Young Mother In California Threatened With Arrest At A Bus Stop For Not Vaccinating Her Children

Could you imagine being threatened by law enforcement authorities over vaccine records as you are waiting with your children for the school bus?  This is something that literally just happened to one young mother down in California.  One morning she walked her kids to the bus stop and she was approached by an official from the Claremont school district and a police officer.  In very intimidating fashion, they began questioning her about whether or not her children had been vaccinated.  When she refused to answer and started recording the interaction they walked away, but that wasn’t the end of it.  Later she called the police department and explained what was going on, and she was told that she could be arrested for refusing to vaccinate her children.

You can see the video for yourself on Facebook right here.  It has already been watched more than 159,000 times, and we need to get this out to as many people as we possibly can.  The following is the description that Porsha Rasheed posted along with the video…

Please watch this Video and share I am. I am being set up by the Claremont school district to be arrested and they are trying to force me to give my child immunization shots! I woke up this morning and walked my kids to the bus stop like I always do. Guess who was waiting the Claremont police department along with another man asking me about my child’s shots! I called the police department to make a complaint for harassment and was told by the sergeant, that me not giving my kids shots is a criminal act and that I will be arrested. This is why they were at the bus stop to try to incriminate me by me attempting to them that my son does not have any shots. This is crazy!! I want the world to know if I am arrested this is why! I will follow up with the facts!!!!

This is the kind of thing that health freedom advocates were warning would happen in California.

In 2016, a new law went into effect that mandates that all children be fully vaccinated unless they have been granted a medical exemption…

The law requires all children entering day care, kindergarten or 7th grade to be vaccinated unless they have a medical exemption. It also gives physicians broader discretion to grant medical exemptions based on a child’s condition or family history. The law eliminated personal belief exemptions, which experts say created hotspots of unvaccinated kids and contributed to the spread of contagious diseases.

Medical exemptions were rare before the law took effect last summer. Between 2000 and 2015, just .2 percent or less of California kindergartners had one each year. After the law took effect in 2016, the number of kindergartners statewide with a medical exemption increased threefold.

Fortunately, some doctors are fighting back against this draconian new law by granting medical exemptions to parents that do not want to submit to forced vaccination.

The vaccine industry considers California’s new law to be a model for the nation, and they are going to push hard to get laws like this in all 50 states.

So what can we do?

Well, first of all you need to know your rights as a parent.  Most states still allow religious vaccine exemptions, and you can see a sample letter on Health Freedom Idaho’s website right here.

Secondly, we need to fight relentlessly for health freedom on the local, state and federal levels.  Here in Idaho, Health Freedom Idaho is doing an amazing job standing up for parents, and we need similar organizations in all 50 states.

And we also need health freedom candidates to run for office all over the nation.  If I win my race for Congress, I am going to fight relentlessly for health freedom, and we need to strongly support all other candidates that will help protect us from this sort of tyranny.

If we lose this battle, what just happened to that young mother in California will soon start happening all over the nation.  It is hard to believe that we have already gone so far down the road toward becoming a police state, and we must fight back with everything that we have got.

Michael Snyder is a Republican candidate for Congress in Idaho’s First Congressional District, and you can learn how you can get involved in the campaign on his official website. His new book entitled “Living A Life That Really Matters” is available in paperback and for the Kindle on

Wow. This is just creepy. Kudos to that brave woman! 👍🏿

  • Someone

Is this woman ignorant or something? Everybody in California knows your kids can’t attend school without being fully vaxxed up. She should have taken her kids out of the system a long time ago and home schooled them. It’s not expensive to home school out here . The daily work is streamlined , a couple hours a day is more then enough. Also I get 2000 dollars per kid a year for field trips for my kids here in comifornia

    • Undecider

In California, a child can receive a medical exemption.

    • bilingualmom

Know the facts before you judge someone else. As mentioned below, her children could give medical exemptions. Or they could still have Personal Belief Exemptions (PBEs). Those who had a PBE filed before the deadline do not have to comply with the vaccination policies until the next checkpoint. Those checkpoints are kindergarten and 7th grade. Or her child or children could have an IEP, which also exempts a student.

    • Michael

She is not wealthy, I suspect. Home schooling is very expensive in most cases.

  • DJohn1

    The law is not constitutional.
I suggest she home school them and avoid the entire problem. K-12 in Ohio is getting money from the state and teaching kids on-line. It does pass responsibility on to the parents so they actually do the work.
Any time a law discriminates against a religious group it eventually gets stopped by the Supreme Court of the land.
You want to change it? Get a whole bunch of different church people including different religions together and make a stink.
I bet if they served pig products in the school at least two groups of religious people will have their jobs.
I guess they pay attention to those that get militant.
This does not even address the fact that these chemicals they pump into children are done with many shots at one time and that can kill a child. It all depends.
Allergic reactions can also be quite a problem.
Liability? Probably none as they planned it that way.

    • Michael

Home schooling parents are under legal attack in California.

  • Hyakkidouran

The best part? The people who are willing to arrest you for not getting vaccines are usually the same who support “difference” and “acceptance” for virtually everything, including people who endanger their health with extreme transgender surgeries…

    • disqus_k3oycamN0W

Because they want destruction of America.

  • HalleG

Time to move, just don’t bring Cali insanity with you. California is for illegals and nut jobs.

    • Ginny Webb

I hate to break it to you HalleG, but this is vaccination insanity is going global. Australia, France, and Italy have all also just introduced daycare and/or school exclusion for kids who aren’t full-schedule vaccinated. Research the GAVI Alliance to see why global policy is being pushed in developed world countries without consideration of actual local need.

  • HalleG

How did the kids get into school in the first place? There are certain vax that if the kids don’t have here, they won’t even let them into a classroom. Several families in my neighborhood have left public school and are doing homeschool co-ops.

Cali laws are also turning pro-pedo. I wouldn’t even go there for a vacation. They want the moms in jail so they can traffick their kids in the foster care system.

    • “Cali laws are also turning pro-pedo”

Nope. California is against Roy Moore. Get your facts straight next time.

      • 4K

So u believe the Amazon Post!

        • I don’t know about any Amazon Post.

I do know about each interview he’s given, and heard the words out of his own mouth, as well as his victims’ mouths, and their friends’ mouths (from way back then), from his signature in a little girl’s yearbook, from the mall banning him, and so on.

If any Amazon Post collected all of these facts independently also, then good on them for sharing [albeit too late] what skummy filth this Moore guy is.

          • 4K

By Amazon Post I mean Washington Post.

          • I’m not a subscriber, no. I still stand by what proud ephebophile Roy Moore himself said about his attraction to children “way back then”.

          • 4K

I think all straight men are attracted to younger girls to a certain extent, most just lie and won’t admit it. They should still get with an adult or someone their age. I don’t really favor child-adult marriages like what happens in the middle-east.

          • On LinkTV, we watched a documentary about underage sxx trafficking (in multiple Asian countries, plus Brazil). The correspondent wore a tiny camera and spoke with the other guys in the lounge (bar) of one such kiddie brotҺel. Each child raρist in there was either American or British, lamenting how unfair the western countries were regarding the “perfectly natural and good” relationship hierarchy of “established men with girls who haven’t yet been spoiled by puberty”. They blamed feʍinazis for the unfair, misandrist laws forcing men to wait until girls are too old, i.e., sixteen and up. The undercover guy just nodded his head in agreement and said it was his first time there so the ʍolesters would share more.

The ʍolesters all openly stated that all men like girls no older than puberty, and the ones who say otherwise are liars. (This is not what my opinion is, it’s what the ʍolesters believe to be true.) Even on that GREAT TV show, To Catch a PreԀator, some of the more forthcoming would-be raρists shared with Chris Hanson that there was nothing sweeter and more perfect than a girl whose body hadn’t yet started showing ρubic hair and they felt that America’s laws against child raρe were anti-Biblical and anti-male.

Morbidly obese people claim that *everybody* would be gluttonous pigs were it not for the stigma of being fat in America. Petty thieves/shoplifters like to claim that *everybody* steals, but only some people get caught. Sxx addicts say that all men are sxx addicted. People who chronically cheat on their spouses say that *everybody* would/does cheat, and the few who say they don’t are lying or better at hiding their tracks.

My point is that we consider our traits to be very, very common and natural, even when they are anything but. It soothes the ego in some way to believe we and our proclivities are natural and good and normal, that we are not outliers. I was flying out of Heathrow and came upon a billfold tucked in between seats. I saw it the same time the other disembarking fliers did and I scooped it up and started looking for the Lost and Found… two separate people mirthfully said, “Nuh-uhhh, you’re sharing it with us, love!” I said it had to go to the Lost and Found because it was clearly someone’s… and they argued with me that literally *no one* would go looking for their wallet in the Lost and Found because *no one* would ever turn in a wallet with money in it! I responded that, “YES, most *EVERYONE* would indeed return the wallet without so much as a moment’s doubt”, and so on. the difference was that I am an honest and good person who believes most people are honest and good, and those other people believed that it was OK to steal because they thought stealing was natural and *everyone* would do it given the chance.
Not all men are attracted to [significantly] younger females. Some certainly are; there are websites galore which prove that, and they very often have the How-to-buy-a-foreign-bride ads blinking on the side. Roy Moore committed crimes against children. That much is not at issue anymore, as the statute of limitations against child rape are long, long expired. But his actions (picking up a little girl whose idiot mother abandoned her in a courthouse to try to fight for custody!) are fair game when judging what sort of public servant he’d make.
Furthermore, Roy, as chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court defied federal court orders and was removed from office — not once but twice! This was for his continual refusal to follow the United States Constitution.

P hair is caused by the gonads that produce a surge in testosterone at pu bber ty. In China they used to fix boys before pu b ee rty and they were completely hairless (except maybe legs & barely arms) and had a high voice.
Attraction to female parts is caused by testosterone. I could explain exactly how those creeps think because i have a phd in testosterone but its late. C as tratt ion solves everything but i dont like it cause the hot flashes are MISERABLE and i have to eat alkaline or hurt my bones. Im a straight male and have no desire to kis or touch a female. Without t. it’s like being a walking tree.

16 year old are not children, and the most that he did was flirting saying they are beautiful. Are you so envious because nobody ever said that to you, Carrie?

          • Not all had reached the ripe old still-young age of 16 yet. If you must lie to support your position, then your position is not worthy of supporting.

He did more than tell them they were beautiful — which in and of itself is grotesque coming from an “old” guy deep in his 30s. I had that garbage start happening when I was even younger than Roy’s [as-of-yet] known victims. By the time I was 12, I’d had C cups and still weighed 85 pounds. Men asked me to do “movies” that I can’t type here without being blocked. They took photos of me without my consent; By the time I finally got my mother to allow me to get my FIRST reduction, I was 15 years old and had a bra in the HHH size. Oh, I had weighed 101 pounds by that time. That fool doctor only reduced me to an FF size, meaning I had to beg another year for the next reduction down to the DDD size.

So, please bend far down, grab your ankle with one hand, and with your other hand shove your idiot argument about “my jealousy” right back up your trump where it came from. I had my photos taken until I was in my thirties by people I didn’t know, and maybe it only stopped because I took a graveyard shift job and slept during the day so no one could see me anymore. I don’t like to sit here and bïtçh about how my looks caused so many problems (MANY more than just two full decades of men calling me gorgeous everywhere and women calling me slμt everywhere). So in the future, if you need to take your bitterness out on someone else, at least be sure you aren’t telling tales diametrically opposed to fact.

      • HalleG

Well Roy Moore might move to Cali with their laws of not keeping sexual assaults on the prosecuted records. I am against all pedos, not just the republican ones.

        • Now you’re thinking of Texas, they’re the ones who didn’t think it was necessary at all to take note of Devin Patrick Kelley’s [many] crimes.

California would NOT be a safe space for Roy Moore nor any other child-banging pedo.

        • disqus_k3oycamN0W

Stop slandering. There was never sexual assault in Judge Moore case, just some flirting with a few girls above the age of consent saying they are beautiful, while he himself was a young man looking for a wife. You confused Judge with real pedophil Dem politicians.

      • disqus_k3oycamN0W

Stop slandering a good man. Roy Moore was a 30 year old man who was looking for a wife. He approached girls above the age of consent for flirting (nothing more), and one case when a woman accused him of more than the innocent flirting, her stepson put a video on internet telling she is habitual liar, never mentioned it to the family before, and that she accused Judge Moore for money. Journalists offered anyone who will agree to come out against Judge with accusations $1000 (recorded on tape), so they found a few willing to do it. Lying lawyer Gloria Allred swirled like a snake when asked on TV if the evidence she brought out against Judge Moore is a forgery. She knew it is a forgery and set up. But Clintons flying on Lolita express, or photographic evidence against Dem politicians being pedophils or groping women are not facts for you.
Get your facts straight next time.

        • I would never slander a good person. But I’ll always state the factual truth about someone, and let others decide if that person is “still good”. Too bad you feel the need to be hyper-partisan and thus *instantly* believe any claim against Dems while simultaneously *instantly* disbelieving any claims against non-Dems.

It’s very easy to tell raρe victims that they weren’t raρed. It’s one of the world’s favorite pastimes. Roy’s victims’ stories are corroborated by other [now-grown] women who remember their friends and mall co-workers trembling in fear at that gross man TWICE their age trying to ask them out in *the ONE place on Earth* where parents allow their little girls to go unchaperoned — the mall.

He isn’t being accused of innocent flirting with girls who are of age. If he was, then he wouldn’t be so adamantly screaming that he never met any of the victims. A truthful person wouldn’t have to resort to what he resorted to.

I don’t know about Gloria Allred swirling like a snake (but your description shows you are unwilling to believe something because it was affiliated with her — you know, the person who spoke against another man who never did the crime: O.J. Simpson). Regardless, whoever told you the yearbook wasn’t released is yet another liar you’re believing out of partisan stupidity (your posts reek of partisan stupidity btw, you might want to stop proving you only care about Democrat men’s crimes against women while refusing to accept Republican men’s crimes against women).

Her stepson??? LOL! If *I* were a sniveling POS who’d hated my step-parent , maybe I’d reduce myself to lying too! Her stepson is BANKING with that story. I looked it up, it appeared on Gateway Pundit, which routinely creates fully false articles and then pulls them after enough people mock them in the comments section (yup, I’m proud to be one of those who forces Gateway Pundit to remove their dishonest posts).

ALL of the victims who’ve come forward VOTED FOR CROOKED DONALD. They are Republicans! They have no good reason to lie. None of them kept their assaults quiet, they all told friends and their mothers in some instances. Just because hillbilly stepson (did you SEE that hillbilly???????????) never got burdened bu his father’s wife’s whole life story doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I never told my kids about bosses and co-workers and the random men in grocery store lines groping/kissing/dry-humping me. My friends? YES. My [female] co-workers? YES, and more often than not, they had similar problems as mine, so shove your nonsense about Roy “innocently flirting” with children BELOW half his age.

        • Harold4321

No, he was a 35 year old man looking for a f*ck. And if he did approach girls above the age of consent, fine. But he also approached girls BELOW the age of consent and that’s what everyone was talking about. Even his wife was under age when he first met her. This was not in dispute by him or anyone else who read any of the facts in this case.

At least it’s all over with now and we can focus on the future without an elderly kiddydiddler making important decisions for Americans. (Other than Trump.)

    • “They want the moms in jail so they can traffick their kids in the foster care system.”

Sounds like both parties were ignorant of both their rights and responsibilities.

    • Ginny Webb

Sounds like you’re ignorant of her rights under Nuremberg, and of an obvious abuse of power on the part of the police. Not vaccinating is NOT compulsory in California, so she cannot legally be arrested for not vaccinating- the law is regarding school attendance.

That Jerry Brown and the folks in Sacramento are some pieces of work! California is becoming more and more of a PC nightmare it seems! And they want to secede?? Get ready for food shortages and Chinese troops oops I mean “Advisers” everywhere if that ever happens!

The Jesuits control the Illuminati and Brown is a Jesuit.

Kalifornia is no longer mainstream American as the majority are minorities. This lady needs to leave this kommunist state or she needs to comply with their demands — their anti-liberty, anti-white demands.

She can either live in the third-world that is Kalifornia today ….. or she can live in the western culture that still exists in some places in the US. Her choice. If she wants to do the best for the next generation, her choice is clear. The coming third-world pandemics and social destruction may make this entire issue irrelevant.

  • Titanic theme

People who support big pharma financially like my grandma are just as guilty because the money is used to pas (blocked word) vaccine laws.

    boycott big pharma! tell others

  • HalleG

I hope everyone realize that most of the vax that their kids get that most of the US population over 40 never got. So all those parents visiting the school are not an issue but the kids are. This is about way more than vax. The average 30yr old got about 20-30 vax, wth the vax combining kids are getting about 100.

  • fox_whisper85

It’s California though, home of the libt4rds.

  • 4K

Maybe you are right. A lot of men just seem attracted to adult women. I think the fact that kids are tab o increases some mens interest similar to how hiding body parts makes it more interesting, like don’t touch the cookie jar!

It’s hard commenting when every other word is so bad it has to be blocked. I can’t stand pious minds sometimes.
