Nashville Suicide Bomber Anthony Quinn Warner Is A Perfect Example Of The Hopelessness That Pervades Our Society

What a sad, sad man Anthony Quinn Warner was.  He was unmarried, he didn’t appear to have any close friends, he had been involved in a legal conflict with own mother over real estate, and his death was completely and utterly meaningless.  I think that he was trying to draw attention to himself by blowing up his RV in front of the AT&T building in downtown Nashville, and millions of Americans now know who he is, but nobody will remember him fondly.  Instead, they will remember him as the man that blew out the windows in at least 41 buildings and devastated a significant portion of the downtown area of one of America’s most iconic cities. It’s Finally Morning Again In America, And A New Day For Our Country Starts NOW

Inauguration Day Ready - Public DomainFor the first time in decades, it feels like morning in America again. I was quite young when Ronald Reagan was president, and I only have vague memories from those days. But I do remember the extraordinary optimism that his leadership inspired, and my hope is that Donald Trump’s leadership will be just as inspirational. The Good Side Of Thanksgiving And The Bad Side Of Thanksgiving

thanksgiving-dinner-photo-by-marcus-quiqmireI have to admit – of all the holidays on our calendar, Thanksgiving is one of my favorites. It is a time to gather with family and friends, and it is a time to give thanks for all the good things that have happened to us this year. In fact, one newly released report says that Americans will throw away 200 million pounds of turkey this Thanksgiving alone… (Read More...)

Michael And Meranda Snyder Announce The Launch Of Their New Television Show

The Watch - Michael and Meranda SnyderAfter an extraordinary amount of hard work, Michael and Meranda Snyder are pleased to announce that the very first episode of their television show has finally been released.  Our show is called “The Watch”, because that is really what we are – we are watchmen on the wall trying to sound the alarm as loudly as we can.  Many of you already know me as the publisher of The Economic Collapse Blog and End Of The American Dream, and now this new program will allow you to get to know my wife as well.  In this first episode we spend some time simply introducing ourselves, and future programs will focus much more heavily on news and information.  But of course we do discuss some very interesting things in this episode such as the 13 dead bald eagles, Obama’s plan to divide the land of Israel and the city of Jerusalem, and the terrible flooding down in Louisiana and Texas.  Our shows will be airing on Christian television, but they will also be available on YouTube.  You can watch the very first episode right here(Read More...)
