Rumors Of War, Pestilences, And Earthquakes In Diverse Places…

Most people still don’t realize this, but the truth is that we have entered an apocalyptic time in human history.  War, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, economic problems and civil unrest are all in the headlines on a daily basis already, and they are all going to be a bigger part of our lives moving forward.  Those that have been hoping that our lives would soon “return to normal” will be greatly disappointed, because what we have experienced so far is just the beginning. War With Russia? Trump Says Russian Troops Must “Get Out” Of Venezuela And “All Options Are Open” To Make That Happen

Instead of “collusion with Russia”, will the mainstream media soon be buzzing about a potential war with Russia?  The Trump administration and the Russian government are currently engaged in a very heated war of words regarding the deteriorating situation in Venezuela, and at this point it is difficult to see how this crisis will end well unless one side is willing to back down.  The Russians are backing current president Nicolas Maduro, and as you will see below, they now have troops on the ground in the country.  That absolutely infuriated President Trump, because it greatly complicated his plans for regime change in Venezuela.  He told the press that Russia must “get out” and that “all options are open” as far as accomplishing that goal.  In other words, President Trump is actually threatening Russia with military force if they refuse to pull their troops out of the country. Russia Has Constructed Massive Underground Shelters In Anticipation Of Nuclear War

Russian National Defense Center - Photo by Russian Defense MinistryDid you know that the Russians have a massive underground complex in the Ural mountains that has been estimated to be approximately 400 square miles in size?  In other words, it is roughly as big as the area inside the Washington D.C. beltway.  Back in the 1990s, the Clinton administration was deeply concerned about the construction of this enormous complex deep inside Yamantau mountain, but they could never seem to get any straight answers from the Russians.  The command center for this complex is rumored to be 3,000 feet directly straight down from the summit of this giant rock quartz mountain.  And of course U.S. military officials will admit that there are dozens of other similar sites throughout Russia, although most of them are thought to be quite a bit smaller.  But that is not all that the Russians have been up to.  For example, Russian television has reported that 5,000 new emergency nuclear bomb shelters were scheduled to have been completed in the city of Moscow alone by the end of 2012.  Most Americans don’t realize this, but the Russians have never stopped making preparations for nuclear war.  Meanwhile, the U.S. government has essentially done nothing to prepare our citizens for an attack.  The assumption seems to be that a nuclear attack will probably never happen, and that if it does it will probably mean the end of our civilization anyway. Virulently Anti-American: 81 Percent Of Russians Now View The United States Negatively

Russia - Public DomainRussians view the United States much more unfavorably today than they did during the end of the Cold War era.  As you will read about below, an astounding 81 percent of all Russians now view the United States negatively, and only 13 percent have a positive opinion of this country.  In all of the years when Russians have been surveyed on their attitudes toward the U.S., they have never been this negative.  But of course Americans generally do not view the Russian people unfavorably.  So why is this happening?  Well, it all comes down to the actions of the Obama administration.  The Russian people are convinced that U.S. organizations organized, funded and armed the rebels that violently overthrew the democratically-elected Ukrainian government.  And once it was overthrown, the Obama administration immediately recognized the rebels as the legitimate government of Ukraine.  And now most Russians are convinced that the U.S. government is trying to promote a similar revolution inside Russia.  In recent years, the Russian people have become increasingly nationalistic, and at this point they view U.S. meddling in their affairs as a direct threat to their way of life.  Even while most Americans are extremely apathetic about what is going on over in Russia, an increasingly large chunk of the Russian population is angry enough to go to war. While Obama Guts The U.S. Military, Russia Prepares For War

Russian Nuclear Missile To Be Personally Delivered To ObamaThe Russian military and the U.S. military are going in two very different directions.  Military spending in Russia is increasing by a whopping 33 percent this year alone, and the Russians are feverishly preparing as if a major war with the United States is inevitable.  But despite the fact that the conflict in Ukraine has raised tensions with Russia to Cold War levels, the Obama administration is still acting as if we were living in a “post-Cold War” era.  Even while the Russians are arming themselves to the teeth, the U.S. military is being gutted.  In fact, the U.S. Army is in the process of being cut down to the smallest size that we have seen since the end of World War II, and the U.S. Navy is already the smallest that it has been since World War I.  There is very little political debate about this gutting of our military at the moment, but someday we may look back and bitterly regret not being more prepared. The U.S.-Backed Government In Ukraine Is Starting To Lose The Civil War

War In Ukraine - Photo by Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung from Berlin, DeutschlandThe mainstream media in the U.S. is being very quiet about this, but the truth is that the U.S.-backed government in Kiev is starting to lose the civil war.  This week, the separatists captured the very important railway junction of Debaltseve despite the fact that a ceasefire is supposed to be in place.  Buoyed by a constant influx of Russian weapons and supplies, the separatists have gained a clear upper hand in the conflict.  But this was not supposed to happen.  When protest groups that were funded, organized and advised by organizations in the United States violently overthrew the democratically elected Ukrainian government, the Obama administration was hoping that the Ukrainian people would rapidly embrace their new pro-western leaders.  Instead, the nation was plunged into a very bitter civil war that could go on for many years.  And as the battlefield stands right now, the government in Kiev will probably be forced to concede even more territory in the months ahead as more weapons and fighters arrive from Russia.  The Obama administration could decide to intervene by shipping large amounts of weapons and supplies to the Ukrainian government, but that could turn the civil war in Ukraine into a proxy war between the United States and Russia.  And the thing about proxy wars is that sometimes they turn into real wars. While Obama Snoozes, Russia Is Preparing For Nuclear War With The United States

Nuclear War - Public DomainDid you know that two Russian bombers practiced launching cruise missiles at the United States from a spot in the North Atlantic just the other day?  And did you know that Russia is spending massive amounts of money to build and test new nuclear weapons systems?  Meanwhile, the Obama administration is doing absolutely nothing to upgrade the U.S. nuclear arsenal.  Our nuclear officers are actually still using floppy disks and other computer technology from the 1960s.  The size of the U.S. nuclear arsenal has been reduced by about 95 percent from the peak of the Cold War, and Barack Obama has spoken of even more dramatic reductions.  Obama is snoozing even as a Russian general speaks of the need to “spell out the conditions under which Russia would launch a preemptive nuclear strike” against the United States.  Obama appears to be entirely convinced that a nuclear war between the U.S. and Russia is not even a remote possibility.  He better be right, because we are definitely not prepared for one.
