What would America look like today if the dream of our Founding Fathers of a limited central government had actually been realized? We have become so accustomed to big government that many of us simply assume that this is the only way that things can be done. But the truth is that things don’t have to be this way. We can have the kind of very limited federal government that our forefathers originally intended, but it is going to take a great deal of education and an enormous amount of political engagement in order to get there. On this Memorial Day, we will remember those that have died for our country, but let it also be a call to action. In every generation, Americans have had to stand up to defend the cause of liberty and freedom, and it will be no different in our generation. Just like during the Revolutionary War, there is no guarantee that we will be able to save America from the forces that are trying to destroy it, but if we sit back and do nothing they will win by default. It Is Time To Put The ‘Limited’ Back In Limited Government – And Abolishing The EPA Is A Good Place To Start

The constitutional republic that our founders intended to create has become a monster, and it is time to tame that monster and restore the federal government to its proper size and scope. The left loves big government, because it allows them to impose their progressive vision of how the world should work on all the rest of us. This is why so many control freaks are drawn to liberal politics like moths to a flame. Power and control are very addicting drugs, and those that crave these things on the left are never satisfied. The Deep State’s Political Coup: A Special Prosecutor Means The 2018 Elections Are Life Or Death For The Trump Presidency

The deep state is orchestrating a political coup against President Trump, and this latest move makes it clear that they are going for the jugular. Now that former FBI director Robert Mueller has been appointed as “special counsel” to investigate the scandals swirling around the Trump administration, the mid-term elections in 2018 have become of the utmost importance. There is a reason why most people refer to a “special counsel” as a “special prosecutor”. Special prosecutors usually spend years digging around even if there is absolutely no evidence that any crimes have been committed, and in the end they are always going to find someone to prosecute to justify all of the time, money and energy that they have expended. According to the Wall Street Journal, Mueller “will now have unlimited time and resources to investigate more or less anything and anyone he wants.” So in the end someone is almost certainly going to get charged with something, and it could ultimately be Trump himself. The Trump Army Is Taking The Names Of The Treasonous Republicans That Are Suggesting Trump Should Be Impeached

Never before has a president had so many members of his own party so eager to stick a knife in his back. Now that they smell blood, a number of treasonous Republicans are openly talking of impeaching Donald Trump even though there is no evidence that he has committed any crimes. A New York Times article that reported that a memo exists in which FBI Director James Comey documented a conversation between himself and President Trump during which he was encouraged “to end the investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn” sent shockwaves through Washington on Wednesday. Almost immediately, members of both parties began suggesting that Trump could be impeached. We Don’t Need A Republican Revolution – What We Really Need Is A Conservative Revolution

Are you sick and tired of being betrayed by politicians that use the conservative label to get votes but then never actually act like conservatives once they get into office? As a voter, this is something that has deeply frustrated me for decades. On the federal level, there are a few dozen true conservatives in Congress, and I am very thankful for them. In particular, Mark Meadows, Raul Labrador and other members of the Freedom Caucus are doing an outstanding job. But they are greatly outnumbered by a huge number of RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) that have fooled conservatives into voting for them. Will Anything Really Change After The Midterm Elections?

Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, McConnell - Public Domain The more things change, the more things stay the same.  As I write this, it looks like the Republicans are going to take control of the U.S. Senate.  But will that actually alter the direction of the country?  Will that actually change anything?  There are many that hope that this could represent a “turning point” for America, but history tells us that almost certainly will not be the case.  Over the past 30 years, things have changed very little no matter which party has controlled the White House and no matter which party has controlled Congress.  During that time frame, the national debt has continued to explode, our long-term economic problems have continued to get even worse, our liberties and freedoms have continued to erode and our nation has increasingly become a moral cesspool.  And the truth is that at this point there is very little real difference between most Democrats and most Republicans.  The corruption in Washington D.C. runs extremely deep, and very few politicians are able to enter that environment without being fundamentally affected by it. Why - Photo by NikopoleyWhy does it seem like America is getting crazier with each passing year?  It has become glaringly apparent that very deep corruption has taken root in our society from the lowest levels of society all the way up to the highest levels of society.  In fact, some of the worst behavior of all is being exhibited by those that are supposed to be “examples” for our young people – politicians, bankers, lawyers, CEOs, etc.  As we enter 2013, the American people are greedy, selfish, boastful, proud, arrogant, disrespectful, ungrateful, materialistic, unforgiving, without self-control and they are completely and totally addicted to entertainment.  They believe that America will always be “the greatest nation on earth” just because of who we are, and they believe that the rest of the world should look up to us as a bright, shining example of everything that is good in the world.  Meanwhile, we lead the world in a large number of negative categories and our society is decaying right in front of our eyes.  It reminds me of what happened during the waning days of the Roman Empire.  The Romans just assumed that Rome would always be dominant forever, and they became extremely complacent and extraordinarily decadent.  We all know how that turned out, and at this point things are not looking good for America either.
