70 Tips That Will Help You Survive What Is About To Happen To America

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

70 SignYou may have noticed that things are starting to get crazy. Financial markets are imploding, violent crime rates are soaring in our major cities, and we have witnessed a truly unusual series of natural disasters in recent months. War in the Middle East continues to rage out of control, and Islamic terror continues to spread all over the globe. And many believe that 2016 is going to be a year of political shaking, civil unrest, governmental crackdowns and great economic chaos in the United States. All it is going to take to plunge our society into full-blown panic mode is a major “trigger event” of some sort. Another 9/11, a new “Lehman Brothers” moment, a massive EMP burst from the sun or a historic seismic event are all examples of what this “trigger event” could look like.

So are you ready for what is about to happen to America? In previous articles, I have urged my readers to focus on the five basics – food, water, shelter, energy and self-defense. If you focus on those five things, you will probably be in pretty good shape during any major disaster or emergency.

In this article, I want to dig a little deeper and give people some more specific tips regarding what they can do to prepare for the times that we are now entering. The following are 70 tips that will help you survive what is going to happen to America…

1. A lot of the “experts” out there are urging people to get rid of all of their cash. That is a huge mistake. You are going to need cash to pay your bills – especially during the initial phases of the coming crisis. Today, 63 percent of all Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, and millions of them will be severely hurting almost immediately once they lose their jobs or their businesses go under during this new economic downturn.

2. Get to know your neighbors. As the coming time of trouble unfolds, you are going to want to have people around you that you can trust and depend on.

3. Learn how to grow a garden. Food costs will continue to rise and our food distribution system is far more vulnerable than most people would dare to imagine. Any way that you can become more “food independent” would be a good thing.

4. At this point, you should already have several years of emergency food stored up for each member of your family. And don’t forget to store additional food for friends and family members that haven’t prepared and will need to come stay with you.

5. Make a “bug out plan” for your family, and make certain that every member of your family knows what the rally points are in case you all get separated.

6. Every member of your family should have a “bug out bag“. These should contain everything that they will need in the event of a major emergency.

7. If you are going to “strategically relocate” before things get really bad in this country, hopefully you have already done so by now. If not, you are working on borrowed time.

8. When civil unrest starts really spiraling out of control, it would be in your interest to avoid “America’s death zones” if possible.

9. Always have the gas tanks in your vehicles at least halfway full. You never know when you will need to hit the road in an emergency situation.

10. Put away some extra fuel for your generator while fuel costs are low.

11. Think ahead about what medicines and medical supplies you and your family will need during a major crisis.

12. Try to stock up on things that will make good barter items when the overall economy begins to totally break down.

13. There are non-electric versions of various appliances. Some examples include washing machines and coffee makers.

14. How are you going to cook your food when the power goes out for an extended period of time? You may want to consider a sun oven if you don’t have one already.

15. Don’t have all of your eggs in one basket. That includes not having all of your money in one location. If you have a bank account, consider spreading that money around to two or three different bank accounts.

16. You will want to keep at least some cash at home in case you are not able to access ATM machines during a major crisis.

17. If you can get out of debt without jeopardizing your other preparations, you should consider doing so. Those that are “lean and mean” financially will be in much better shape – especially during the initial stages of the coming crisis.

18. Physical gold and silver are good ways to protect your wealth over the long-term. As I have warned repeatedly, we will continue to see big ups and big downs for precious metals, so if you are going to invest you have got to be able to handle the ride.

19. Reduce your expenses and get accustomed to a more minimal standard of living. Now is not the time to be spending lots of money on fancy new toys.

20. If you have the time and energy, starting a side business may not be a bad idea. That way if you lose your job, you still have some income coming in.

21. You need to have a plan for fresh water in the event of a major emergency. Without water none of us can survive, and is imperative that you have a plan to provide clean drinking water for your family when disaster strikes.

22. If you can afford to get partially or totally “off the grid”, that would be a very good thing. Many preppers are discovering that they can do amazing things with wind, solar and water power.

23. Anyone that has spent more than a few hours without power knows how frustrating this can be. You need to have a plan for how you are going to provide power to your home that is independent of the power company.

24. Rotate your food supplies. Eat your oldest stuff first even though it may be tempting to dig into the stuff that you just purchased.

25. If you have a baby, don’t forget the special things that your baby will need during a major crisis.

26. Many preppers totally forget about their pets. You should store the food and supplies that they will need during an extended emergency.

27. This may sound trivial, but the truth is that our entertainment-addicted society would become very bored and very frustrated if the grid suddenly went down for an extended period of time. Card games and other basic forms of entertainment can make enduring a crisis much easier.

28. In the years ahead, being able to defend your home is going to become increasingly important. When the economy crashes, people are going to start to become very desperate. And desperate people do desperate things.

29. No plan ever unfolds perfectly. When your plan is disrupted, what will you do? It will be imperative for all of us to have a back-up plan and to be flexible during the years ahead.

30. Do not go around and tell everyone in the area where you live about your prepping. If you do, then you may find yourself overwhelmed with “visitors” when everything falls apart.

The following are items that are commonly recommended by survivalist experts that you may want to consider storing in case they are needed during a major crisis or emergency…

32. Warm Clothing

33. Gloves

  • Daddyotis

Very good list. For many of us, these items and ideas are already implemented or in some stage of procurement. We all do our best with what we have and what our resources allow. I did chuckle at the suggestion that there be MULTIPLE years of food stored for EACH member of the family. Although I would very much like to have that covered, I simply do not have the $$$ or the space to do this. I do have a good larder stocked (along with the ability to grow more if need be), but my resources have to be spread between food and other important areas (defense, first aid, etc)

Colloidal silver is important for stopping the diseases that are spreading thanks to all the illegals pouring in.

      • ddduke

A medical silver is probably the most useful multi-purpose item to have in your survival stores. The products advertised on this page have been clinically proven to heal and prevent even antibiotic resistant infection. I have used them for 15 infection free years. They are safe for animals and children, too. No disruption to beneficial probiotics.

  • Robert

Throughout history most survived due to group efforts. It does take a village. Relatively few have the skills and knowledge to go it alone. The days of the lone mountain man are gone. We are too bound to a complex society. Best to live adjacent to swamps with slow creeks if a real survival situation arises. Just one cut or broken bone and it is over. All nuts!

    • Gay Veteran

      Barter items: booze, tobacco, sugar

  • K

I would add mental preparation, and a honest assessment of your abilities. An example of mental preparation. In a defensive situation, at what point will you shoot. Try to have decided. on some solid rules you are comfortable with. Honest assessment. Can you really still run 5 hundred yards? You may have a rifle that will reach 7 hundred yards. But how far can you use it accurately. These are the kind of things, you need to know. Before trouble comes knocking. Fail to plan, plan to fail.

    • http://www.mindbodygreen.com Kim

Mental and emotional. I agree with all this K. Excellent advice

      • K

Thank-You Kim. Have a safe trip.

        • http://www.mindbodygreen.com Kim

Thank you sweetie!! I’ll try to check in sometimes. Otherwise I’ll be back in three weeks!!! I’ll be back for a few months then I am off the Melbourne Australia for a month. :-))

          • GoldenGirl

Sounds like a great time, Kim! Safe travels to you.

          • http://www.mindbodygreen.com Kim

Yes I am doing to volunteer work. And I will definitely fit in some tourist time as well!! Thank you

    • Maddog

Couldn’t agree more. A really good place to improve your relationship with the lord is at Trunews dot com with Rick Wiles.

  • CEDRICWARD

“wood’ socks would hurt…try wool instead.

DO NOT have any money or assets in a bank or safe deposit box.
    They will be confiscated soon.
Better to convert your money now into items you will need when the system has crashed and cash has been made illegal to have.
You will NOT be able to protect yourself from invaders who only want your supplies and your young women. Teach your children NOW how to use weapons and how to defend themselves and survive on their own.

It is time now to immediately LEAVE THE UNITED STATES with whatever you can convert to cash and get out while you can. Finding a place that will let you in can be difficult and costly, but you have to do what ever you can NOW as the U.S. is going to become a giant prison camp of slaves who will be exterminated when they can no longer provide free labor to the elites.

    • algol2000

If any want to get out of the USA to migrate to Nigeria, I can help you buy land and settle.

      • John J. Henesy

Leave the United States of America for Nigeria? Wait let me go pack.

        • algol2000

Only for the adventurous who love freedom and lots of space. Watch the Revenant.

    • John J. Henesy

Leave the only country in the land where there is freedom? I will take my chances. Let us not forget that there are over 300 million of us slaves to just how many elites, 5 million, 10 million tops? Stop giving up your liberties for these scumbags. Run them out of here.

      • GoldenGirl

I like the way you think, John!

      • Lonnie

I will shoot them in the face before I will “wait on them!”

  • another_engineer

    64. Wood Socks, Sweaters And Mittens ??????????????

    • Jim Davis

      I would recommend Kevlar socks.

    • https://www.youtube.com/user/bctruck?feature=mhee Bctruck

Balsa wood specifically. They are the lightest type of wood socks available. Cedar if you wish to mask human foot odor.

    • Lynn

Typo, I imagine. Wool socks most likely.

    • Guest

Those are just cheap Chinese knock-offs. We used to know them as wooden shoes.

  • John Noyb

Michael – a very practical list of things that will truly be necessary – but THE ABSOLUTE MOST IMPORTANT NECESSITY will be to put your HOPE and FAITH and TRUST into a personal relationship with Jesus. Without that – you will not be able to withstand much of it even though you think you’ll be able to. Without preparation of your heart – having that relationship with your Maker – you’ll ultimately be toast(literally!)

    • iris

So true! We all will leave this state of things one way or another, and we all live for eternity, (in heaven or hell) which is literally right around the corner, considering the difference between the average lifespan and forever. Trading may continue once the mark of the beast is in place, but again, only for a time, as we’re told that all who refuse the mark will be beheaded. Yes, be prudent and prepared as possible, not only for yourselves, but for those around you, but keep the focus on eternity. It is not what happens to us, so much as how we react to our circumstances, that count in God’s eyes.

  • MaxRockatansky33

Get rid off the paper money and buy commodities, they’re record cheap. Gold, silver, oil. And have a Faith. This will help more than you think.

  • John Francis

Obama has made a mess of things! He’s had eight years to get the nation’s finances on a more stable footing, but has more than doubled the national debt, piling a Mt Everest of debt on our backs – he came in from the get-go bailing out the big banks – we’ll never be able to pay it back – and he leaves office with the nation on the verge of economical collapse. He has the gall to talk about his legacy. He should have been impeached long, long ago! He and W Bush, the two worst presidents in American history!

    • algol2000

Obama has DELIBERATELY made a mess of things as dictated to him by his handlers.

  • Michael Johnson

    Rope!

    • Andre Gillies

Yeah, missing rope and a 300ft spool of paracord, would not be good!

    • Bob332

      LOL!

  • Jim Davis

Nonsense! Cramer says buy, buy, buy! He wouldn’t steer us wrong would he?

    • James

      Why would you not buy?
      Buy LOW sell HIGH right?
Let me guess, you were too busy prepping and forgot to buy n sp 500 index fund

  • VigilanteCaregiver

Great list Mike! If you don’t mind, I’d like to extend the list a bit:

#2 & 4. This is a great one: folks NEED a community of like-minded folks to survive and eventually thrive. Even if you need to support them initially it’s worth it in the long run.

#3. Learn and begin using modern garden techniques. Vertical and hydroponic gardening maximizes returns. Solar power for the hydroponic pumps works fine, but a generator is needed for Metal Halide grow bulbs. And either store a large amount of fertilizers to raise small livestock. Rabbits, quail, and honeybees are the best for any area – even urban. Rabbits and quail can thrive in a garage or shed with windows.

#10, 14, 22, & 23. We built our own generator with a few large, homemade wind turbine alternators (plans free online) and attached them all to a single axle rotated by an altered CNG small motor. The motor is powered by a methane digester converting rabbit manure into natural gas. The excess gas is good for heating the home and cooking with. A simpler generator is built with your car’s alternator and the lawn mower motor: if you can’t afford a generator or have no room for one, this is a good backup plan. The plans for everything described here is free online; takes a little imagination to put it all together.

#26. A watch dog is vital. He works while you sleep.

#28. This is another advantage to having a supportive community – more folks to watch your back.. Ammo runs out fast. To overcome this, during a long-term crisis or total collapse it’s best to save your urine. Let the ammonia dissipate (might take up to a month) then filter through wood ashes and set out liquid to evaporate: the crystals left are saltpeter. Mix the saltpeter with powdered charcoal and confectioner’s sugar (75% – 10% – 15%) and place mixture in a mold. Add a little purified water and add pressure – let sit to dry. When dry, chisel out of mold and store powder in cold, dry, safe place. Also make a small bunker out of homemade sandbags. I’ve described this a few times before, so look in my posting history for that info.

    • JJ

I have been in this community for 8+ years and see nothing here but liabilities.
New cars; NEVER see groceries packed in–nope, not doing it in garages–they are packed with junk!
I WILL feed any that help protect our stocked food and supplies.

  • Klitius Smooth

If chaos hits, Marshall law will happen. Where they can go in your house an take everything you own. Two cash will be meaningless if there is no value if the currency cash, so stocking on gold is pointless if you can’t get to it. This list sound good, but at the end of the day majority that leave paycheck to paycheck, you can’t afford to leave the USA. If you seriously think on surviving, you must have faith in Jesus. There is no other way, the bible has been accurate about the ends which we leave. To those, that think its a fable, you can try your luck. You will not survive this times coming up without Jesus, I can promise you its impossible.

    • iris

      Agree! God bless!

    • algol2000

      Thank you. Well put.

    • Kurt Müller

Incredible. I’ve never seen such a ridiculous article or a more childish grou of adults. I sincerely hope that this thread quickly fades so as to minimize the negative impact this will have on believers when unsuspecting seekers stumble across this piece. I just hope my wife doesn’t search my surfing history.

    • Guest

Bob, do you know Bob Hughes ? You two think a lot alike. Ya might consider hooking up in the least heterosexual way possible.

  • Mad Max

Solar light and solar radio and solar battery charger

  • John Noyb

Don’t forget the toilet paper and where you plan on using it. Sewer/water districts may not be running the pumps to keep water flowing – sewers may back up etc. Doesn’t hurt to have a bag of inexpensive lime available if you end up digging a hole in your back yard. Additionally, you may want to keep some sackrete available to stop up your toilets, showers drains etc. from sewer backup – you don’t want that stuff overflowing into your house. Just say’in – it’s got to go some where (and so do you!).

  • Getaclue

I’d add buy a medicinal and edible plant guide in hard copy on Amazon. Learning to heal things naturally is paramount. Also finding food that’s growing wildly may be very helpful.
    God bless.

  • Mistanick

Michael, please don’t do this again! 2015 was to be the year of collapse, chiefly September I forget the exact date. Now this.

Either you have a love for trying to be a prophet or you are attempting to generate page views to get more advertising. Two extremes, I know, but I can’t imagine middle ground in this case.

The stock market is a gamblers game. A company doesn’t sell as many widgets as an “analyst” said they would, and their stock plunges. Things look bad for defense spending (that will be the day) and their stock goes down. Not to mention all the macinations entered into the media by gold sellers who would love to see a market crash. Believe it, the stock market will go up and down given time.

Europe and the Middle East are disaster areas. I hope our leaders learn by examples seen there. Political turmoil is nothing new to our society. Nothing new under the sun.

All of your prepping ideas are good without tragedy predictions I suppose, to a point. If you have a flood or earthquake, folks have been listing things we should have for generations, but with common sense advice, not fear mongering.

    • silk

Natural News posts like a zillion articles a week to generate more page views!

  • merrileerj

Thank you Michael. #64 (wood socks) sounds painful though, but okay….(lol).

  • Bob Hughes

Incredible. I’ve never seen such a ridiculous article or a more childish group of adults. I sincerely hope that this thread quickly fades so as to minimize the exposure (although I doubt many will read the drivel). When unsuspecting seekers stumble across this piece, I pray their internet shuts down or their iPads blow up before the page loads, else they will never darken the door of a house of worship. I also hope my wife doesn’t search my surfing history. I can’t think of anything more embarrassing than her seeing that I visited this site.

    • Jodie Lynn Gaeta

      Bye, bye Bob!

What are you going to do about body waste ? I purchased a portable toilet that can be used in just about any situation . Add some RV chemical to the water reservoir when full it can be poured down into a pit or drain pipe. Also I have a portable shower and shelter to use it in . All of this can be found on E-Bay , that’s where I got mine .

    • dbelton

Well, you could deal with body waste the same way that humans did before becoming spoiled little brats, and the same way that all other animals do. Find a tree or dig a hole. Unless you live in a sandy desert area, a little dirt thrown over it will cause it to break down very quickly. Also, it would probably be better for you health-wise as well. The modern toilet causes all kinds of health problems due to the unnatural position it puts you into while eliminating waste. You never get rid of everything.

  • greanfinisher .

I think that there will be a major nuclear war sometime between now and 2025. In that event, only the dead would be the fortunate ones. Beyond that, there is obviously a staggering number of those in this country that are tethered on life support already (food stamps, welfare, SSD, paycheck-to-paycheck, Social Security, Medicare, etc.etc.), and one need not describe the despair when an overcrowded lifeboat begins to sink.

  • Lazarovic

outdoor thermometer and barometer, a ‘weather station’, of sorts, that doesn’t require electricity or batteries.

#71 A couple of cars, all filled up.

We have 4 cars. Two of them are used daily. The other two were used daily in the past and well maintained. I decided not to trade them in as I was offered a pittance after 15 years, now these cars are functioning as a back-up.

Each car is stored at a different location. One is 43 years old, the other is 25 years old.

    • desert nudist

Also air filters for each car, cabin filters, oil + oil filters, fuel filters (some cars don’t have this but the strainer still needs checking), fuel stabilizer, transmission filters + fluid, tire patches, spark plugs, brake fluid, etc.

  • iris

disposable gloves, disinfectant spray, antibacterial wipes, a portable filter for water. I purchased the Family Life Straw, by Earth Easy. Might have seen the link on this site. Potassium Iodide pills, for possible radiation exposure, only use as directed. If you have the space, get some good condition, food grade 50 gallon barrels with lids to store water. If water is sterilized and stored properly, will be good for 5 years. A large, quality candle inside a 34-39 oz coffee can kept in your car trunk, can provide enough heat if stranded in your vehicle. If you must evacuate, take back roads when possible. But above all, know that God is ultimately in charge of everything, so make sure you know Jesus (Yeshua of Bethlehem) as The LORD and your savior. We’re all leaving here one day, one way, anyway.

    • carson

Yes the Lord has His kids.
I have some filters and there nice but eventually they’ll fill up and need changed, and it might be hard to get replacement filters so boiling water is the go to and many ways to do it basically for free, store bought fuel runs out.
There’s tapping tree’s and using the gravels/ground/charcoals etc to filter in emergency but boiling is so easy, you can search online the many stoves you can make of any size that’ll burn even twigs and a heat capturing funnel to put over the top which will utilize all the little heat twigs produce to boil water faster. Skip the ‘stove’ and use a hole in the ground and a air intake hole and all you need is the funnel which makes things faster.
amazing how much heat is lost that could be captured and directed onto the pot lol, and with fewer sticks used/needed=less smoke, in case you know bigfoot is creeping around or something lol

      • iris

great to know! Also, pine needles have vitamin C in them, pretty bitter, but still…

        • carson

lol. yeah I think they make a tea out of those but i’ve not tried them. I ate a dandelion instead lol :))

they tell me that when I was just a lad I was spied eating an earthworm! I was to little to remember but yeah they had to grab me up from doing that lol.

          • iris

Maybe you instinctively were seeking the protein? My brother and I used to suck the marrow out of cooked chicken bones, and I can remember craving pickle juice as a kid. Sometimes our bodies just know what we need, like the iron in the marrow, or the salt in the pickle juice. Adults often forget those instincts.

  • carson

long johns bottoms etc, everybody has thin tee’s and etc to layer underneath heavier sweaters etc but fewer have a thin layer(s) to layer underneath heavier pants…it’s cold out there.

a hobo stove or call it what you will, a stove that will boil water/cook using even twigs, and twigs as fuel are everywhere so you’ll never run out.

  • desert nudist

#46 Vitamins are more important if a man does the 19 year life extension. I get natural sources of vitamin d3 + k2 to keep my bones strong. Calcium foods (the pills clog arteries) and other foods high in bone minerals. Sunlight (no sunscreen) is also good for bones. A bottle of estrogen & testosterone could be kept as a backup for bone health if someone ran out of healthy food.

Also hot flash pills could be important for surviving the summer if you live where it’s hot (not sure yet) but I only like natural foods. I’ve spent maybe $250 on thin clothes because of the hot flashes and my muscles are turning into blubber. An AC and a way to power it are crucial. Lotion / oil is good to have because cell division is so slow it’s easier to rub your hands raw. Also my hands don’t make oil. Aloe vera & a grounding patch + colloidal silver to spray on wounds (silver kills germs). Cuts take a long time to heal.

  • Slunecni Zajicek

Ad #17: No, no, and NO! In any kind of economic collapse you want to be as indebted as you can be, while at the same time having fungible assets whose value will rise in excess of the inflation rate. Silver and Gold are good in a stable economy, but not when the currency goes to wallpaper. In Weimar situations like that, coal, wood, food, and cigarettes are worth more than Gold or Silver. I did my thesis on the Weimar hyperinflation of 1922-1923 and back then, rich people were trading like a big handful of Silver, or antique pianos or paintings for a mere bucket of coal. Real estate also lost value, but if you had a mortgage on it, you could pay that off with a couple buckets of coal because the winter of 1922-23 was also an unusually cold winter.

    • ddduke

I have never known a lending institution to take commodities of any sort as settlement for a mortgage. A collapse just doesn’t usually happen overnight, they commonly happen in stages. If you wind up in one where the banking industry is still functional and you have credit card, etc. debt that you can’t repay, be prepared to have your assets confiscated by court order, or possibly even internment in a work camp. Retire as much debt as possible as soon as possible.

      • Slunecni Zajicek

You don’t understand. You have the assets on hand, and then sell them at the inflated price to pay said mortgage off. Barring any price suppression schemes by the various central banks using paper Gold and paper Silver, Gold should have been worth 10,500 USD/troz. and Silver should have been worth 550 USD/troz. back in 2010. My team and I used several approaches, like regression analysis, inflation-adjustment, PPP, and more, and came up with these figures. Nobody disagreed with my data or methodology, but the research never made it to the bank’s website because some board members felt it was too controversial. I later found out that the late Edgar Steele had come up with similar figures. The price-suppression schemes I referred to will collapse because any Weimar-type situation just means that the central banks have lost control.
You don’t even need hard assets like Gold to make out on this. If you have a mortgage loan for for example 100,000 USD and it gets to the point where simply working a normal job will be paying you 100,000 USD per hour, you pay it off with that. Sure, in the interim between you making 200 USD/hr and 100,000 USD/hr there will be interest rate increases, but these won’t be nearly as high as the prime rate because most mortgage loan contracts have limitations on how much the interest rate can increase, and how frequently. If you have a fixed-rate mortgage (which almost nobody does) then you’re even better off.
Anyone who tells you to pay off your debts right now is just recycling the thoughts of other people who know nothing about finance. And I’m sure you know what it is that usually gets recycled: garbage.
If you take out a loan right now, and use it to buy rental property, you put in an inflation clause into every rental contract. That way, as inflation increases, your income keeps up with it, however, the debt on that property remains the same.

Psychopaths don’t need a “right” to do anything… only a means.

Okay, how about posting an actual “how to” article for someone that is a male, middle age, that has epilepsy, but now gets free medicines through UCB’s patient assistance, so now he can go back to work, since he has been out of work for so many years.

So, what’s he to do? How can he get “cash” if no job?

I’m serious. What’s the answer for a middle aged male in the USA who has been out of work due to epilepsy?

How to get back into the workforce?

I see all these, “get prepared” articles, but what if you’re unemployed, and can’t seem to get an interview or hired, just told to check “your email”, and you think it’s because of your age, and being out of work for so long.

It is really stressful and reading a post, “pray to God” doesn’t help.

    Thanks for any helpful thoughts.

Hey Charles, sorry about your condition. It certainly limits your options (pilot, heavy machinery). However, there is a lot you can do. Have you considered starting a business? I’d review your hobbies and interests and see if any of those can be made into a money-making venture. It will be much harder to put in the hard work if you are interested in no only the income you may one day have, but also in the activities you are pursuing. Remember, it usually take a long time to develop a client base. Consider pro-bono work, giving talks, charity work to hone your skills and establish name recognition. Lastly, whatever you choose always strive to under promise and over deliver.

Thank you very much for your advice and thoughts! It’s just hard not to get depressed and feeling sorry for myself. That is good advice and “under promising”. I like it. Now to figure out a business…hmmm…

It’s not easy. I’ve been self employed for over eight years. I charge a lot for my time. When I’m working I do very well. There are often long gaps between jobs, though. Frugal living helps us go for some pretty long stretches without a pay check. As difficult as things sometimes get, I feel more in control than when I’m working as an employee for somebody else. Finding what people want to pay you to do is not always a simple task, but there is still opportunities out there.

this man is insane. What does he suppose will happen to anyone in a city who is equipped in this manner ? it would take about a few minutes before they were stripped of all by mob. I don’t know about him but I am not willing to engage in shooting people endlessly to survive this type of condition. maybe a chance in country properly equipped not in NYC just going to be a target.

    Prof. Dr. Margrit Kennedy

was an architect, an ecologist, a financial expert and a critic of the prevailing economic system. As a Professor she headed the department of “Technological Advancement and Resource Efficient Construction” at the University of Hannover’s architecture school. As early as 1982 she recognized that the broader application of ecological principles were inhibited by fundamental flaws in the monetary system, especially the consistent need for economic growth resulting from interest and compound interest. Through her continuous research and scrutiny she became an expert on the subject, working on practical solutions for essential Problems:

How can we create a sustainable monetary system?

What characterizes monetary systems which do not collapse repeatedly and which serve us rather than control us?

Where can we find examples of well-working monetary systems in the past and present?
