China Wants To Construct A 50 Square Mile Self-Sustaining City South Of Boise, Idaho

Thanks to the trillions of dollars that the Chinese have made flooding our shores with cheap products, China is now in a position of tremendous economic power.  So what is China going to do with all of that money?  One thing that they have decided to do is to buy up pieces of the United States and set up “special economic zones” inside our country from which they can continue to extend their economic domination.  One of these “special economic zones” would be just south of Boise, Idaho and the Idaho government is eager to give it to them.  China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach for short) plans to construct a “technology zone” south of Boise Airport which would ultimately be up to 50 square miles in size.  The Chinese Communist Party is the majority owner of Sinomach, so the 10,000 to 30,000 acre “self-sustaining city” that is being planned would essentially belong to the Chinese government. The planned “self-sustaining city” in Idaho would include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, retail centers and large numbers of homes for Chinese workers.  Basically it would be a slice of communist China dropped right into the middle of the United States. It is time to face the truth.  The Chinese economy is simply beating the living daylights out of the U.S. economy.  Whether you want to call it a rout, a slaughter or a thrashing, the reality is that the Chinese are absolutely embarrassing America on the global economic stage.  At this point, the Chinese are playing economic chess while the Americans are playing economic checkers.  China is poised to blow past the United States and become the largest economy in the world.  Not only that, some economists are projecting that the Chinese economy could be three times larger than the U.S. economy by mid-century.  The age of U.S. economic dominance is ending, and most Americans still don’t even understand what is happening. Is China Hoarding Gold In Anticipation Of A Global Financial Implosion? 10 Facts About Gold Fever In China That May Surprise You

China officially has gold fever.  Chinese demand for gold in 2011 is being called “explosive” and “voracious”.  China imported five times as much gold in 2010 as it did in 2009, and this year gold sales in China are projected to easily set another new all-time record.  China produces more gold than any other nation on the planet and last year the Chinese consumed more than twice as much gold as Americans did.  Yes, the Chinese are officially in love with gold.  But why is that?  Is it because they are concerned about inflation?  Is it because the Chinese are losing faith in paper currencies?  Are the Chinese looking to diversify?  Has gold become a “trendy” status symbol in China?  Or is something else going on here? Worst Freeze In 60 Years Wipes Out Entire Crops Across The Southwestern U.S. And Northern Mexico

Get ready to pay a lot more for produce at the supermarket.  In early February the worst freeze in 60 years wiped out entire crops all across the southwestern U.S. and northern Mexico.  Already, it has been reported that some U.S. supermarkets have doubled or even tripled prices for certain produce items.  Yes, you read that correctly.  The price of certain vegetables is actually doubling or even tripling in many U.S. supermarkets.  The really bizarre weather that we have been seeing all over the globe this winter is really playing havoc with food prices.  The global price of food hit an all-time record during the month of January, and most observers expect food prices to continue to soar.  Even before this recent horrible freeze in the southwestern U.S. and northern Mexico, global food prices were pushed higher by unprecedented flooding in Australia and Brazil, and key agricultural areas of China are now experiencing their worst drought in 200 years.  Things are getting really crazy out there.  Produce prices in the U.S. are eventually expected to return back to normal levels, but this just shows how dramatically food prices can change when a major disaster happens. China #1, United States #2? 25 Facts That Prove The Transition Is Really Happening

On a recent episode of The Office, Michael Scott spent much of the show bemoaning the fact that China could soon become the number one economic superpower.  Of course by the end of the episode everyone had concluded that the United States would continue to be number one indefinitely, but in the real world things are not so simple.  Sadly, the cold, hard facts reveal that China is on the rise and the United States is experiencing a dramatic economic decline.  The world is changing and China is projected to become the largest economy in the world at some point during the next decade.  Americans have been taught from birth that “the U.S. is number one”, but the transition is really happening.  China is passing the United States even in quite a few high tech industries and in many areas of scientific research.  The numbers that you are going to read below are absolutely staggering.  It is getting really hard to deny that the Chinese are wiping the floor with us economically.  In fact, they are beating us so badly that it is hard to put into words. Why Is Russia Building 5000 More Nuclear Bomb Shelters In Moscow By The End Of 2012?

Russia certainly seems to be in a hurry to prepare for something.  RT is reporting that 5,000 new nuclear bomb shelters will be constructed in the city of Moscow by the end of 2012.  Russian authorities believe that these new shelters are urgently needed because the current nuclear bomb shelters will only hold approximately half the population and are quite outdated.  In addition, there are apparently very few nuclear bomb shelters for those living outside the city center at this point.  Officials want virtually the entire population of Moscow to be able to reach a bomb shelter within a matter of minutes.  But in this era when the “Cold War” is supposed to be over, why are 5000 nuclear bomb shelters such an urgent necessity? Why The Chinese Monopoly On Rare Earth Elements Is So Incredibly Dangerous

Most Americans have no idea why rare earth elements are important or why the Chinese monopoly on them is so dangerous.  But now that China is enforcing strict new quotas on the export of these metals a lot more people are going to start learning about them.  So just exactly what are they?  Well, “rare earth elements” is a name that has been given to 17 metals from the middle of the Periodic Table with nearly unpronounceable names such as lanthanum, cerium, tantalum, neodymium and europium.  These metals are used in an increasing number of high technology products.  Everything from iPods to wind turbines to missile-guidance systems use these metals.  Unfortunately, today China controls over 90 percent of the world supply of rare earth elements.  This puts China in an incredibly powerful position.
