Sh’ia rule out of Baghdad. After the American war in their country, these people chose to reject Al Qaeda, (the Jihadis du jour of the time) and accept living under Maliki.

That was a big mistake as Maliki was extremely repressive of Sunnis. While the Americans are trying to limit the influence of Tehran, they accept that most of what will be rump Iraq will be a natural protectorate of Iran. So the Ayatollah Khamenei and Obama agreed to ax Maliki in the hope of getting a gentler kinder Prime Minister in Baghdad, one who would get more Sunni support, (in places like Anbar) for the government.

Iraq’s present Prime Minister Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has not proven much better however, than Maliki in his treatment of Sunnis and so ISIS, crazy as they are. are getting support in Ramadi, enough at least to push out the still worthless Iraqi army.

Haidar has held back his Sh’ia militias, who were put together by and are made up of 1/3 Iranian revolutionary guards. 1/3 Sh’ia Iraqis soldiers, (who are not allergic to battle) as well as other Sh’ia volunteers. The reason why Haidar held back is, although the militias can seriously kick some ISIS butt, they also dole out brutal treatment to Sunni locals who then become radicalized.

In any case the militias are now being sent in, so the battle of Ramadi is far from over. Behind Haider and the militias is of course Iran.

Unleashed the Iranians would wipe out ISIS in Ramadi almost as soon as their troops would arrive. But the reason Obama created ISIS in the first place was, in part to insure a limitation on Iranian power. So for Washington to OK an Iranian wipe out of ISIS, would defeat the purpose of its creation.

Even in a scenario where ISIS would be able to hold on to Ramadi, there is no chance whatsoever that it would be able to do any more than occasionally harass Baghdad with “terrorist” attacks. Sunnis are far outnumbered and any serious attack on Baghdad would be viewed as an existential threat by Tehran.

And to control Ramadi is one thing, to control the vast desserts of Anbar quite another. So ISIS is hardly taking over the world. For Washington most ISIS victories are good, even if short lived. it will make them a magnet for angry Sunni young men everywhere, who will then ostensibly join and help to limit Iranian regional influence.

But more importantly, as ISIS grows and expands, it should develop an international arm that can create “terror” attacks on the West, frightening its sheeple into accepting an all seeing all knowing Techo Fascist police state. And that is the number one goal, (the colonization of their own populations) of the elites who own/ control the Mega Bank- Corporate states of the West.

    • Gay Veteran

“…And to control Ramadi is one thing, to control the vast desserts of Anbar quite another. So ISIS is hardly taking over the world….”

WHAT?!?!? but why else would western governments seize more power, further shred the rights of their citizens, and funnel TRILLIONS into the military-industrial complex? /sarc/

      • The Empire of Chaos seizes power in the MENA in its own inimitable way.

And they shred the rights of their own citizens because they need complete control of them as they are transitioned into being the sheeple of a global government.

Money for the MIC. They will start a war with Pluto as long as money goes to the MIC

…this ‘female organ’ of a president, just can’t do anything but ‘community-organize’…and he is doing a fine job of that in the middle east; helping to establish the new ‘community from hell’…

  • Joan Camara

Not a single commenter here sees this as I see it…so sad. I put two and two together. The WORD says, that if you do not take the mark, you will be beheaded. Now why is Isis and their evil, violent Islamic ways spreading so fast? And one day, who’s going to be in charge of GIVING that “mark”? It all makes sense to me, and its a shame that no one else sees the futuristic prophecy.

    • Sabienne

Joan, you’re not the only one. I see it, too. I think some try to overthink the issue in a secular way, but that is not what is required at this time.

      • Joan Camara

Thank You Sabienne…I wrote more above, and I sure hope he understands what I’m trying to say. Thank You, and you are soo right!

        • Sabienne

I read what you wrote above. You planted a seed which is all you could do. The rest is up to God. What you wrote below is also very good. You’re on target, Joan. Stay strong.

          • Joan Camara

Thank you, and I pray you do too.

    • folgers22

Sorry, no. There is no “mark” of Islam, only submission to Islam. ISIS is spreading because the Saudis, Qataris, and America engineered the entire civil war in Syria. We trained the rebels, armed the rebels, then something happened that has never, ever happened in American diplomacy/international meddling: our bad policies and ham-fisted diplomacy blew back on us and mushroomed out of control.

If you had been to Iraq, you would know only a merciless strongman can keep Iraq together. The Iraqis are easily the very worst soldiers in the world. They’re lazy, greedy, corrupt, ignorant, and totally worthless. The fact they’re folding like a cheap suit should not be a surprise to anyone.

Based on our weak response to ISIS and our seeming inability to actually stop them, I believe you can only conclude the resident WANTS ISIS to succeed. If we wanted to stop ISIS, we could shut them down in half an hour. It’s a sideshow. The day ISIS no longer suits our needs, whatever those are, we’ll bomb them flat and put things back the way we want them.

So why might we be pleased with ISIS invalidating everything we “accomplished” in Iraq over 10 years?

Maybe we like the idea of having a crazy Sunni terror state next door to Iran.

Maybe we like the idea of replacing Al Qaeda with a new greatest threat ever so we can justify trillions in defense spending for a military so flush, it can afford to give tanks away free of charge to police departments nationwide.

Maybe we’re setting up a tomato can for the resident to fight so he can prove how tough he is; a grand finale to his residency. He’s desperate for some kind of legacy and what better way to do it than by fighting your own strawman?

      • Joan Camara

Of COURSE there’s no “mark” of Islam, silly. Apparently you don’t know the prophecy of the bible, of what is going to happen in the future, when the antichrist takes control. When he is in control. anyone who worships him will receive a mark to be able to buy or sell. There is so much more to teach you, that apparently you don’t know (since your comment didn’t mention the bible at all, or prophecy). I can’t teach you everything, but that is jest of my comment. I suggest you learn bible prophecy to know that islam is part of the future. As part as Islam is mostly beheadings, and doing other violent acts to people, and bible prophecy says you will be beheaded for not taking a “mark”, does that sound or NOT sound as if the two go together? Sometime in the future there will be a islam leader who (part of the antichrist leadership) will be given the job of beheadings for not worshiping him. And do you not see how the evil violent islamic religion is spreading so fast? The islam religion is the only religion that has as its core, DEATH, if you do not join it, or worship their founder (mohummed). This is as close to the antichrist system as you can get! Are you just too blind or just don’t want to accept it, or too uneducated to see all the many articles and videos that show this?

      • BC1335

“The Iraqis are easily the very worst soldiers in the world. They’re lazy, greedy, corrupt, ignorant, and totally worthless. The fact they’re folding like a cheap suit should not be a surprise to anyone.” They did all right against Iran for 8 years, and our troops began ‘Search and Avoid’ missions, as they did in Vietnam, when the casualties kept mounting. Perhaps they are not fighting because they don’t consider our enemy their enemy.

  • Paul Prichard

“Now ISIS has released images of militants celebrating, children wielding
automatic weapons and a fleet of pick-up trucks carrying its jubilant
fighters through the blood-stained streets of Ramadi.”
Could this possibly be fake to hide the fact that the people of Iraq are taking their nation back.

  • Joan Camara

Thank you sooo much for your comment. Please look for mine above. Islam is the future of the antichrist system of beheadings for not taking the mark. I believe that. What other religion has death for not worshiping thing or their founder or their religion? None other than the Islamic religion. I can see bible prophecy as Islam doing the beheadings for not taking the mark. I see them taking control of the world, as they are spreading faster than ever with satan controlling them. Satan knows time is short, and he’s moving. We must stay strong in Jesus Christ, pray often, and be strong in our faith. But one thing, I don’t think you realize. We still have the 7 year tribulation period to start, which hasn’t started yet. When Israel and Palestine sign the 7 year peace agreement, that’s when it starts. So some people are pre trib, some are mid trip, and some post trib. We really don’t know when the rapture happens. A lot of people think christians will be taken away (raptured) before the tribulation starts. I’m not so sure. But I won’t go into why. That’s makes for a long conversation. Enjoyed your comment!

    • GetReal4U2

I absolutely believe in a pre-tribulation rapture…the question is how much horror we will go through until the rapture occurs…Isis…the UN…the pope…EVERYTHING is lining up EXACTLY like the Word of God said it would…the impending economic collapse and America turning it’s back on Israel and embracing godless lifestyles in going to bring serve judgment on this country…sadly most don’t know…or even care…September approaches quickly…I enjoyed your comments as well…

I don’t want to say which trib I am. No one really knows, but Jesus of course. But I think that we will go through it for trial, to test our faith. And think about this…why would a lot of christians be beheaded during the tribulation for not taking the mark? That means that christians WILL be here…otherwise NO one would be beheaded, right? To say it another way, if the bible says you will be beheaded for not taking the mark, then who’s the ones being beheaded? Christians! And the mark begins when satan proclaims himself “god”, and that’s 3 and a half years INTO the 7 yr trib! Think about that….and on another note…do you know about the blood moons? How there ALL falling on EVERY jewish holiday? This has happened but very few times, since time began. If I remember correctly this last blood moon is on Sep 28, 2015. There’s many christian leaders, articles, and videos, that have been talking about it (put in “blood moons” in youtube!). So this sep IS going to be VERY exciting! And yes everything lining up with prophecy IS exciting to watch. I love how there’s so much to keep an eye on…a few things here…the red heifer, damascus..pestilences, wars and rumors..the drought happening in california…all the earthquakes in various places, many volcanoes going off…oh, and let’s not forget global warming, right?? (Ok, c’mon, laugh, that was a joke…we know who’s in control of that!

I also think we may go through more than most think before the real tribulation begins…I’ve been studying the blood moons and other significant end time prophecies…think about this…when the true church ‘disappears”…many will know the truth and be on fire like never before…unfortunately…they will go through unspeakable horrors…even by todays standards… the economic system is about to collapse as well…and yes…it’s all happening in September…time is very…very short…

You might want to re-read the bible regarding no other religion has death for worshipping other gods. If you would, list the top 10 things an evil god would do and be like, then read about the god of the bible. Please be honest when listing the top 10, which should be based on our principles today. Examples are are murder, lying, etc.

Sorry, you apparently don’t know about Satan, or you would know, he was put here on earth from the beginning of time. Must I quote the verse, that he is the one here on earth, and you can put all the blame on for all the things you listed, INSTEAD of our loving, caring, etc etc..God of heaven? (Ask me for it later, it’s late right now). He tempts, decieves, lies to you, gets you to do awful things, etc etc..and everyone who doesn’t know God in heaven, they put ALL the blame on HIM (our loving God) for all the misery of the world…just because they DON’T KNOW HIM (our loving God) and don’t care to know HIM (our loving God). And since I’m teaching you something you don’t know, Satan WILL (In the coming future) walk into a temple (supposedly a NEW temple) in Jerusalem and proclaim himself god in the MIDDLE of the 7 year tribulation….(3 and 1/2 years) (and there’s YOUR GOD)… He (as a man) will do all kinds of miracles and put on such a show, that everyone (who doesn’t stand with God in heaven) will believe and worship him. And then guess what he does? If you believe and worship him, he will give you a mark in your right hand or forehead and then you can continue buying and selling as normal. But guess what, you now have sealed your fate, to be with him and many others in HELL for eternity! If you DON’T take the mark (because your a christian, and love Jesus), you get beheaded (and as Jesus as died for you, you can die for HIM…BUT you live and reign with HIM in heaven for ever! I’ll take the beheading! How bout you? So anyway, just accept that satan is the GOD of this WORLD, and Jesus is in control…testing your faith. Put your blame for your anger on satan, not Jesus.

Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and CREATE EVIL: I the LORD do all these things.

          • Joan Camara

Exactly…and satan is the god of this earth! (For now). We only have to have faith that God made all things and keep the faith, study and watch, and try our best not to be tempted by satan at every min of every day. Jesus always watches to see how faithful we are to Him. He is coming back and will judge us all. We all need to watch for the beginning of the 7 year tribulation to start, and that starts when the 7 peace contract is signed between the Isralies and the Palestinians. Thanks for posting that verse!

So you would create evil, just to destroy it in the end? He did that once with the great flood.

          • Joan Camara

Yeah, that’s a good question, and I’m sure there’s a good reason. I think He put evil here to test our faith, untill He comes back. Anyway, yeah He did bring the great Flood, and just like that, He will put us through the 7 year tribulation, where it’s gonna be horrible for the sinners, and the ones who won’t accept Him. This will be the last time though.

meanwhile obummer says it’s all due to global warming…

  • SantosGarcia

We all saw it coming… except for Obama! QUOTE: ” As the “Iraqi Security forces” folded, they left behind large amounts of military equipment and large numbers of armored vehicles for ISIS to capture. In the end, this will make ISIS even more formidable.”

  • HumbleAmerican

Obama is arming is force. I stand by my prediction, Obama is the Caliph. What he needs next is for America to start fighting each other.

We are not losing, it’s not our war. It becomes our war when/if they step foot in the homeland. When that happens, they better pack breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we might let them eat breakfast. Stop buying into this, war is big money.

    Imagine there’s no heaven
    It’s easy if you try
    No hell below us
    Above us only sky
Imagine all the people living for today

    Imagine there’s no countries
    It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
    And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace

    You, you may say
I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will be as one

    Imagine no possessions
    I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
    A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world

    You, you may say
I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one
I hope some day you’ll join us
And the world will live as one

If ISIS gets stronger they’ll pose a threat to Spain, some of Eastern Europe, all the Middle East, part of China and Russia, and much of Africa.
