28 Signs That U.S. Public Schools Are Rapidly Being Turned Into Indoctrination Centers And Prison Camps

It has been said that children are our future, and right now the vast majority of our children are being “educated” in public schools that are rapidly being turned into indoctrination centers and prison camps.  Our children desperately need to focus on the basics such as reading, writing and math, but instead a whole host of politicians, “education officials” and teachers are constantly injecting as much propaganda as they possibly can into classroom instruction.  Instead of learning how to think, our children are continually being told what to think.  Not only that, our children are also being trained how to live as subservient slaves in a Big Brother police state.  Today, nearly everything that children do in public schools is watched, monitored, recorded and tracked.  Independent thought and free expression are greatly discouraged and are often cracked down upon harshly.  If students get “out of line”, instead of being sent to see the principal they are often handcuffed, arrested and taken to the police station.  In addition, law enforcement authorities are using weapons such as pepper spray and tasers against young students in our public schools more than ever before.  Children in U.S. public schools are not learning how to live as strong individuals in the “land of the free and the home of the brave”.  Rather, they are being trained how to serve a Big Brother police state where control freaks run their entire lives.  If we continue to allow all of the liberty and freedom to be systematically drained out of our school children, then there is not going to be much hope for the future of this nation.

The following are 28 signs that U.S public schools are being turned into indoctrination centers and prison camps….

#1 All 50 U.S. states are now constructing federally-mandated databases that will track the behavior and performance of all public school students in America throughout their entire school careers.  According to the New York Post, the Obama administration wants to use the information that is gathered for a wide array of purposes….

The administration wants this data to include much more than name, address and test scores. According to the National Data Collection Model, the government should collect information on health-care history, family income and family voting status. In its view, public schools offer a golden opportunity to mine reams of data from a captive audience.

#2 All over America, school children are being immersed in the radical green agenda.  In fact, in many areas of the country children are actively trained to watch how their parents behave and to correct them when they are being “environmentally unfriendly”.  The following is from a recent New York Times article about this phenomenon….

“I have very, very environmentally conscious children — more so than me, I’m embarrassed to say,” said Ms. Ross, a social worker in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. “They’re on my case about getting a hybrid car. They want me to replace all the light bulbs in the house with energy-saving bulbs.”

Ms. Ross’s children are part of what experts say is a growing army of “eco-kids” — steeped in environmentalism at school, in houses of worship, through scouting and even via popular culture — who try to hold their parents accountable at home. Amid their pride in their children’s zeal for all things green, the grown-ups sometimes end up feeling like scofflaws under the watchful eye of the pint-size eco-police, whose demands grow ever greater, and more expensive.

Later on in that same article, a district superintendent is quoted as saying that they try to inject the green agenda wherever they can into the curriculum….

“We’re trying to integrate it into anything where it naturally fits,” said Jackie Taylor, the district’s superintendent. “It might be in a math lesson. How much water are you really using? How can you tell? Teachers look for avenues in almost everything they teach.”

#3 One 13-year-old student down in New Mexico was recently handcuffed and forcibly removed from a classroom just because he burped in class.  In all, over 200 students in Bernalillo County “have been handcuffed and arrested in the last three years for non-violent misdemeanors”.

#4 All over America, students are being taught that the First Amendment does not apply in public schools.  Expressions of free speech in school are often cracked down upon very hard.  For example, one group of high school athletes was recently suspended for “Tebowing” in the hallways of their school.

#5 Many public school sex education classes have totally crossed the line.  Instead of just “educating” children about sex, many sex ed courses are now “indoctrinating” children about sex.  One recent example of this was detailed in the New York Times….

IMAGINE you have a 10- or 11-year-old child, just entering a public middle school. How would you feel if, as part of a class ostensibly about the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, he and his classmates were given “risk cards” that graphically named a variety of solitary and mutual sex acts? Or if, in another lesson, he was encouraged to disregard what you told him about sex, and to rely instead on teachers and health clinic staff members?

That prospect would horrify most parents. But such lessons are part of a middle-school curriculum that Dennis M. Walcott, the New York City schools chancellor, has recommended for his system’s newly mandated sex-education classes. There is a parental “opt out,” but it is very limited, covering classes on contraception and birth control.

#6 Sadly, this “sexual indoctrination” appears to be working.  According to one recent study, sexual conduct between teen girls in the United States is now at the highest level ever recorded.

#7 Putting kids in jail has become standard operating procedure in the United States.  Today, nearly one-third of all Americans are arrested by police by the time they reach the age of 23.  At this point, the United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world and the largest total prison population on the entire globe, and yet our society just continues to become more unstable.

#8 In some U.S. schools, RFID chips are now being used to monitor the attendance and movements of children while they are at school.  The following is how one article recently described a program that has just been instituted at a preschool in California….

Upon arriving in the morning, according to the Associated Press, each student at the CCC-George Miller preschool will don a jersey with a stitched in RFID chip. As the kids go about the business of learning, sensors in the school will record their movements, collecting attendance for both classes and meals. Officials from the school have claimed they’re only recording information they’re required to provide while receiving  federal funds for their Headstart program.

#9 Increasingly, incidents of misbehavior at many U.S. schools are being treated as very serious crimes.  For example, when a little girl kissed a little boy at one Florida elementary school recently, it was considered to be a “possible sex crime” and the police were called out.

#10 Even 5-year-old children are now being handcuffed and arrested by police in public schools.  The following is from a recent article that described what happened to one very young student in Stockton, California earlier this year….

Earlier this year, a Stockton student was handcuffed with zip ties on his hands and feet, forced to go to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation and was charged with battery on a police officer. That student was 5 years old.

#11 A teenager in suburban Dallas was recently forced to take on a part-time job after being ticketed for using bad language in one high school classroom.  The original ticket was for $340, but additional fees have raised the total bill to $637.

#12 It is not just high school kids that are being ticketed by police.  In Texas the crackdown extends all the way down to elementary school students.  In fact, it has been reported that Texas police gave “1,000 tickets” to elementary school kids over a recent six year period.

#13 Our children are being programmed to accept the fact that they will be watched and monitored constantly.  For example, the U.S. Department of Agriculture is spending large amounts of money to install surveillance cameras in the cafeterias of public schools all across the nation so that government control freaks can closely monitor what our children are eating.

#14 If you can believe it, a “certified TSA official” was recently brought in to oversee student searches at the Santa Fe High School prom.

#15 Last year, a 17 year-old honor student in North Carolina named Ashley Smithwick accidentally took her father’s lunch with her to school.  It contained a small paring knife which he would use to slice up apples.  So what happened to this standout student when the school discovered this?  The school suspended her for the rest of the year and the police charged her with a misdemeanor.

#16 According to blogger Alexander Higgins, students in kindergarten and the 1st grade in the state of New Jersey are now required by law to participate “in monthly anti-terrorism drills”.  The following is an excerpt from a letter that he recently received from the school where his child attends….

Each month a school must conduct one fire drill and one security drill which may be a lockdown, bomb threat, evacuation, active shooter, or shelter-in place drill. All schools are now required by law to implement this procedure.

So who in the world ever decided that it would be a good idea for 1st grade students to endure “lockdown” and “active shooter” drills?  To get an idea of what these kinds of drills are like, just check out this video.

#17 In some U.S. schools, armed cops accompanied by police dogs actually conduct surprise raids with their guns drawn.  In this video, you can actually see police officers aiming their guns at school children as the students are lined up facing the wall.

#18 The U.S. government is now encouraging children to spy on their parents as part of the “war on terror”.  If a school official hears that a parent has said the “wrong thing” at home, that parent could potentially get labeled as a “potential terrorist”.

#19 The U.S. government has also been increasingly using “polls” and “surveys” as tools to gather information about all of us.  In previous articles, I have noted how government authorities seems particularly interested in our children.  According to Mike Adams of Natural News, the CDC is starting to call parents all over the U.S. to question them about the vaccination status of their children….

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control, which has been comprehensively exposed as a vaccine propaganda organization promoting the interests of drug companies, is now engaged in a household surveillance program that involves calling U.S. households and intimidating parents into producing child immunization records. As part of what it deems a National Immunization Survey(NIS), the CDC is sending letters to U.S. households, alerting them that they will be called by “NORC at the University of Chicago” and that households should “have your child’s immunization records handy when answering our questions.”

You can see a copy of the letter that the CDC has been sending out to selected parents right here.

#20 Last year, a high school student in Southern California was suspended for two days because he had private conversations with his classmates during which he discussed Christianity.  He was also banned from bringing his Bible to school ever again.

#21 In early 2010, a 12 year old girl in New York was arrested by police and marched out of her school in handcuffs just because she doodled on her desk. “I love my friends Abby and Faith” was what she reportedly wrote on her desk.

#22 Back in 2009, one 8 year old boy in Massachusetts was sent home from school and was forced to undergo a psychological evaluation because he drew a picture of Jesus on the cross.

#23 A little over a year ago, a 6 year old girl in Florida was handcuffed and sent to a mental facility after throwing temper tantrums at her elementary school.

#24 Other students in Florida have actually been arrested for bringing a plastic butter knife to school, for throwing an eraser, and for drawing a picture of a gun.

#25 Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has announced that school officials can search the cell phones and laptops of public school students if there are “reasonable grounds for suspecting that the search will turn up evidence that the student has violated or is violating either the law or the rules of the school.”

#26 Increasingly, authorities are using “pre-crime” technology on our children in order to identify potential problem individuals.  For example, the Florida State Department of Juvenile Justice has announced that it will begin using analysis software to predict crime by young delinquents and will place “potential offenders” in specific prevention and education programs.

#27 At one public high school in McAllen, Texas earlier this year, students were ordered to stand up and recite the Mexican national anthem and Mexican pledge of allegiance.  School authorities have failed to explain how reciting a pledge of allegiance to a foreign nation has any educational value whatsoever.

#28 All over the United States, tasers are increasingly being used to “subdue” high school students.  The following are two very shocking examples of this that were cited in a recent Alternet article….

On September 29, Keshana Wilson, 14, was shocked in the groin with a Taser while shoved against a parked car by Allentown, Pennsylvania police officer Jason Ammary, just outside her high school. The incident was captured on surveillance footage. Allentown police argue that the officer’s behavior was justified because “Wilson was cursing and inciting a group of people” as well as resisting arrest. While defending his fellow officer, Allentown Assistant Police Chief Joseph Hanna argued, “officers are trained to use the justified amount of force dictated by the actions of the resister, not their age or gender.”

Zahrod Jackson, a 17-year-old student, “was eligible to receive free lunch” at Middletown High School in Connecticut, according to a June report in the Middletown Press. Last September, Jackson exited the cafeteria line with a slice of pizza, but returned for a beef patty after spotting both pizza and a beef patty on the tray of a student who also receives free lunch. A screaming match ensued between Jackson and a cafeteria worker who accused the teen of stealing. The commotion quickly caught the eyes of SROs Kurt Scrivo, who “threw Jackson onto the cafeteria floor,” and Alex Rodriguez, who Tasered him five times.

So is all of this brutal repression helping our children get a better education?

Of course not.

The truth is that the American population is rapidly being “dumbed-down”.

Today, American 15-year-olds do not even rank in the top half of all advanced nations when it comes to math or science literacy.

Not only that, our public schools are also producing kids that are woefully unprepared for college.  The United States once had the highest proportion of young adults with post-secondary degrees in the world.  Today, the U.S. has fallen to 12th.

Our public education system absolutely stinks and it is getting worse all the time.

I went to public schools all of my life, but I would never want to send my children to public schools now.  They are going downhill really, really fast.

Just sending different politicians to Washington D.C. is not going to change the course of this nation.  We need a complete political, economic, educational, moral, spiritual and philosophical renewal.  Right now America is becoming a little more like North Korea every day.  If we continue on this path there will be absolutely no future for our children and our grandchildren.

It is absolutely disgusting that our public schools are being transformed into indoctrination centers and prison camps.  This is not what America is supposed to be about.

If we do not choose to stand up and fight for the future of this country, then we are going to get the future that we deserve.

I don’t know how we can consider public schools as starting to indoctrinate our students. It started well back in the 1960s and has simply continued until the present moment. Some of the agenda you list (green…) are just the flavor of the era. But believe me, students started getting fed hogwash in the 60’s…

    • Shawn

I sure don’t remember being told what to think in school. I remember in the 1970’s being taught about our country’s history, being able to pray in school if I chose, and everyone standing up to say the national anthem. We were taught what our rights were and to be proud of them as well. We have went from that to this liberal bias indoctrination crap being forced on children. Remember when Obama became president and a teacher in New Jersey made her students sing praises about President Obama?
Here go watch the video http://youtu.be/FO3NBqT3LBc
It doesn’t matter when it started. That behavior is totally unacceptable and we need to put a stop to it.

These articles just keep getting more and more bizarre as to what is going on in America. If that teen girl that got a ticket for cursing was my daughter, first thing I would do is mayber wash her mouth with soap. Then I would fight the school system until I won. I would demand that the teacher(s) involved be forced to resign along with whoever even allowed her to be ticketed. I am not condoning cursing, I am concerned about the fact that she is working after school when she should be studying. Just curious also, what did her parents do, if she has parents? I am assuming the parents had to pay the bill and she paid her parents back. Again, if this were my daughter, I would tell the shool system to take their ticket and stick you know where. This is ridiculous. People need to start pulling their children out of the public, destructive system and start homeschooling. Whats that? Can’t afford to live on one income? Do what ever it takes, sell a car, downsize, etc. Do whatever it takes. These are your children we are talking about and the future. Public schools are cesspools of liberal, God hating, indoctrination and brainwashing.

    • joe bassett

Two workign parents means nothing. My ex could have gotten a job three miles down the road and we would have only needed one car. If you have one income you have more dependents. It is a cop out to say they need two incomes. One needs to make cash. You’re better off being together. Your wife home schools the kids, but not if she’s a slut. My sister home schools her kids. It’s very easy. I did it but waited because I thought you would have to take a test. All the answers are right there. We only had to take in the results in June. I would homeschool to let them graduate sooner. Home school then take your kids to the beach.

    Staggering. Just staggering.

Folks, we have one last crack at this. If we are not successful, the fascists win. The name of the game is now **education** and *information dissemination.” You know what I do? I put info (with SOURCE material cited!) on small print outs and walk around my suburban neighborhoods leaving on (dont leave IN, that’s illegal) mailboxes. Do whatever you can do, small or large, but please, get active, get creative and get out there. We are very close to losing our historic freedoms.

In addition to changing the Bible, he said that the classics in Literature would be changed.

The changes would be such as to promote the acceptability of the new system.

As regards education, he indicated that kids would spend more time in schools, but in many schools they wouldn’t learn anything.

You wouldn’t have access to material in other fields, outside your own area of study, without approval.

But they won’t be able to get a broad education and won’t be able to understand what is going on overall.

The sex education was to get kids interested early, making the connection between sex and the need for contraception early in their lives, even before they became very active.

Indeed, if young people when they matured decided to get married, marriage itself would be diminished in importance.

He indicated some recognition that most people probably would want to be married. .. but that this certainly would not be any longer considered to be necessary for sexual activity.

Another angle was that the schools would become more important in people’s overall life.

I said the kids wanting any activities outside of school would be almost forced to get them through the school.

Adults would be going to school but when you can’t keep up anymore, you’re too old.

This was another way of letting older people know that the time had come for them to move on and take the demise pill.

If the people en masse knew this all was happening at their kid’s school, school shootings would become their last worry.

  • mondobeyondo

Abe Lincoln learned more by candlelight in a log cabin, than I learned in 4 years of high school. And that was in the early 1980’s.

I see it’s a little worse now. Okay, much worse. Believe it or not, there is a difference between education and indoctrination. Education is being taught varied subjects (math, music, knitting, art, trigonometry and so forth) and choosing which path is suitable for you. Maybe you’re working in Santa’s workshop as an elf, but really want to be a dentist. (A slight nod to “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer”). You have a decent chance to make your dreams come true here. Not like it was 40 or 50 years ago, but it’s still there.

Indoctrination is.. well.. “You are a figure skater! From the moment you were born, we knew you were a figure skater! You shall now train hard and compete in the Winter Olympics! And when you win a gold medal, we will name a plaza after you!” That’s former USSR, and current China and North Korea type stuff there. And that’s just sports. You should see how it works in their politics, social structure, etc. Ewww.

Unfortunately, the American education system appears to be heading down that road, if it isn’t there already.

  • Irdial

The author keeps repeating “our schools” in yhis otherwise fine article; this is a clear indication of the depth and breadth of brainwashing in the USA. Those schools are not your schools. You do not own or control them; this is the source of the problems you are facing. The schools in the USA are THEIR schools, where THEY are the government. Its very important to make this distinction and bear it in mind whilst you discuss public education.

Finally, this article fails to mention the relentless and concerted attacks on Home Education that the government at the State and Federal level are engaged in. As the number of Home Schooling families continues to rise exponentially, we can expect to see horrific and draconian attempts to make compliance with Home Education regulations so difficult that no one bothers, or as has just happened in Sweden, an outright ban on Home Schooling.

Only a return to limited government under a Ron Paul administration will stem the tide of this un-American insanity.

American high school is a JOKE because most majority of HS graduated could not understand the basic math that is add, subtract, multiply and divide. They all use calculator and not knowing how to do manually. For example, you have seem many cases at the grocery store if the cashier accidentally open the draw without punching the amount then he/she can not know how to get change to the customer. Many of them could not even count the money to 100 dollars. How do American kids compete with other kids in others country. Also, the school do not teach our kids and do not know what our children go there for? Most of the people works at school is careless about the students. Trust me, just call the school and request to take your kid out to see the doctor. They will let you run around from one to another until you give up and come to school personally, then they has no idea where your kid at. If you call the school district to complain then the school will send you a nasty letter to threat that they will not accept your kid in school with all many reasons because you have a bad kid even your kid is ALL A student from first grade to 10 grade and never have any issue what so ever. This is the way our school system is created now the same way our government. if we complain here about the economy and big mountain debt, then the government may be go after us because we are bad people and unemployed thay have to feed us that why all of the issues are our FAULTS.

You can blame mostly white surburbanites and their minority minions who want to be like them for this mess. They are getting exactly what they have asked for for years. “TOUGH ON CRIME AND CRIMINALS”. “NOT TOUGH ENOUGH ON CRIME AND CRIMINALS” (read minorities in poor urban neighborhoods) forget about public office. Forget about giving people a fair hearing and forget about children being children. White soccer moms and tobacco chewing white males who have pushed this idea that there can never be enough punishment for any infraction, no matter how big or small, have been at the forefront of this move to criminalize society for years. Well, now the chickens are coming home to roost as Ward Churchill would say, and the shoe is now on the other foot.

This is what happens when adults with the intellectual capacity of dinosaurs and the usefulness of dried out magic markers vote for the very criminal class that runs society.

I have one such idiot in the workcenter where I work. This clown rails on and on and on about killing child molesters and pedophiles. But when I propose to him about punishing the lawyers, judges, cops, and government officials who engage in similar behavior, he trots out the FAVORITE COWARDS LINE, I can’t worry about things I can’t control, etc., etc. Kill the dregs of society because they obiviously will have little to know backing from anyone in society, but we can’t touch the wealthy, the powerful, the “rulers” if you will. Which, by the way, is mostly dominited by “white males”. So go figure……………

This is why I pose the question to people on this board and elsewhere that at this stage of the game, why would any sane, rational person bring more children into the world given the current state of decline and lawlessness? What, so they can be tasered and killed by some vicious criminal thug with a gun and a badge? No thank you. But for all those white surburban soccer moms, hang ’em high white males, and their minority minions how does it feel to be on the receiving end of the brutal and arbitrary use of state power? Hurts doesn’t it? Want to reduce the sting? Get with the program and campaign for freedom and liberty. You will be amazed and what can be accomplished in a free society governed by the rule of law………..

    • Gary2

This is what happens when adults with the intellectual capacity of dinosaurs and the usefulness of dried out magic markers vote for the very criminal class that runs society.

You have perfectly described conservative republicans and tea baggers. Thanks for the great post!

The stupidity of your average conservative is astonishing. These low information fools parrot their patron saint rush and think they are sounding smart. Mean while the more sane among us are wondering how someone so stupid can remember to ever take their next breath.

Don’t forget that the war party has two wings, the republicans and the democrats. Remember that this class of idiots also includes democrats, liberals, and so-called progressives. Anyone stupid enough to hitch their wagon to Obama and the democrats are just as, if not more stupid, than the average buffoon who hitches his/her wagon to the republican wing of the war party. The controlled right and the controlled left work in tandem to keep the sheeple fighting over stuff, that in the grand scheme of things, simply does not matter. It’s called divide and conquer…………….

By the way, the last thing this asylum state needs right now is more “college educated people”. Those with skills in woodworking, blacksmithing, welding, etc., yes, but useless liberal arts majors and MBAs, no thank you……

  • Charlie Primero

This is not new. These indoctrination camps were designed by collectivist intellectuals in the late 1800’s. They were implemented in the 1920’s.

For more information, see the work of John Taylor Gatto…

  • Sam

    Logical solution: homeschool.

Hiding your children from school resource officers in schools is not the be all end all. Every facet of society is being criminalized. What, do you intend to hide your children in the basement until they are 65?

  • Nick Nailer

Thank God I am on of those men who’ll not “Man Up” and have children.

      Nick Nailer,

The idea of making more and more babies prior to setting society on a somewhat law abiding and sensible footing escapes me. So many facets of society are either government sponsored criminality, or private actors engaging in crime outside the color of law or government that if the low level crooks don’t get you, then the government crooks will…………….

    • mondobeyondo

Awwww, come on! You gotta make some babies! (with a little help from your significant other, of course!)

Think of all the welfare benefits! You could qualify for WIC! Food stamps! The Today show on NBC (they looove babies!!) Yes, there’s already 305 million people in this country, but there’s always room for more. We’ll just move the newcomers to Wyoming!

      • mondobeyondo

I almost forgot – you’ll also get a congratulatory note from Justin Bieber.

“Baby, baby, baby…. ohhhh, baby, baby, baby….”

        • RageHard84

          LOL that one was funny.

I like and recognize the satire! Stop stirring the pot please!(LOL)

Here in Florida, public schools have essentially become prep courses for the FCAT (Florida’s annual standardized test,) with a healthy dose of politically correct garbage and indoctrination thrown in. When my stepson was in 3rd grade, an inordinate amount of time was spent every day teaching the kids to pass the FCAT. My shock and disgust was complete when he came home with a “big assignment” to write a story and gather pictures about a certain successful Hispanic American celebrity. Instead of focusing on the basics… reading, math, history (which he didn’t seem to be learning much about)… he had to spend hours putting together pictures and stories about a celebrity.

A close family friend of ours is a student teacher in the same school system here. I’m definitely not a prude but my jaw dropped when I heard what is being taught to his middle school students in sex ed class. It is truly pornographic and I will not share the details here. Schools have no business teaching these things.

WM is right… parents need to do whatever it takes to get their kids out of the public school system. I wasn’t able to do anything about my stepson being in public school, but my own two children attend Christian school and it’s worth the sacrifice. I’d live in a mud hut if I had to to keep them out of public school.

    • Stopwastingyoutaxdollars

It’s going to come down to that. Most people are expecting a total infrastructure failure to kick start the one world government but that is NOT going to happen.

Why? Because these same elite snobs DEPEND on the commercial grid just as much as you do and know they cannot survive without it. Sure they may try a few false flags here and there to knock out certain regions to test people but not take down the ENTIRE grid.

These banking cartel would lose all their funding if the grid went down and it would expose them to the rest of the world.

No they need to keep silent and watchful of their slaves. If the gird goes down there is no way then to keep track of you’re movements.

Though one thing that SHOULD be done is to storm the White House with an organized militia.

The private security guards will literally PEE THEIR PANTS at seeing an angry mob of hard working citizens NOT on welfare because they assumed we would all just go along with the program.

They (The Security guards) will instead back off and focus on protecting Obama’s family and close relatives leaving the White House open to invaders because they won’t risk looking bad to the Jewish Elite Media spotlight if they fire into an angry crowd and kill someone.

One or two individuals they will take out as it’s much easier to cover up but entire crowds. No way Jose!

Then we can run the White House ourselves once we secure it.

“School authorities have failed to explain how reciting a pledge of allegiance to a foreign
nation has any educational value whatsoever.”

    – Reciting the US pledge of allegiance is of no value, either. Think about it, folks. Making a loyalty oath to those who control the government (that’s what you’re really doing) is hardly an action taken by free people. Most of us have been doing this since childhood and can’t think rationally about it, and instead we get mad when someone points out the obvious because it upsets our warm and fuzzy feelings regarding the pledge. Instead, use your mind instead of emotions and your life will see changes. As someone once said, “Free your mind and your ass will follow.”

    • Guido

Sorry, but what’s wrong with pledging your allegiance to the nation that has spawned you, sheltered you, and educates you (if you’re stuck in a government school, anyway)? You certainly owe no other nation allegiance.

You can call it whatever you want, but there is a certain fundamental interest on the part of the state, as well as our people, to inculcate children with SOME kind of culture, values, and norms. Why do we say the Pledge? Because it’s part of who we are. I wonder if more kids had to say it 2 and 3 and 4 decades ago if perhaps more people might think it’s still special to be American?

If you take away the pledge, parades, celebrating Christmas the old fashioned way, 4th of July, God Bless America, singing the Anthem, Thanksgiving and the Pilgrims, etc- what else do you have left that makes us uniquely American? All these “stupid” “brainwashing” “evil old white guy” “propaganda” events play a part in socializing us to be who we are as a people. You share these things in common with all other Americans.

Scrapping them for everyone else because you think you’ve evolved beyond them means you deny up and coming generations part of the identity that makes them part of US. Part of the U.S. Unless you have something better to replace it with, like a utopia of Green regulations, cradle-to-grave government control, soy burgers for everyone!, and dissatisfying, anonymous sex with other glum, centerless people, then perhaps you should leave these traditions alone.

(To be fair, I would be willing to accept an argument that you are merely trying to destroy the federalist/statist mindset that has replaced much of the original sense of what it was to be an American since the Civil War, or what you would probably call The War of Northern Aggression, but nearly no one thinks that way anymore.)

I would also point out that you’re free to change your mind. You’re free to choose your own path. Once you’re 18, you need never pledge allegiance to anything. We don’t recognize minors as being legally able to choose for themselves until they’re 18, so why shouldn’t they be forced to meet some form of standards and participate in some form of tradition, no matter how little they believe in it. Even if they come to hate it or completely ignore it, at least they’ll have come to their own conclusion on their own. I think even that result is good.

Also, let me point out that as a nation made of many peoples from many lands, we need our own traditions and cultural standards to unite us. To weld us together. E Pluribus Unum! We really can’t have a nation without a variety of traditions to pull people together as one.

Look at the collapse of Yugoslavia for a nation with no central unity. Look at the division of Czechoslovakia. No unity. Other nations are generally made up of one or two major ethnic/cultural groups and their people have no questions or confusion over who they are and where they come from. Look at Japan-nearly 100% homogenous and no questions about who they are.

We are drawn from all people and all nations and therefore have no unifying culture or tradition unless it is imposed on us from the start. We have more and more people every day who are not rooted into being American, but rather hyphenated Americans, something-Americans. A nation full of people who don’t see how they’re one and the same, who think they’re a bunch of individuals with no connection to each other… well, I’m reminded of Yugoslavia and a famous quote from the Arab world, “I against my brother, I and my brother against my cousin, I and my cousin against the world.” Without a unifying culture, we’re bricks without mortar. Ever build a wall without mortar?

I would refer you to Mr. Red Skelton’s bit about the pledge from 1969. It is quite intelligent, more so than what I could ever say, and it was eerily prescient for it’s day and age. This dates from when he was a little boy in school and how a teacher corrected his class for not respecting the Pledge.

“Boys and girls, I have been listening to you recite the Pledge of Allegiance all semester and it appears that it has become monotonous to you or could it be you do not know the meaning of those words. If I may, I would like to recite the Pledge and give to you a definition of the words.

I—-meaning me, an individual, a committee of one.

Pledge—-dedicate all of my worldly goods to give without self pity.

      Allegiance—-my love and my devotion.

To the Flag—-our standard, Old Glory, a symbol of freedom. Wherever she waves, there is respect because your loyalty has given her a dignity that shouts freedom is everybody’s job.

Of the United—-that means that we have all come together.

States—-individual communities that have united into 48 great states. 48 individual communities with pride and dignity and purpose, all divided with imaginary boundaries, yet united to a common cause, and that’s love of country.

      Of America.

And to the Republic—-a republic, a state in which sovereign power is invested in representatives chosen by the people to govern.

And government is the people and it’s from the people to the leaders, not from the leaders to the people.

      For which it stands!

One nation—-meaning, so blessed by God.

      Indivisible—-incapable of being divided.

With Liberty—-which is freedom and the right of power to live one’s life without threats or fear or any sort of retaliation.

And justice—-The principle and quality of dealing fairly with others.

For all.—-which means, boys and girls, it’s as much your country as it is mine.”

Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our nation, and two words have been added to the Pledge of Allegiance “under God.” Wouldn’t it be a pity if someone said, “That’s a prayer” and that would be eliminated from schools, too?

It frustrates me to hear him complain about teachers and administrators being sensitive to the fact that kids are teboing during their breaks claiming it is taking away from their rights. He fails to mention cyber bullying. If parents find out that their child is being cyberbullied from school, the news reporters would be there with the parents asking why this is happening at school. Schools have to deal with sensitive, lawsuit happy parents. How are we to know or how are we able to manage kids on their electronic devices? We can’t, so they shouldn’t be allowed during school. In response to the Jesus Christ picture, I’m sure there is much more that goes with that story along with many more of his short blurbs from newspapers or other media. Ultimately, we are dealing with many issues now that weren’t around 20 years ago. Technology has evolved, everyone is so data happy (thinking that will give them all the answers), parents need to teach their kids to have a voice yet be respectful, and lastly parents need to be parents and actually RAISE their children. The lady that commented earlier about Washing her kid’s mouth out with soap is a great example (awesome strategy by the way :/) She states she would fight the school district and ask for the resignation of all involved. Parents such as this lady are the reasons schools have to be so careful about everything and create these harsh consequences. Either we are doing too much or not enough at all. So many times we want to blame the teachers or administrators…what about these crazy parents that think washing their kids mouth out with soap is the right answer? Parents that are more concerned about getting someone fired rather than spending some time in the class volunteering to help make a change (as stated above, you can downsize on a lot of thinks to come help out). Most teachers/ administrators try their best with what they have.

    • S. Wiseman

I cannot volunteer to spend time in a classroom. You see, my job, unlike the teacher’s, is not securely dependent on taxpayer dollars, practically guaranteed job for life. My job is not backed by a union with lobbyists in some politician’s ear seeking ever more ways to devour more of my paycheck to fund all the ungrateful school teachers and school administrators who blame parents for the foul mess they created. Also, I will not submit to the fingerpriinting and background check that my school district requires parents undergo who wish to volunteer in the classroom by “law.” Not that I have anything to hide, just that my privacy and parental authority are my God ordained rights and should be enough.

  • Joe

I have two kids in public Middle School (used to be called Jr. High) back in the day. The drugs (mainly pot) and sex my oldest tells me about would embarrass drunken sailers on shore leave! This was going on when I was in school but at the high school level, NOT 6th thru 8th grade levels.

Thanks liberals for ruining my kids lives!!

  • S

Ron Paul will abolish the department of education!

  • DaytoDay

Well, I graduated in 09 and the things that I got away with in school, would land me 10 years in jail today…

Seriously, I was taught sex ed in school, in the 5th grade. It was a one time 15 minute class, and the “teacher” did not go into any detail. Looking back, I guess it was a precursor for what is happening now.

I grew up in North Eastern Kentucky, we had the highest test scores in the state and ranked in the top 20% in the country. Testing was Christmas time for schools. It was regarded without question, as the most important time of the year. Teachers, principles and the superintendent were worried about how they “looked” compared to other schools. Basically, Test season was nothing more than a “Big Stick Match” between school districts, teachers wanted us to do good, so they could brag about it, it had nothing to do with actual higher learning.

Also, I was a class clown up until high school. I was sent to the hall way constantly, because I would speak out or disagree with a teacher. The antiques that I got away with then, would have me suspended or jailed, today.

I mean, not all teachers were bad. I disliked a lot of them while I was in school, but now I appreciate what a lot of them did, and how they taught. It wasn’t all indoctrination for me, but like I said, we had “old school” teachers, teachers who were actually qualified and worried about their reputations amongst other schools districts.

So, have things changed? Of course. My education probably wasn’t as good as it was 10 years ago, and the same goes for them, all the way back until at least the 60’s.

The teenage promiscuity is spot on, when I was in middle school, nobody was having sex and girls weren’t pregnant. My freshman year in high school, 4 girls in middle school got pregnant in one year.

I think people have to understand, it’s the changing of the guard. The teachers of “old’ are retiring and it’s a new generation of young teachers who were indoctrinated themselves, via college. It’s become a complete joke, the only thing on teenagers minds is Xbox, partying and sex, coupled with a failing education system, and parents who don’t know how to properly raise their children, instead, they let Day care, the YMCA, the schools, and television do the parenting. Because after all, where do parents find time raising kids, when they work on average 50-70 hours a week.

In my opinion, this has been a long time coming, and I’m glad I grew up where I did and got out when I did.

    Good Article Michael!

I have enjoyed this site because of the information. I can’t agree with this. I agree the students need to learn their reading , writing and arithmetic. Unfortunately they don’t because they don’t want to learn. Some do, but alot have not the slightest interest in learning or even doing assignments. They misbehave ALOT. The schools I teach at any kind of political discussion is strongly discouraged, like being terminated. As for students misbehaving,my name was taken off the call list for one school because a student took his desk and held it over his head and I wrote him up. The administration backed him and not me. I was summoned to the vice principal’s ofc and advised I was barred because I couldn’t keep discipline. As for kids being handcuffed and police officers being in schools, there is a definite reason for their presence. A few months ago, a student decided he was going to misbehave at a local high school and it took a police officer and school officials to subdue him. Also, I have been struck by students by books and balls or threatened by students with being beat up because I tried to enforce some semblance of discipline in the classrm. Students these days are out of control and the unfortunate thing is the parents either back them or don’t care what they do. I remember a police officer relating to me how a student at his school punched him in the face for no reason at all and how the school refused to back him though the assault was recorded on tape. I’ve spent forty years experience as a teacher, school bus driver, police officer, campus security officer (8 yrs), and nurse at a boot camp for boys to form the above opinions. As for monitoring in the classrooms and halls, I don’t know about other parts of the country, but on the East Coast, there needs to be more and not less. Maybe, if some of the parents saw the actions of their kids on tape maybe a little discipline at home might be administered.Did I forget to mention the presence of police officers due to the gang activity in Middle and High Schools ?

    • Guido

Wow! That’s ridiculous. I think the problems are many, but the first one is discipline. The next one, and if you’re a former soldier, I think you can agree with this one, is backing your people up. If the teacher can’t go do his job without the support of his leadership, what’s the point? The same goes for the idiot parents who back their kid up when he screws up instead of backing the school up. I’ve heard about how parents not only refuse to accept their kid was disobedient, but even attack the school. It’s even at the college level. My brother teaches paramedic and first responder courses and one hopeful student was an utter failure. The kid’s mother started coming to argue and plead and beg for him to pass her kid, then accused him of racism for not passing the kid. Thankfully, my brother failed him, he dropped out, and there’s one less idiot doing a job that requires some brains. But I also think the gov’t and the teacher unions have a hand in this. John Taylor Gatto wrote the gov’t and private industry pushed progressive education on the US with the intention of teaching kids to be juuuust smart enough to count change for their better-educated bosses. And the teacher unions seem to fight against anything that might actually improve education. All in all, I have no expectation that a kid can get a good education at a public school.

I learned a lot in high school. The vast majority of what I learned was about the opposite sex.

It seems to me that some of the schools are little more than training centers for when the kids are incarcerated later in their life.

Despite the scum bag governor cutting public education our schools are pretty good. Class sizes are now bigger as he had to give the rich another tax cut.

  • Cinderella Man

Im so glad I dont have children these days! I would be horrified at what they have to face just to go to school! Coulmbine changed everything. 1999 was my senior year so Im part of that generation. When I was in high school, there were no school resource officers and it seems like that year was a bad one for school shootings and violence. A kid was stabbed and damn near died in the parking lot at Helena High that year. Ever since then there has been a SRO on campus. Its getting downright nazi in school these days. For example my kid brother played a prank by throwing a black cat firework into a trash can. He was arrested and cited for what would have been back in the 80’s a serious tounge-lashing by the principal and maybe detention. Now the teachers abdcate the responsibilty of punishment to the cops. It seems to me that this is a good way to ease the adjustment to acceptance of a police state to our youngsters. Not only are they being set up to be good little slaves and cooperate with authority figures they are being taught that homosexuality is on the level of their grandparents! Now Im not trying to bash gays here I have a gay uncle and hes a wonderful person, but I think that children shouldnt have to be exposed to this at such a young age. Last year, in Helena, MT there was a huge controversy over the new sex ed curriculium that would be taught in the schools. They wanted to teach kindergartners about gay relationships and middle schoolers about gay sex being as natural as opposite sex. Theres is an agenda by the elite to have people not become “breeders” in the future. IN 1969 there was a memo intitled PLANNED PARENTHOOD WORLD POPULATION written by Frederick S. Jaffe that proposes reducing US fertility via postponment of marrige, discouraging tax incentives for parents and married couples, and encouraged increases in homosexuality. They want women to work and payments to encourage abortions. So by teaching kids about same sex relationships at an early age the elite hope to have much less “breeders” in the future. Im not saying theres anything wrong about being gay or lesbian but Im starting to think that by indoctronating kids early along with GMO foods and BPA in our foods they are literally destroying male virility and demasculatining entire generations of men. Without strong fathers leading the family the people are easier to break and mold into perfect little wage slaves to the NWO. Theres also the story of the autistic kid who was stuffed into a duffel bag by his teachers because he was “misbehaving” Is that any way to deal with a child? I would be FN outraged if I was a parent these days. God help us all.

    • Krista

My husband is 46 (born in 1968) and when he was in the 7th grade he was arrested by the police for throwing a chinese star at a blackboard, not the teacher or anywhere near the teacher. He wasn’t normally a “bad” kid either. This was in Michigan, so I guess arresting students is really not that new after all. His dad picked him up at the police station and when they were right outside of the station he told me his dad decked him and the police saw that and did NOTHING to his dad for hitting him. I was disgusted to hear that.

  • xstormbringerx

No need to worry too much about the indoctrination, the students learn nearly nothing at all as it is, why do people think they actually do learn the propaganda?

Critical thinking was long ago replaced with Marxist critical theory.

The fascist/marxist hybrid police state tactics are scary but I see no real resistance, things just keep getting worse.

I think it’s the same game people play with their politics that they are playing with education; they all agree that politicians are corrupt and should be thrown out-just not THEIR politician, apparently so it goes with the teachers in their local schools.

We need a clean sweep, out with ALL of them. Back to States rights and state run education, no more federal poison through the Department of Education(ministry of truth? LOL)

But really, who is kidding who? No one is going to do spit to change this, things will continue down the road we are on. Welcome to total slavery peons.

I have told people for years the evil of the radical green groups. Greenpeace PETA Sierra Club, or any other of these anti American liberal scum. If you donate to any of Green groups you are the problem. Why anyone can be so blind to the evil of the green movement is beyond reason. Their plan is to deindustrial American and stupid people donate to these groups to help this crap along. Yep Don’t drill for oil in Alaska lets all cry for the caribou don’t log cause the spotted owl has more rights then people. Wake up people you are helping the machine of evil destroy this country.

Couldn’t agree more with your post. The Sierra Club for example, is a bogus organization, that is for OPEN BORDERS, and coldn’t care less about the “environment”. Don’t buy any of their stupid calenders, trinkets, or join their bogus organization.

Also, all history classes are disillusioned with false information, making us believe the US is always the “good guy” and we should be loyal, obedient slaves to the government.

I forgot how bad it was until I had to substitute teach a few years ago in a US history class. I have to give the Elite props with their strategic planning on their entrance. They sure are clever tricksters with implementing corruption in the school system.

  • As a retired public school teacher I am convinced that our only hope is to rescue our children from the public (government) schools and raise a godly generation.

Please see “Call to Dunkirk” at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRGZLSVph3A.

Public schools cannot be redeemed. Saying we should not abandon them is like saying the passengers of the Titanic should have stayed aboard because the band was playing good music and the captain was a good man.

Also, the Obama administration and progressives, (that’s a joke?) are fighting states like Arizona, trying to stop them from ending racist “ethnic studies” classes where the “white Man” is taught to be an oppressor of the Mexican, etc. Indoctrination? I think we have gone far beyond that.

  • An alternative exists to these hellholes.

The only problem is there are not enough of these schools.

  • It is quite evident that we all share a concern for the future of our children and education. I am an unemployed teacher having worked in the public school system in both regular and special ed.. Although, I miss my students and teaching, I believe that I have a greater purpose in service. We are all contributors to the new paradigm and I believe must take action to be part of the solution, so that I what I am doing. We all bring different experiences and insight to this conversation, which for some may be disturbing. I hope we can all realize that there are some things we can agree to disagree on. However, children need us to advocate for them on their behalf. As a teacher I always said “the magic wand wasn’t big enough.” Since I began teaching in the late 90’s up until 2010 so many things changed each year as far as responsibilities, curriculum, accountability, legislation, budget cuts, social issues, technology, politicians, assessments etc.. As a teacher adapting, implementing, getting trained in these new protocols while teaching your class and providing your students with the tools for success in their life became more and more daunting. The landscape changed dramatically throughout the years in so many ways. Every person here has a voice and I hear what you are all saying and respect your opinions. The most pressing issue other that safety and food to me is our children’s social & emotional intelligence. Please don’t give up. Here are 28 signs or action steps we can take to make a positive difference. Nothing will change if we don’t do anything to make it better.

    1. Support your local communities. Donate to the local food pantry. Children’s basic needs to be met before being able to learn.

    2. Become a PTA or PTO member if you are not already.

    3. Inform yourself. Go to your local school websites, State Dept of Ed. as well as the USGov’s. Reforms are in the works currently in all states.

    4. Contact your local cable provider or media company to voice any concerns you may have about inappropriate programming and or commercials during certain times of the day.

    5. Monitor your child’s media intake http://www.familysafemedia.com/

    6. Learn more about You as a parent and a person. When we work to create the best versions of ourselves, it will have a direct positive impact on the children in our lives.

    7. Be the change you wish to see in the world.

    8. Provide opportunities for kids to help make a difference. One of the most empowering contributions we can make as adults is to show children they have the power to make a difference in someone else’s life.

    9. Be aware of your words. They are very powerful and do contribute to the global cause both positively and or negatively. Pointing fingers or playing the blame game doesn’t help us find solutions.

    10. Attend town meetings or local school board meetings to network with others.

    11. Write letters to State Officials to support issues that will have a positive impact on our lives.

    12. Be present and available, making quality time happen for you and your family. This is something we can all, always get better at. We must be conscious to schedule this in our lives.

    13. Support groups that are making a positive difference before or after school. These are sometimes the only supports literally keeping some children safe and alive.

    14. Research the best options for you and your family regarding schools. Many schools are in “need of improvement” which give parents other local options that you may not even been aware of.

    15. Follow the Funding. States have or are receiving Federal Grant money to advance the Race to the Top initiative as part of school reform. It is imperative to be aware and supportive of the allocation of funding.

    16. Become a CASA volunteer or court mediator. Many local communities have programs that support juveniles as a positive community and educational solution establishing more positive life skills which in turn is a win win for everyone.

    17. Research what your local schools do or don’t do as far as sex education. In the book, Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Coleman, research data showed evidence that as of 1993 the birth rate among girls from ten to fourteen had risen steadily for five years with rates of venereal disease among teens tripling. This particular book was written in 1995, almost 20 years ago expressing a strong concern then.

    18. Support a local program for substance abuse education. If a young person experiments with drugs or alcohol we should socially work to find a better alternative than jail.

    19. Help put an end to the 400,000 migrant child workers who the government knows are working the fields to harvest crops to help support their families instead of getting an education.

    20. Choose whether or not you can do something about the estimated 65,000 high school graduates who are in the top of their classes but are undocumented immigrants not being able to go to college because they don’t have citizenship or social security cards but want to make a difference to help support the USA. http://www.ed.gov/blog/2011/12/secretaries-duncan-and-solis-meet-with-dreamers/

    21. Be an undercover dumpster diver and find out how much food your local schools and businesses waste. According to the EPA, food is the largest component of our percentage of waste. More than 31 million kids across the USA received free or reduced lunches. Children are not allowed to return unopened containers of milk, juices, yogurts, cereal, packaged fruits or vegetables back to the food service provider if they do not want to eat it. Instead it goes in the garbage.

    22. Start a local community garden in your neighborhood. With Monsanto and GMO shenanigans, it behooves us to create a better way locally.

    23. Become a food detective. http://www.fns.usda.gov/cnd/lunch/aboutlunch/NSLPFactSheet.pdf

    24. Get your water tested, better yet buy a water from a local school and have that tested.

    25. Find out what your local school’s emergency plan is. Over 10 years ago schools began practicing lock downs and shelter in place drills. If you have an infrastructure in your area that could be a high risk like a power plant, know your local emergency plan.

    26. Support and show children that we care about them, they matter and their future matters to us.

    27. Do everything in your power to provide avenues and opportunities to improve the emotional intelligence of our youth. Being aware of our word choices, actions, posts, what we value, how we show up in life all have a positive impact. It starts with each of us, every day!

    28. Spend time with your family, love them with all your heart

I’m a single mom, I work a full-time 9 to 5 job, and I home school my 7 year old daughter (2nd grade). Grades 1 through 3 about one hour a day and about two hours on the weekend to cover the material. Works well if you can find an understanding and compassionate homeschooling group or family to partner with you so that they can provide care and a bit of instruction while you work, at least until you can become self-employed or work part-time. Public schools appear to have a modis operandi of instilling fear and creating loyal little subjects for the system.

  • Plato

This has always been the case, but it is much worse than you mentioned. Education has ALWAYS been a form of indoctrination for particular countries to enforce their beliefs and spread the fever of delusion that each nation is superior. This keeps subjects fighting for the country, obeying laws, and working themselves silly, as well as contributing to the economy. At no time has TRUTH ever been the main goal. It is more shameless and exploitative than ever before in the United States right now, but then again, so is everything else.

I am a college student and I have one textbook this semester with ads in it that I am supposed to see as “educational blurbs”. This book was $250. Another book discusses economics, but only in terms of the United States, and everything there is designed to show how we use equations and principles (where certain assumptions used could be false) to “prove” that the USA is superior to other countries economically, despite the debt and poverty. It is no wonder we needed a war to get out of the Great Depression.

Every country has done this throughout history. Education IS indoctrination to the extent that we do not yet know the truth about anything. Even Einstein’s equations disagree with quantum mechanics. We have technology? What we have are fancy toys and products. Technology will come when we can cure cancer. Truth comes when we have peace in the world.

USA can barely hides it highly fascist tendencies anymore…. Land of the Free ? What a joke….

Not sure if this was mentioned but with more and more people suing all willy-nilly, the schools got scared of lawsuits and powers of discipline were taken from the teachers. Now they hand everything over to the police to cover their own butts. This is spawning a whole new generation of discipline where we see police, trained to take down criminals, now using that same training on schoolchildren.

  • this is criminal social injustice and child abuse on our nations youth ..wtf is wrong with these people who think it’s ok to do our children this way wtf????????????????

Though on the other hand maybe the businesses should be wrecked to prove a point or the media will NOT even pay attention to the take over.

I am a high school student who experiences political indoctrination on a daily basis. Almost every day one or more of my teachers tells the students about the “usurping Republicans” who are “trying to ruin our opportunities for the future”. My current history teacher is also grading us on our personal politics when we write current event reports and by forcing us to imitate communist revolutionaries by chanting communist slogans from the Russian Civil War. There was also a kid in my school who was given detention for wearing a 2nd-Amendment advocacy shirt in the school.

This nation’s idea of “education” is becoming scarier every day, and something needs to be done to stop it because by weaker-minded peers are believing the junk that is fed to them.

Why don’t you fight back, get attention to this going on like your local news channel or even fox news, Expose these teachers and administrators, go down a list of lawyers and see if you don’t have a case against this school. Talk to your parents first of all.

There’s definitely some validity with most of these items, but what’s wrong with being eco-friendly?

Regardless of political affiliation or beliefs, it’s your planet. Why wouldn’t you take care of it and teach your kids to do the same? If there’s one thing that transcends politics and religion, it’s keeping your world clean for future generations.

It’s bizarre that people would be upset by such an initiative.

  • This is sad, I miss our dear country. We used to call is the land of the free! This is just crazy!

Please stop calling them “Public schools”. They are not that. Call them what they are: union dominated, government enforced monopolies.

Children are no longer the future. You are, if we do not fix the mess the politicians have made there will be no future for your children, they will be more slaves than we are. The current government spending must be reversed, when I see none working parasites living better than hard working people that WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A DECIENT JOB I am sickened. there is a time coming soon when we will no longer be able to support the welfare state.

The government is in open rebellion against the people. The time to beat those plowshares back into swords draws nigh…

The Children’s Story by James Clavell is a classic example on how it happens and I have seen it grow to this point at public schools. Very short book but will totally creep you out.

Public school buildings are nothing more then modified Building plans for prisons.. Controlling and monitoring Kids is the goal, under the guise of safety, and the hard work of designing the facility to do it is already done…
You vote for a school bond to build a new school, school officials look to the prison industry for their buildings, It saves money to just build a prison, without the razor wire, and call it a school..happens all the time.

the indoctrination isn’t the “radical green agenda”, it’s the fact that you’re indoctrinated to never question, blindly praise and ignorantly serve a country that is as terrible as its many, many foes. Where men like Chris Kyle are held up as heroes to be worshipped.

and that doen’t even go into the gender neutral or transgender bathrooms BS being forced in some states…
