Elliot Rodger is a horrifying example of how badly we have failed young men in America. You see, the truth is that his obsession with sex and losing his virginity did not come out of nowhere. Rather, it was the result of being constantly immersed in a sex-obsessed culture for the past 22 years. In America today, our young men are constantly being bombarded with sexual messages in advertising, in television shows, in video games, in movies and on the Internet. They are literally being trained to believe that scoring with women is the ultimate goal in life. So we should not be surprised when their behavior reflects this underlying philosophy. Of course very few of our young men become mass murderers like Elliot Rodger, but the crisis that we are facing is much broader than that. Two of the most famous celebrities of the 20th century, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley, died with very high levels of prescription drugs in their systems. At least 200,000 Americans each year end up dying from reactions to prescription drugs. Vendetta: Newt Gingrich Has Made It His Personal Mission To Destroy Mitt Romney
Newt Gingrich is so angry right now that his head just might explode. Less than a month ago, Gingrich had a massive lead in Iowa. At one point he was averaging 31 percent support in Iowa polls. But after an unprecedented onslaught of negative advertising his numbers began to drop like a rock. Ultimately, he finished in fourth place in Iowa with only 13 percent of the vote. Pro-Romney “Super PACs” spent over $3 million on negative ads that just ripped Gingrich to shreds. Of course considering his track record, that is not hard to do. But Newt Gingrich is not someone that is just going to “forgive and forget”. Gingrich honestly believed that he was going to win Iowa. In fact, he was so confident at one point that he told ABC News that he would “be the nominee“. Now that his dreams have been shattered by pro-Romney forces, Gingrich has apparently decided that he is going to make it his personal mission to destroy Mitt Romney.
