The Russians are feverishly preparing to fight a nuclear war, but our leaders continue to insist that nuclear war is not a threat because the Russians would never use their nuclear weapons against us no matter how much we may provoke them.  In fact, I was just reading an article on the official NATO website that was authored by a former U.S. defense official in which he openly admitted that he is assuming “that the war in Ukraine will end without Russian nuclear use”.  Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin continues to make public statements about nuking America.  This week, he told the entire world that there will be “no chance of survival” once he launches his nuclear missiles at us… (Read More...)

The 2024 election cycle is likely to be the most chaotic election cycle that we have ever seen.  So will this create an opportunity for a new third party to try to pull off a historic upset?  Unless something really dramatic happens, Joe Biden will be the Democratic nominee and Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee in 2024.  But I don’t think that they will be the only two choices.  There are rumors that one or two prominent third party candidates could soon enter the race, and it appears that large numbers of Americans may be willing to embrace such a candidate.  In fact, a Gallup survey that was just released discovered that a whopping 63 percent of U.S. adults believe that “a third major party is needed”… (Read More...)

Artificial intelligence is changing our world at a pace that is absolutely breathtaking.  If you would have asked me a decade ago if I would live to see artificial intelligence create a world class piece of art or a full-length feature film, I would have said no way.  But now those are simple tasks for artificial intelligence to accomplish.  So what is going to happen once AI becomes millions of times smarter and millions of times more powerful than it is today?  Given enough time, AI would take over every area of our lives.  Our world is definitely crazy right now, but fifty years from now it would resemble something out of an extremely bizarre science fiction novel if AI is allowed to continue to develop at an exponential rate. Will a “peace covenant” soon be announced that will permanently alter world history in a major way?  For months, Israel and Saudi Arabia have been quietly negotiating a deal that would normalize relations between the two nations.  But they aren’t the only parties involved.  Israel and Saudi Arabia both want formal security agreements with the United States as part of any agreement.  In other words, if either of those two nations get attacked, the U.S. military would be required to intervene.  The Saudis also want to develop a nuclear power program, and they want U.S. assistance with that.  But the biggest barrier to a deal was always going to be the Palestinians.  The Saudis are insisting that any agreement must include major concessions from both the U.S. and the Israelis.  And the Palestinians are publicly making it known that they will not accept any outcome that does not involve formal U.S. recognition of Palestinian statehood at the United Nations.  At one time, such a demand would have killed negotiations, but apparently the Biden administration is very open to making such a move. We live in a world that is getting even weirder with each passing month.  In the old days, if you talked about “UFOs” and “aliens” a lot of people would be tempted to think that you were nuts.  But now “UFOs” and “aliens” are the subject of high profile hearings in Congress, and corporate news outlets are constantly running stories about new sightings.  It has become quite clear that something is going on in the skies above our heads, and this has sparked a tremendous amount of speculation.  Are we really being visited by entities from another world, or is something else going on? It would be difficult to overstate the importance of the Military Industrial Complex to our society.  It employs millions of people, and it brings in hundreds of billions of dollars each year.  The Military Industrial Complex has always been one of the central pillars of our economy, and these days business is booming thanks to the war in Ukraine and the possibility of a war with China.  Needless to say, those that run the Military Industrial Complex want the gravy train to continue, and so politicians that are pro-war are showered with campaign contributions.  In both major parties, politicians that are pro-war greatly outnumber those that are anti-war, and that is not likely to change any time soon. It can be difficult to believe that the wild scenes that we are witnessing on the streets of America are actually real.  Earlier this week, I wrote an article entitled “What Life Is Really Like In America’s Hellish Inner Cities”.  I wrote that article before the widespread looting that just erupted in Philadelphia.  Just when I think that conditions in our core urban areas have reached a low point, they seem to find a way to get even worse.  Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of this crisis.  As economic conditions continue to deteriorate, countless numbers of people will become very desperate.  And when countless numbers of people become very desperate, our society will descend into a permanent state of chaos. All over the United States, major cities are descending into a state of chaos.  Every day, more migrants that came pouring through our wide open borders arrive in our inner cities, and many of them end up joining gangs or selling drugs.  Meanwhile, more of our young people get hooked on drugs with each passing day.  In the worst areas, you can see hordes of them literally staggering around like zombies because they have been drugged out of their minds.  All of this addiction is fueling an unprecedented homelessness crisis.  In fact, the Wall Street Journal is reporting that homelessness in the United States is growing faster this year than ever before.  In this sort of an environment, it should be no surprise that violent crime is absolutely exploding all over the nation.  If you choose to wander the streets of America’s hellish inner cities, you are literally taking your life into your hands, because a violent predator could literally be around the next corner.  Unfortunately, we are still only in the very early stages of this crisis.  It will inevitably get even worse in the months ahead as economic conditions deteriorate even more.
