We are still more than 40 days away from the election, and already we are seeing huge red flags regarding the integrity of the voting process in some states. No matter who you support, you should want the upcoming election to be fair. Every American should be able to vote, all of those votes should be counted, and the decision that the American people make should be respected. Unfortunately, it appears that this is likely to be the most chaotic election in modern American history, and wrangling over what votes should be counted and what votes should not be counted is likely to persist long after election night is over. In the end, it would not be surprising to see the outcome of the election end up at the Supreme Court, and that is a scenario that none of us should want to see. (Read More...)

The Open Supreme Court Seat Is A Final Test For Trump, Senate Republicans And America’s Conservatives
The sudden passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg shocked the entire country, and it has set up a battle for the ages in Washington. Democrats are promising to fight with everything that they have got to keep that seat from being filled before the election, but in the end there isn’t that much they can do. The Republicans control the White House and the U.S. Senate, and so they have the power to fill that seat if they wish to do so. Unfortunately, there are already cracks in Republican solidarity. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins have both publicly stated that they will not support a confirmation vote before election day, and two more defections would push Republicans below the 50 votes that they need to confirm a nominee. But for the purposes of this article, I will assume that there will be no more defections. (Read More...)
Why We Are Facing The Biggest Election Nightmare In Modern American History No Matter Who Ends Up Winning
It looks like we are headed for the most chaotic presidential election in modern U.S. history. According to some estimates, somewhere around 40 percent of all U.S. voters will vote by mail this year. That means that tens of millions of votes will be going through the postal system, and that has the potential to create all sorts of problems. For one thing, it is going to take a lot of extra time to open those ballots and count them. For states that allow mail-in votes to be counted in advance, that shouldn’t delay final results by too much, but in other states we are facing the possibility of a nightmare scenario. There are certain states that are not allowed to start counting any ballots until the polls close on election day, and that includes key swing states such as Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania… (Read More...)
New Narrative Being Pushed: Trump Will Lead Big On Election Night, But Biden Will Eventually Win Because Of Mail-In Ballots
We are not going to know the winner of the presidential election on the night of November 3rd. Sadly, we almost certainly won’t know the winner the next day either. In fact, it may be many weeks before a winner is formally declared. Laws have been passed all over the country to make voting by mail much easier, and it is being very heavily promoted in many states. It is being projected that at least 83 percent of all U.S. voters will be eligible to vote by mail in November, and that is an astounding number. If all of those people actually did vote by mail, more than 190 million votes would go through our postal system. But of course many people will continue to show up in person and vote the old-fashioned way. We will get the results from those that vote in person on election day very rapidly like we normally do, but it may take a very long time before all of the mail-in votes are tallied. As I will explain in this article, this has the potential to create some enormous problems. (Read More...)
2020 Election Nightmare: Armies Of Lawyers Are Ready To Fight A Long Legal Battle Over The Election Results
Armies of lawyers have already been recruited, reasons to question the legitimacy of the 2020 election results are already being floated, and top politicians on both sides are already urging a fight to the bitter end. Initially, it appeared that we might avoid this sort of a scenario. For several months Joe Biden had a large lead in all of the major national polls, and some people were even discussing the possibility of a “landslide”. But now the polls are tightening up, and this is especially true in the swing states which will ultimately decide the outcome of the election. If the race is quite tight once we get to election night, it is likely that neither side will be willing to concede until every conceivable legal challenge is completely exhausted. That could mean an extended legal battle lasting for months, and that is something that none of us should want to see. (Read More...)
Something That Is Absolutely Critical To Remember Over The Next Several Months
A victory is not a victory if you betray your core values in the process of achieving that victory. This is not the article that I was expecting to write today, but this is one of those times when I have been taken in a direction that I did not anticipate. Today, everyone can see that America is very deeply divided. Anger, frustration and hatred are rising all around us, and we are rapidly approaching the election in November. As November approaches, I believe that things are going to get very heated. And when an election gets heated, it can be very tempting to hate the people on the other side. But we must not give in to that temptation, because Americans are not supposed to be hate-filled people. In the end, our lives will be defined by how much we love, and that includes how much we love those that are our enemies. I know that such talk is very rare in America today, and that is why articles like this are so desperately needed. (Read More...)
How Would You Feel About A Nationwide Mask Mandate That Forced You To Wear A Mask In Public At All Times?
I think that this headline is going to upset a lot of people, and it should. Personally, I believe that if you want to wear a mask you should be able to wear a mask, but if you don’t want to wear a mask you should not be forced to wear one. And I also believe that we should be respectful of the choices that others have made. I have seen so many instances where a crazed individual has viciously gone after someone else for either wearing or not wearing a mask, and that should not be happening. Why don’t we all just chill out and let people deal with this pandemic however they want to deal with it? To me, that makes a whole lot of sense. Unfortunately, many of our control freak politicians want to micromanage our behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, and that includes the Democratic candidate for president. (Read More...)
Has America Entered A New Era Of Permanent Civil Unrest?
In 2020, it seems like each new day brings more headlines about chaos on the streets of America, and on Monday that included violence right outside the gates of the White House. It is being reported that there was “an active shooter near the White House”, and we are being told that the Secret Service shot a “male suspect” and that the “male suspect” had been transported to the hospital. I am sure that we will learn more about this incident in the days ahead, and we should be thankful that the Secret Service was able to easily handle this situation. But there are reports that a group of protesters plans to “lay siege” to the White House in the weeks leading up to the election, and so officials will undoubtedly have their hands full as we draw closer to November.
