I didn’t expect to be writing about abortion on April 8th, but life is full of surprises.  To me, abortion is not just another political issue.  Since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973, more than 60 million babies have been aborted in America.  There was hope that once Roe v. Wade was overturned that the number of abortions in America would go down, but instead the number of abortions actually went up.  In fact, in 2023 there were a million abortions in the United States for the first time in more than a decade.  If we continue to kill children on an industrial scale, there is no future for America.  The only hope for our country is to end abortion, and the only way to end abortion on a nationwide basis is to institute a nationwide law. Oh, is this a question that I am not supposed to be asking?  Following the earthquake that shook up the Big Apple on Friday, a lot of people were suggesting that it seemed really weird that a magnitude “4.8” earthquake would hit our largest metropolitan area just days before the Great American Eclipse of 2024 passes over the United States on “4/8”.  It isn’t as if New York regularly experiences these sorts of quakes.  In fact, it is being reported that this was the largest earthquake in New York City since 1884.  So the truth is that this was a very rare occurrence.  And we are just supposed to believe that this extremely rare earthquake that just happened to be precisely magnitude 4.8 has absolutely nothing to do with the Great American Eclipse on April 8th? Is it just a coincidence that “blood moon eclipses” are occurring on Purim for three years in a row just as a great war erupts in the Middle East?  Yesterday, one of my readers wrote to me and pointed out a video where someone was talking about this.  I had previously written about the “blood moon eclipse” that happened during the second day of Purim on March 25th of this year, but I had not heard that there would be “blood moon eclipses” on Purim in 2025 and 2026 too.  So I started to do some research to confirm whether this is true or not.
