While radical Sunni militants were conquering Damascus, Israel was conducting an absolutely massive bombing campaign inside Syria that is unlike anything we have seen before. The IDF is telling us that more than 350 targets were hit. Basically the goal was to destroy as much military hardware as possible so that it would not fall into the hands of the militants. The Israelis were concerned that the militants might use the military hardware that they inherited against them, and so they took pre-emptive action. California Just Received A Magnitude 7.0 Warning – Was This A Preview Of The “Mega-Earthquake” That Will Hit The West Coast?
The west coast just got a major league wake up call. There has been an unusual number of sizable earthquakes along the California coast in 2024, and on Thursday we witnessed the largest one so far. A magnitude 7.0 earthquake stuck about 40 miles offshore, and authorities issued a tsunami warning which sparked quite a bit of panic. Thankfully, a tsunami did not materialize and the earthquake did not hit a heavily populated area. But scientists have been warning us over and over again that “the Big One” is way overdue. A Mystery “Flu-Like” Disease With A Very High Death Rate Is Suddenly Spreading Like Wildfire In Africa
A mysterious disease that produces “flu-like” symptoms and that is killing a very high percentage of those that it infects has suddenly appeared in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and scientists have no idea what it is. So far, this mystery disease does not appear to be related to H5N1, monkeypox, Ebola, the Marburg virus or any of the other deadly bugs that are currently spreading around the globe. Perhaps after more testing is done, scientists will discover that there is a very simple explanation after all. And let us hope that this new outbreak turns out to be fairly insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
