8 Conspiracy Theories About Health That The Mainstream Media Has Been Forced To Admit Are Actually True

Who knows more about health – the mainstream media or those that believe in “conspiracy theories”? Well, the truth is that time after time after time those in the “alternative media” and those who believe in “conspiracy theories” have been proven to be far ahead of those in the mainstream media when it comes to matters of health.  Sadly, the mainstream media receives so much funding and so many advertising dollars from the pharmaceutical industry, the medical industry, the big chemical companies and the health insurance industry that they are extremely cautious to report any information that would be harmful to any of them.  So for years, the mainstream media generally refused to talk about the dangers posed by things such as fluoride, aspartame, prescription drugs, genetically modified crops and cell phones.  But now the alternative media has been making so much noise about many of these health issues for so long that the mainstream media has been forced to acknowledge that some of these “conspiracy theories” about health are actually true.

Not that the mainstream media is all of a sudden turning their backs on the financial giants that are pumping billions of dollars into them.  But the truth is that we are starting to see just a little bit more honest reporting about health issues from the mainstream media these days.

The following are 8 conspiracy theories about health that the mainstream media has been forced to admit are actually true….

#1 High Levels Of Fluoride In Our Drinking Water Is Bad – Amazingly, the U.S. federal government has now come out and is lowering the “recommended amount” of fluoride in our drinking water for the first time in 50 years.  Of course it would be great if they just banned fluoride in our drinking water altogether, but for the government to even admit that high levels of fluoride could be a problem is a huge step.  In a recent article on CNN, it was reported that the federal government is now saying that high levels of fluoride in the water has now officially been linked with fluorosis….

The Department of Health and Human Services and Environmental Protection Agency are proposing the change because of an increase in fluorosis — a condition that causes spotting and streaking on children’s teeth.

#2 Once We Allowed Genetically Modified Crops To Be Used They Would Spread Everywhere – For years, many of us have been trying to warn people that genetically modified crops are incredibly dangerous.  Now, a very prominent newspaper in the UK is admitting that a very specific insecticide that is grown inside of genetically modified corn is rapidly getting into the water of the surrounding environment….

The insecticide is the product of a bacterial gene inserted into GM maize and other cereal crops to protect them against insects such as the European corn borer beetle. Scientists have detected the insecticide in a significant number of streams draining the great corn belt of the American mid-West.

#3 There Are Pharmaceutical Drugs And Cancer Causing Chemicals In Our Drinking Water – Over the past couple of years, the mainstream media has actually begun reporting on all of the nasty things that are now showing up in our water.  For example, do you remember a highly carcinogenic chemical known as “hexavalent chromium” that was made famous by the movie Erin Brockovich?  Well, just a few weeks ago the Washington Post reported that high levels of it has been found in the drinking water of 31 U.S. cities….

An environmental group that analyzed the drinking water in 35 cities across the United States, including Bethesda and Washington, found that most contained hexavalent chromium, a probable carcinogen that was made famous by the film “Erin Brockovich.”

But not only is there hexavalent chromium in our drinking water, the truth is that there are thousands of other chemicals and prescription drugs in our water supply as a Time Magazine article from a few months ago described….

All told, there are about 3,000 prescription pharmaceuticals in use in the U.S. and thousands more over-the-counter drugs, not to mention creams and ointments we smear on and then shower off. “Between cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other sources,” says John Spatz, commissioner of Chicago’s department of water management, “there are 80,000 potential combinations of chemicals.” It’s impossible to keep our drinking supply safe from a gusher like that.

#4 Cell Phones Are Linked To Cancer – The mainstream media is not quite ready to come out and openly declare that cell phones cause cancer, but at least now they are beginning to report on the results of some very disturbing studies that seem to suggest a link between the two.  For example, just consider the following sentence from one recent CNN article….

At the highest exposure levels — using a mobile phone half an hour a day over a 10-year period — the study found a 40 percent increased risk of glioma brain tumors.

#5 Bisphenol -A (BPA) Is Linked To Male Infertility – For years, many “conspiracy theorists” have been yelling and screaming that a chemical known as bisphenol-A that is found in thousands of plastic products is actually really, really bad for us.  Well, now some in the mainstream media are starting to jump on board.  Back in October, one of the largest UK newspapers published an article entitled “Bisphenol-A now linked to male infertility” which made the following unequivocal statement about the dangers of BPA….

Bisphenol-A (BPA), known as the “gender bending” chemical because of its connection to male impotence, has now been shown to decrease sperm mobility and quality.

#6 Prescription Drugs Kill Large Numbers Of Americans Every Single Year – For years, alternative health practitioners and “conspiracy theorists” have been asserting that bad reactions to prescription drugs are one of the leading causes of death in the United States.  Well, the mainstream media is starting to catch up.  A recent Vanity Fair article entitled “Deadly Medicine” began with the following statement….

Prescription drugs kill some 200,000 Americans every year. Will that number go up, now that most clinical trials are conducted overseas—on sick Russians, homeless Poles, and slum-dwelling Chinese—in places where regulation is virtually nonexistent, the F.D.A. doesn’t reach, and “mistakes” can end up in pauper’s graves?

#7 Aspartame Is Not Good For Our Health – Many mainstream news outlets are beginning to wake up to the fact that the artificial sweetener aspartame may not actually be healthy for us.  This past summer, the Huffington Post (which is usually very “mainstream”) allowed Dr. Joseph Mercola to author an article about aspartame that began with the following absolutely stunning paragraph….

Aspartame is the most controversial food additive in history, and its approval for use in food was the most contested in FDA history. In the end, the artificial sweetener was approved, not on scientific grounds, but rather because of strong political and financial pressure. After all, aspartame was previously listed by the Pentagon as a biochemical warfare agent!

#8 Many Among The Global Elite (Such As Ted Turner) Want To Institute A Global One-Child Policy And Want To Reduce The World Population For The Good Of The Environment – Many Americans have a really, really hard time believing that some of the wealthiest and most powerful men in the world actually want to institute a global one-child policy and are obsessed with reducing the population of the earth.  But sadly, as I have written about previously, this is very, very real.  The following is how one major Canadian newspaper summarized public remarks that Ted Turner recently made about the global population….

Mr. Turner – a long-time advocate of population control – said the environmental stress on the Earth requires radical solutions, suggesting countries should follow China’s lead in instituting a one-child policy to reduce global population over time. He added that fertility rights could be sold so that poor people could profit from their decision not to reproduce.

Sadly, on other health issues the mainstream media continues to push the establishment agenda very strongly.  For example, the mainstream media is absolutely rabid about defending the safety of vaccines.

But hopefully as the alternative media continues to tell the truth about these various health issues it will cause the American public to demand more balanced reporting from the mainstream media.

After all, it is only the health of millions upon millions of Americans that is at stake.  When it comes to matters of life and death, you would think that it would not be too much to ask for a little honest reporting.

  • Justa Guy

To think that most Americans would blindly believe the paid-off politicians and their “departments” have the best interest of the American people as their top priority, you’d think they must be watching stupid, dumbing down garbage like Dancing with the Stars and reality shows all day!

The politicians are serving the ultra-rich, which run Wall Street and all of the big corporations. If putting anything dangerous in products we consume aids the rich in grabbing even more money, they will command the politicians to allow it.

AND DON’T BE A FOOL. STOP VOTING DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN. VOTE INDEPENDENT (If you cannot figure out how to vote for someone other than a Democrat or a Republican, close your eyes and pick any of the others. Anyone else is going to be an improvement).

  • Gary

Michael-I so want to somehow incorporate taxing the rich into this article and how it would fix the economy, however, the only way I can think to do it is to advocate for taxing Ted Turner and his ilk so they do not have the means to say such dumb things.

  • Justin Virden

It is truly a warped realm we reside in. I don’t comment much of anywhere but just felt compelled to say THANK YOU for your efforts.

  • Well,..I’ve been laughed at, smirked at and had that head-shaking look of strange dis-belief for over thirty years as I explained to people about the realities of our baby-booming life.

Now, I just sit around being amazed at everyone’s amazement,…..where have they been for the last forty years?

    The Illusion

    America shimmers, losing shape,
    lost souls, the weakest generation.
    Democracy stumbles, people awaken,
    trouble on America’s plantation.

    America stands strong and free,
a land of life and liberty?
    Indentured servants, ever on,
    from sea to shining sea.

Laws for this, laws for that,
control of the air you breathe.
    Nanny State, exploding prisons,
Stalinist tits, on which we teethe.

House and Senate, bought and sold,
    mortgaged by corporate donations.
    Court Supremes, selling their soul,
torture’s cool, but do it in other nations.

    Traitors act, as though elected,
    a free and fair republic?
    Lying thieves, electronic frauds,
in office to cheat the public.

    Bankers steal, Pelosi jets,
    stimulate this, stimulate that.
    Corrupt leadership, so brutal,
little need to trim the fat.

    China profits, Brazil prospers,
    around us the world grows.
Bush and Clinton, hold their power,
    JFK? Oh, no one knows?

It’s falling apart, not so funny,
at least I’m close to passing.
Before the riots, the martial law,
    before Obama starts the gassing.

    Long before the troops deploy,
    during all the fucking confusion.
    Lucky enough, simply to know,
our lives were just an illusion.

Very nice. We can now safely add JFK, RFK, MLK, Oklahoma City, and 9/11 to the list. Crazy huh?

Don Henley says it quite eloquently:
    While you were sleeping
They came and took it all away
    The lanes and the meadows
The places where you used to play

    It was an inside job
    By the well-connected
    Your little protest
    Summarily rejected

    It was an inside job
    Like it always is
Chalk it up to business as usual

    While we are dreaming
    This little island disappears
While you are looking the other way
They’ll take your right to own your own ideas

    And it’s an inside job
    Favors collected
    Your trusted servants
    Have left you unprotected

    It was an inside job
    Like it always is
    Just chalk it up
    To business as usual

You think that youre so smart
But you dont have a fucking clue
What those men up in the towers
Are doing to me and you
And they’ll keep doin’ it and doin’ it
And doin’ it and doin’ it
And doin’ it and doin’ it
And doin’ it and doin’ it
    Until we all wake up
Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up

I know what I’ve done wrong
I am acquainted with the night
I know how hard it is
To always walk out in the light

    And it’s an inside job
    To learn about forgiving
    It’s an inside job
To hang on to the joy of living

They know the road by which you came
They know your mothers maiden name
And what you had for breakfast
And what you’ve hidden in the mattress

    Insect politics
    Indifferent universe
Bang your head against the wall
    But apathy is worse

    It’s an inside job

You left out contamination in the vaccines, and also that in some children (and that number may be higher than anyone could imagine) they also cause neurological problems. Of course, you probably left that out because as yet no mainstream publication has conceded that….

  • plato

As for the MSM not coming out straightaway about cell phones–well, that would hurt Apple’s profits tremendously.

What’s really sad is seeing about 90% of teens and younger glued to their iphones, droids, whatever. It’s like witnessing someone in the throes of a crack addiction.

  • Ouida Gabriel

You are right Plato. We live in a self obsessed society. I can’t imagine it getting any worse but it will.

You know, I believe these all. I do think #8 should become the rule. Our planet cannot carry 7 Billion (and counting) humans. When I see ‘quiver-full’ types (whether christian, jewish, hindu or whatever) it makes me sick. Using children as weapons in the me verus you war (or whatever type).

What would Jesus do – he’d want every child born to have a healthy, loving home to grow up in (regardless of color, religion or pocketbook) before breeding more. To childless couples, I say, “Adopt” or be happily childless. Make health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) the goal – not just numbers.

God save us from ourselves and each other.

I’m not quite sure how to say this but #2, and #3 been pretty much accepted as fact by most people the only people denying it are the manufactures of GM crops (Surprise). The only reason they don’t tell people what is GM and what isn’t is because they know people wont eat them (I wonder why). In Europe they have been fighting a lousing battle against GM crops for years. I’ve had a water filter for years because of the crap that was showing up in the water. I would highly recommend a 2004 documentary called Sweet Misery the dangers of aspartame had been well known for years.
What this highlights is not the conspiracies but how many bodies Major Corporations will step over for a few points on stock price.

Regarding attempting to institute a worldwide one child policy, if you think that’s sad, then you have no idea how grotesquely overpopulated the world is. The population has vastly exceeded the carrying capacity of the earth, thought to max out at two billion, and the population is expected to grow by an additional 50% by 2050, 3.5 billion poeple will be added in 40 years. In only 40 years; does that not take your breath away? Either we limit voluntarily or Malthusian forces will do it for us. Personally, given the amazing rate at which resources are being depleted worldwide and how resistant humans are to limiting reproduction, my money’s on Malthus, and probably sooner rather than later.

  • A Dodgy Bloke

Oh and BTW about Ted Turner what amazes me is anybody listens to this guy about anything out side the entertainment business. A One Child policy is being done in China and is turning into a disaster, anybody every wonder why you see so many little Chinese Girls with Anglo parents and these Girls are the lucky ones.

  • Poppy

You’re right, but misogyny is different from a one child policy. Girls and women have been persecuted for centuries and today there’s an actual shortage of marriage age women in China. The problem is a world that’s being crushed, almost literally, under the weight of a population bloom run amuck. It’s the old yeast in a vat of grape juice syndrome – the yeast eat and eat until the sugar’s all gone and the vat’s full of alcohol, which is their excrement basically, i.e., wine. Humans are doing the same thing, only instead of wine we have chemically induced diseases and dying oceans and dried up rivers. The worst offenders are still the developed world, so called, although the developing countries is catching up. Why they call it developing is beyond me, since look at what we have to show for it; a culture depending for survival on buying big screens TV’s as fast as possible (to keep the economy going), and relegating the environment that we need for survival to an “external cost. The poor earth, truly. What a relief it will be for it when it finally shakes humans off its back (quoting or perhaps misquoting Kurt Vonnegut), even if it takes the planet millions of years to recover from what humans did. Let’s hope we haven’t already sown the seeds of turning earth into another Venus from the climate change that we’re causing. (Bill McKibben’s book, Eaarth.)

Sorry about the typo. …countries are… not …countries is… it started out developing world is…

  • True the number of humans alive on planet earth will peak mid-century at somewhere between 9 and 9.5 billion people. That’s a lot of people, but it is wrong to say it is more than the earth can feed. Lifestyle adjustments are required all round – the rich nations must rein in over-consumption of resources, and they and the poor need to improve their agriculture – this can be done by adding more knowledge to the current practice (not chemicals).

The rate of population growth is actually slowing and has been for a decade, so the doubling time has fallen from forty years to, basically infinity – the world’s human population will never double again.

Even in very poor countries the birth rates are falling dramatically (birth rates in Bangladesh have halved in thirty years), and in rich countries, where each birth puts far more strain on the biosphere, population “growth” is actually negative.

It is not necessary for draconian population reduction policies, this problem will go away all by itself come the middle of this century. Far more important to prepare for the peak by reducing pollution and re-organizing food production away from the fuel and chemical intensive 20th century “green revolution” to the more productive and benign application of knowledge to the process. More inter-cropping, soil enhancing rotations, composting, less meat more veggies and far more labor intensive farming methods will keep all the billions occupied and at the same time reduce our reliance on heavily polluting industry and transportation.

SO population scare mongering (it is thought that two billion…) aside, It is important that we respond appropriately to the population peak. This can only be done by considering the actual problem – pollution – and not the red herring of population.

One final point. If you were to take the entire population of the world, and place it in the lower 48 states of the USA, then that area would have the same population density as England does today.

    (Nice blog BTW)

  • mx

Just watch any one (better yet, ALL) of Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory episodes. If you only believe 5%, you will see we are in deep shit! In one way or another, all 8 (and more) of the subjects listed above have been covered.

  • MS

even if your statistic about England’s density vs the states area happened to be true, which a cursory check suggest is not the case, it would still be little other than a curio, with no value as an observation.

Also, the world population is still in growth, albeit slower as you rightly point out, the growth compounds and I’d be delighted to know how effective you think composting would be in comparison with NPK/modern fertiliser.

  • Frederick Denny

“Now, a very prominent newspaper in the UK is admitting …”

Please be accurate!!! The paper is reporting US findings from the American mid west.
The UK has been very resistant to the likes of the evil US company Monsato.

  • c

We are not overpopulated, they just want you to believe that. The problem is everyone lives densely packed together.

And if you think its okay for governments to limit how many kids you can have; wow. You really think for one moment giving governments power over the people in any regard is ok? You must think they will limit everyone to having a kid but yourself.

Maybe if we want to help people stop popping out babies left and right, we should stop paying for them to do it. How many women these days set out to get pregnant solely so they can get the check that comes in the mail? You see it everywhere.

  • Poppy

Your argument if I’m understanding it correctly is that if you put 7 billion people (the earth’s population) into the lower 48 states we’d have the population density of England? That makes no sense.

You might be well advised to check out resource depletion. It’s not just cheap oil that’s running out in the next two to five years (Robert Hirsch), but also water and topsoil is running out, not to mention minerals such as copper. Now with Pakistan’s floods, Russia’s fires, Australia’s drought and floods (all connected to climate change), the bread baskets of the world that used to export food will be importing. Add to that our rush to waste oil and water growing corn for cars (ethanol) instead of food, and this decade, possibly this year, will see a repeat of the 2008 food shortages.

Water is a major problem both in the U.S. and the world. It’s thought that two thirds of the earth will be water stressed in 15 years. 90% of the big fish are gone from the oceans due to overfishing, the coral reefs are 30% gone, and on and on. How do you plan on feeding an additional 3.5 billion people when we’re barely hanging in there as it is, with merely an illusion of abundance?

The last arrow in agricultural businesses’ quiver is genetic engineering and that only goes so far. Crops are becoming resistant to the pesticides that were engineered into plants so it’s back to the future pulling weeds by hand. Not to mention that the pesticides have sterilized what’s left of the soil. We may want to feed everyone, but wanting isn’t going to get the job done. These are simply facts. Disputing the facts won’t change them.

Also, technology isn’t energy, which we’re running out of as stated above (oil, coal, gas). Technology uses energy. It can’t create it. And if you think energy is so plentiful, consider why BP had to drill a mile under the ocean, and how good our technology was at doing it, and likewise why they need to destroy the environment, especially polluting waterways, by fraking for natural gas.

So-called green energy needs to expand by a factor of 2000 times (not 2000 percent, 2000 times)to match what fossil fuels area giving us now, and green energy needs oil to build it and run it, the wind turbines, solar panels, etc. Again, humanity’s course is not sustainable, and like they say, what can’t go on forever won’t.

  • Ursula

    Excellent article.

Poppy, do you know how China implements their one-child policy? They forcefully abort babies until the day they should be born, and if they don’t manage to hunt down the mother before birth, they’ll kill them with an injection into the fontanelle after birth. Then they sterilize the mother.

They MURDER babies to enforce their policy. I guess you think that is just fine. They might also raze the house of a family who has escaped them, if they find they have more than one child, and take everything they have.

Also, if I recall correctly, Ted Turner has five children. How dare he tell others to have only one!

I am not holding my breath on them admitting any time that vaccines have never been proven to be safe or effective. There is too much money and power at stake here. Plus, untold numbers of doctors, nurses and government officials would have to face that they’ve caused great harm and killed and maimed scores of children.

  • Greenman

It’s intriguing that the media reports refer explicitly to dental fluorosis, sidestepping the arguably more serious form, skeletal fluorosis, which is also caused by chronic exposure to fluoride.

  • Thora

The world is fully capable of feeding, housing and clothing all the humans on the earth and more. The problem is not that there isn’t food, it’s that many of the large population areas have governments that purposely keep and take all the wealth, land, etc from it’s people, and the charity provided by the rest of the world.

The vast majority of people suggesting these radical population reductions DO NOT have your best interests at heart. Follow the money. They talk of taxing the rich and giving to the poor. Vast amounts of money have been given to poor countries, and it’s made virtually no difference. Why do you think more money will help? It will just mean more money for those in government in those countries.

North America has thrown vast amounts of money at our education system, and we have increasing rates of illiterate students in schools, and increasing drop out rates. North America can’t even feed all it’s own people. Many go to bed hungry every night.

Money is not the problem; lack of food is not the problem.

And unless these people who suggest limiting children all have only one or no children, they are hypocrites, and not to be trusted. I suspect that would be most of them that have more.

If the powers that be are lying about some things they tell us, why in the world would we be stupid enough to believe what ever they say.

In choosing my friends, if someone lies to me, they instantly stop being my friend. It should be the same with the powers that be. Once they lie to me once, stop trusting them. These liars have the power of life and death over others, it’s insane to let them continue. It will only be a matter of time before one of their lies directly affects you and your family.

  • Poppy

I’m not saying the way they implement their one child policy is okay, it’s not. The reason it’s so horrific is because girls and women are considered inferior in much of the world. Consider even in the U.S. women couldn’t vote until not that ago and didn’t have many of the rights that men had until the women’s lib movement basically, which is what? The 60’s and 70’s? Like 40 years ago? Ever watch a 007 movie and see how women are treated? Sex objects, that’s it. If they have power, it’s because they’re femme fatales. Women still earn 80% of what men do. In much of the world it’s immeasurably worse for women and girls (and boys) than it is here.

The policy regarding girls and women is horrible and ignorant and barbaric, but it’s a direct result of child rearing practices throughout the world, which are somewhere between barbaric and borderline barbaric. (Consider that in this country it’s domestic violence to hit a woman but discipline to hit a child, and children are far more defenseless. Please spare me your arguments supporting spanking unless you agree to a spanking next time you do something wrong.) The irony is that people love children so much and then can’t do better than use violence to teach them. I’ll teach you to hit they say to the kid as they hit him as punishment.

Anyway, the original point is that the world is on the brink of not being able to sustain the population that’s here now. We’re running out of soil and water and food and other basics. How do you propose to feed an additional 3.5 billion people? There is no easy answer except educating parents around the world, and that goes over really big.

As far as Ted Turner having five kids, it’s like faulting an ex-smoker for advocating not smoking. It’s no argument at all. If nothing else Ted Turner at least can provide materially for his kids, which is more than a lot of people can do as they head for the welfare rolls with kid(s) in tow usually in a single parent household.

  • Overpopulation is a myth. We could easily feed and shelter everyone on this planet and then some. The problem is fraudulent scarcity and spending trillions of dollars on warfare. Look at all the food thrown out every day by restuarants or supermarkets (past expiration date).

Overpopulation is being used as an excuse to introduce further restrictions on our freedoms. The truth is that the number of people that occupy this planet is becoming too much for the elite to control, and that’s why they want to cut the population down. Stop buying into the myths of overpopulation and man made global warming. Neither one has been proven.

    Overpopulation is a Myth

We have the resources to allow every human being to live in abundance. It is just a small number of greedy, heartless individuals at the top that don’t want this.

  • Tannaberton Abacrombie

Can’t see why anyone is upset about the one child policy.
    Has to be done…soon.
This planet is only so big and there are too many of us.
    Especially Muslims.

  • Poppy

Thora, you’re right when it comes to the rich getting richer and throwing the rest of us a bone. But, the rich don’t care if the world is overpopulated. It’s the poor who suffer from overcrowding, little or no sanitation, and often hunger. The rich also don’t care if you trust them or not. We don’t enter into the equation except to mindlessly consume for them so they can make their money selling us stuff that we usually can’t afford.

The world is fully capable of feeding and clothing everyone in it, but only if the so-called rich countries (who are only rich in debt at this point) stop using a huge amount of the world’s wealth in terms of resources. How do you feel about giving up your steak or hamburger tonight and eating a vegan dinner, forever? You’re probably not thrilled over it, even if it will make you healthier and the planet too.

Well, nobody else is thrilled either, and as China gets richer they’re demanding more meat, which is very energy and water intensive (we in the U.S. eat something like a million animals an hour). Quite to the contrary, we the big hearted U.S., if the poor have something we want, like oil, we’ll invade and take it, or we’ll send in our oil companies and devastate a place like the Niger Delta and then mow down the “insurgents” when they refuse to live in the mind bending oil drenched poverty the oil companies push them into as they steal their oil.

Stop driving, stop eating meat and dairy, stop shopping except for stuff you really need instead of want, and multiply that by tens of hundreds of millions and then maybe the world will be able to sustain itself. It would probably be a much nicer place in terms of genuine happiness too.

The human body is not the self, it is just a vehicle, like a motor car; each soul is a child of God, not ours, it is a duty incumbent on everyone to provide a beautiful, healthy, thoroughly intelligent vehicle for every soul. When people say ‘I have the right to produce 12 of MY babies because I believe them to be better than everyone else’s, thinking that everyone else can just have one apiece, because they are not so special as THEIR babies, they are missing the point, the soul is not DNA based, and each individual or couple is merely playing host to one of God’s souls as a child. If however, a couple know they have inheritable genetic diseases, they are not good to look at, either to themselves or anyone else, and they have a very long history in their family of not doing well (the clock is ticking, yeh sure save anyone and every possible combination of DNA just in case some good may come of it, bearing in mind that just a smaller group of bodies is always capable of producing infinite varieties of DNA anyway in the future, just in case you really could want to have those very ugly and defective babies with potential hidden genious or artistic ability-by this I mean damaged, blind, deaf etc., and do bear in mind that to keep such a defective vehicle -not a soul- alive costs many times the cost of maintaining the life of a healthy baby, thus costing the lives of many healthy babies). The defective babies are unproductive, often vegetative, housing souls that are suffering constantly when they could be freed from the horrific prison like suffering of their disfunctional bodies, and be soon reincarnated in a perfectly funtioning body instead. What is the point of a whole load of souls waiting to incarnate to an unhappy polluted overcrowded nuclear and chemical dumping ground, when a smaller population (and thousands of consequently surviving other species) would be much happier and give a much more effective boost to souls wanting to advance in spiritual happiness. Rather, we had better carefully maintain a good standard of conservation of quality of the Earth, and maintain good quality of bodily vehicles truly capable of offering their inhabitants every possible avenue for spiritual progress.

It’s all scary except for the population control. We are straining natural resources and slowly killing the Earth and ourselves…not to mention that the people with the least means have the most children. There’s a good idea somewhere in that.

  • Linda Fortune

EJ, I disagree, have you been up in an airplane lately? Most of the land is not populated. It’s propaganda about the overpopulation lie. I remember Dr. Mitlidder saying the earth could easily sustain, ie. feed 35 billion. It’s the greed of man that denies life to other men, and using force and lies to decide who will live and who will die.

  • I guess it all comes down to do you believe the government is actually capable of solving a problem. Tell me; how’s the War on Poverty and the War on Drugs working out for you? How’s Obama’s pledge of ending the Washington culture of corruption working out for you? How’s the stimulus working out for you?

Oh Yes – Please let’s put more under the Federal governments control.

Humans are delusional. The world can support 35 billion. Probably in the lower 48 states no less which would give it a population density of England. Or maybe we can try putting them in the oceans since three quarters of the planet is covered in water. A delusional species trying to solve problems. No wonder Sarah Palin is so popular.

  • Uncle B

The force of Capitalistic theorem destroys the U.S.A. We need a modified, more regulated, Capitalism. Once the benefits for the nation have replaced the quest for ROI at all costs, and democracy enforcement moves into play, America will see a Nuclear/Electric fueled, second, brighter golden age.
Selective breeding, now performed by the Uber-Rich and very high IQ families of the world, just may catch on in America. Once upon a time, in America’s recent past, bigger, taller, stronger men were considered preferential for breeding – the female’s choice! Footballers have displayed the preferential image for breeding in the U.S.A. for a long time, but it is time for change, and that change will happen.
Now that industry has been automated, smaller lighter, faster, more vegan folks will take over, even in the U.S.A., leaving the great hulking, meat eating, heavy bodied hulks of America behind. They will wallow on the unemployables lines and in the soup kitchens of America until extinct.

  • i think its scarey how much control the goverment has today, ad how so many can’t see how there trying to hurt us more then help us.

  • Stephan

Ursula, thank you for your clarifying thought.
“Open Complicity” is an important key to understanding the ongoing coverup by millions preferring to close their eyes and cash in. Did you see that documentary ?

“Plus, untold numbers of doctors, nurses and government officials would have to face that they’ve caused great harm and killed and maimed scores of children.”

  • Brandi

Poppy, I feel sorry for you because you’re a bitter feminist who comforts herself with the notion that men are evil, therefore you don’t need to be upset that you have no one to love.

I have five children, I may have five more; and when you’re old and feeble my children will be the ones spoonfeeding you and deciding if you get a sponge bath that day, and if you’re lucky, I will have raised them to believe that life is precious.

You can continue to believe that it’s necessary to be a radical environmentalist, have fun not eating meat or dairy, or having children, or driving, or LIVING, and I will be barefoot, pregnant, and happily in the kitchen in a house full of love and laughter and the sound of children playing.

What most of you do not realize is that all these “theories” are complete bunk. None of them are based on any research. Most if not all of these stories are introductions to sales pitches for some product or service that has no benefit whatsoever, and in some cases may be dangerous. Over half a million children a year die of measles alone as a result of not being vaccinated, is it really worth the risk of death? If you think it is then the blood is on your hands.

Re: #7 Aspartame Is Not Good For Our Health

After working for several years in a Neurology department of a prestigious university in St. Louis, Mo (not SLU the other one), I can tell you that doctors KNOW that Aspartame kills brain cells and causes horrible disease. They tell patients suffering from MS and other brain diseases to stop consuming all forms of artificial sugar as well as genetically modified foods. However, they do not put any of this advice in their medical chart!! It is all done verbally. They do however note in their charts “….patient drinks 4 diet cokes per day, etc”.

I have personally witnessed conversations between doctors commenting on the horrible effects of Aspartame and that they have known this for years but refuse to speak up due to political/job “suicide”.

….kinda makes me wonder about anything a doctor tells me!!

Measles deaths (USA from 1901/2, averaged) declined by 99.4% before vaccination in 1968. This proves vaccination played no part in the decline:
Vaccines are a monumental, very profitable yet deadly hoax:
Do you know why the USA government has already paid compensation for 1,300 victims of vaccine brain damage if there is no link to autism ?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on the Vaccine Autism Coverup:
Study authors smeared by BigPharma financed mass media:
CNN “interviews” MD Andrew Wakefield, who published his
research as Royal Free Hospital London surgeon,
yet doesn’t even let him speak:

Maybe one day you will understand why John D. Rockefeller
refused to take the deadly “medicine” his ruthless cartel monopolised in 1913:

many of these ‘conspiracy theories’ have been circulated around relevant circles before conspiracy theorists picked them up and made them sound ominous.

  • Stephan

Haha, how did they sound earlier ?

You mean we only suffer from random acts of evil, nothing organised behind our backs on a large scale ?
It’s all just gangs in caves packing some box cutters for killing 3000 people and lonely executives deciding to poison a few of their customers ?
A few unconnected bad senators giving our last money to bankers “too big to fail” while having no problems with letting entire states go bankrupt.
Use all the money for phony wars half around the globe while letting the people at home become homeless: just bad coordination.
Media coverups included all just due to some incompetence stupidity and simple oversight.
Great we have realists like you to allay our admittedly increasingly burdening fears :-)

Or you are just too frightened to contemplate the possibility that all your life you believed in, supported, defended and worked for a system designed to destroy and enslave us all for the utterly soul- and heartless “benefit” of a few hundred people (hardened sociopaths) at the top of the masonic pyramid worldwide ?

They are increasingly showing their fascist hand in a dirty end game. It’s time we let each-other know we’ve had enough and start making ourselves independent and strong again. Trust in big leaders is never justified as we don’t personally know their past intentions and actions.

  • Poppy

Brandi, you say if I’m lucky you’ll be raising your kids to think life is precious? What does my luck have to do with the way you raise your kids? And why stop at ten children? You could personally light the way and have at least 30 kids by the time menopause sets in. So many eggs, so few years…

  • HA

Its funny poppy, you blather on like most western women about your awful awful treatment by the MAN yet fail to account for how feminism and women’s lib has contributed to the destruction of the american family unit & the generations of broken, emotionally stunted people its produced (who are naturally easier to control through sex & materialism). Like most women, you can recite all sorts of wonderful facts about various other topics but conveniently by-pass altogether the stinking elphant in the rooom. Women are actually earning MORE in this screwed economy now so you can stop quoting all that faulty glass cieling crap, but hey- you’re still a victim right? Half the planet’s population are victims, everybody. Its not like its men that mostly make up the world’s prisons & homeless populations, commit the most suicides, work the hardest, dirtiest, riskiest jobs & die alot earlier than their female counterparts, is it? The west is the most feminized society in existence, it bends over backwards for its women with idiocies like sex harassment laws, no fault divorce, abortion on demand & alimony and its STILL not enough for you.

Your feminist crap is riddled with inconsistencies, and is likely part of the depopulation/societal control agenda itself, being as it is basically marxism for gender & was originally funded by Rockefeller. Time for childish western women to get of their cross & see how they’ve contributed to this mess instead of doing what they always do- blaming it all on men.Grow up

  • HA

and sex objects? IVe never seen a sluttier bunch than todays ‘enlightened’ modern woman, trying to outdo men at everything, including being total cads. They objectify themselves at the drop of a dime

  • Truelove

Yea, those of you know-it-all’s,particularly Californians who can barely live with merely twenty something million or about thirty million in a state the size of Japan, a country with much smaller income inequalities where people live quite well with ten times the population, you who are so dogmatically certain feel threatened by all that “grossly overpopulated” earth peopled by those unlike yourselves, meaning people who value another friend, a community, or enjoyment of the fact of other souls sharing their world over yet another car to stuff in their bloated garages and dull, soulless, arid, over-sized warehouses they call homes. Of course you would rather they were people like yourselves who value multiple bigger TVs or some other conformity induced technological consolation for your unacknowledged alienation and loneliness in a country full of dead souls walking.People are not the problem. If anything, people can easily be the solution to all the problems that environmentalists, and other billionaire-influenced perversions of a healthy concern for one’s world, pretend to care about.

    nothing about poison in vaccines????

  • okay

I have been surfing the web for years. Years and years, since I was a child. For fifteen years I have surfed, and this is the craziest reply string I have ever seen. Ever. Something Awful has nothing on this.

You are all bat shit crazy:

    “nothing about poison in vaccines????”

“Its funny poppy, you blather on like most western women about your awful awful treatment by the MAN yet fail to account for how feminism and women’s lib has contributed to the destruction of the american family unit & the generations of broken, emotionally stunted people its produced (who are naturally easier to control through sex & materialism). Like most women”

“i think its scarey how much control the goverment has today, ad how so many can’t see how there trying to hurt us more then help us.”

“Humans are delusional. The world can support 35 billion. ”

“Maybe if we want to help people stop popping out babies left and right, we should stop paying for them to do it. How many women these days set out to get pregnant solely so they can get the check that comes in the mail? You see it everywhere.”

“It’s falling apart, not so funny,
at least I’m close to passing.
Before the riots, the martial law,
    before Obama starts the gassing.”

Honestly? Mental illness is a serious condition. Free public mental health care should be made available for all in North America. What has happened to our public education system?

  • Com Mentor

How could instituting a global one-child policy possibly be considered anything other than a good idea? Its a sane and responsible remedy to a very real problem regardless of personal ideology or politics.
If the world population continues to rise unchecked we’re going to be in a very bad situation in just a few generations.
Over-population is not a myth. Yes its true we could distribute resources much better than we do now, but there’s only a finite amount. Eventually there won’t be enough to go around and that’s when the alternative population controls come into effect: epidemics and war.

  • Dorian Menes

Exactly how can I benefit my Attention Deficit Disorder family. With out prescription drugs like Dexedrine. My own boy simply cannot complete his homework and discontinue wiggling in class. The tutors would like us to take our son to the family doctor for getting him clinically diagnosed to be ADD and put on harmful drugs. This scares the hell out of me. I had taken lots of meds personally as a kid to place my boy on them.

  • Hi Endoftheamericandream,
Thanks, on a related note, I went to church this early morning, and the priest’s homily was about how Obama’s health care scheme was heading to fund abortionists with tax payer bucks, and urged the parishoners to sign a petition at the back again of the church condemning the health treatment statement, which was to be sent to our state senators. Upon Church, 1 parishioner was shouting. ” Sign the petition! Do not permit them fund abortion!”

So I go residential home and view the news for a little though. 1 of the headlines was about a town hall meeting on swine flu in which there had been very similar outbursts like the types on health and wellbeing care. These folk have been accusing the authorities, or the ” key government” of making swine flu to kill off 1/three of the population, and that the swine flu vaccine will only strenghten the killer virus.

Also, for the previous yr an unknown human being in my community has set black bumper stickers on essentially every stop indicator in the community that claims in great white letters ” 9/11 WAS AN Inside Profession” Why are the paranoid douches attaining so a good deal mainstream support?
I’ll be back to read more next time

    • Michael

Thanks for sharing that with us, and I am glad that you will be back to read more. :)

  • I am not too much of a conspiracy theory guy but there is definitely something we’re not being told. For example:

    – The White House has changed the story several times already about how he was killed.

    – They hastily buried him at sea, claiming it was out of respect for Islam, even though Islamic clerics say that is a violation if Islamic law.

    – Prominent scientists have stated on record that there’s no way they could do the DNA testing in just 12 hours.

    – There is strong evidence that the real bin Laden died in ’01 from his health problems (and he denied involvement in 9/11 originally).

    – In the new tapes that were just “released”, he looks younger, his face is wider, black beard, etc. He just doesn’t look like the real bin Laden.

    – the government hasn’t released any photos or ANY other proof to anyone that they killed bin Laden.

I want to know what people like me think! All the conspiracy theorists swear it’s a hoax, while the mainstream media claim that 99% of people believe the story because they have their own agenda. I obviously don’t associate with either. So I’d like to hear from every day people… thanks!
