A New Survey Has Found The Upcoming Election Is A “Significant Source Of Stress” For 56% Of U.S. Adults

This is definitely going to be an election season to remember.  For most Democrats, four more years of Donald Trump in the White House is a scenario that is absolutely unimaginable, and they will be fighting like mad to keep that from happening.  But of course Trump supporters are equally determined to keep him in power, and many of them are not even willing to consider the possibility that a Democrat could potentially win.  If you thought that the last election was contentious, just wait until you see what happens this time around.  In the end, close to half the country is going to be bitterly, bitterly disappointed, and they will be in no mood to be governed by whoever ultimately wins.  Of course the mainstream media and many of our national leaders will be gleefully stirring the pot the entire time, but when things finally explode they won’t take any responsibility.  We have never seen this much anger, frustration and hatred in our political process, and there is no way that this is going to end well. When Did Halloween Become So Sick, Twisted And Gory?

Have you noticed that each year the overall tone of Halloween just continues to get darker and darker?  The movies keep getting more graphic, the decorations keep getting more gory and even the costumes keep getting more twisted.  When I was growing up, I remember watching relatively benign cartoons such as “It’s A Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”, and on Halloween night we would put on our silly store-bought costumes and go trick-or-treating.  It was always a little bit difficult breathing through the stupid plastic masks, but my siblings and I were eager to gather lots of candy from the neighbors.  Of course as a child I had no idea what the real meaning of Halloween was, and so I eagerly participated in the festivities.  During those years, I just thought it was a time to dress up as my favorite cartoon character and eat candy until I felt ill. In this article I am going to share with you a perfect example of why so many people believe that there is so little hope for the future of America.  The young adults of today are going to be the leaders of tomorrow, and generally speaking the young adults of today are not in good shape.  Survey after survey has shown that Millennials reject traditional American values more than any other generation that has come before them by a very wide margin.  They are selfish, rude, arrogant, boastful, proud, disrespectful, ungrateful, undisciplined, slothful and completely obsessed with themselves.  In fact, one study found that they are the most narcissistic generation in American history.  They feel entitled to everything, but they don’t want to work for it.  They want to be treated like kings and queens, but they don’t see a problem with treating others like dirt.  Of course there are plenty of young adults that are shining exceptions, but in general young adults under the age of 30 in America today are a complete mess. Whitehead’s latest article.  So I did, and I was absolutely horrified by what I learned.  In America today, authorities believe that the number of under-age sex workers is somewhere between 100,000 and 150,000.  Those children are purchased millions of times a year, and it has become a 9.5 billion dollar industry.  Every major city in the U.S. has a problem with child slavery, but there are certain areas (such as Washington D.C.) that have become central hubs.  This is a major national crisis, and yet for some reason very few members of Congress are making this issue a priority. What in the world has happened to us?  Once upon a time, America had the greatest system of education on the entire planet, and our people were sharp, capable and extremely well informed.  Sadly, none of those things are true anymore.  In 2006, Mike Judge made a movie entitled “Idiocracy” in which an individual of below average intelligence wakes up after being asleep for 500 years thanks to a military hibernation experiment.  When he wakes up, he quickly realizes that he is now the smartest man in America, and that is not a good thing.  The film became an instant classic, but when I originally watched it I thought that such a thing could never actually happen in this country.  Unfortunately, I was wrong.  Since 2006 our nation has been “dumbed down” at a pace that is absolutely staggering, and it is difficult to see a positive future for America if this trend continues.
