Obama Campaigns In Vegas While Storm Victims Defecate In The Hallways And Rummage Through Garbage Dumpsters For Food

Will Hurricane Sandy turn out to be Obama’s Katrina?  When the storm first hit, the media was full of praise for the way that Barack Obama was handling the crisis.  But that was just based on the bold statements that Obama was making at the time.  If those statements are not backed up by actions, what good are they?  Obama has always been good with words.  Unfortunately, several days after the storm it has become apparent that the federal response to Hurricane Sandy has been absolutely nightmarish.  Large areas affected by the storm are still without power, and authorities now say that some power outages could persist until late November.  Due to the lack of power and widespread transportation disruptions, very few gas stations are open right now.  On Thursday, officials estimated that more than 80 percent of the gas stations in New Jersey were closed, and the lines at the stations that were still open were so long that some people had to wait for up to six hours for gasoline.  Meanwhile, people are running out of food and they are getting desperate.  There have been news reports that show hungry people rummaging through garbage dumpsters for food.  There have been other reports of people actually defecating in the hallways because they have nowhere else to go.  If you don’t believe this, just check out this video from NBC News.  So what is “President” Obama doing about all of this?  Well, after his 90 minute tour of the devastation that Hurricane Sandy caused, he jetted off to Las Vegas where he posed for pictures with Eva Longoria and did some last minute campaigning. Ron Paul Could Still Win Enough Delegates To Deny Mitt Romney The Republican Nomination

Despite what you may have heard from the mainstream media, Mitt Romney does not have the Republican nomination locked up.  In fact, he is rapidly losing delegates that almost everyone assumed that he already had in the bag.  To understand why this is happening, you have to understand the delegate selection process.  Each state has different rules for selecting delegates to the Republican national convention, and in many states the “voting” done by the public does not determine the allocation of delegates to particular candidates at all.  And the truth is that delegates are the only thing that really matters in this race.  In state after state, the Ron Paul campaign is focusing on the delegate selection process with laser-like precision, and it is paying off big time.  At this point, there is still a legitimate chance that Ron Paul will be able to win enough delegates to deny Mitt Romney the nomination on the first ballot at the Republican national convention in Tampa.  If Romney does not have the 1,144 delegates that he needs on the first ballot, then it becomes a brokered convention and anything becomes possible at that point. Barack Obama: I Have A “Moral Obligation” To Neuter America

Barack Obama actually plans to do it.  He actually plans to neuter America by unilaterally dismantling most of the U.S. strategic nuclear arsenal.  In fact, Barack Obama says that the United States has a “moral obligation” to disarm as we lead the way to “a world without nuclear weapons”.  Sadly, a “world without nuclear weapons” is a fantasy that will not be possible any time soon.  Nuclear weapons technology is getting into more hands with each passing year, and geopolitical tensions are rising all over the globe.  If the United States did not have nuclear weapons, anyone with just a handful of nukes would constitute a massive threat to our national security.  An overwhelming strategic nuclear arsenal helps keep us safe because every other nation on the planet knows that it would be national suicide to attack us.  If you take that overwhelming strategic nuclear arsenal away, the entire calculation changes. Who Decided That It Would Be A Good Idea….

Do you have faith in the people running this nation?  When answering that question, most people would bash either the Democrats or the Republicans, but my question goes much deeper than that.  Power is constantly shifting back and forth between the two major political parties, and it seems like things don’t really change no matter who is in power.  What I am asking is if you have faith in the entire system.  Do you have faith in the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve, the state governments, the local governments, our public schools and our financial system?  Do you believe that the people that are running things in this country are doing a good job?  When you look at the results, it is hard to argue that those in power are making good decisions.  In fact, this country is caught in such a downward spiral that it would be easy to argue that most of our politicians should immediately resign in disgrace.  Our leaders just keep coming up with one bad idea after another.  Sometimes it almost seems as though it would be better for our leaders to do absolutely nothing at all because every time they try to do something they only make things worse. Buying The Vote: 12 Facts About Super PACs That Will Blow Your Mind

In American politics, it takes an enormous amount of money to win campaigns, and the rise of the “Super PACs” is allowing the wealthy to exert even more influence over the political process than they did before.  When you examine the results of federal elections over the past several decades, you quickly discover that the candidate that raises the most money almost always wins.  Wealthy individuals are limited by law as to how much money they can give directly to a political campaign, but there are no limits on how much money they can give to Super PACs.  During the 2012 election season, some of these Super PACs actually have more money than the campaigns of the candidates that they support do.  Buying the vote is not illegal in America, and these Super PACs are buying huge amounts of advertising in key states.  Unfortunately, most Americans have never learned to think for themselves.  Instead, they let the television do much of their thinking for them.  If their trusted friend, the television, tells them to vote a certain way, then that is what they are likely to do.  Super PACs are much more likely to run negative ads than the actual candidates are, and we have already seen very negative ads dramatically move the poll numbers in some of the states.  Sadly, as long as very negative ads keep working people are going to keep using them. Perpetual Debt Machine: U.S. National Debt Is 5000 Times Larger Than When The Federal Reserve Was Created

Have you noticed that very few people in the mainstream media ever directly criticize the Federal Reserve?  But why should that be the case?  Criticizing top politicians from both major political parties has become a national pastime.  Most Americans love to throw mud at either the Republicans or the Democrats.  But we are told that the Federal Reserve is “above politics” and that it is absolutely vital that the Fed remain “independent”.  The reality is that the Federal Reserve has more control over the performance of the U.S. economy than the president even does, and yet most Americans never spend much time thinking about the Fed at all.  It is almost as if someone has instructed us to “ignore the man behind the curtain” and most of us just blindly obey.  With the economy in such a mess and with the national debt exploding so dramatically, isn’t it about time that we had a national conversation about the performance of the Federal Reserve?  Isn’t it about time that we evaluated whether the Federal Reserve is doing a good job or not? Mathematical Proof Of Dramatic Media Bias And Favoritism During The Republican Debates

It should be evident to anyone with half a brain that the recent Republican presidential debates have been incredibly slanted in favor of certain candidates.  The candidates that the mainstream media favor are receiving far more talking time than the other candidates during the debates.  It is hard to defend the legitimacy of our political system after watching what a farce the race for the Republican nomination has become.  First, the major news networks dedicate thousands of hours of “programming” to telling us that candidates such as Mitt Romney and Rick Perry are “top tier” and that nobody else has a legitimate chance.  Then, once the poll numbers are skewed by that relentless coverage, they use those polls to justify giving the “favored candidates” more questions during the debates.  The funny thing is that even if support for a favored candidate drops off dramatically (such as with Rick Perry), that candidate will still be given extra time during the debates.  What you are about to see is mathematical proof of dramatic media bias and favoritism during the Republican debates.  After reading this information, it will be hard to keep believing that our political system is fair. Major Earth Changes Coming? Earthquakes Are Becoming Much More Frequent And Much More Powerful

Are earthquakes becoming more frequent and more powerful?  With only two months to go, we are on pace to have more earthquakes of magnitude-5.0 or greater this year than we have had during any other year over the past decade by far.  In fact, as you will see in this article, since the year 2000 there has been a very clear upward trend in the number of major earthquakes.  So is this an indication that major earth changes are coming?  Is our planet becoming increasingly unstable?  We are currently witnessing tremendous political, social and financial upheaval all over the globe.  Every week the economic crisis in the United States and elsewhere seems to get even worse.  So what is going to happen if the shaking of the earth becomes even more intense and major cities all over the planet start getting leveled?  For most of human history we have seriously underestimated the awesome destructive power of natural disasters, and the fact that the number of earthquakes around the world seems to be going up consistently should be a huge wake up call for all of us.
