Mitt Romney To Enter The Race? The Establishment’s Secret Plan B To Steal The Nomination From Trump

Is Mitt Romney about to enter the race for the Republican nomination? As I have written about repeatedly, the Republican establishment is absolutely desperate to keep Donald Trump out of the White House. If it comes to it, they will move heaven and earth to make sure that he is defeated – even if that means Hillary Clinton wins the election. Right now, Trump has won three of the first four contests on the schedule, and he is projected to win almost every state on Super Tuesday. This would put him on a clear path toward winning the nomination, and so establishment insiders are in full-blown panic mode. At this point, two different plans are being put forward for how to proceed if Trump continues to roll. One is to have Marco Rubio exit the race so that Mitt Romney can run against Trump, and the other is to run a third party candidate against Trump and Clinton in the fall. (Read More...)

This is a woman that has never seemed to be able to do much of anything right, and yet at the moment she appears quite likely to be our next president. And it is sad commentary on the state of this nation that we would willingly choose such a leader. The Clintons have been continuously immersed in scandal since their days in Arkansas in the 1980s, and yet tens of millions of Americans still worship them. The Clintons could probably sacrifice children to Baal on national television and most of their supporters would still love them. There is no way in the world that Bill or Hillary Clinton should be running for anything at this point. If we actually lived in a just society, they would both be in prison. But instead, they are treated like rock stars wherever they go, and they have made more than $100 million since leaving the White House in 2001. Most of that money has come from making speeches and doing personal appearances. The next presidential election is still nearly two years away, and yet the mainstream media is already telling Americans who they are supposed to vote for. Now that Jeb Bush has all but officially declared that he is running for president, a “dream matchup” between Bush and Hillary Clinton is being touted as “inevitable”. But is this what the American people actually want? Most liberals seem to truly dislike Clinton, and most conservatives can’t stand Bush at this point. And yet when the time comes, the big money donors will line up behind them and they will get far more media coverage than the other candidates. Yes, there is still a chance that another establishment candidate such as Mitt Romney could jump ahead of Bush on the Republican side, and there is also a chance that Hillary Clinton may decide not to run at all (more on that below). But when it is all said and done, it is virtually certain that Americans will have a choice between establishment candidate #1 and establishment candidate #2 on election day 2016, and that is absolutely sickening.
