Obamacare Travesty: The Supreme Court Continues To Make Stuff Up Out Of Thin Air

Supreme Court - Public DomainThanks to the Supreme Court’s willingness to make stuff up, Obamacare has been saved once again.  In order to save Obamacare from utter disaster, Chief Justice Roberts essentially rewrote the law.  If you are thinking that the Supreme Court is not supposed to do that, you would be right.  But this is what our judicial system has devolved into.  When I was in law school, I was horrified to discover that most judges in our country just do whatever they feel like doing.  Instead of applying the law to the facts and coming to a fair and unbiased judgment, most judges in America just do whatever they want to do and then search for some law or case precedent that they can use to justify their decision.  If there is no law or case precedent, some federal judges even go outside of the country to find justification for their absolutely ridiculous rulings.  There have been instances where international law or international standards of morality have been cited as authority for a decision in a federal case.  We have become a lawless land where the letter of the law no longer holds any real meaning, and where tyrannical judges just make stuff up out of thin air in order to advance their own personal political agendas. America The Obese: Is There A Multibillion Dollar Conspiracy To Make Sure Americans Stay Overweight?

Fast Food - Public DomainAccording to Gallup, America is now fatter than it has ever been before.  But how can this possibly be?  After all, Americans spend an astounding 60 billion dollars a year on weight loss programs and products.  After putting so much time, effort and energy into losing weight, shouldn’t we be some of the healthiest people on the entire planet?  Sadly, the truth is that obesity has become a national epidemic, and we are known around the globe for our huge size.  The term “fat Americans” has become synonymous with overweight tourists, and other cultures mock us for our apparent sloth.  But could there be more to this than just the fact that we eat too much?  Could it be possible that we have been fattened up by design? The Big Business Of Cancer: 100 BILLION Dollars Was Spent On Cancer Drugs Last Year Alone

Dollars - Public DomainIf you are an American, there is a 1 in 3 chance that you will get cancer during your lifetime.  If you are a man, the odds are closer to 1 in 2.  And almost everyone in America either knows someone who currently has cancer or who has already died from cancer.  But it wasn’t always this way.  Back in the 1940s, only one out of every sixteen Americans would develop cancer.  Something has happened that has caused the cancer rate in this nation to absolutely explode, and it is being projected that cancer will soon surpass heart disease and become the leading cause of death in the United States.  Overall, the World Health Organization says that approximately 14 million new cases of cancer are diagnosed around the globe each year, and the number of new cases is expected to increase by about 70 percent over the next 2 decades.  There are very few words in the English language that cause more fear than the word “cancer”, but despite billions spent on research and all of the technological progress we have made over the years this plague just continues to spiral wildly out of control.  Why is that? How Public Schools Treat Special Needs Students: Handcuffs, ‘Scream Rooms’ And Duct Tape

Duct Tape - Public DomainU.S. public schools have become houses of horror for many special needs students. According to the Virginia Commission on Youth, special needs students account for only 12 percent of all public school students in the United States, but they “represent 75 percent of those physically restrained and 58 percent of those secluded“.  At some schools, physical restraints used on special needs children include handcuffs, duct tape and bungee cords. And often the scream rooms that these children are “isolated” in are so horrifying that it scars many of them for life. One of the key measures for any society is how it treats those that are most vulnerable.  And the way that we are treating our special needs children is sorely lacking.  Hopefully articles like this one will help bring awareness and change. The Story Changes: Ebola Is Now ‘Aerostable’ And Can Remain On Surfaces For 50 Days

Ebola - Photo by NIAIDWhen it comes to Ebola, the story that the government is telling us just keeps on changing.  At first, government officials were claiming that it was very difficult to spread the Ebola virus.  Some of them were even comparing it to HIV.  We were given the impression that we had to have “direct contact” with someone else’s body fluids in order to have any chance of catching the virus.  But of course that is not true at all.  Now authorities are admitting that Ebola is “aerostable”, that it can be “spread through droplets”, and that it can remain on surfaces for up to 50 days.  That is far different information than we have been getting up until this point.  So that means when they were so confidently declaring that they know exactly how Ebola spreads they were lying to us. Thanks To Obama’s Incompetence, Ebola Is Now Out Of Control In America

Obama SleepingMuch of the responsibility for the Ebola crisis that the United States is now facing can be laid squarely at the feet of Barack Obama.  If Obama had banned all non-essential air travel between the U.S. and West Africa, Thomas Eric Duncan would have never gotten on to a plane to this country in the first place.  And if Obama had directed the CDC to get all hospital staff in America some basic training about Ebola, we might not have two infected nurses at this point.  But instead, this Ebola outbreak in America is now officially out of control.  The fact that one of the sick nurses got on to an airplane while she was feeling feverish boggles the mind, and it is creating a tremendous amount of fear all over the nation.  Already, one traveler showed up at Dulles airport in a full hazmat suit.  The White House has announced that Obama has canceled a fundraising trip and will be holding an “emergency meeting” on Ebola.  Hopefully he can start to get a handle on what is going on before it is too late. Most U.S. Hospitals Cannot Safely Handle Ebola Patients

Ebola Virus - Photo by NIAIDThis Ebola outbreak is being called the “most severe, acute health emergency seen in modern times“, and the U.S. health care system is completely and totally unprepared for it.  The truth is that most U.S. hospitals are simply not equipped to safely handle Ebola patients, and most hospital staff members have received little or no training on Ebola.  And the fact that Barack Obama and our top public health officials are running around proclaiming that Ebola is “difficult to catch” is giving doctors and nurses a false sense of security.  There is a reason why Ebola has been classified as a biosafety-level 4 (BSL-4) pathogen.  It is an extraordinarily dangerous virus, and there are only a few facilities in the entire country that are set up to safely handle such a disease. They Have Been Lying To You About How Easily Ebola Spreads

Ebola Virus Spreading - Public DomainHow did a health worker in Dallas wearing full protective gear catch Ebola if the virus “does not spread easily”?  Just last week, Barack Obama declared to the public that you cannot get Ebola “sitting next to someone on a bus”, and yet a nurse in protective gear that was taking extreme precautions to avoid being exposed to the disease has just caught it.  The head of the CDC says that there must have been a “breach in protocol” somewhere, because of course the CDC guidelines regarding the transmission of this virus could never be wrong.  Even with everything that has happened, our public officials are still insisting that Ebola is “difficult to catch”.  But could it be possible that they are wrong?  More than 200 health workers over in Africa that were treating Ebola patients in full protective gear have ended up contracting Ebola themselves.  More than 100 of them have died.  We were told that would never happen in the United States because we are so much more advanced than they are over in Africa.  But now it has happened.  Our very first Ebola case passed the virus to a health worker that was treating him.  If Ebola can be transmitted to health workers this easily, what chance is the general public going to have during a full-blown Ebola pandemic? Obamacare Architect Says Society Would Be Better Off If People Only Lived To Age 75

Medical Care For The Elderly - Public DomainDr. Ezekiel Emanuel, brother of Rahm Emanuel, says that society would be far better off if people quit trying to live past age 75.  His new article entitled “Why I Hope To Die At 75” has the following very creepy subtitle: “An argument that society and families—and you—will be better off if nature takes its course swiftly and promptly”.  In the article, Emanuel forcefully argues that the quality of life for most people is significantly diminished past the age of 75 and that once we get to that age we should refuse any more medical care that will extend our lifespans.  This is quite chilling to read, considering the fact that this is coming from one of the key architects of Obamacare.  Of course he never uses the term “death panels” in his article, but that is obviously what Emanuel would want in a perfect world.  To Emanuel, it is inefficient to waste medical resources on those that do not have a high “quality of life”.  So he says that “75 is a pretty good age to aim to stop”.
