Christians Are Being Burned Alive, Beheaded, Crucified, Tortured To Death And Imprisoned In Metal Shipping Containers

Prison - Photo by Sean MunsonThe “coming persecution of Christians” has already begun.  It is already here.  So why is the mainstream media in the United States almost totally silent about this phenomenon?  When some politician somewhere around the globe inadvertently offends homosexuals or Muslims, it instantly makes headline news.  But very few Americans are even aware that it has been estimated that 100 million Christians are currently facing persecution and that approximately 100,000 Christians die for their faith each year.  As you are about to see, Christians all over the world are being burned alive, beheaded, crucified, tortured to death and imprisoned in metal shipping containers just because of what they believe.  This persecution goes on year after year and it is steadily intensifying.  But the governments of the western world and the mainstream media are almost entirely ignoring what is happening.

The information shared below is extremely graphic.  Some of the websites that normally run my articles may want to think twice before posting this one.  The reason why I have included such graphic information is because I believe that it is very important to accurately communicate what is truly going on out there.  People need to know the reality of the holocaust that is happening.  The following are short excerpts from news stories about incidents of Christian persecution that took place in 12 different countries around the planet.  Sadly, the vast majority of Americans have never even heard about any of these stories…

#1 Christian Taxi Driver Pulled Out Of His Cab And Beheaded In Egypt: One attack involved taxi driver Rafaat Aziz Mina, who was slaughtered in an Alexandria street just because he was Christian. In his early twenties, he was killed on 16 August by a mob of Islamists who took to the streets after news reached them about the military’s action against their camps in Cairo.

An amateur video shot by a resident shows a mob blocking cars, checking the passengers inside. When Aziz’s taxi was stopped, one of the protesters noted a cross hanging from the rear view mirror. Quickly, the young man was dragged out and kicked, punched and beaten to death. For several minutes, the extremists defiled the lifeless body kicking and spitting on it, concluding their performance by cutting off his head, which they left on the sidewalk.

#2 Tortured To Death By U.S.-Backed Al-Qaeda Rebels In Syria: In late October, the U.S-supported “opposition” invaded and occupied Sadad for over a week, till ousted by the nation’s military. Among other atrocities, 45 Christians—including women and children—were killed, several tortured to death; Sadad’s 14 churches, some ancient, were ransacked and destroyed; the bodies of six people from one family, ranging from ages 16 to 90, were found at the bottom of a well (an increasingly common fate for “subhuman” Christians).

#3 “Slaughtering Us Like Chickens” In The Central African Republic: Thousands of Christian civilians sought refuge at an airport guarded by French soldiers Friday, fleeing from the mostly Muslim ex-rebels with machetes and guns who rule the country a day after the worst violence to hit the chaotic capital in nine months.

When several French helicopters landed at the airport, people sang with joy as they banged on plastic buckets and waved rags into the air in celebration.

Outside the barbed wire fences of the airport, bodies lay decomposing along the roads in a capital too dangerous for many to collect the corpses. Thursday’s clashes left at least 280 dead, according to national radio, and have raised fears that waves of retaliatory attacks could soon follow.

“They are slaughtering us like chickens,” said Appolinaire Donoboy, a Christian whose family remained in hiding.

#4 Shot For Refusing To Convert To Islam In Libya: A group of Muslims robbed two Egyptian Christians living in Libya, then tied up and shot them to death after the two Copts refused their demand to convert to Islam, relatives said.

On a rural road in Derna District in northeastern Libya on Wednesday (Sept. 25), a group of Muslims surrounded Waleed Saad Shaker, 25, and Nash’at Shenouda Ishaq, 27, demanded their belongings and started beating them. During the strong-arm robbery, the relatives said, the Muslims demanded that Shaker and Ishaq recite the shahada, the declaration of conversion to Islam. When the two Orthodox Coptic Christians refused, the group of Muslims tied them up and shot them.

#5 Head Cut Off In Front Of A Camera For Converting To Christianity In Tunisia: A young man appears held down by masked men. His head is pulled back, with a knife to his throat. He does not struggle and appears resigned to his fate. Speaking in Arabic, the background speaker, or “narrator,” chants a number of Muslim prayers and supplications, mostly condemning Christianity, which, because of the Trinity, is referred to as a polytheistic faith: “Let Allah be avenged on the polytheist apostate”; “Allah empower your religion, make it victorious against the polytheists”; “Allah, defeat the infidels at the hands of the Muslims,” and “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger.”

Then, to cries of “Allahu Akbar!”— Allah is greater!”—the masked man holding the knife to the apostate’s throat begins to slice away, severing the head completely after approximately one minute of graphic knife-carving, as the victim drowns in blood. Finally, the severed head is held aloft to more Islamic slogans of victory.

#6 50 Christians Burned To Death In Their Pastor’s Home In Nigeria: Fifty members of a northern Nigerian church were burned to death in their pastor’s house.

The attack by armed gunmen was only the first in a 12-village spree of violence that left over 100 dead in northern Nigeria’s Plateau State, a region that had previously been outside Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram’s operational area and is the largely Muslim Fulani tribesmen’s homeland.

Yet Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the attacks and threatened even more violence.

#7 Two Brothers Crucified For Their Faith In Ivory Coast: Two peasant brothers were brutally crucified on “the example of Christ” as forces loyal to Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara continue to target perceived supporters of his ousted Christian predecessor, Laurent Gbagbo.

Raphael Aka Kouame died of his injuries; incredibly his younger brother, Kouassi Privat Kacou, survived the ordeal. The pair were badly beaten and tortured before being crudely nailed to cross-shaped planks by their hands and feet with steel spikes on 29 May.

#8 Angry Mob Of About 1,000 People Destroys A Church And Beats Christians In India: Shouting religious slogans, a mob estimated at 1,000 people has destroyed a Christian church under construction in northern India, according to a report received from church leaders in the region. The attack occurred Sunday.

With the building demolished, the mob began to beat the pastor, his mother and church members, who were able to flee and went into hiding for the night. The extent of their injuries is not known.

#9 Suicide Bombers Kill 81 At A Church In Pakistan: A pair of suicide bombers killed 81 people outside a church in northwestern Pakistan on Sunday in the deadliest attack yet on the country’s Christian minority, reviving fears that the newly installed government is powerless to stop the resurgent Taliban’s reign of terror.

The attack on the 19th-century All Saints Church in Peshawar took place as hundreds of worshippers were streaming out of the church, police chief Mohammad Ali Babakhel told the newspaper Dawn.

“The suicide bomber tried to attack the people, but when he was stopped by the police, he detonated the bomb,” he said. “The second blast was carried out inside the church.”

#10 80 Lashes For Drinking Communion Wine In Iran: An Iranian court sentenced four Iranian men to 80 whiplashes for drinking wine during communion and possession of a satellite antenna.

The court issued the sentence in the city of Rasht on October 6. Christian Solidarity Worldwide, an advocacy organization for religious freedom, reported on the punishment last week on its website.

#11 Imprisoned In Metal Shipping Containers In Eritrea: A representative of  Open Doors, a charity that works with Christians under pressure for their faith, said that many Christian men and women are being held in underground dungeons, metal shipping containers and military detention centers.

“They face exposure, hard labor and insufficient food, water and hygiene. They are regularly denied medical treatment for malaria and pneumonia contracted while in prison or diseases like diabetes, hypertension or cancer that they may have arrived with,” said the representative.

#12 Publicly Executed For Owning A Bible In North Korea: Eight people — their heads covered with white bags — were tied to stakes at a local stadium in the city of Wonsan, before authorities shot them with a machine gun, according to the source.

Wonsan authorities gathered a crowd of 10,000 people, including children, at Shinpoong Stadium and forced them to watch the killings.

For the moment, things like this are not happening in the United States.  But you would have to be extremely naive to think that it never could happen here.

Animosity toward Christians is rapidly rising in this country.  Anyone that spends much time cruising around the Internet can see that very clearly.  In fact, some bloggers recently suggested the castration and murder of Christians here in the United States.

It might seem easy to dismiss those remarks as the ramblings of a few deranged individuals, but the truth is that our own government is now labeling Christians as “extremists” and “potential terrorists“.  For a large number of examples of this phenomenon, please see my previous article entitled “72 Types Of Americans That Are Considered ‘Potential Terrorists’ In Official Government Documents“.

All over the planet, the persecution of Christians is growing.  And our own government is now demonizing us and characterizing us as a “threat”.

The years ahead are going to be very challenging for those who choose to be Christians.  If you are a Christian, I hope that you are getting emotionally and spiritually prepared for that.

We knew these times were coming. I know first hand about Nigeria, I have friends there. Before it is over, it will come here to the U.S. as well.

    • Jim Davis

Note to liberal “Christians” who support gun control: this is why the Second Amendment is important! The only thing between you and beheading is a gun so buy one!

      • Tabitha Elkins

Jesus did not instruct his followers to use guns, did he?

        • afchief

He did say that those who live by the sword will die by the sword. That is the chance you take when you take up arms.

          • mothman777

He was only referring to mercenaries who kill purely for money.

          • Gay Veteran

put 9 people in a room with a bible verse and you’ll get 10 interpretations

        • Apostle Gideon Prinsloo

Tabitha Elkins, why did Jesus told his disciples that if they don’t have swords that they must sell their cloaks and buy swords for themselves? Answer me that one you who prefer to be a pacifist

          • elizebeth tayler

@ Princeloo sword in the bible is the word of God,I think He means give up all and follow me.His word is life

          • Apostle Gideon Prinsloo

Elizabeth Tayler, don’t try top allegorize what Jesus told His disciples at all, because this is not what Jesus meant there, read in context again ans stop trying to read in between the lines and stop adding your own pacifistic ideas here

        • Jim Davis

I hope you have a non-effeminate man around the house.

fear not what he can do to the body but fear Him who can destroy the soul.

in the book of revelations, those that refuse to worshiper the beast, or the image of the beast will be beheaded, the beast being this coming world leader of the new order, gradually christian bashing will become more, and more common, as each generation moves further, and further from the truth, and the light

Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” Revelation 20:4

    • Aaram Chase

I agree people need to wake up and see these are demons who are doing this and why are we fighting because we’re all family in the end of it and plus they know are love defeats them.

      • elizebeth tayler

@Chase ..untru “some are of their father ,the devil “only true believers are the brethren…God says…..

    • seth datta

Being beheaded does not have to literally mean you have your head chopped off…

      • YEAHISaidIT

        So what’s your point?

        • seth datta

Those who do not take the mark of the beast will be driven insane by use of technology (DARPA/NSA) and psychotronic weapons which already exist. You would ‘lose you head’ so to speak. There are other interpretations of being beheaded out there too, but this is my understanding of it.

          • Michael B

The true meaning is literally being beheaded because they ask Jesus when he is going to avenge there blood. Read the truth do not make up your own truth it’s a lie. King James Version only.

          • seth datta

Doesn’t the King James Version omit certain important details, such as the book of Enoch. Also, if memory serves correct, wasnt the King james version made in 1666 – as in 666 ??

          • Anna Kure

the start of the bible king james version it says something about the queen elizabeth i bought it not long ago so that’s not the right bible i have the version Homan christain bible standard bible

isn’t the Earth 12,000 years old?

          • seth datta

Nope, it is billions of years old; that number of years you state is misinterpreted and is a metaphor.

          • Gay Veteran

oh lordy, it was “misinterpreted”. pretty much sums up the bible

          • seth datta

Did your enema go wrong today? I don’t make fun of you for your beliefs or being gay, as your moniker suggests. You have a lot of growing up to do, given your statements, no matter what your age. Stand together or die alone, y’know.

By the way, The Bible is real and even if you do not believe in Revelations and the Bible, I believe in it so I do not care what you profess. You believe in what you like as will I.

          • Gay Veteran

hey junior, I see your enema didn’t work, still full of s**t.
            Religion exists for two reasons:
            (1) man fears death,
            (2) as a means of social control (obey the king or you’ll go to H**l)

          • seth datta

Ive often felt the maxim ‘with age comes wisdom’ doesn’t apply so often in the modern era. You should understand that my generation will be the ones who will be looking after yours, given the scarcer resources we have and poor direction we have been shown from a young age. Respect can go both ways.

You obviously haven’t been brought up right. And I am no longer answering your diatribe that is not worthy of a human being. Goodbye.

          • Gay Veteran

man, what a big ego you have

          • YEAHISaidIT

Seth does make an interesting point. Whether you call it beheading or not.
I would say arguing over it doesn’t serve us brothers . When this physical violence towards Christian’s comes to the states; are you ready for it? Our fight is coming brothers!

          • elizebeth tayler

@yeah this has been happening in the U.S.for at least 30 yrs.Even more .Universities teaching Godless marxist doctrines , our military not allowed to have prayer services ,no bible reading in the schools,on and on ,what planet do you live on?Just surfing on the net one gets a real good picture of the persecution and hatred of Christians ,This site is a good example of the hatred.{keep your focus on Christ .Newbies read your bible everyday.and learn .Your manual for this life.}God will fight your battles….trust in him and have no fear.

          • Gay Veteran

“…our military not allowed to have prayer services….”

            PROOF PLEASE

“…no bible reading in the schools…”
school children are free to belong to religious clubs in school. OH, you meant imposed reading of the Bible. No, you can’t use the power of the state to impose your religion on others.

          • YEAHISaidIT

Their not killing Christians in the US yet sweet heart. That was my point.
However, Christianity is being attacked in the US I will agree.
            No beheading though!

          • MacFly1

            meh.

          • YEAHISaidIT

            Interesting Seth.

    • mothman777

But those who ignore the JWO beasts AND their psyop Jesus, who never existed, who live in a relationship with the real God, Krishna, and His devotees, amongst whom are many of the Sikhs, besides the Vaishnavas, and many others in some other spiritual paths. They will all live in Vaikuntha, also called Sach Khand by the Sikhs, on their true constitutional original eternal plane in perfect liberation. Christianity is not the light, but the absolute darkness. Just what do you think burning billions of people alive for eternity is? Do you really think that is the act of some nice being? If so, you are truly in the grip of absolute madness.

Read ‘The Diegesis’, 1829, by Rev. Taylor, to see that Jesus of the Christians is only a literary invention for political purposes, despite the insulting Talmud references to lend him seeming validity. He was invented to draw the Gentiles into becoming willingly Judaized, so that they might empathise with the Jewish culture better during their slavery, prior to their annihilation.

Then there is the prophesy in the Torah, that the Christians never seem able to address, that when the Jewish messiah comes, all Gentiles will be exterminated from the Earth, and their souls sent to hell. Why do you think Christian fundamentalist preachers in the US support Israel so rabidly. Christianity IS the Jewish faith, for the Gentile slaves, but the Gentiles just don’t get it; they are all to be exterminated.

No problem if you delete this comment as well DISQUS, like you have done with other comments of mine on here, as I can write them again and again dozens of times over on other websites where you cannot censor me for ADL.

      • MacFly1

        LOL

        • mothman777

Thanks, I’m glad that you appreciate the clear truth.

          • saved

burning for eternity is justice for the rejection of blood that was shed as atonement for sins of the world.
God in His holiness & perfection couldn’t dwell with mankind in his pathetic sinful state. The love part came in when He gave a atonement that was Holy enough to satisfy His justice. Only one way to dwell with God and that’s through that atonement. My heart goes out to those who reject it. You will fire back with whatever comment, but think about 1 thing. If your right, I have nothing to lose. If I’m right, you have everything to lose.
            Have a blessed night!

          • mothman777

            Isaiah 45:7

“I am the Lord and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create evil; I, Lord, do all these things.”
Here is the Devil and here is the God of the three Abrahamic traditions revealed as one being, the source of their heavens and their hell.

          • Consti

It just goes to show you how radical Christians are. Their very god will send good people to hell for not accepting Christ. Forever! Now lets think about this for a moment. Lets put this into a proper perspective. Would you blow torch your childs face for a minute for his ‘sins’? Of course not and if you did you would be considered a mad man. But their god will burn you forever and ever simply for not choosing him. I can never accept a monster like that.

          • mothman777

You got it absolutely right there Consti. Christianity is an acute mental illness, where absolutely demonic people consider themselves the most saintly and loving, when they are the absolute opposite.

      • YEAHISaidIT

I understand what your saying Mothman, and both fortunately and unfortunately our bible which does lay a historic claim to the only man called Jesus ; is the proverbial light to the true God . We (christian’s) continue to stumble because we argue over it being the literal word of God;rather than it’s fundamental mean the Christ pointed out, and that is to love one another. The unfortunate part is we (christian’s) drive away people like you ; who I sense is seeking truth. Our bible, however , is pointing to an event that we are speaking of in the forum (revelation ) , and I would ask you today to join us(christian’s) as one of us, or choose not to. It’s not my hand, but God’s hand that is on you right now. So, stay blind, or open you eyes to the truth.

        • elizebeth tayler

@yeah..we as believers must NEVER “under stand ,stand under , or compromise the word of God in any way but to speak the TRUTH in love, never under stand.

      • elizebeth tayler

1Jhon,4…beloved .do not believe every spirit ,test the spirit to see if they are from God for many false prophets have gone out into the world.,,,Colossians-2 ..see to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit according to elemental spirits of the world …2Tim. 3…while evil people and impostors go from bad to worse ,deceiving and being deceived…..{{{{these verses were all taken from KJV.}}}}clear and to the point.

        • mothman777

Try reading the Torah itself where it states that when the messiah comes, that all Gentiles on the Earth will be exterminated, and their souls sent to hell. Isn’t the so-called Christian justification for Jesus being regarded as the genuine messiah predicted by the Jewish scriptures the very reason why Jesus is said to be ‘proven’ to be the real messiah?

Well. Jesus did say that he had not come to oppose or deny any word of the Law and the Prophets, but to fulfil them totally, so he must have been coming to fulfil that one as well, but they don’t tell you that prophecy exists because they just want to make fools of you all.

See ‘Missionaries-They Do Not Know What They Are Doing’ by Hugh Fogelman.

          • Gay Veteran

why should I read a myth?

          • mothman777

Because you will learn why some people are killing other people, and by knowing their mindset, you can live a little longer, and advise others to stay clear from lunatics like them.

          • Gay Veteran

stay clear? yeah, we need to get out of their countries in the Middle East

    • Dcordet

If you’re going to quote the Bible, at least get the name of the book right. There is NO book in the Bible called revelations. It is Revelation—no s.

        content..

  • mothman777

Mind you, Christians have regularly approached me in the street, and most of these Christian organizations have told me that I will go to hell and be burned alive forever if I don’t join them.

I don’t take much offence to this because their beliefs are entirely impotent spiritually, and I can understand that whilst they are just callous and insane, they are impotent to physically murder people anymore like they used to in my country, but It is no wonder some people in other countries get upset about this type of threat, where life is harder, and people mean what they say more literally.

Yet people wonder why these ‘Christian’ people have been killed, but they are plain stupid. In some other countries people don’t mess about if you stupidly threaten to burn them alive forever. They will show you exactly what is what, no need to wonder why.

Insane cults like Christianity, Islam and Judaism that threaten to murder all others, that threaten to burn or boil people alive forever need to be put down hard for the public welfare, by international law, as they are completely opposed to God and genuine spirituality anyway. I don’t like the Godless Yahoo NWO advaitism either that is to be imposed, being a believer in Vaishnava philosophy.

    • Servant Emmanuel

You & them are so wrong!
Hell was designed for Satan & his angels,
All that practice lawlessness chose to go there.
That will not change just because you have seen death, I have too, but that will not stop hell from being any less real, and people going there.
      It is our choice!!!

      • Kim

        Hell is the grave.

        • NowAlive

I assume you mean being snuffed out of existence is Hell? Sorry, just asking, since I don’t follow that logic and could be wrong about your meaning. Or maybe you just mean the references to Hell in scripture are actually referring to the grave, as in Sheol? Just asking, thanks. :-)

          • Michael B

            Matthew 13:39-42 (KJV)
39The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. 41The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

RE 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

RE 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

        • Lujack Skylark

Jehovah Witnesses believe hell is the grave. This would mean Hitler, Stalin and Mao would never have to pay for their sins against humanity. I don’t agree with hell is the grave. People mock hell so they can give other people in most cases hell on earth.

          • elizebeth tayler

in reality ,hell is separation from the Father. period.

      • mothman777

Which hell is real? the Muslim one, the Judaic one, or the Christian one? You will all be having a very hard time torturing each other for all eternity whilst each of the different religions is also in the eternal hells of the other ones.

        • elizebeth tayler

@mothman.only one truth …separation from the Father..lets keep it simple.clean ,confusion is of satan.

          • mothman777

            But you are just making that up to make Christianity look nice. The threat of literal eternal hellfire has always been taught in Christianity;

            ‘Ignatius of Antioch

“Corrupters of families will not inherit the kingdom of God. And if they who do these things according to the flesh suffer death, how much more if a man corrupt by evil teaching the faith of God for the sake of which Jesus Christ was crucified? A man become so foul will depart into unquenchable fire: and so will anyone who listens to him” (Letter to the Ephesians 16:1–2 [A.D. 110]).

            ‘Second Clement

“If we do the will of Christ, we shall obtain rest; but if not, if we neglect his commandments, nothing will rescue us from eternal punishment” (Second Clement 5:5 [A.D. 150]).’

      • mothman777

That very definition of lawlessness should surely include threatening to burn people alive for eternity, and of course actually killing people for ‘Jesus’ in this life, as the Catholics, Columbus, Pizarro, and crusaders etc.have done, but that would never occur to the self-righteous Christians, because they ‘love’ you (to death usually).

    • imabitterclinger2

I’m sorry. Since I am under the new covenant, I must have missed where Jesus commanded me to behead my enemies. Also, I must have missed where in the Bible it tells me that I get to burn someone forever. Christians warn people because they wish none to parish, but to be brought to everlasting life. We cannot force anyone to convert to Him just as Jesus did not force anyone to follow Him. My point is that divine mercy is yin and yang with divine judgement. Approach people with mercy always, but not reflecting divine judgement is just as callous and dangerous. BTW, I would consider it an honor to die in the name of Him who made me.

      • mothman777

“And if your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the eternal fire,” (Matt. 18:8).

‘Eternal fire is real. Jesus said it was. In fact, Jesus spoke a great deal about hell. It is what Jesus came here to save us from.’

        Luke 19:27
“But bring those enemies of mine who didn’t want me to reign over them here, and kill them before me.’” … Bring them here and kill them before me.’” … that I should become their king, bring them here, and cut them to pieces in my presence.’

        • Gunner55

You wicked, evil man. Christ never called for anybody to be murdered for choosing of his own free will not to follow Him in this world.

          • Tatiana Covington

come now… those are direct quotes!

          • Summertime Martin

See above post.. they ARE direct quotes by Jesus in a story which He was telling about a nobleman/king.

It helps to read the whole chapter, especially in the Bible. There are many instances of Jesus using examples to make a point.

He was correcting the impression that the Kingdom of God would begin right away, and told a story about a nobleman and the citizens not acknowledging him, the nobleman, as king.

        • Summertime Martin

If you will read further in Luke 19 to verse 28, and start back at verse 11, you will see that Jesus was telling a story about a nobleman/king, and it is not Jesus Himself stating that anyone should be executed before Him.

He was making a point, which He often did in parables.

Please do not take scriptures out of context.

          • mothman777

No, the very reason that Jesus spoke in parable form in this instance was so that the Romans could not arrest him for acting in some position of authority, as they considered that only they were justified in doing that, so he would refer to himself in the context of some other person in a parable to avoid legal action, in case anyone should overhear him and betray him to the Romans.

So if the disciples asked him; “Master, what should we do whilst you are away?” He would reply, “Let me tell you a story; there was once a King (Jesus) who went away, and his followers (disciples) asked him what they should do when he went away”, etc. etc.

Your argument is very silly, and has been tried on me before, and it does not add up.

Think about it honestly, why on Earth would Jesus deliver a parable that was entirely irrelevant to himself in this instance? Of course he would not do that.

Besides that of course, this parable is in fact stated in Christian sermons as being relevant to Jesus himself.

Thank you ! In a sea of insanity a voice of reason , common sense and critical thinking ! These mainstream cults fight who is right and use fear and threats to convert . Most don’t realize that religion is man made not true spirituality they are stunted by the dogma their religions spew never to know true enlightenment taught to hate others for their differences …In the past few months I have experienced hate mostly by Christians because I am not Christian they are mean and nasty and it reminds me of the demons they speak about. They say they are of love and forgivness and they do the opposite and spew hate and insults I think that is what their devil Satan does. It perplexes me how they think this is of god. I guess ignorance is bliss until truth comes knocking and slaps you in the face

      • K

You say you like critical thinking. Then let me approach this from a logical perspective. A man approaches you, and tells you he is an albatross. You can see he is not, and therefore disregard his statement as false. A man approaches you and tells you he is a Christian, and yet does not show the love of God. But instead spews hate at you How is it you understand that the one man is not an albatross, but do not understand the other man is not truly a Christian?

150 AD Justin Martyr: And they, having been shut up in eternal fire, shall suffer their just punishment and penalty. For if they are even now overthrown by men through the name of Jesus Christ, this is an intimation of the punishment in eternal fire which is to be inflicted on themselves and those who serve them. For thus did both all the prophets foretell, and our own teacher Jesus teach. (The Second Apology of Justin for the Christians Addressed to the Roman Senate, Chap. VIII)

So the Holocaust was wrong. Slavery was wrong. Apartheid is wrong. But your saying that its ok to kill Christians because they aren’t afraid to tell you about Jesus, even if it means that they are killed for it? That is what I can understand from the comments I see below. … and if this were any other group of people, being killed for their beliefs, or the color of their skin, people would be in uprising. But, no, not for Gods people. Because if they are gone, you can go on living in a world of lawlessness and sin with no one there to make you feel guilty about it. So no one is doing anything to stop it.

    • franklin grady

It’s wrong for anyone to kill anyone. Because of religious beliefs or any other reason. Also wrong to torture, discriminate, marginalize, etc etc. We’re all God’s people, regardless of which particular religion, or lack of a religion, we’ve chosen.

      • Alia Huskey Peterson

No. There are 2 groups of people who can claim that they are God’s people. The Jewish people, as they were His from the beginning, and anyone who believes in Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of the Living God, That He paid for their sins, died, and rose again, there by being saved. Only THEN are you His. The ball is in your court. If you choose to reject Him, its your fault, NOT His.

          • Blanche

Yes – you’re describing suicide. I thought that suicide was a sin…? Or can we just admit that what’s portrayed in the Gospels is really nothing more than egocentric performance art, with Jesus/God jumping up “PSYCHE!!” to adoring fans and umpteen bazillion curtain calls?

          • Consti

You know when you get them in a corner they will say “don’t cast your pearls before swine” don’t you?

          • Alia Huskey Peterson

No you don’t back anyone into a corner. They realize in that moment that you are openly rejecting God, and walk away, as we are instructed to do. If you want to call yourself a swine, ok. But scripture also says to preach to all people. All nations. All tongues. And as for suicide, That’s not what happened. But, if you have no real interest in understanding the gift of grace and forgiveness offered to you, I am not going to as you so eloquently put it ” cast pearls before swine”.

You of course would be considered crazy and hated the world over. Your god is a vicious, schizophrenic psychopath as I have read too much scripture that contradicts itself constantly and all throughout the old testament. I challenge you to read a book found on Amazon called “Why

          • Alia Huskey Peterson

I never said ” accept me or burn forever”. Nor does my God. He says I love you. Please accept the gift of grace I offer. Hell was never ment for us, but for the devil and his angels. He doesn’t condemn you. He loves you. But He will never force Himself upon you. The choice is yours. And as for your book, no I wont read a text written by a person who used to believe, but left. I know where my God and I stand. And soon, he will be coming back for us.

          • Soulja4Christ

          • bluenoser

Consti… your interpretation of scripture needs some work, 2.9 God is saying there are false Jews, same as 3.9 God says there are those professing to be Jews but aren’t..similar to those “alleged Jews” you see holding signs at Muslim rallies for the Palestinian cause.

          • consti

Wrong! Ashkenazi jews are not jews by blood. Palestinians have far more “jew blood” than any ashekenazi so your argument is pathetic.

Forget the false propaganda of Arthur Koestler and other Jews who created a smokescreen for the wrongdoings of Israel and other Jews worldwide.

As documented by David Duke, Koestler, who started the false rumour that the Ashkenazim were not real Jews, but Gentile proselytes with a very strange penchant for fancy dress, has now admitted that he made the whole story up to take blame away from the Jews. Dr Karl Skorecki has proved definitively that Ashkenazim really are real Jews, and you can forget the false science of Elhaik that ‘proves’ otherwise.

        • Cathy McMahan

we didn’t go over there because of anything but oil and control, those people were our friends, but we bombed innocent people who had nothing to do with 9/11. And I brought it up because that was the excuse they used to destroy them and it went from there. To many things to go into.

      • Alia Huskey Peterson

Are you implying that we are to be here for the tribulation? If so, wouldn’t it be contradictory of our Savior? To command husbands to be merciful and loving and compassionate to their bride, and leave His to be knawed on by demons, have blood and fire thrown on her, and be hacked to death? No, Maranatha! He wouldn’t leave His bride to endure such things. We shall be sbatched away, to be at His side, and return with Him as His army at the 2nd coming.

        • YEAHISaidIT

It depends on whether your pretribulation or not. Some believe the rapture will happen during the tribulation. I’m saying I am not afraid either way. You see no one knows for sure. There are those that think they do,but we’ll see.

Sadly after taking a “tour” of the comments posted to this very article you can see that this may not be too far away. Hatred of Christians is alive and well. The sins of those calling themselves Christians who in fact are not or were not are being used to condemn those who attempt to live in Christ’s love for the world now. Be prepared to live out your faith in all circumstances and remember to love your enemy. Even Jesus calls Judas Iscariot “Friend” as he’s being arrested (Matt 26:50). Let us have the courage to live and love in such a way!

I love because He loved. I give because He gave. But only Jesus saves. I love the sinner, but I cannot condone the sin. And “tolerance” no longer means that I believe this, you believe that, and we agree to disagree, but that if you don’t accept my sin, agree with me, condone what I do, your intolerant. This is the world we are in, and He drew a line I cannot cross.

          John 3 16 heretic. -)

John 3:16 says “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” That says God loves everyone, right? Wrong. Every so-called Christian in the world will cite John 3:16 as proof that God loves everyone. They don’t have a clue what the verse means, and, under the guidance of the lying false prophets who make up the “Christian” landscape, twist it to mean what they want it to mean. We call that “wresting the scripture unto your own destruction.” 2 Peter 3:16.

It seems that if you’re going to base an entire lying theology on one part of a verse, you would at least know what the verse means. But so-called Christians today are far too simple-minded and lazy to look into the matter. So we’ll do it for you: the word translated “world” in John 3:16 is the Greek word “kosmos.” The word never means “every individual of mankind who ever lived.” In fact, the word has at least seven different meanings in the scripture, depending on the context in which it’s used. It can mean Gentiles (as opposed to Jews); it can mean the world of believers; it can mean the world of unbelievers; it can mean the physical creation; etc. If you would actually read what the verse says, and read the context around the verse, you would find that the answer is right before your lying eyes – you just don’t want to see it, because it conflicts with how your evil, dark hearts think God ought to be! The context is “the world of believers” (whether they are Jews or Gentiles). Those are the people God loves. Those are the people for whom Jesus died. Jesus didn’t come to condemn those people – He came to save them. But everyone else is already condemned, because they don’t believe.

You’ll say “but doesn’t ‘whosoever believes’ mean that everybody has the chance to believe?” Nope. Turn a few pages to John 10 (you may be surprised to find that there is actually more to the Bible than John 3:16, but believe me, there is). You will find in John 10:11 that Jesus says “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” Later on in verse 26, Jesus says to some unbelievers: “But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.” Uh oh – you John 3:16 heretics have a few problems on your hands. Jesus says He came to die for the sheep, and then proceeds to say that only His sheep can believe. In other words, only the people for whom Jesus died will believe. Note that the reason that unbelievers don’t believe is BECAUSE they are not His sheep. This passage explains who the world is in John 3:16, and it’s clearly not everyone. Furthermore, the only people who can believe are the ones whom God has ordained to eternal life. “And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.” Acts 13:48. So, if you have been ordained to eternal life, that means that you will believe, you are one of God’s sheep, God loves you, and He sent His Son to die for you so you wouldn’t be condemned. If you have not been ordained to eternal life, that means you are not one of His sheep, you NEVER will believe and are already condemned.

What I’ve told you here is the only interpretation that makes sense, because that is the only interpretation that is consistent with the rest of the Scripture. For example, God hated Esau! Romans 9:13. And He didn’t just hate him – He hated him before he was even born and had done neither good nor evil! Romans 9:11. If He hates a person, He doesn’t love everyone. For another example, there are billions of people in hell. If He loves those people, what a peculiar way of showing it!

Our message to this evil world is that God hates you, and you better prepare for the return of Christ in power and glory. Jesus came the first time to save; and Jesus will come the second time in vengeance, because you do not obey the Gospel. It will be soon, and you will experience the wrath of the Lamb, face to face. (Deut. 7:10, Rev. 6:16).

Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of My Father.”

Matthew 7:23 “And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’”

To clarify the above scriptures, and to edify those like Mothman, when you are at the receiving end of hateful people who claim they are Christians, remember this, that they are NOT born-again Christians. The are wolves in sheep’s clothing, out to deceive you and are of the devil.

Secondly, you are taking the savagery sometimes found in the Old Testament and applying it to our contemporary times. The New Testament is exactly what it infers, a new beginning, because God sent His Son to suffer and die for mankind’s sins, those in the ancient past, the now and the future.

Mankind was not born evil, but fell from grace in the garden of Eden, which is not mythology. True, God has held a grudge for thousands of years, something we don’t understand. It is one of the dozen questions we should and hope to ask God after Judgment Day. Why did He allow mankind to be created since He is Omniscient and knew the beginning to the End??? Why does He take thousands of years to return, via Jesus Christ during the Rapture of the Church and again at Armageddon, to destroy Anti-Christ, the heathens and Satan? Why does He allow 1000 years of Peace, called the Millennium, then release Satan to go on the prowl again? NO one knows the answers to those questions. It defies our finite minds.

However, we have the Bible as His Word, given as inspiration to Mankind, via His writers, that all things are under control, despite what we see around us on a daily basis. We know we are in the Last Days because of the prophecies given to us via Daniel and Ezekiel, and others. Because we see these things coming to pass, and because His Word is true, we know Satan’s time is limited and he is becoming more evil, if at all possible.

We are told to stay in the faith, be strong, because our Redemption draweth nigh.

If you consider the Creation and all of its intricate works, you would be wise to believe in the Creator.. the Trinity.. Jesus, God, the Holy Spirit. And if like Tatania, the atheist, you intend to lie at the last minute, it won’t work. God knew you when you were in the womb, and He knows your heart and your lies.

This is all being said to you by me because there is so much falsehood being demonstrated on this blog by those who have been deceived by those who are not of the Lord, and are counterfeit believers. .. just as Obama is a liar, deceiver, counterfeit king, and is of the devil. He well may be the ‘man of lawlessness’ described in Daniel 11. If he is, then we are in the End Times and the Blessed Hope is our promised destiny .

well, well, well, I guess the shoe is on the other foot now, eh? We gays faced such hatred for a long, long time, much of it coming from you “Christians”

    • Summertime Martin

You are off kilter, Veteran. Christians do not
hate you, but I fear that when God, whom you do not revere, makes it plain and simple, in His will for humanity, that the unnatural copulation between any of the same gender, and with the beasts of the earth, is an abomination, then you are the ones
who will face His judgment and if you think that of the rest of the world was stressful, it was a cake walk in the park. But… if you don’t believe in the Creator of this Universe, (*and it isn’t Satan),

then you can go on living your blissful dream of sexual fulfillment with other joyous, like-minded individuals. Christians do not hate actually HATE any of you, though it is sort of a ‘eewwwww’ image; they despise the sin.

We are told to not fellowship with non-believers. I know many of the homosexual culture believe they are Christians because they go to a church or they believe in God. As quoted elsewhere by me, Jesus has not changed His mandates to accommodate the contemporary societies, and He will be true to the scripture. “Depart from Me, for I never knew you.”

  • The_Architect

Where’s the church? It has become the silence of the Lambs. “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.” (Psalms 116:15) We need to remember our
    brethren in our prayers!

Martyrdom has always been common with God’s people. Those who truly have a right relationship with God in Christ are persecuted by those who are religious, pagan or the rebellious God haters. We can trace this back to when it first began, when Cain who killed his brother Abel, because God accepted his brothers sacrifice and rejected his. Joseph was sold into slavery from his brothers because he shared his dream from God that he was to be exalted above his brothers. Many of these stories are typology of what happened to Jesus. Jesus warned that they hated him they will also hate us who follow him.

Jesus said we are to be witnesses of him to the ends of the earth. We are to take up the cross and follow him. To take up ones cross not only meant suffering, but could very well have meant death to the average believer. It did
then and it still does today. When Jesus said “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

We are to be salt and light in a corrupting world. We are to be an influence on the world not the world influencing us. Today in America and other prosperous countries we are left hardly knowing the truth despite all the “Christian
programming” on TV. We are to stand against and hold back the corrupting influence of sin and sinners who want to influence others, especially the young. We are in the world but separated for service to Christ. When we stand
up for righteousness that is found in Christ and God’s word we should expect people to be against us. But it is not us they are really against, but God-his standard and principles.

Broken on the anvil were they but like the anvil they stayed the same. No matter how many times a blacksmith would beat an anvil, it stayed an anvil. No matter how many times they beat us Christians, we remained a Christian. To the persecuted church, Stand firm and immovable as an anvil when it is beaten upon. The Christian anvil has broken many hammers. When the French monarch proposed the persecution of Christians in his dominion, an old statesman and warrior said to him, ‘Sire, the church of God is an anvil that has worn out many hammers.’ So the hammers of infidels have been pecking away at this book for ages, but the hammers are worn out, and the anvil still endures. If this book (BIBLE) had not been the book of God, men would have destroyed it long ago. Emperors and popes, kings and priests, princes and rulers have all tried their hand at it; they die and the book still lives. Stay strong my brothers! Maranatha!

I have watched this with a heavy heart. This is an open forum. On the subject of Christian persecution. In watching the comment thread, I have witnessed bigotry on both sides. From believers and non believers. Jesus came for the sinners, not for the perfected, because there are none. As believers, we forget that we are sinners too. Just like everyone else. And God sees sin on a level playing field. Sin is sin. And if He loves you in spite of yours, return the favor. It’s possible to love the sinner, and despise the sin. Jesus Christ spent time with prostitutes and tax collectors. And if there were gays in Jerusalem I am sure He would have spent time with them too. The attitude of tolerance has changed. It’s no longer ” you believe what you believe and we can disagree with each other in kindness”. Now its become ” endorse me. Support my belief. Support my life. Or suffer the consequences.” That is not tolerance. That’s hate. And the Church won’t endorse sin. Ever. It will love you. As Christ loves. Or at least I will. Even if I am the only one left standing.

    • Gay Veteran

sorry alia, no one is asking you to endorse anything.

What a great article Michael! I am glad that you have reported all this when the mainstream media would not. It is true, persecution is here already and it is going to get much worse in the future for everyone who doesn’t comply with the wicked governments. Right now I am reading the 16th book from the work “History of Protestantism” written in the 19th century by J. A. Wylie. It speaks about the Waldenses and Albegenses, their trials and persecutions, their faith and courage, how when climbing some mountain fleeing with the enemy on their heels, they were singing psalms and canticles, praising the Lord in such terrible circumstances. What an example of faith and willingness to love and serve the King of kings! It talks about their courage and faith in God by standing their ground and repulsing, routing and even sometimes exterminating the murderous armies sent against them. I am reading it because I believe that history is beginning to repeat itself as you just have shown us. God bless you!!!

Homosexuality is indeed normal, natural, and healthy, if that is one’s sexual and lifestyle preference, and if that person is a decent person. Exactly the same as with heterosexuals. Get over it. You’re on the wrong side of history, and your “fall of the USA” rhetoric is so tired and just downright silly. The paranoia, the downfall, the fear and prejudice are all in your own mind. It’s not too late. Get a grip.

    • Ricky Ross

Wrong side of history? LOL, it WAS read in Congress and since it is one of only 45 goals. The Communist must have felt strongly that to promote a degenerate lifestyle was very important to taking over a nation, or it would have not been on that list!!!

Please, explain to me then, why was the promotion of homosexuality one of the 45 goals, if it was NOT important to taking over the USA???

I know why, but do you?

      • franklin grady

These “45 goals” were quoted from THE NAKED COMMUNIST, a book written by “faith-based political theorist” Cleon Skousen.

The fact that Skousen wrote down these particular “goals,” and the fact that someone read them aloud in congress does not in any way logically prove them to be true or even sane.

You and I both know that every kind of belief system under the sun at some time has been read aloud, or partially quoted, in congress, from one side of the aisle or other.

        • Ricky Ross

Yes, you are correct, but anyone that reads that list can tell that it has played out almost precisely!

          • franklin grady

I must respectfully disagree with you. To be completely honest, when I read that list, all I come away with is the belief that Cleon Skousen was an utter crackpot. And I find such divisive tactics to be unAmerican at heart. To divide American citizen against American citizen with some kind of fear-based label…back in those days the fear triggers were words like “Communist” and the “N-word”…today replace those words with “homosexual”, and you’ll see the same strategy at work.

don’t confuse the fundamentalist with facts or logic, it only makes them angry

      • franklin grady

PS…these “45 goals” were quoted in congress in 1963. 5O YEARS AGO.

      • Gay Veteran

45 goals made up by Joe McCarthy?
you “Christians’ tyrannized a group of people (Gays) and now you bit*h and moan about being persecuted. amazing

        • thushjz

Wow, are you deluded, Christians don’t force their religion on anybody, they can freely accept or reject, but, now, your Govt. is forcing a Colorado Cake maker to make a cake for a gay couples wedding which is a clear violation of his constitutional rights…next

          • Gay Veteran

You are totally ignorant of history.
And sorry, baking cakes is NOT a part of your religion, thus your religious freedom is not being infringed.

    • BobTrent

      So Jeffrey Dahmer was OK?

  • Alia Huskey Peterson

Have you ever read Revelations? If God had written off the Jews, why would he set apart 144000 of them for His Glory? Or have you read Matthew 15:24 “But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” We are grafted into the promise of Israel. They have not been blotted out and us put in their place.

    • BobTrent

Jews who are saved are just like anyone else who is saved. By faith.
Jesus (by heredity a Judahite) warned about those who say they are Jews but are not, being of the synagogue of Satan. Rev. 2:9, 3:9
In John 8:37 and 39 Jesus acknowledged that those Jews who opposed Him were physically descended from Abraham but then emphasized that it is being spiritual descendants of Abraham, “father of the faithful,” that counts.

      • bluenoser

Jews before Jesus are under the Old Covenant where faith in God was the requirement for salvation, Jesus is the New Covenant so only Jews and Gentiles who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior will be saved. In the last days the Jewish people will turn back to Jesus led by the 144,000…

  • Blanche

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Oh, this is HILARIOUS! Yes, Christians are sooooooo persecuted! Even in countries where they are the majority religion!! Can Christians get any more ridiculous???

  • Consti

I’m no fan of radical religions, Islam, Judaism and Christianity particularly, but the a ‘Christian nation’ supported the war in Iraq where we killed over 1,000,000 people based on a pack of lies.

    • Gay Veteran

how dare you point out the facts!!!

    • Mark Caldwell

As part of the Christian nation, I did not support that action.

  • Gay Veteran

how the h**l do you force others to accept anything?
no, your problem is that the state is no longing enforcing your views of what the bible says

    • Ricky Ross

Murder does not need to be written in any book for a civilized society to know that it is not right!

It is just the Religion of Peace. Until people publically admit Islam is a cult of death these atrocities will increase. Remember a good muslim is a dead muslim.

I want to say that I think Michael is a great journalist. I think he is one of the most important journalists in America and the world, along with people like Kelley Vlahos and Justin Raimondo, amongst others.

The plight of Christians around the world is terrible. But even in California I have heard comments from well-to-do people saying things like, “Christians should be put in camps,” and how they want to “bring abortion to the whole world” and so on.

When I was in Cuba I found out that Christians, gays and HIV + people (mainly soldiers who fought the Afrikaners in Angola) were all put into camps together. What does that say about Cuba and Communism and their alleged “solidarity?”

In North Korea some Christians are run over by steamrollers. Let’s face it, as Christians we are hated. Sure we can be seen as being “evil” because we oppose things like abortion and fetal tissue research on unborn babies and their body parts. (The epitome of true evil). Maybe it’s the whole Joel Osteen prosperity gospel.

Whatever reason, we are hated. What should Christians in America and around the world do to protect ourselves? is this the beginning of the Tribulation?

I think we should really pray about this, and try to come up with some strategies to fight back. Maybe persecution is a rite of passage. Our Lord suffered, and we are no greater than Jesus, so we must take up our cross.

Beyond all of that, I am thankful for Michael’s great journalism. Keep it up! I am sorry there is so much hate in the world. Jesus doesn’t have any other lights for this world, so if we don’t shine, it’s going to be dark. But how can we get non-believers to live and act like Christians when we can’t even get Christians to act like Christians?

It’s time to repent, seek holiness, righteousness and sanctification. If we live for God, we will have strength, honor and power in our lives like the Saints of old: Noah, Lot, Samson, Moses, Daniel, Ruth, King David and the Apostles.

We have to be strong and tough in these very wicked times.

Jews established Communism in Russia which led to the deaths of about 66 MILLION Orthodox Christians. That is a HARD FACT. Let’s see if that FACT gets by the censors.

  • Cassandra

I might believe this if it showed evidence of persecuted Christians in America not just Islamic nations, but there’s not much because they do the persecuting here! But I still love them because they are people too <3

“Is Pres. Obama using the Muslim Brotherhood in America to form a global caliphate or are they using him to do so?” “Does Obama want to become the next UN SecGen in order to form a global caliphate, a Ummah? If not, why did he sign UN Resolution 16/18 that places Shariah/Islamic law above our First Amendment and our right to criticize Shariah?
To understand more about UN Resolution 16/18 and how it places Shariah/Islamic law above our First Amendment watch an excellent briefing on YouTube by former DOD/JCS Shariah/Islamic law expert Stephen Coughlin: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation and its Role in Enforcing Islamic Law.

  • Matija

Why do you Christians spill your beans over these gentiles here and get drawn into debates with those who have no faith even in them selves?

  • piccadillybabe

While I am not condoning this holocaust of Christians in the Middle East, I personally suffered persecution and ostracism in my own family when they became “reborn Christians” back in the early 1970s due to their becoming less enamored by the Episcopal Church. Being more of a spiritual person, I chose not to join and was called a sinner and would burn in hell for not accepting the “lord.” Remember PTL club? I think my mother worshipped Tammy. People will go to all lengths to “belong” in this world so I felt bad for them that they they had to disown me so they could feel better about themselves. If religion is about love and acceptance, who needs it?

  • Lon

The only thing this article accomplishes is the spread of hate. He starts by lumping homosexuals in with Muslims. Why? In none of his examples of killings were gays the murders. The author did it to lump all Christian “enemies” together much like Hitler did by lumping Jews, homosexuals, and gypsies together. This article is flaming the fires of hatred, bigotry, and xenophobia.

  • Kelby

    Well..it’s been a while everyone.

I’m agnostic and I hate what’s being done to your people, Michael :( My father is a Christian and if anyone tried to hurt him in any way just because of his religion, just imagine the kind of fury I would unleash upon such a scumbag!!!! And now Christians are being labeled badly here in America…why??? Did we not set up this country to have RELIGIOUS FREEDOM? SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE?? Those should be pure common sense terms these days, but then again, common sense…so rare its a superpower.

And as to the religious arguments going on here, JUST STOP TRYING TO PRESS YOUR BELIEFS ON OTHER PEOPLE! YOU’RE NOT MAKING AGNOSTICS LIKE OR ME OR ATHEISTS ANY BETTER! Christians, too – let’s all agree to disagree. As long as we dont force our views on other people via legislation *coughDefenseofMarriageActcough*, acts of terrorism, or through privately forcing other people to believe, it’s completely fine to have our own views

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances
