Property rights are being absolutely shredded all over America.  Buying a piece of land and enjoying it with your family has always been a big part of the American Dream.  Unfortunately, in the United States today you don’t actually own your own home.  If you don’t pay your rent (property taxes) your home will be taken away from you, and you are only allowed to use your property in very narrowly defined ways.  The control freaks that run things tell us what we can build on our own property, what we can grow on our own property, what types of gatherings we can have on our own property, how many visitors we can have on our own property and they have imposed very strict rules about how our property must be maintained.  If we get “out of line”, they will use “zoning ordinances” and “code violations” to make our lives a living hell.  All over America today, brutal Gestapo tactics are being used against homeowners that just want to be left alone.  Anyone that has ever dealt with a “compliance officer” or a “nuisance abatement team” knows what I am talking about.  But if we have so very little “freedom” on our own properties, then how in the world can we continue to call this country “the land of the free”?


Thug Wakes Woman Up And Yells At Her In Bed For Letting Her Grass Grow Too Long

Down in Georgia recently, a huge male “compliance officer” let himself into a woman’s home, marched into her bedroom and started yelling at her for letting her grass grow too long while she was still in bed….

A woman got the shock of her life when she woke up to find a stranger in her bedroom, yelling at her to wake up because her grass was too long.

Erica Masters was asleep when Columbia County Code Compliance Officer Jimmy Vowell entered her Martinez, Georgia, home without permission to serve a violation notice for her overgrown lawn.

After knocking on the woman’s door a few times, Vowell let himself and made his way into her bedroom, which was captured on surveillance video.

How would you respond if a strange man barged into your bedroom and started berating you about the length of your grass?

Elderly Americans Being Evicted For Not Paying Property Taxes

All over America, homeowners are being evicted from their family homes because of unpaid property taxes.  In some cases, the amount that is owed is only a few hundred dollars.

Big banks such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase have been buying up tax liens all over the country because they are extremely profitable….

Tax liens can yield an incredible rate of return, as high as up to 50%. Many state laws permit tax lien purchasers to charge homeowners extremely high interest rates and fees to redeem their property in order avoid foreclosure. (For example, redemption penalties in Georgia, Iowa, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Texas all exceed 20%.) For these reasons, tax lien sales are often marketed as “get-rich quick” schemes on websites. Investors take advantage of the fact that the tax sale process is arcane and rarely understood by homeowners. And states do little to inform homeowners about steps they can take to avoid foreclosure. Very few states have enacted procedures to protect owners’ equity interests or to avoid windfalls to purchasers, and almost no states have updated tax lien laws to reflect current economic conditions or to ensure that proper safeguards exist to avoid unnecessary loss of homeownership.

In many cases, elderly Americans that don’t even understand what is happening are being forced from their homes just so that the “investors” can make some quick money.  Just check out what one recent report said happened to an 81 year old woman living in Rhode Island….

The report cited a case of an 81-year-old Rhode Island woman who fell behind on a $474 sewer bill. A corporation bought the home in a tax sale for $836.39. The woman was evicted from the home she had lived in for more than 40 years and the corporation resold the place for $85,000, the report said.

Most investors, however, buy tax liens for the interest. That’s because many states allow investors to charge rates of 18% or more on the outstanding debts. And, in some cases, as much as 20% to 50%, the report said.

Here is another example of an elderly woman being evicted from her home over unpaid taxes….

One elderly Montana woman, who lived alone and had no close family to help her, fell more than $5,000 behind on taxes, the report said. After she failed to respond to letters from the company that bought her home in a tax sale, she was evicted from her Missoula home. As a result, she lost about $150,000 in equity in the property, according to the report.

Could you do that to an elderly woman?

Shame on those that are pulling these scams, and shame on the states for not changing their laws to prevent this from happening.

40 Years Of Home Improvements Gone

All over the country, control freak bureaucrats are using “code violations” to force homeowners to tear down beautiful home improvements.

This is especially true for homeowners that have gone “off the grid”.

For example, a 67 year old man in California has spent 40 years transforming his property into an amazing “off the grid” self-sustaining habitat….

Four decades ago, Hoffman started some home improvements on his house in the wooded hills of the Marin County town of Lagunitas. He harbored ideas and theories of how people could live more sustainably. He started building.

He dug a massive valley near the slope of his home and installed a pond. In the middle of it he built a concrete boat to house a 15-foot well. The groundwater would refill the pond, through a sun-powered pump.

As the owner of a tea distribution business, Hoffman also built a tea-house with ornate metal carvings of dragons and a sloped tile roof.

He carved elaborate caves to dry his rare tea leaves. He constructed a tower bearing a solar shower that hovers over a moat carrying recycled water from the house.

“Most people come here, they see the visual, they see the structures,” said Hoffman. “For me what’s important is the systems behind it.”

But now authorities are making him tear everything down because of “code violations”.  Hoffman has been charged fines that total over $200,000, and he is being forced to tear down “all 30 of his illegal structures” by the beginning of August.

Survival Garden Ripped Out By Government Thugs

I have used the following story before, but it is another perfect example of the kind of Gestapo tactics that are being used against homeowners all over the United States.

Just recently, one unemployed woman down in Tulsa, Oklahoma had her survival garden brutally ripped out and carted away by government thugs…

A Tulsa woman is suing the city’s code enforcement officers after she said they cut down her garden with no cause.

Denise Morrison said she has more than 100 plant varieties in her front and back yards and all of them are edible and have a purpose.

She knows which ones will treat arthritis, which will make your food spicy, which ones keep mosquitoes away and treat bug bites, but she said none of that matter to city inspectors.

Last August, Morrison’s front and back yards were filled with flowers in bloom, lemon, stevia, garlic chives, grapes, strawberries, apple mint, spearmint, peppermint, an apple tree, walnut tree, pecan trees and much more.

And for this woman, it really was a “survival garden”.  She relied on those plants and trees for her food and for her medicine.

But the government thugs left her with nothing.

Now she will have to do the best that she can to survive on government handouts.

Other Examples

Sadly, there are so many other examples that could be discussed of brutal Gestapo tactics being used against homeowners all over America.

The other day, I wrote about how one man down in Arizona has been sentenced to 60 days in prison and has been fined $12,180 for hosting a Bible study in his own home.

Most of the time the gatherings were only of about 15 or 20 people.  They were not unruly and did not make an unreasonable amount of noise.

If we can’t invite a few friends over to our own homes, then how much “freedom” do we really have left?

In the state of California, armed “nuisance abatement teams” roam around looking for someone to hit with a “code violation”.  Preppers and those that prefer an “off the grid” lifestyle appear to be some of their favorite targets.

Is This Still America?

We don’t get to do what we want with our own properties, but the government feels that it can do just about anything it wants to us in the name of “national security”.

In a previous article I detailed 14 cutting edge technologies that the government will be using to watch, monitor and control us.

The following are a few more ways that the “Big Brother control grid” is expanding….

-A new laser scanner that the Department of Homeland Security will soon be using at U.S. airports can search you from 160 feet away….

Within the next year or two, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will instantly know everything about your body, clothes, and luggage with a new laser-based molecular scanner fired from 164 feet (50 meters) away. From traces of drugs or gun powder on your clothes to what you had for breakfast to the adrenaline level in your body—agents will be able to get any information they want without even touching you.

-Barack Obama has just signed a new executive order which many believe essentially gives him an “on/off switch” to the Internet.

-One TSA insider is actually claiming that the TSA is hiring criminals that have just been released from prison to do security checks on travelers at U.S. airports.  Perhaps this explains why one TSA agent recently sifted her finger through the ashes of someone’s dead grandfather and then laughed about it after she spilled some of the ashes on the floor of the airport.  Another TSA agent recently referred to a deaf man as “deafie” and stole his candy.

But how many of these stories do you hear about on the evening news?

Perhaps this is why a recent Gallup poll found that faith in television news is at an all-time low in the United States.

Instead of reporting on the destruction of our liberties and freedoms, the mainstream news is obsessed with Justin Bieber, Tom Cruise and the Kardashians.

It is truly disgusting.

The ability to own a piece of land and establish a home on it is absolutely foundational to the functioning of a free society.  Even the most ancient societies understood this.

Sadly, our most basic freedoms are being steadily eroded with each passing day.

Once our freedoms are gone, they will be incredibly difficult to get back.

    I am no longer surprised by how little substantial news the mainstream media reports, and how our mainstream media is suffering from attention deficit disorder. They leap-frog from one story to another, like an impatient TV viewer flipping through channels, while doing little to no effort at doing a follow-up. I believe this approach creates discordance in the narrative of what is happening in our world. It takes great effort to stay informed, and it takes wisdom and skill to glean information from many disparate sources.

    Though I may not agree with some of your beliefs, Michael, and I may question some of your sources, I do come to your blogs every day for news on what is happening in our world.

    The rights that Americans are granted in the Declaration of Independence – life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – are under attack from the monied classes who I think believe these rights should be reserved for themselves. Like George Carlin once said, if someone can take away your rights, they aren’t rights – they are privileges. I think the American people need to fight harder for these privileges before they are reduced or lost.

    I am not favor of armed rebellion. Armed rebellion has rarely worked in altering the status quo, and has inflamed the passions of the monied classes to clamp down harder on the rebelling class. If change does come, it must come through the populace awakening to new possibilities and bearing pressure on the monied classes to change the status quo.

      Your need to read up on how the revolution of this nation was won. It was not by peaceful protests, it was by armed rebellion, and it actually worked. There are at least 300 million legally owned firearms in this nation….do you think if the armed populace got fed up enough, got organized and fought back that it would make a difference??? Or at least send one hell of a message?

      The staus quo will not change by “awakening to new possibilities” ( what the hell does that mean anyway??), nor will “bearing pressure”. Please define for us what you mean by “awakening to new possibilites and bearing pressure”.

      The monied classes could care less about anything but themselves, the politicians will continue to do what they want.

      Remember the school yard bully? He kept picking on his victim day after day after day, until an amzing thing happened…..the victim fought back, and bully never touched that victim again.

I am however advocating people getting their heads of their butts, and realizing that “someone else will take care of it for me” is not going to work. Do not expect the government under this traitor obummer to do anything for you to maintain your freedoms.

    I find it sickeningly humerus that all of obama’s executive orders start with “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:” when executive orders have long been a way president use to get around the constitution. It is indeed odd how he can be praised for overstepping his powers as president, it is just sickening. People thought sopa and pipa were bad, those at least had to go through congress. With this, he just signed it and it’s “law”. It seems as though obama believes he can issue executive orders for what ever he desires; all the while getting praised by the people who believe his lies. When will we wake up?

Plus, more and more people are adopting a socialist viewpoint, and all of these orders are definitely heading that way. It is quite unfortunate that the majority of people who dislike obama (who’s opinion the media will listen to; they don’t give a damn about us, just like the politicians) are more concerned with appearance than with actually getting something repealed.

    Looks like I will never even have a chance to own a home :(. Home prices and interest are supposedly going to skyrocket over the next few years due to “intense inflation”, while working wage is not going to increase nearly as much. Plus, there is all of the student loan debt I will probably encounter in college that I will have to pay off. Not to mention the fact that many jobs are not hiring teenagers that once were; they have either been taken by adults who are down on their luck, or by illegals. So no chance for me to start saving. As one of the few people of my generation that think ahead of the present, things are not looking up at all, it is quite the opposite it seems.

      Patriot, outside of getting a degree for the knowledge and pride of having that piece of paper, I don’t know that’s it is worth going to college anymore. I guess how deeply passionate you might be about wanting to do something that requires a degree should be the deciding factor as to whether or not you consider it worth going into debt. :/
      Otherwise, there are jobs out there that can still be good money, if you are built for them and if you’re male. Working on barges is one example. It’s hard, it’s dangerous though.
      As far as owning a home, it may depend on what you are willing to do without or what you want.
      Suppose you could save enough to afford just a small bit of land in a county like mine. Once you leave the city limits there are no zoning or restrictions.
      People everywhere are coming up with all kinds of ways to make housing for $10,000 or even less. With a little help you could build a small cabin and there are earth houses.
      I have seen some absolutely adorable little structures.
      How bad do you want it? Would you give up ALL modern ammennities to have that something you can say is yours?
      None of that was at all comforting, huh?

        HecatesMoon: I am a blue collar schmucck right now, was thinking of a degree like CNC programming or something to be able to compliment what I do now, (CNC machinist), but I agree with you, the whole degree thing as a whole, is a real gimmick unless you nail the degree in the right, high demand industry whatever that is.

        You are right, still good paying jobs out there if you want to work hard, with a little danger thrown in.

        I am actually really looking into a earth house to reduce my utilities expense and live real humble.

    Zoning laws are real hard in Oregon. In the country you need 160 acres to build a home on a new lot. It sounds crazy but this is what happens when you let a bunch of tree huggers run the state.

      Mark, the reason for this is the result of the United Nations AGENDA 21.The UN has hired a group called ICLEI to go to every city in every State to convince the Local Officials to implement AGENDA 21. Go to and click Issues at top, then click AGENDA 21.You will get an education real quick. One of the things they are doing is taking people’s land. They say not sustainable for people to own property. Also, not sustainable for middle class and poor to eat meat anymore. Everyone needs to go to site and read.

        Elainee, I haven’t even finished reading the web page, and if what I am reading is true, I am afraid. Very, very afraid….
        I believe in global warming. I think we have to take some sort of action, that people should respect the one place that supports us even if they don’t believe in global warming, but I can’t agree with the potential methods to handling the problem.
        ……Has anyone else noticed that the real problem with EVERY thing is how EVERY thing is taken to one extreme or another? Where is balance? Where is the middle ground?

    There are neighborhoods where zoning officials do not dare go. While they are writing someone up, their cars are being put on cement blocks, stripped of all usable parts and left to rot. These neighborhoods are in anarchy. They are controlled by gangs. The zoning person is lucky to leave the place alive.
    The zoning laws are controlled by gangs of educated lawyers. So we have a different kind of anarchy. A lot of the zoning laws are illegal. Yet our courts continue to uphold them. Any zoning law that is not equally enforced everywhere within its jurisdiction is illegal based on discrimination.
    The answer is in the funding of the city. If people refuse to vote in taxes, the city cannot afford to enforce restrictive zoning for any length of time. If the long grass offends, then voting down real estate levies hurts those in charge of zoning. The cities do enforce the law on their citizens. But they do not enforce the zoning laws on city property. That is illegal.
    The man that walked into the lady’s home into her bedroom is lucky. In my neighborhood there are enough gun enthusiasts that he would have been shot for trespassing inside a person’s home. A carpet would most likely have been taken to the dump the next morning. Or if he was shot within range of our excellent police department, it would have been an unfortunate accident caused by his entering a person’s home unannounced.
    A lot of us do not keep guns in our homes. This southern hick was lucky he wasn’t killed.
    The building codes were originated not to protect the home owner. They were originated to keep people from building things themselves. The codes protect the trades that overcharge people to build things. Whether it is plumbing, electrical, carpentry or anything else, these codes keep people from building things that might collapse somewhere down the road. Or catch fire. The trades people have memorized the local codes and are friends with those that police them.
    Anarchy is a way of life in America on many fronts. How many people actually obey the speed limits in your town? How many obey the copyright laws? What we have here is one set of crooks in charge, and another set that really does not respect their being in charge.
    How many lie their way through a day? How many judges use flimsy justification for their rulings these days? This is a form of anarchy as well.
    The thugs in the TSA are only one example of “legal” at our airports. The other way is laws so complicated that no one even understands the law much less able to enforce it. IRS and EPA Laws come to mind as laws that are practically illegal based on deliberate confusion of the public.
    I quit flying. If I want to go somewhere, I get in my car and go. Or I rent a vehicle and go.
    I cannot even begin to describe just how many laws are violated by the TSA in the performance of its duties. Legal anarchy. Not much different than the gang on the street where the zoning inspector got his car stripped. Every one of these laws is justified. It is always for your own good.
    No where does it say who watches the policeman? That is why it is out of control.
    The only control on the zoning person is the city law director. He can tell them to back off. This is usually a lawyer for the city and watches out for city liability in zoning cases. His job is to keep the law from being invalidated. Prove discrimination in a federal court and the zoning law is thrown out.
    Building codes are almost impossible to get around. The inspectors are on the side of the trades people if you bypass them and do the work yourself.
    The law and the judges are on their side too.

    Your county or city government beg to disagree. Especially if you fail to pay homeowners’ taxes for, let’s say, 3 or 4 years. You will find out firsthand, what happens to “your” property if you fail to pay property taxes.

    If you are under the jurisdiction of an HOA (Home Owners Association), they will certainly have a say as what you can do with your property. Talk about thugs! These HOA folks will make sure every blade of grass on your lawn is cut correctly, at the exact level as the other blades of grass. I’ve heard them being called “Lawn Nazis”. Yes, this happens in the land of the free. You are free to do what other people tell you to do, which is not my definition of freedom.

Can anyone say Nazi Germany? “well I am just following orders”… when the foreclosure fiasco first hit many country clerk would not just sign the documents – or sheriffs said no… you rarely hear any on the stories now.

    You asked, what would I do if someone entered my home without permission? Give them one warning: “Please vacate my property or I will shoot you.” If they don’t, shoot them dead on the spot. Why? Because if they live, our legal system is so corrupts that they can actually sue you and win too! So if they are shot dead, you can always claim, which is not far from the truth, that someone broke into your home and in order to protect yourself and your family, you had to do what is necessary. Please, G-d, let decent Americans take back their home.

    I am sure that this kind of behaviour was previously illegal but has now been made legal through a particular odious piece of legislation.

    Colin, the “monied class” are deranged, power hungry, psychopaths one and all, and you cannot reason or negotiate with psychopaths. Thomas Jefferson said it best, “I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery”. I happen to agree with Jefferson 100% in this regard. It is vitally important for citizens to set limits beyond which they will not tolerate further outside intrusion and be willing to act on it. Force is the only language deranged psychopaths understand, just like playground bullies.

    If youre an independent, opinionated person at work; everyone knows it.

    If youre an independent, opinionated person going against the new world order being implemented in the US; the powers that be do have to ability to take it all away from you and i want to avoid being on that radar. It is outright depressing that I think this is the USA from here on out.

    Colin, you might do well to remember that our Founding Fathers were — for the most part — part of that “monied class” you so decry. Virtually every signer of the Declaration of Independence was a wealthy or well to do individual. The difference between then and now is two fold:

    A) The Founders were not merely fighting for themselves or their own property or liberties, they were fighting on behalf of everyone — that’s what “all m,en are created equal” means, after all. They all took tremendous risks not just to their wealth but to their very lives… if we had lost to the British monarchy, signing that Declaration would have been a passport to the gallows: they would have been hung as traitors

    B) The Founders — with one obvious exception — did not become rich by making others poor. John Hancock may have been a smuggler, but he wasn’t smuggling heroin, he was providing tea for colonists to drink…something normal and natural and entirely unobjectionable. He was also avoiding a tea tax that was being used to prop up (bail out?) a “too big to fail” corporation known as the British East India Tea company. John Adams was a lawyer who believed in the rule of law so deeply that he offered legal counsel to the British soldiers who shot down Americans at the Boston Massacre. He believed that no one, not even someone widely despised should be without due process

    Now look at what we have today: we have giant corporations that routinely suck up taxpayer money — OUR money! Whether its Archer Daniels Mydland with billions in aggie subsidies, or GM getting the government to use OUR money to buy its POS cars that no one else wants, or JP Morgan Chase getting tens of billions in bailouts that come from OUR pockets — none of these people are making their own money by providing a product or service that anyone really needs! Instead, they provide crap, and when they have no profits, they dig their filthy claws into our wallets. How is that not welfare? Too Big To Fail means Too Stupid To Live. Its a myth that if the TBTF banks went under that the sky would fall and cats would marry dogs — a MYTH! What would actually happen is that businesses who really get the job done would move in and pick out the good assets. The rest — including the fatcats who can’t make money in a friggin’ BANK of all places — would get flushed down the sewer.

    Michael–excellent article. This crap is simply not acceptable in this country. Its your home and as long as what you do does not endanger others you should b e free in your home.

    I am thinking that with the seeming focus on making formerly good jobs into mcjobs for many state/county/gov jobs in the name of cutting/austerity we will continue to get more unqualified persons in these jobs. I think this could be a real issue.

    It is disapointing that there are not any stories of fed up Americans actually fighting back. Example: Gerogia woman shoots home invader, not knowing who it was, but rightfully assuming that the man standing in her bedroom was not there to socialize over a cup of coffee, then to find out it was a power hungry Compliance officer who overstepped his boundaries. Why are we not hearing of these stories???? Is it because Americans are that stupid and ignorant??? Or, is it that Americans really don’t care about there freedoms anymore???? Or, is it that Americans have not reached the point of being so fed up that they start to fight back????

    I tell you what, if fed up Americans do not start to fight back soon, the very precious freedoms and liberty that we enjoy, that was watered by the blood of patriots, will be lost.

    Did you know that it was actually 10 years before the signing of the Declaration Of Independance, July 4, 1776, that the colonists actually were trying to get the King to stop all the taxes and infringements on their liberty??? As history loving Americans know, April 19th, 1775 was boiling point where Freedom loving patriots said enough is enough and dared stand up to the most powerful government/regime of its day.

    When will this end????? When will the remnant of freedom and liberty loving people say enough is enough????? Are you willing to just let America slide into a tyranncial system???

    There is a book called, “Execution by Hunger” by Miron Dolot. He survived the famine in Ukraine, and relays how the Soviet/Stalin government confiscated land and homes. People think they are safe because they own a home, or gold, or have food stockpiled. The truth is you are not. The governement can and will do anything when the time comes. Your neighbours and family will betray you.

    The only One you can count on is God. He promises to keep His people from famine (Ps. 37:19. It is only one scripture, but there are many many more that promise the same). He also says 1000 will fall at one side, and 10000 at other, and nothing will hurt you (Ps. 91:7). Trust in Him, and not in THINGS.

    As the man above said in his own words stop asking God to do your work you would figure by now folks would have figured it out I found out a long time ago God is not going to do your work for you you have to put forth your own effort he is there in time of need but asking him to live your life for you isn’t going to work everyone seems to want someone to babysit them your adults little children need babysitters not adults until we all take accountability for are selfs than nothing is going to change people want the government to be there mon and dad all they are doing is ripping you blind people want a free ride they want us all disposed of and when people come to grips with the truth and stand tall and be accounted for than we can save this country.

    I am a believe that the constitution was written by inspiration of God. But God has been removed from out government and society it seems. We need to stand up and protect our country constitution and families from these people who want to take our rights(privileges)away. The question is how. If we protest or march somewhere like others have tried it will be covered up and how many of us will go to jail with nothing coming from our effort. I am a gun owner myself and a lot of people are but if we rise up with guns how would we fair against the government. We would need some portion of the military to rebel along with us or once again its covered up erased from history books and we would die or go to jail for again nothing. We could run for public offices but I have no law background no reason for people to vote for me and someone who would have a backing will be removed from the race in some way by the “elite”. I lay awake at night often wondering what I could do to change the way this country is going for myself since I am still fairly young but for my children and their children. I can imagine the horrors they will face in their life after I’m gone if we continue down this road. So really if someone has any realistic suggestions let me know I don’t have much in the way of money or objects to contribute but I have time and knowledge.

      Great comments, its about time we hear comments like these. I think the key to what you asked about is UNITY. If enough people get together and say enough is enough, then change may happen. Like I said in a previous post, with the millions of guns legally owned in America, would you want to be the police officer or military personaell who is told to go to peoples houses and demand that they give up their guns, freedoms, etc? I would not want to be in their position.

      I believe that if threatened. a lot of police/military people would probably do what they were commanded, HOWEVER, I think there are a LOT of police and military personnel who are Americans and love their freedom and liberty as much as you and me, and would refuse to do something that is going to represent a tyrannical action. I think if obummer or anyone in the government things they can just declare martial law or pass a law to take away guns, or anything else where police/military force is required, I believe they will be in for a great surprise and will not succeed without one hell of a fight.

      We may even see militia anti government militia groups around the nation led by ex police and defected military people.

  • I guess this is not good to all people living in that certain country. We have to be aware that people are doing their best to keep their investment. People in the government should look into it and hopefully revise the law and do something about it in order to help their people.

    I have been observing these tyrannical type thugs for years. One does not have to go back too far to remember the illegal murder of the Waco Branch Dividians by the Clintonistas via ATF/FBI who overrode the Sheriff who told them Koresh was not a threat and had cooperated entirely. They burned them all to the ground then quickly bulldozed any
    damaging evidence against the Gulag Goons. Then there was Ruby Ridge Idaho murders of Randy Weaver’s wife shot in
    by FBI Sniper Ron Hiargouchi(unsure of last name spelling), while she was holding their 2 month old baby, then shooting
    Randy’s young son in the back and even killed his dog. Why because they set up a sawed off shotgun to be sold to Randy, then filed faux federal charges against him and made sure he was not served with the date to appear in court.

    Weaver sued the government in a landmark case with a Lawyer named Spencer who kicked the evil corrupt government’s ass into the hemisphere and Weaver won a $3 Million award against these Goons.

    Not too long after all of this illegal tyranny upon American citizens there was the ’94 OKC bombings for which the evil thugs put Timothy McVeigh out as the sacrificial lamb when in fact all roads led back to Holder and Reno. Clinton called for this to be done why? To make sure any final evidence was destroyed. These people are the vile, evil filth that has corrupted DC for many years.

    DC should be shut down entirely, put the 10th Amendment back to the State’s Sovereignty and shut down the FED.
    It is too far gone in corruption to fix it and this crap will not stop until We The People stop it.

    There is an old law on the books called The Dick Act of 1902 which Prohibits the Federal Govt from overreaching
    in any form of Gun Control or legislation of any kind. It was put in place to protect and further enforce
    the 2nd amendment of the Constitution, so this new UN Arms Treaty can not override it.

    Knowledge is power. Everyone please look up The Dick Act of 1902 and spread it like wildfire. We have to stop
    the 27th High Crimes and Treason signing of the UN Arms Treaty and then we need to kick the damn UN out of the US
