Which Is Better – A Society With Loose Sexuality Or A Society With Strict Rules For Sexuality?

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

There are very few subjects that get people more fired up than the subject of sexuality.  In fact, almost all of the highly contentious “social issues” that have America so deeply divided today have something to do with sexuality.  Many Americans are pretty clueless when it comes to the economy, but when it comes to abortion, sex education, gay marriage, teen pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases almost everyone has a very strong opinion.  If you try to convince someone that they are wrong about any of these issues, most of the time you will be fighting a losing battle.  Most Americans simply do not want to be told what to do when it comes to sexuality.  But attitudes toward sexuality have definitely changed in America over the decades.  In the early part of the 20th century most Americans followed strict rules when it came to sexuality, but then along came the “sexual revolution” and all of that changed.  Today, most Americans consider the loose sexuality in our society to be a very good thing.  Most Americans are glad that they can have sex with any other willing adult partner (or partners) any time they want to.  But has this been good for America?  Is it better to have a society with loose sexuality or a society with strict rules for sexuality?

While much of the rest of the world would consider us to be a bit “prude”, the truth is that America is a global leader when it comes to loose sexuality.  We produce more pornography than the rest of the world combined and we have the highest teen pregnancy rate on the planet by far.  Our movies endlessly promote loose sexuality, our television shows endlessly promote loose sexuality and our music endlessly promotes loose sexuality.  We are the number one exporter of entertainment in the world, and our values regarding sexuality are influencing minds in every corner of the globe every single hour of every single day.

In our public schools, the mechanics of human sexual behavior are taught to students as young as five years old.  Most of the time this is done without any sort of moral commentary whatsoever.  Usually, the only thing our children are taught about sexual responsibility is to “use a condom” – as if that is going to solve much of anything.

So has all of this loose sexuality made America a better place?

Have there been any negative consequences for the choices that we have made?

Sadly, there have been….

The Destruction Of The Family Unit

A lot of young Americans are wondering why they should get married if they can run around as single people and have sex with whoever they want to.

Today, the percentage of U.S. adults that are married is at an all-time record low.  According to the Pew Research Center, only 51 percent of all Americans that are at least 18 years old are currently married at this point.  Back in 1960, 72 percent of all U.S. adults were married.

The United States also has the highest divorce rate in the world by a wide margin.

What this means is that there are a lot less “family units” than there used to be, and America has become a very lonely place.

Today, the United States has the highest percentage of one person households on the entire globe, and that is not a good thing.

Teen Pregnancies

Another consequence of our loose sexuality is the stunning rise of teen pregnancies in the United States.  Today, the United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the entire world by a good margin.

That is not something to be proud of.

Casual sex has become something that is expected of our teens.  The following is from a survey of teen girls done by Tyra Banks….

  • On average, girls are losing their virginity at 15 years of age.
  • 14 percent of teens who are having sex say they’re doing it at school.
  • 52 percent of survey respondents say they do not use protection when having sex.
  • One in three says she fears having a sexually transmitted disease.
  • 24 percent of teens with STDs say they still have unprotected sex.
  • One in five girls says she wants to be a teen mom.

Are these the kind of “values” that we want to export to the rest of the world?

The Explosion Of Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Over the past several decades, we have seen an absolute explosion in the number of cases of sexually transmitted diseases in the United States.

According to one study, one out of every four teen girls in the United States has at least one sexually transmitted disease.

Despite millions upon millions of dollars spent promoting the use of condoms, STD numbers continue to be at epidemic numbers in the U.S. and in nearly every other country in the western world.

According to the CDC, there are 19 million new cases of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia in the United States every single year.

Yes, there are lots of people out there that love to mock those that believe in saving sex for marriage, but those that aren’t sleeping around are not picking up these diseases either.

More Than 50 Million Abortions

It often goes unsaid, but the truth is that sexuality is at the very heart of the debate over abortion in America.

Way too often, loose sexuality results in unwanted pregnancies.  Abortion is a way to get rid of those unwanted pregnancies.

One very shocking study discovered that 86 percent of all abortions in the United States are done for the sake of convenience.

In essence, abortion has become a form of birth control for many Americans.  Today, 41 percent of all New York City pregnancies end in abortion.

That is a whole lot of babies that are not being born.

Overall, there have been more than 53 million abortions performed in the United States since Roe v. Wade was decided back in 1973.

America is a nation that is deeply addicted to pornography.

Right now, the United States produces more pornography than any other nation in the world.  In fact, porn industry revenue is larger than the revenue for all professional football, baseball and basketball franchises combined.

Americans are so addicted to pornography that many of them can’t even wait until they get home to view it.  One survey found that 25 percent of all employees that have Internet access in the United States visit pornography websites while they are at work.

Sadly, many of the victims of pornography are some of the most vulnerable members of our society.  Law enforcement officials estimate that about 600,000 Americans and about 65,000 Canadians are trading dirty child pictures online.

Human Trafficking

As loose sexuality has spread around the globe, so has human trafficking.

The following stats about human trafficking come from a recent Detroit Free Press article….

• Human trafficking is a $32-billion industry worldwide.

• Up to 2 million people are trafficked worldwide every year. Of those, 15,000-18,000 are in the U.S.

• Eight in 10 human trafficking cases involve the sex industry; the others involve labor trafficking.

• In 2010, 2,515 human trafficking cases were under investigation in the U.S.

• Eighty-three percent of victims in confirmed sex trafficking cases in the U.S. in 2010 were American citizens

Human trafficking could be going on in the town where you live and you might not ever even know about it.

The following is what one CNN reporter witnessed at one truck stop down in North Carolina recently….

The woman sports baggy shorts, a white T-shirt and frizzy hair. Her fat middle-aged pimp sits in a beat up red Honda, watching as his “lot lizard” moves from truck to truck, in broad daylight.  If this pimp has a cane it is for substance, not style.

She moves through the parking lot, occasionally opening a cab’s passenger-side door and climbing in.

The trucker and hooker disappear in the back for 10 minutes.

Danielle Mitchell watches from the other end of the parking lot and shakes her head.

“We know from talking to other victims and other agencies that girls are taken to truck stops and they’re actually traded,” she says, sitting in her car, a shiny silver sport utility vehicle, keeping a healthy 50-yard distance from the pimp.

All of these consequences are a very high price to pay for loose sexuality.

And sexual looseness has become so pervasive in our society that there is virtually nowhere you can go to get away from it.

In one case down in Florida, a teacher at one public school defended himself against charges that he was having sex with a student by claiming that he was actually having sex with a guidance counselor at that time….

Former Lakewood High School band director Raphael McLean went on trial this week, accused of having sex with a 15-year-old student in his office inside the band room.

But his attorney, Val Shealey, offered a novel defense: that McLean had sex there with an adult, not a student; specifically with a guidance counselor.

And on Wednesday that guidance counselor, Danielle Johnson, testified, “I performed oral sex on Mr. McLean in his office.” She said she did so twice, in the winter of 2010.

Almost every single day now there is another news story about a teacher having sex with a student.

In another incident, a teacher that had actually been convicted of having sex with a student did not learn her lesson.  During an unannounced visit, a probation officer found that same student that she had been having sex with previously hiding in her closet….

Lisa Lavoie, the former Holyoke teacher who plead guilty after having a relationship with a student, has been charged with violating her probation after the student she had a relationship with was found hiding in her closet.

Back in February 2009, Lavoie ran off with one of her students, who was 15-year-old at the time. Lavoie was a teacher at the Donahue School on Whiting Farms Road in Holyoke.

The pair was found several days later in a motel room in West Virginia. Lavoie pleaded guilty to three counts of statutory rape and one count of enticement of a child in January 2011. She was sentenced to five years probation.

Can you imagine?

If only parents knew what was going on in these public schools.

These days, even police officers are having sex with high school students….

A veteran San Jose police officer was arrested Wednesday on suspicion that he engaged in sexual acts with a two teenage boys.

Police from Gilroy took Patrick D’Arrigo into custody at the San Jose Police Department where he was charged with unlawful sex activity with a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy.

Several generations of Americans have been raised in an environment of loose sexuality and we are seeing the results.

What is going on “behind closed doors” in some parts of the country is absolutely frightening….

Texas authorities said Tuesday they removed 11 children from a crowded home where a registered sex offender lives after they found eight confined in a small, dark bedroom with restraints tying some to their beds.

Along with the children, 10 adults were living in the one-story, 1,700-square-foot home in Dayton, about 30 miles northeast of Houston, Child Protective Services spokeswoman Gwen Carter said. One month after a raid on the house, authorities are still trying to determine how the children are related and why they were there, she said.

Sadly, none of this is going to change.

In fact, all of the public opinion polls show that the American people are more in favor of loose sexuality than ever before.

And ultimately, many of those that favor loose sexuality are not just content with being able to do what they want to do.  Instead, many of them are intent on forcing those that disagree with them to shut up and on forcing young children to be educated that loose sexuality is a good thing.

In other western nations, we are seeing some crazy things along these lines.  Just check out what is happening in Alberta, Canada….

Under Alberta’s new Education Act, homeschoolers and faith-based schools will not be permitted to teach that homosexual acts are sinful as part of their academic program, says the spokesperson for Education Minister Thomas Lukaszuk.

This kind of thing is going on other places as well….

*In the UK, pop star Will Young recently told the BBC that he believes that any minister that says gay marriage is wrong should be prosecuted for a hate crime.

*In Germany, parents that try to hold their children out of state-mandated sex education classes are actually sent to jail.

In the years ahead, we will increasingly see law enforcement be used as a tool against those that dare to speak out against loose sexuality.

But shouldn’t those that are alarmed about the consequences of loose sexuality have the freedom to speak out about that?

Shouldn’t we be able to have an honest discussion about sexuality in our society?

In the final analysis, it is highly unlikely that America (or any other western nation) is going to change direction any time soon.

But hopefully this article will get some people talking about these issues.

So which is better – a society with loose sexuality or a society with strict rules for sexuality?

Maybe the programmed norms taken from “Human Relations in Curriculum Change” (a book written in 1949) may have something to do with all this unacceptable behavior.

    • Guido

I think some people would tie it to the now-discredited work of Dr. Kinsey, who did some sick things in the name of “science.”

  • Cinderella Man

What an article Michael. I like how you are asking the hard questions lately! Sex is a difficult subject for some. I must admit I was a man of loose moral when I was in my early 20s. I have paid for those mistakes. Ive learned from many painful experiences that a relationship based purely on sex will not last. It seems to me that people are superficial and only care about themselves. Men and women treat each other very badly these days. We are made to feel like we are disposable lovers that just need to replaced from time to time. Our society is decayed and ready to fall.

    • Debbie

I agree with you..What happened to real love, loyalty, respect, and unconditional love?It seems to me everything in this country is so superficial.People end relationships or divorce for the smallest things. Many of my friends have been reluctant to have relationships out of fear of rejection because you are not sexy,handsome/pretty,and etc.It is really a shame!! This kind of thinking has destroyed
the moral fabric of what love is really about.

  • DownWithLibs

No wonder we are a ship adrift and listing badly to one side. I fear that the bilge pumps are broken and all of the lifeboats have departed (half full). Our signal flares are going unnoticed and only one ship it the area will to come to our rescue is hours away. But, hey, at least we had a GREAT time…didn’t we?

  • Emily

America is just morally rotted to the core. No matter what subject you chose to write about, this country will demonstrate the most corrupt group of people in all the world live here. When you expose children to this type of society, you will lose that generation. So the question is, can America survive?

  • Kevin

Many males have decided against marriage after they have seen the economic weapon of mass destruction a divorce can become. Often the cause is economic and the saver is crushed by the debtor / spender when assets and liabilities are divided up “equally”. Many others see children as a burden that you are responsible for but are not allowed to raise according to your rules.

The availability of sex outside of marriage is only one reason to rethink the viability of the institution. Actually if someone got married for sex it’s damn sure the wrong reason.

    • laura m.

Kevin: I totally agree. Young people should avoid marriage, get a career established, get sterilized, then in their mid 30’s or older, (like my two cousins) marry with a pre nupt. No use having kids, why raise ’em in a country on the skids with no future, not to mention expense and no guarantees. I’m a retiree on SS and medicare and most my generation are total losers raising kids, as most even my age have no morals and same age group that started having/raising kids out of wedlock and shacking up. Many of their adult kids are slackers and morally worse.

Demographics have changed dramatically since 1960.To hide this fact, the Democrats used the K-Streetwalker in the calamitious contraception conference.

As I see it God gave people the sex drive and they mean to use it. People like to *********. A lot. Its no more complicated than that. I have seen studies that say men are hard wired to have sex with many different women and women the same but to a lesser extent with many men partners.

I will not ever get how anyone could be gay so I will leave that one alone.

All the porn-hell that’s your free market at work, capitalism ain’t it grand?

I am guessing many of the above happened in times past, however, it was not as well published. The rate of some of the STD is higher due to better screening and not due to more people actually getting them. Michael’s like to the article makes this clear.

    Sex is natural
    sex is good

I think the standards for TV are too strict and we need to be like Europe. We make too big a deal out of sex. I could care less if women are topless on prime time TV. Get over it.

    • Guido

Yeah, but when people talk about porno, they’re thinking of the stuff that’s freely sold on the shelves. Believe it or not, many of the… dare I say mainstream? porn outfits have standards, like frequent medical checkups and condoms. There’s some very sick, twisted stuff out there that most people, even porn-watching people, never see and aren’t aware of. Like snuff films, the kiddie porn, and really sick, twisted stuff we can’t imagine. And there’s the slavery and child molestation, too. Compared to that, most of the stuff on the shelves is vanilla.

Sure, sex is natural and good. But when there are no standards, where do you draw the line? OK, so we’re free to swing, free to chase as many members of the opposite or same gender as we want, and we’re free of all those requirements from the 50s that we stay with the women we get pregnant or married to. But with all the standards scrapped and the religion they were based on banned from public life, what’s stopping us from:

Polygamy? In this day and age, a rich guy might be a good option for a few women who might otherwise not be able to take care of themselves in style. What reason can you give me not to keep more than 1 wife? I can sleep with all the single women I want, I can get divorced whenever I want, and I can live with as many women I want-what’s the difference? Plus, the increase in divorces would do wonder for the economy, at least the lawyer part of it…

Beastiality? Some folks are arguing animals are people, too and even have legal rights. Absent religion, which we all officially hate, what’s blocking tender, affectionate love between a man and his furry friend? We don’t own pets anymore-we’re caregivers to animal companions, so why not?

Underage Consensual Sex? What’s the difference between a 17 1/2 year old and an 18 year old? Why do we need this antiquated distinction? We all know kids are maturing earlier than ever before and even 10 year olds are giving birth, so why not chase that sweet, young tail? And what better way to help young, confused kids who don’t know anything about sex than giving them the benefit of your greater experience and knowledge in a safe and understanding environment? (I DO NOT believe this, just guessing at a point someone, somewhere has either already argued or will argue soon.)

I’m a Christian. I know not everyone else is, but most (2/3+?) Americans say they are. So I think we should be able to have a culture that is still mostly based in Christianity. Those social mores we previously had provided a foundation for our society. You may argue that we’re wayyy beyond that old culture, and you are right in some respects, but we’re not smarter, not better, and we’ve gotten meaner. I think we’re meaner than we used to be at all levels and the results are the SHOCKING! news articles and horror stories we hear every day. They’ve been with us for a while, so you may be as jaded as I am about it, but stop to think about it for a second. There are people who think nothing of throwing a baby in a dumpster these days. WTF?! I know some people who would argue the problem is merely one of education, but who will educate our young about the proper way to do things when morals are outdated and passe, many of we adults are the ones engaging in this behavior in the first place, and our educational system couldn’t teach a kid how to think their way out of a paper bag. Even if you don’t believe in religion, consider the concept Plato argued in The Republic of having to provide the citizenry with a special myth that supports their distinct culture. At the very least, believer or no, I don’t think you can argue people need something to believe in if for no other reason than to provide a foundation for everything else.

Christianity worked pretty well for us for a few years, I think it would work again. Why not give it a try? No one else is using it for anything…

    • “I will not ever get how anyone could be gay so I will leave that one alone.”

Perhaps due to serious injury or illness?

  • The moral crisis that infects our nation also infects our schools. We can’t cure one without dealing with the other. Without spiritual revival, we have no chance. Those so-called conservatives who think that there’s no relationship between a nation’s morality and its fiscal well being, don’t know what they’re talking about. There’s a direct link between the social conservative issues and the current degradation of this country, and the sooner we recognize it, the better. In the meantime, parents can have much more influence over their children if they homeschool them, and they end up far better adjusted and prepared for life.

  • tobias

    Demand Sharia law now!

Just kidding. How about neither and just expecting people to be responsible for their actions.

    • “How about neither and just expecting people to be responsible for their actions.”

Well, isn’t the problem that people are, to a large extent; NOT “responsible for their actions”?

  • George Kadlec

George Orwell stated “During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act.”

An anthropologist by the name of J.D. Unwin initiated a study with the premise that marriage was not necessary and possibly even detrimental to the development of great societies. At the end of this study he completely reversed his hypothesis.

“Perhaps the definitive work on the rise and fall of civilizations,” writes Fitzpatrick, “was published in 1934 by Oxford anthropologist J.D. Unwin”:
In “Sex and Culture,” Unwin studied 86 human civilizations ranging from tiny South Sea island principalities to mighty Rome. He found that a society’s destiny is linked inseparably to the limits it imposes on sexual expression and that those sexual constraints correlate directly to its theological sophistication and religious commitment.

Unwin noted that the most primitive societies had only rudimentary spiritual beliefs and virtually no restrictions on sexual expression, whereas societies with more sophisticated theologies placed greater restrictions on sexual expression, and achieved greater social development.

In particular, cultures that adopt what Unwin dubbed “absolute monogamy” proved to be the most vigorous, economically productive, artistically creative, scientifically innovative and geographically expansive societies on earth.

The following are grave words for the USA that come from noted Harvard sociologist Pitirim Sorokin who found no culture surviving once it ceased to support marriage and monogamy. None.

Now we can do a basic analysis of marriage in the USA. Current illegitimacy rates are as follows:

    Black 73%

    Hispanic 53%

    White 29%

for an overall rate of 41%. The future of the USA has been written. Currently the rate of illegitimacy for all women under 30 is 53%. It takes no genius to see where this is all headed.

    • Gary2

you should read the charles murry book whats the matter with white america (or something like that) Good read.

  • Benjik

Like everything else, it’s driven by $MONEY$. How much money and government oversight is there in abstinence?

Whining about loose sexuality? The alternative, Sharia Law? Want to start stoning to death all those sinners that you speak of? Amerika is rotten to the core. Not because of loose sexuality. Amerika is rotten to the core because you have a society, from the top down, that now tolerates crime in all its forms, from murder to sex crimes against children. And these acts are allowed for certain caste players like criminals in black and blue called cops, lawyers, judges, politicians etc., and certain low-life white trash and urban thugs in society.

    • Gay Veteran

      Reed as usual is right!

America is a deeply corrupt country and it has little to do with genitalia:

A war of aggression (the ultimate war crime according to Nuremburg) was waged against Iraq but no one was punished.

There was (and is) massive fraud on Wall Street and committed by the Big Banks but no one was punished.

  • whens dinner?

I side with God. No premarital sex. If man could keep that, there would be no std’s or abortions.

    • Guido

Good point. Having a Venereal Disease (I like the old fashioned terms the best) is RETARDED. In this day and age, when we can put people in space and map the human genome and actually see the damn bugs in the first place, to catch VD is utterly stupid. There are too many ways to avoid it, detect it, and cure it. The fact we haven’t and VD is on the rise is proof of our absolute regression education-wise, our selfishness, and our utter stupidity. You’re an absolute idiot if you have one of these things. If we went around plastering this issue, embarrassing and humiliating people who are infected, I think it would be better than the current situation where it’s nobody’s fault, it’s your private issue, just pop a pill and it won’t be your problem anymore.

  • mondobeyondo

Adultery is a sin. Homosexuality is a sin.
Prostitution is also a sin. So is divorce.

To think that God would even approve of “gay marriage” as holy matrimony, is a slap in the face to anyone who is a true Bible-believing Christian.

If you have a problem with that, don’t complain to me. Complain to God, because He made those rules.

    • Xander cross

But killing children and rape is okay according to the bible? Oh yes, that old testament that you all like to ignore so much. You don’t have evidence that the Christian god (European god) exists?

      • DownWithLibs

Come Judgment Day you will get a whole eye-full of evidence! Sound good????????????????????????

      • Guido

Wow, Xander. You sure are an expert. Since you know so much about Christianity, I guess I don’t need to point out that the Old T and the New T are two very, very different things, huh? And I guess I don’t need to cite that suggestion from J.C. about being Excellent to each other?

    • Mark

Why do you feel non Christians should be forced to live by Christian rules? Weather you like it or not, you don’t own the institution of marriage or the word marriage. If you don’t like gay marriage don’t get one

  • Alan McCracken

Are you equating being gay with loose sexuality?

Are you judging others for not being informed, disfunctional or destructive?

Can you find the word ironic in the dictionary?!

As far as not being able to imagine how someone can be gay, I can’t imagine being hetro!

Watch how you judge others. It may be turned around onto you.

    • Tim

Ironic? The Bible says that a homosexual is someone whom God has judged by giving that person over to a reprobate mind. That’s a scary condition to be in because it’s usually permanent. That is, the homosexual goes on in that sin, and then God sends them to hell. God does give repentance to some in that sin–there were some in Corinthian church–but not many.

      • Gay Veteran

spare us your Bronze Age religion

        • Tim

          You’ll remember those words.

          • Kelly B

I wish there was a ‘like’ button cause I would press it.

Everywhere I look, homosexuals are being catered to, whether by laws as well as media and festivals. For young people, believe it or not it’s now ”cool” to be gay. I now can’t go anywhere without a fellow woman looking me up and down hungrily, like a man.

Oddly, if you look at it in NWO views homosexuality will be promoted more and more in use of further de population measures.

          • DownWithLibs

No kidding, since sexual sin rates pretty high on Gods “no-no” list!

          • Gay Veteran

hey Kelly, you DO know that it is legal in the majority of states to fire someone for merely being Gay?

And just how do you “promote” homosexuality??? Do you get a coupon?

          • Guido

Actually, I don’t mind it if employers fire employees for being gay. Or for any other reason. In a truly free nation, employers would be perfectly within their rights to hire or fire anyone for any reason. It might not seem fair, but freedom isn’t fair. It’s the freedom to do what you wish, right or wrong, as long as you’re not hurting others. In any case, I think it’s rather hard to reconcile liberty with the idea that employers have a mandatory duty to provide jobs to all and sundry, no matter what they want. (I’ve seen and heard plenty of stories about race-based issues in hiring, promotion, and firing. I think the general lesson whites learn is to be wary of hiring minorities who will get special protection from the govt at their expense. For instance, my wife’s company right now wants to fire a black female who is lazy and steals from the company, but they’re afraid of a lawsuit, so she remains in place. She files complaints on her co-workers, insuring she can claim status as a whistle blower…) Employers should have final say in who they hire, promote and fire. And the fallout of that kind of practice as an employer is simple-customers and other businesses get to decide if they want to deal with a guy who hires only blacks or whites and fires only women or homosexuals. I believe the current system is much less just, since it takes these and other decisions out of our hands and forces people to pretend to be nice. It drives racism and other “isms” underground where we can’t see them. I would rather have our prejudices out where we can all see them and judge accordingly, rather than hidden under a thin, fake veneer of govt-mandated “civilization.” That way, at least I could decide what I was going to support and what to let wither. A return to liberty would also end the perception that minorities are protected classes who need special treatment to survive in the workplace. Just look at the ongoing saga of the racism in hiring and promotion at the NYFD.

    • Gary2

I was not trying to judge but simply to say that I do not understand how anyone could be gay as me saying I am not qualified to comment on that part of the article.

I may have chosen my words wrong but that was what I meant.

  • cjf

All conflict is economic. All war is psychological.
The base social structure (personal relations and family) is a economic and psychological unit. Destroying that isolates and socially atomizes individuals, rendering them ineffective economically and socially.

Reduce individuals to an animal level; and, call them “livestock”.

Civilization is an artifact (or, collective construct, a way of looking at our selves, one-another, and the rest of it all. Take it away and meet the talking monkeys. Order imposed by force is costly. Imposed by default is less costly.

    • DachsieLady

The Frankfurt School sociologists that came to America in the early 30s did a marvelous job of sealing the destruction of America.

Individuals have a responsibility before God to control themselves. A Christian society is the best help for the most numbers in that task, the lifelong task of each of us in order to be saved and get to heaven.

The USA is not now and was not founded as a “Christian” government or society. It was founded on “democratic” principles as by founders who were strongly influenced by Enlightenment thought, which is Satanic thought.

Chistendom as was in Europe before “the Age of Englightment” was the best example of “nationalism free” people living in freedom under God.

People need to learn what “freedom” and “liberty” truly is. It is the freedom to choose God’s way.

  • Richard

“the student she had a relationship with was found hiding in her closet.” Lucky guy! Oh and by the way, swinging should definitely be encouraged among consenting (married) adults. It frees the guy from having to slink out and have affairs in secret. Likewise, his wife.

Good article Michael. Moral decay plays a HUGE part in the situation our ocuntry is in today.

  • Mick Karma

Isn’t the problem that everyone is so preoccupied with sex and “sexual identity”? Can’t people just *be*?

  • WM

Yes, gary2, sex is natural and sex is good……when it is within the confines of a loving, marital relationship between a man and woman, as God made it. This modern age is slipping deeper into the sexual cesspool each day.

Jesus equated looking at a woman in lust as the same as committing adultery.( but, this seems “natural” to most men). Fornication, (pre-marital sex) is also considered “natural” by most people, but is considered a sin in the Bible. Then we have pornography, homosexuality, party sex, etc. etc.

First mistake we humans make is to justify things in our own eyes, as we have no real idea of the long term effects of our actions , but the Holy Creator God sees things a whole lot differently. This is his creation and he set some rules. But, what most people don’t stop and think about is the reasons behind these rules, because , most refuse to obey Gods rules, they just want to live free and do what they please.
Is God an ogre who wants to keep us from having any amount of pleasure in this life? NO. If we look at all the consequences to pornography, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, sexually promiscuous lifestyle, etc. we will see a trail of broken hearts, broken relationships and marriages, STD’s, emotional confusion and harm, spiritual deprivation, unwed, single mothers, broken homes, destruction of marriage, suicide, depression, destruction of morals, lack of commitment, etc, etc.
We can see the sexual depravity becoming more common place, pedophilia seems to be much more common and in the open now as is homosexuality, incest amongst teachers, government officials, parents is becoming more common now. The young people in their 20’s these days seem to lack any moral judgement and just sleep around with whomever they want and as often as they want with no regard of the consequences, pornography is a poison that is spreading around the world like a poisonous gas that destroys everything it comes in contact with, most men think that looking at naked woman is a “natural” thing to do, thus justifying viewing pornography and looking at other woman other than their wives, girlfriends as being natural and not dangerous at all. Having been involved with pornography for many years, I can tell you that it is very dangerous indeed on many deep levels. I can also tell you young people, that dating around and sleeping around has lasting emotional and sometimes physical implications that you cannot see now, but will discover later how damaging a promiscuous lifestyle is.

Even our modern activity of “dating” amongst teens is very dangerous indeed. Letting your teen daughter go on a “date” many different guys, and especially allowing them to be alone is allowing spiritual and emotion fornication to take place, and will only damage your daughters heart in ways you both cannot even imagine at this time.

There is a Biblical concept of courtship and chastity that I can tell you works so much better in all the ways for the spiritual, emotional and physical protection of your children.

So, when the God of the Holy Bible gave us rules and guidelines to live by, he did this not only because he is Holy and hates sin, but in his perfect wisdom, he gave us guidelines to bless us and keep us from all the heartache that rebellion to his commands causes.

    • Gay Veteran

too many right-wingers (like Rush Limbaugh and Mullah Rick Santorum) think sex is “dirty” and are thus sexually repressed and hate women

They also want to use the power of the state to impose “Christian”-style Sharia law. Why is your religion so weak that you have to use the power of the state?!?!?!?

      • Kelly B

        Gay Vet,

I dont think VW thinks sex is dirty. I think he is saying he oposesses constant one night stands and raising children (especially daughters) to think ‘anything goes’ as far as sex and their bodies.
        do you disagree?
But yes santorum and romney are absolute jokes and if one becomes president shows how pathetically impressionable the sheeple have become.

      • Gary2

How many wives has rush had???

    • Kelly B

I wish my parents could have read your reply. When I was a young teen I had too much freedom and was pressured into doing things with vile boys I would have likely not done had I been raised more lovingly.
I also agree that there are indeed lasting emotional scars. I think about what all has happened almost everyday and I wish I could have met my dear fiancée as a pure and happy girl.

    • Gary2

Thank you for your thoughtful response.

I forgot to say…great article Michael!!!! One of my favorites yet, because I like how you are describing things that are really destroying our society, worse than bad economics.. Even if America is economically on the top of the world, but morally sick, then we have failed. I would rather live in a morally healthy America that is economically weak, than a the strongest economy in the world that is morally depraved.

It definetly seesm as “loose sexuality” is the norm these days. I work with a few guys in their mid 20’s and they tell me that the young woman they meet are “pigs” and “slobs” (in their own words).

Ironically, I was just talking with a fellow worker last night, that met a girl at a club, ( I told him that was his forst mistake, expecting to meet a young woman of substance at a dance club), but, he told me he was dancing with her, (knew her for about 10 minutes), she told him point blank, if you get a hotel room, we can go there now, I want sex!!

Needless to say, he is very discouraged with the offerings out there, and is amazed how badly American girls act AND amazed that they WANT to be treated badly??? BTW, he is from South America, 23 years old and is in shock how “loose” American girls appear to be.

Yes, Michael, thank you for your hard work in presenting these thought provoking articles, it is very sad indeed to see our society crumble right before our eyes.

Reminds me of Scripture: “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter” Isaiah 5:20

“Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality..” Galations 5:19

“For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality..” 1 Thess. 4:3

“Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous” Hebrews 13:4

“But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed ADULTERY with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into HELL.”
    Matthew 5:27-29

“…………the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
    Revelation 21:8

Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God…”
    1 Corinthians 6:9-10

Thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately, this kind of article is not that popular with the readers. As you can see, it is getting a lot less shares than my articles usually do. :(

      • Benjik

“…it is getting a lot less shares than my articles usually do.”

That may be, but please don’t think for a moment it is any less important. I think these types of articles may hit a little too close to home for some people, and no one wants to think of themselves as hypocritical. So don’t sweat it brother, sometimes the most important issues are not always the most popular.

        • Michael

          Yes, you are right. :)

        • WM

Amen. Michael needs to stay strong in the Lord and keep getting the news and Truth out, no matter how un popular it is. We know that speaking Truth will not make you lots of friends, but any Christians out there, please pray for this website that it may be used to open up eyes of the blind.

      • Kelly B

Shoot, I’m probably one of your youngest readers and I loved the article. In fact I just received an email from a dating newsletter entitled ‘Snag him with sexting ‘ gross. People get grosser with each generation, hence why I dont really talk to anyone except my boyfriend. I was amazed to Even meet one person in real life who isn’t an immoral idiot!

I live in the south, and there are hundreds of churches in my area. There are a lot of Baptist churches, but there are also many churches of other denominations. There is a well-known Christian (fundamentalist) university about 20 minutes from where I live. When I moved here about 5.5 years ago, I thought that this was a very conservative part of the nation. It’s certainly more conservative than where I used to live. But after I moved here and started getting familiar with the area, one day I noticed a pink building that didn’t have any windows. For a while I wondered what it could be. So, one day I googled the name of the front of the building (I won’t mention it here ;-)) and I learned that it’s a strip bar! In this area? More recently, I’ve learned that there are swing clubs in this area! (Those are clubs where people go to meet other people for casual sex.) I couldn’t believe it! I guess I’m just naive.

    • Gay Veteran

the South (the buckle of the Bible Belt) is the biggest consumer of porn

    • Kelly B

Yes I live in Mississippi and I’ll see people at church then literally the next day the same people are partying talking filthy and having sex with each other. The sad thing is I’m not Christian and looks like I practice what I preach unlike them! And there are thousands like what I just described..very sad.
I even appreciate old country/Gospel songs. I like that it isn’t dirty, talented, and part of my southern heritage.

Sex is primarily a tool for procreation and stress reduction.

Are you advocating not having sex with your wife once she’s done bearing your kids??? I feel sorry for whoever you’re married to.

  • Doug Diggler

Social issues, social issues, reactionaries LOVE to talk about social issues. I’m sorry, but this stuff is peripheral to ongoing human existence compared to the economy. Sex is a lot sexier to talk about than Wall St. fraud and Wall St. theft, but honestly, at the end of the day you can ****** all you want, but you still have to put bread on teh table and pay your mortgage. Talking about sexual morality as a political issue and not a public health/mental health issue is like throwing gas on a fire, or better yet it is a smokescreen to how average people are continually getting ripped off by Wall Street oligarchs and the politician/whores they own.

  • Tim

The Internet has to be the greatest invention in the history of the world. What a wonderful resource! We have so much information at our disposal. You can learn about anything you want in the comfort of your home. But there is also a very dark side to the Internet. Like just about everything else, the internet has been used for wicked purposes. When I was growing up, there was no internet and pornography was not easy to obtain. Today, it’s accessible with literally a few clicks of the mouse. And, from what I’ve read, the kind of stuff available online is much more explicit than what was published in magazine form during Hefner’s heyday.

I don’t understand how so many become addicted to porn. I mean, it’s not real. It’s only purpose is to incite the viewer’s lust. It’s a form of adultery.

  • John Rambo

Well, American and western women claimed they wanted freedom and equality. Now they have it, and guess what? Few men want to marry western women anymore. And the women are freaking out now about that. Everywhere you look on the internet, you will see some whiny western women FREAKING OUT and LOSING HER MIND because she can’t find anyone who is dumb enough to marry a man hating western woman like her.

1 out of 4 women in America take psychiatric drugs for mental disorders. How’s that equality working out for you ladies?

  • John Rambo

A few more FACTS for your article, Michael:

At LEAST 80 percent of divorces in the West are initiated by women.

58 percent of child abuse/molestation in America is done by WOMEN.

70 percent of criminals in America were raised by SINGLE MOTHERS.

    • CatNap

“The hand that rocks the cradle, rules the world.”

  • Piglet

[A lot of young Americans are wondering why they should get married …]

Given that five out of ten marriages end in divorce, and among the remaining five, four are unhappy marriages, a lower rate of marriages might be a good thing. At my place of work, I’m one of the only people not divorced, and some friends have been married four to five times. Another friend’s first marriage ended in divorce court and, as he wrote, it was very financially costly: “$25K to her for her share of equity in the house; $60K for her share of my federal 401K equivalent; $57,600 over the next 8 years ($600 a month) for alimony; and that doesn’t include the $148 a month for child support, and the portion of my regular retirement that will go to her when I actually retire; which means I’ll be living in a small RV trailer in Florida with what I’ll have left.” Oh yeah, let’s hear it for marriages and the 50% of them that end in divorce! If planes, trains and automobiles had a 50% crash rate, we’d all be walking and bicycling everywhere. (Also not a bad idea, given the obesity epidemic.)

European countries don’t have all these problems but they also don’t flaunt sexuality AND try to hide it the way we do.

We can’t have naked people on public tv? Why not? You can show a guy with no shirt on but not a woman? Where are all the equal rights feminists now?

There is ZERO reason for a man to marry in this country. While the laws here in MA are legendary most states have similar laws. If you’re the guy, you’ll support the ex and the kids you’ll hardly see. You become a second class parent. Why do that to yourself and probably loose half your stuff in the process.

I have two girls, neither of whom were planned. Not by me anyway. I have them every weekend and love them very much. The good thing is that Child Support ends. Alimony is forever!

I’ll NEVER get married! I have too many miserable friends who’s wives are nags, they can’t cook, they don’t clean, they’re slobs and these poor guys are lucky to have sex once a month. No thanks! And like me most of them still have to cook and clean for themselves so whats the advantage again?

While there are certainly some good comments in the article none are enough to make me want to m marry a westerized woman. I’ve asked women “Did you think a lot about your wedding”? EVERYONE of them says yes. Then I ask, “did you give any thought to any day AFTER the wedding”? I usually just get a blank stare or an under the breath no.

  • T

Sure, I’m all for “stricter sexual mores”, but it’s always the woman who takes the hit.

Abortion has always been with us- don’t blame abortion.

  • Rob

Needed in America and the western world generally is repentance on a massive scale. Moral laws are like gravity: ignoring them brings consequences. Casual sex without a framework of mutual love and fidelity is destructive for everyone. America today is a very sick place. However, since very few people are willing to examine their lifestyle in a self-critical way, we will soon reach a point of such moral chaos that society essentially doesn’t function. This time may be coming a lot sooner than people think. Democracy only works when the majority of people exercise moral self-control and live by some principle other than the bulge in their pants.

    • cara

I 100 percent agree with you

    • Johnny Kickass

Very large fallacy in your argument. Unless you’re in space, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to ignore gravity. It can’t just be “turned off” as you’re implying.

  • Xander cross

With the war on women’s health going on, I thought all of these tea party supporters were against government health care, but they are not against state sponsored forced health care? Interesting, also, Ron Paul got exposed of working for mitt Romney.

  • “In essence, abortion has become a form of birth control for many Americans. Today, 41 percent of all New York City pregnancies end in abortion”

Yes and the Catholic Church, as always, was right when she condemned birth control, condemnation stretching back over the centuries, but most recent by Pope Pius XI and Paul Vi. Sadly, staring in the 20’s, Protestants got on the Eugenics bandwagon and that sped up after Lambeth 1930…..when contraceptives fail, people go to abortion and other forms of sexuality…..the end purpose of sex is ten ignored, which is procreative……unitive is 2nd to reproduction.

  • No need to be a prude-ie, that all sex is evil, but in its proper context:
-we are human and have intellect, we are not animals that have to jump behind a bush and go at it
-God made sex primarily for reproduction, secondly for other ends
-foreplay is just that, it is NOT a means to the end

  • Dave

As I’ve said before, you will never see a bigger eruption of bile and venom than when evil is challenged. And all you have to do to challenge evil is identify it.

Simply because you can point to other huge problems, the economy, wars around the world, environmental destruction, does not mean that sexual permissiveness is not a problem. It is a huge poison to a society. God did not create us to be mere animals, driven by our every urge. It is very possible to have a happy life as a committed monogamous person. In spite of the societal headwind.

    Great article Michael!!

    • gary2

It is very possible to have a happy life as a committed monogamous person.

Its also possible to win the lottery…I’m just sayin…

When women lost their “natural affection” for having babies and providing a stable family, they sealed our country’s fate.

I’m sorry to say, as a woman, I blame my own sex for what has happened. Most pornographers are women. They produce porn for profit and prey on each other and men and most telling of all, children. This is the height of unnatural affection.

The economy has shown, since the late 1960’s when women began to enter the workforce, the cost-of-living skyrocketed; abortion skyrocketed; juvenile delinquency skyrocketed; divorce skyrocketed; the welfare-state skyrocketed; and now unemployment of men has as well.

If women returned to a modest sexual outlook and waited until marriage for sex…thereby forcing most men to pay for the “milk”…they will find our country healed of so much that has gone wrong.

Babies will be born in families with a dad (guiding hand for boys and protection for girls), and said children will be better adjusted and better prepared to raise their own children someday.

The resulting significant reduction of women in the workplace would free up jobs for men, so they can in turn provide for their wives and children. This would also, by reducing household income (2-earner), force prices to fall to meet income of the new 1-earner household.

Men would no longer be replaced by the State (welfare) as “breadwinner”, so that will in turn greatly reduce women having babies as a living…and greatly reduce welfare pay-out.

No longer allowing for “no-fault” divorce would return men and women to previous generation’s acceptance of each other’s idiosyncracies. They will not take the “easy way out”. Divorcing your wife and the mother of your children because she no longer has the body of a 20-year-old honey would be very difficult to do. This will provide not only the financial security women need & family security children need, it will provide men safety from predatory women looking for their next “sugar daddy”; ruining him financially.

I know after reading this that most women won’t believe I’m one of them. I’m guessing some men won’t believe I’m a woman either.

But my sex isn’t important; my points still stand.

TRULY, the hand that rocks the cradle, rules the world. Women have all the power. We have badly abused it, and everyone, especially our kids…are suffering for it. :(

    • John Rambo

Women DO NOT have all the power. How arrogant you are!

Go to a place in the Middle East, Asia, or Russia.

Believe me, in those countries, women DO NOT have all the power.

And, why do women in America have so much power? Because MEN gave it to you.

So it is amazing how you still have this misandric anti-male attitude projecting from you, even though you are claiming to be an anti-feminist.

There is NO SUCH THING as an anti-feminist western woman. That is why no man in his right mind should EVER marry a western woman!

      • CatNap

I AM speaking as an American woman…

I should have clarified that, and sorry you don’t believe that there are “anti-feminist” (in the political activist sense) women in the west.

Have you ever hear of Dr. Laura? Go to her website. There are plenty of American women who have realized they screwed up and plenty of young American women who are learning from them what NOT to do!

Like her, I think men and women are fundamentally different and the feminist movement in the US (since that is my only point of reference) has hurt men and women.

Now if you think that women are the “chattel” of men, your viewpoint is the reason for feminist anger in the first place, John.

  • I totally agree, Catnap, and I’m glad you have the courage to say what isn’t politically correct. I know several other women who feel the same way, and those are the kind who need to speak out. The media only pays attention to the feminists, but that will change when the voting patterns change, and they see large numbers of conservative women standing up. God bless you for telling the truth.

    • CatNap

Thank you Tony, for your kind words.

The media is dominated by an overwhelming liberal viewpoint that sneers at women who want to live in a conservative home. We are shouted down and called names in social media outlets as well.

Most teen, 20-something, 30-something, and some 40-something women have been immersed in this cultural shift and have adopted the attitude that John Rambo is angry about. Honestly, I don’t blame him for not wanting to marry a western woman. He’s right…finding one that is happy to be a wife and mother like her great-grandma once did is exceedingly difficult.

My own mother was a stay-at-home mom in the 1970’s. My friend’s moms were all going into the workplace and creating “latchkey” kids. Those kids grew up to expect women to have a career and go to work. Including the boys who grew to be men. So, many men expect their wives to work outside the home, take care of the child-rearing, clean and cook, and maintain her youth. Where’s the liberation in that?

Women have been victimized, as have men, by the feminist movement. It has it’s ROOTS in liberty’s enemy camp.

Look up Henry Makow’s website to learn where this came from and what it’s true intentions are.

  • VinceV

Catnap, your posts are right on the money. The article is great too. Also, for all you intolerant people out there, let Christians live out their faith in peace. No Christian wants to force anyone to be a Christian. HOWEVER anything that is harmful to American society (much of it happens to be sin referenced in the Bible) must be called out and removed/regulated/kept IN the closet.

Love grows over time if the two people take time for the feelings in the midst of life pressures. In a marriage the same happens. If the stress of life means a couple in a marriage is not going to work on the relationship the marriage suffers and they are bound for trouble. Relationships take work unfortunately sometime all the romantic letters once written mean nothing more than a set-up to mislead another from seeing the charlatan under the mask of deception.

  • Johnson

    What is Passion?

The shallow answer, which is my own definition. Sex.

    The Deep Stuff…..

Becoming one does not consist of just the moment in time and the carnal act of intercourse. Becoming one is an everyday affair of loving couples. It transcends time, it transcends places, it goes beyond the distance between two lovers. It is not about out of our realm presence, but a presence in the heart, in the thoughts, in our feelings and emotions. It is the feeling of love that surrounds the emotions within me during the day, and at night. The physical oneness becomes the climax of the overall affair. It is the expression and the result of the synergy that comes to exist and is established by what two lovers experience together..and when they are not together. Becoming one means for me that I think about you, that I consider you in my daily life and how my actions can affect you. By being one with you I am committed to you. It is two hearts beating as one. In the literal sense it does not make sense. But in the metaphorical sense, it is what love is all about. Those few words encompass so much. We become one every time we share together. We become one when we think about each other, at the same time, without even being aware of it. We become one in an act of mental foreplay, because deep inside we thirst for the same, yet are willing to wait for it. We become one when we look at each other eyes and the atmosphere is filled with lust and desire. We become one when we hold hands, in a sign of belonging. We become one when we write to each other or talk on the phone, and say the magical words that keep this world in existence: “I love you”.

Becoming one with you is not the same as being one in you. Because if I am one in you, it means you lose your individuality. Love is not meant to make people loose who they are of change who they are. I can become one with you as a lover close to your heart, in many ways. Yet through it all, you are still the person you were created to be. And we complement each other, learn from each other and grow together by means of the oneness that love brings into existence.

Each one of us was created unique and with a purpose. During our life journey we experience, we grow, we live, and we love. My God is always with me, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Through love, that makes all things possible. Still, I am an individual, with free will, given by my Father in Heaven. Prayer is a way of becoming one with my Lord. Just an example. We could be hours debating this.

Our physical intimacy is the climax of our oneness and we start creating more the moment that we conclude every special moment together. Foreplay does not just happen 1 or 2 hours before bed. It is an everyday affair. Part of the same becoming one mystery. Our union in body is an acknowledgment and reaffirmation of belonging, togetherness and becoming one in our hearts, our bodies, and the intricate closeness of our souls.

  • Guillermo

Go back to our individuality and having the right to be who we are and nobody else, or whom anybody else wants us to be. Otherwise we are not in control and ownership of our lives and our own existence for that matter. I think two people can be close physically, mentally and emotionally, yet be their own person. I can love a person so much that it hurts when the other person is hurting, and rejoice when the other person is happy. It is love. Feelings. And when it comes to “like attracts like”, that has been the subject of much debate. I think there is attraction when there are some similarities and “likes” between two people, but when it gets to the point that there are no differences it gets boring and lacks excitement. Because if two people are so much alike, there is no growth, and the moment we stop growing as humans, as individuals, as a couple, the relationship stalls and becomes dull and uninteresting. Even we as individuals sabotage our journey. In other words, I believe in a healthy balance. I think God had a reason for making us all different. And the only way I can leave footprints is by virtue of the diversity of our creation, and the fact that love exists, in part, so we can harmonize and love each other despite our differences. Every man has an impossible love and love he lost due to his own selfishness.

Life is not measured by the breaths we take but for the moments that take our breath away

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul

You know why the moon is so lonely? ‘Cause she used to have a lover. His name was Kuekuatsheu. They lived in the Spirit World together. And every night they’d wander the skies together. But one of the other spirits was jealous. The Trickster wanted the Moon for himself. So he told Kuekuatsheu that the Moon asked for flowers. He told him to come to our world and pick her some wild roses. Kuekuatsheu didn’t know that once you leave the Spirit World, you can never go back. {Now he’s trapped here} Every night the Moon searches for him, and every night he sees her in the sky and howls her name, but he can never touch her again.

Some people’s love and commitment is as deep as their partners’ pockets or purse, and when the person starts picking lint out of their partner’s pocket or he finds nothing of materialistic value to captivate his enormous ego – well, let’s see how long their love and commitment in that relationship lasts then.

Women should be regarded as property, nothing else. We should just have the “Women” section at stores such as Wal-Mart selling women instead of women’s clothes. Women can’t handle responsibility, they just screw it up for everybody else, hence, they should have no rights.

Little John Travolta seems a little bit upset. Might need to be reminded that “Men” know how to screw things up way more for everyone else more than any woman ever did. Need we go farther than watching our world leaders consisting mostly of arrogant men bringing down entire countries in a single bound. Everyone has the power to influence others. Without any compassion, a leader can not achieve greatness. Compassion is an essential counterbalance to discipline. It means taking the time to appreciate another person’s concerns, motivations and ideas…to put yourself in their shoes. We are living in uncertain times and certainly feeling the ripple effects of world events in our globalized society. Reaching out to people is the only way to build bridges across cultures and lifestyles. It helps everyone to realize that our humanity transcends gender, race, age and religion. What our world needs now are compassionate guides ‘men and women’ from all walks of life to help us weather the storms of our generation.

John Travolta lives visits his home on Mars regularly and was conceived in a lab test tube. They call them lab rats for a reason. John has a cool green Martian for an avatar to match his intelligence level. That’s the only way to explain his open hostility towards all women. Or was it Wal-Mart he has a problem with after the cashier said ‘Thank-you, Have a nice Day. Next in line, please?’

I have been young, and now I am old (65), but I have not seen a female look to my hand to provide, to protect, and to cherish.

I was sent off to boarding school at age 14 and did not emerge from the male anthill of education and military service until almost age 28. By that time, all the desirable females were long gone, and to those who were not, I was too old.

Maybe that is a good thing, because I spent most of my adult life looking for a job and finding nothing. I would have been unable to support a household, much less a wife and children, so it’s just as well that I couldn’t attract a mate.

I say all that to say this:
    not everyone is coupling.
    Some people have Christian morals.
    Other people lack opportunity.
And still others are involuntarily restrained from entering the gene pool.

That qualifies me to make only this judgment:

A society with strict rules for NO sexuality
is a “one generation and done” society.
Such a society – the Essenes, for example – God does not allow to continue. An asexual society flies in the face of His first command, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.”

As muslims we have the better deal. I earn she spends. I wake up at 6 and go to work while she can sleep all she want. Whenever I ask her if she wants to work, she looks at me like I am crazy. I am not saying she does not do any thing as I know mantaining the house is a complete job in it self.
